Abstract

This college monitoring application was developed using Appclay Shephertz by applying 8 Key Performance Indicators for all Colleges. The results of the application have succeeded in displaying data on eight college performance KPIs, namely; 1) graduates get decent jobs, 2) students get experience off campus, 3) lecturers have activities outside of campus, 4) teaching practitioners on campus, 5) lecturers' work is used by the community, 6) study programs work together with class partners world, 7) Collaborative and participatory classes, and 8) international standard study programs. Users can access by pressing the button. Then a black-box test is carried out on this application, the results are that all the buttons tested run well and are ready to be used. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) development model. To test the success of the Higher Education Performance Monitoring Application, the Higher Education Performance Monitoring Application test was used with 17 test items having a 100% success rate, the Feasibility Test and the Interpretation Percentage were used by experts in measuring aspects of design, communication, and software assessment so that the percentage was 81, 42%, and in the validation test, the provisions on item 25 in the Aiken V table are with a lower limit of 0.64 to an upper limit of 0.93 or a V value of 0.83. The results of the average value of V = 0.794 are declared valid.

Abstract

Environmental wisdom is a form of intelligence, creativity, innovation, and traditional knowledge possessed by local communities in managing and conserving ecosystems and natural resources. The people of Matotonan, located in the South Siberut District of the Mentawai Islands Regency, practice the bat gette farming system to cultivate taro (Colocasia esculenta) as a way to secure food resources while maintaining environmental sustainability. As a community living within the conservation area of Siberut National Park, it is important to study and understand their environmental awareness level to ensure the long-term protection of the conservation area. This study aims to assess the environmental awareness of the Matotonan community, who cultivate taro (Colocasia esculenta) using the bat gette farming system. Environmental awareness was measured using the New Environmental Paradigm (NEP) method. The research findings indicate that the Matotonan community practicing bat gette farming is categorized as an environmentally aware or pro-NEP community, with an ecological worldview that emphasizes the limits of growth. Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the body of literature on environmental management accounting (EMA) and provides a quantitative overview of the academic as well as the professional literature constituting the field. By doing so, the paper discusses whether EMA has developed as a discipline. Design/methodology/approach. Based on a database containing 814 (396 of them published in academic journals) publications in English, German and French with a publication date prior to 2012 a bibliometric analysis is conducted. Data on the publications, journals, authors and citations were collected, double-checked and examined by applying bibliometric measures. Findings The bibliometric analysis identifies trends in EMA research publications which show that EMA has developed as a young discipline, but is still faces challenges to get better established in mainstream accounting and management research. Although the publication number is growing, a substantial part of the publications have been published outside mainstream accounting journals in non-accounting journals, books and reports. A recent trend towards establishing specialised environmental (and sustainability) accounting journals is also rendered apparent. The low number of highly cited publications of few authors, however, indicates that EMA is still to become a mainstream field of research. Originality/value The paper discusses with the help of bibliometric analysis and measures whether EMA has developed as a discipline and whether it has become part of mainstream accounting research.

Abstract

The World Health Organization 2021 estimates the prevalence of stunting worldwide at 22% or as many as 149.2 million. In Indonesia, the prevalence of stunting is 21.6%. Padang City in 2022 has a stunting incidence rate of 19.5%, Ikur Koto Health Center has the highest percentage of stunting toddlers at 16%. Exclusive breastfeeding and appropriate complementary foods (MP-ASI) can contribute to supporting the health of children under five who can help in stunting prevention. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the history of exclusive breastfeeding and complementary foods (MP-ASI) with the incidence of stunting in children under 24-59 months old in Koto Pulai Village, Ikur Koto Padang Health Center Working Area. This type of research is analytical with a cross sectional design. The population in this study was all mothers who had children under five 24-59 months in Koto Pulai Village, Ikur Koto Padang Health Center Working Area, totaling 40 children under five. The study sample amounted to 40 children under five 24-59 months with cluster ramdom sampling technique. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Chi-square test used for data analysis. The results of this study showed that 65.0% of children under 24-59 months old were stunted, 67.5% were not given exclusive breastfeeding and 62.5% were not given complementary milk. The results of statistical tests showed that there was no relationship between the history of exclusive breastfeeding p-value (0.480) and complementary foods (MP-ASI) p-value (0.864) with the incidence of stunting in children under five 24-59 months. The conclusion of this study, there are many factors that cause stunting in children under five, such as nutritional intake of toddlers, infectious diseases, food availability, socioeconomic factors, knowledge of maternal nutrition and others. It is expected for mothers to further increase full exclusive breastfeeding and provide complementary feeding appropriately.
