Abstract

Islam actually exists as rahmatan lil 'alamin. Understanding of Islam has a balance of reasoning and realistic thinking, and refers to various sources that are comprehensive and consistent. Education is a means of human regeneration to deal with the development of an intellectual civilization that continues to be dynamic by promoting improvements for the good of human life itself. This article uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a literature study data collection technique related to religious moderation in the realm of education. The data is analyzed inductively after first being categorized according to the need for data synchronization. The results of the study prove that mainstreaming religious moderation in Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia is an urgency for a religious and state foundation in this republic. The Republic of Indonesia has a rich culture and various differences that must be preserved in a unified nation based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution which was declared by the founding fathers of this nation.

Abstract

This research based on the phenomenon of the implementation of higher order thinking skills in Arabic language learning which is characterized by memorizing linguistic knowledge and recognizing language symbols, in fact it can grow if students are facilitated to understanding and reasoning the knowledge as a basis for applying, analyzing, evaluating and creating. Therefore developing the Arabic language teaching design based on high order thinking skill with a learning model that can accommodate the learning of language skills is indispensable. This research use the research and development method, and the datas collection method is observation, questionnare, test and documentation. The results of the study are innovation of developing Arabic teaching design based on high order thinking skill with whole language model which includes several stages material analysis, basic competency analysis, indicators analysis, formulating learning objectives, developing model, strategies and learning activities, developing learning materials, tools, assessments, linking the principles of HOTS. The study result indicate that the Arabic teaching design meets the effective criteria seen from the N-Gain score 0,72 with a good criteria, as for the average of all validation instruments 92,54% with a very good category, and the average of observation of 74,2% were practical.

Abstract

Ecoliteracy is a skill to produce someone who has the value of being aware of knowledge, skills about the values and norms of environmental maintenance, and habits that prioritize environmental sustainability. Educational institutions such as madrasah are the main means of introducing the basic principles of ekolgi to students. This service activity was carried out at Madrasah Diniyah Al-Ghazalie Kalibaru Banyuwangi. This institution is a suburban institution located at the western end of the city of Banyuwangi. The purpose of mentoring is; (1) designing learning methods to improve students' environmental literacy skills. (2) conducting educational activities and transferring environmental skills to Madin Al-Ghazalie Kalibaru Banyuwangi students. (3) establish environmental literacy cadres in partner institutions. The method of dedication on strengthening student ecoliteracy uses several methods, including; (1) looking for a slick design in learning activities with ecoliteracy character and (2) providing training activities to students and also ustad / ustadah by presenting reliable facilitators in their fields. From the results of the service, it can be concluded that: first, the form of implementation of Islamic boarding school ecological education can be done through indoor and outdoor programs. This activity can be seen that the environmental love curriculum is directed at making teaching modules that emphasize morals to the environment and environmental jurisprudence. Secondly, to achieve ecological education competence, pesantren covers several learning domains in the form of knowledge, attitudes, skills, and participation. Furthermore, to strengthen sustainability, sustainable assistance is needed, so it is important to form environmental literacy cadres. This activity is more directed at environmental love activities. The selection of cadres or ambassadors for students who love the environment is an implication of classroom learning activities that are applied in daily activities both in madrassas and in their respective homes.

Abstract

The development of information technology has given strategic role for supporting teaching and learning in progress. It is able to be conducted by the phenomena of covid 19 happened. Model of teaching and learning has transformed in many activities such as online (daring) and offline (luring). This devotion is focused on Madrasah which is located in isolated area at Kalibaru subdistrict of Banyuwangi east Java in 2021. This devotion concentrates to the teaching and learning based on blended learning in Practice for welcoming 5.0 era. ABCD approach is used to find out the strength of Madrasah. From the activities done in the devotion are able to be concluded that blended learning is one of model which should be Mastered and implemented in teaching and learning process. Training of trainer in giving deeper understanding about the way to implement blended learning, aims to give new strategy through media for teachers in madrasah using gadget as mobile phone wisely. For further then, the usage of internet media can be optimized to support teaching and learning in progress.

Abstract

This research, of significant importance, aims to investigate the prevailing themes and research methods employed in master's theses in Arabic Language Education in Indonesia from 2011 to 2021. The study also seeks to identify the factors influencing the selection of specific themes and methods. A descriptive qualitative approach is utilized, with the researcher acting as the main instrument for mapping based on a predetermined grid. The primary data for this study consists of 1083 archived theses from Master of Arabic Language Education students at UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, and UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung, accessible through the e-repositories of each university. The findings, of great significance, indicate that the predominant theme in these master's theses is the study of Arabic teaching materials, accounting for 308 titles or 28.44% of the total. The second central theme is learning design research, with 143 titles (13.20%), followed by Arabic teaching methods with 85 titles (7.85%). Regarding research methods, the research and development (R&D) method dominates the master's theses in Arabic Education, comprising 379 titles (35.05%). Descriptive methods rank second with 319 titles (29.48%), followed by case studies with 190 titles (17.56%). Less commonly used research methods include character studies, which have only six titles (0.55%), and survey methods with three titles (0.28%). The dominance of specific themes and research methods in Arabic education indicates a preference for practical field research with socio-educational relevance and intellectual-conceptual approaches. Most of the mentioned research is conducted at UIN Malang, which may be attributed to the program's orientation towards product-based research and its willingness to accept thesis titles based on students' capabilities, unlike other study programs.

Abstract

Abstract Humans are social beings who must interact to fulfill the needs of their personal lives and reach their goals. What we are discussing is about the relation between family or parents and school during the pandemic to achieve educational goals both nationally and institutionally. This is so crucial issue. We know both family social institutions and educational institutions have an important role in building and shaping the personality of each child. The purpose of this study is to explore how the collaboration carried out by schools and families or parents in accompanying and guding their children during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used was a qualitative approach, where to see the phenomena occured in the online learning process and how the collaboration carried out by the teachers and parents made some effects. By taking a sample of one family, the datas collecting was carried out through observating, interviewing and documentating. The results of this study explainde that the collaboration between families and early childhood school during the pandemic can provide a better quality learning for students. The school provided the transforms of knowledge and noble values ??and also the development of children’s potentions. But the process of character building that is built by the school, of course, needed an active collaboration with others, especially the family. Early childhood school and family have the same strong responsibility to make sure that the learning objectives could be achieved together during the long distance learning in the pandemic period.   Abstrak Manusia merupakan makhluk sosial yang membutuhkan interaksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dalam kehidupannya serta meraih tujuan yang diinginkan bersama. Demikian halnya dalam konteks mewujudkan kualitas pendidikan dibutuhkan hubungan baik interaksi yang dijalin dengan baik pula antara sekolah dengan pihak-pihak yang terkait, termasuk di dalamnya keluarga. Terlebih di masa pendemi, di mana proses belajar anak lebih banyak dilakukan dari rumah dan keluarga dituntut untuk lebih berperan aktif mendampingi anak dalam belajar. Kedua pihak, baik keluarga maupun sekolah mempunyai peran yang sama penting dalam membangun serta membentuk kepribadian seorang anak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendalami bagaimana pola kerja sama yang dilakukan oleh sekolah dan orang tua dalam mendidik anak di masa pandemi Covid-19. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yang bertujuan melihat fenomena yang terjadi pada proses pembelajaran daring khususnya pada pola kerja sama yang dibangun antara sekolah dan orang tua, dengan mengambil sampel sebuah keluarga yanag putra-putrinya menempuh jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kerja sama antara keluarga dan lembaga pendidikan pada masa pandemi sangat mendukung dalam menunjang kualitas belajar anak di rumah. Sekolah memiliki tanggung jawab dala transformasi pengetahun dan nilai-nilai akhlak mulia sekaligus mengembangkan potensi anak usia dini. Namun proses pembentukan kepribadian dan karakter yang diupayakan oleh sekolah tentu sangat membutuhkan dukungan dan kerja sama yang baik dengan pihak-pihak yang lain, terutama keluarga. Oleh karenanya lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini dan keluarga memiliki peran yang sama kuatnya untuk memastikan bahwa tujuan pembelajaran anak usia dini dapat dicapai bersama selama pembelajaran jarak jauh pada masa pandemi.

Abstract

Being concerned with aspects of morality among adolescents, including among students, has caused many parties. Educational institutions are expected to be able to internalize religious values ​​in students' lives. Referring to the theory developed by Ralp W Tyler, the most important element in the development of religious culture in an organizational institution is the process of exercises carried out by the school institution itself, which will later build a culture with this exercise. This paper wants to describe the model for the development of religious culture in the As-Syafi'i Vocational High School, Jember. While the method used in this paper is qualitative with a data mining model through interviews, observation, and documentation. The conclusion in this paper is; the development of religious culture in students at As-Syafi'I Vocational School Jember is carried out by instilling systematic behavior or manners in the practice of their religion so that personality, character, attitude, and morality are formed that are noble, noble, and responsible, good relationship with Allah Swt, with fellow humans and with the surrounding natural environment. For this reason, the values ​​developed at As-Syafi'I Jember Vocational School, namely emphasizing morality, achievement, discipline, and environmental culture.

Abstract

أهداف البحث فهي الكشف عن قدرة طلاب قسم تعليم اللغة العربية على تحديد الفكرة الرئيسة والثانوية عن مشكلة أساسية يواجهها على تحديد الفكرة الرئيسة والفكرة الثانوية. هذا البحث هو البحث النوعي باستخدام المنهج الوصفي. أخذت الباحثة العينة من 22 طالبا في الفصل "أ" قسم تعليم اللغة العربية. وأما أساليب جمع البيانات التي استخدمتها الباحثة فهي المقابلة الشخصية والملاحظة المباشرة والاختبارات التحريرية. وبعد معالجة البيانات وتحليلها، حصلت الباحثة على أن المتوسطة لدرجة الطلاب في قسم تعليم اللغة العربية جامعة شريف هداية الله الإسلامية الحكومية جاكرتا على تحديد الفكرة الرئيسة والفكرة الثانوية هي 48،36 بتقدير "راسب" لأن الدرجة تقع بين 0-45. من هنا نعرف أن أكثرهم لا يقدرون على تحديد الفكرة الرئيسة والفكرة الثانوية. أما المشكلات الأساسية التي يواجهها الطلاب على تحديد الفكرة الرئيسة والفكرة الثانوية فهي أوفهم المضمون لدى الطلاب وضعف فهمهم للقواعد النحوية والصرفية.

Abstract

The fast change requires the ability of Islamic boarding schools to respond fast, rightly, and adaptively. Using qualitative phenomenology, this study tries to see the changes faced by the Islamic Boarding School of Nurul Islam Jember. The result of this study is that the adaptation of changes is made by the model of safeguarding and conserving the positive local values (localities) and is helpful for the Islamic boarding school. As an agent of change, the Islamic boarding school of Nurul Islam participates in society’s change actively. Besides that, the canceling of personality is to prepare santri to have the religious and nonreligion knowledge to be an Islamic human who can apply their knowledge. The personality built by the Islamic boarding school of Nurul Islam can face and respond to the changes without ignoring morals (Akhlaq). The Islamic boarding school of Nurul Islam tries to integrate the formal and Islamic boarding school systems to build capable generations. The Islamic boarding school with soft skills and the formal school with life skills will be the solution to adaptive education in the era of changes.
