Abstract

The purpose of this study was to implement a TB control program at the Wiradesa Community Health Center based on Pekalongan Regency Regulation No. 5 of 2018. The study used a descriptive qualitative method with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation model approach. Data collection techniques were through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Context aspect was in accordance with regulations, but still faced challenges of social stigma and an unsupportive environment. In the Input aspect, trained human resources and adequate facilities were available, but limited cadres, employee rotation, limited funds, and a lack of modern detection tools were obstacles. The Process aspect showed data-based and cross-sectoral planning, but its implementation was hampered by the workload of officers, low patient awareness, and geographical constraints. Monitoring was carried out routinely every 3 months despite a lack of supervisors. The Product aspect showed fluctuating CDR and treatment success rates that had not yet reached the national target, and the detection of suspected TB tended to decrease. In conclusion, although regulations and commitments were in place, the program required strengthening human resources, diagnostic tools, anti-stigma socialization, cross-sectoral work, and adaptive funding support to achieve TB elimination. Abstract

The Adolescent Posyandu is a form of mentoring and coaching designed to help teenagers avoid negative behaviors that may harm themselves or others. In the current digital era, where information can be easily accessed through the internet and social media, the implementation of Adolescent Posyandu faces various challenges. This study aimed to evaluate the implementation of the Adolescent Posyandu in the working area of Puskesmas Wonokerto I, Pekalongan Regency. This descriptive qualitative research used in-depth interviews in which the data were analyzed using the Context–Input–Process–Product (CIPP) model. At the context stage, the program had not been fully achieved due to low participant coverage, uneven target distribution, and environmental factors such as peer influence and cadre roles that affected participation. At the input stage, not all cadres had attended training, and the number of cadres did not meet the technical guidelines. At the process stage, scheduling was constrained by the busy schedules of officers, and activities were incomplete. Monitoring and evaluation by the health center were also limited. At the product stage, there were no innovative activities to increase adolescents’ awareness and participation. Puskesmas Wonokerto I needs to optimize the development of Adolescent Posyandu activities by improving human resources, facilities, monitoring, and innovative approaches.

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of character education for students with behavioral challenges at Yappen Rays Maritime Vocational School, Maumere. The primary objectives are to examine how educators apply character education to address disciplinary issues and to identify the inhibiting factors in its implementation. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach, the study involved the school principal, duty teachers, the vice principal for student affairs, guidance and counseling teachers, security officers, civic education teachers, and students as research subjects. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed through data presentation and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the school’s efforts through religious education, habituation practices, written warnings, and sanctions for latecomers have been relatively effective in reducing disciplinary violations, particularly tardiness. However, challenges remain due to external factors, including family background, residential environment, and internal factors, such as students’ personal attitudes and family income.

Abstract

This study evaluates the impact of Indonesia’s 2015 accrual based accounting reform on budget composition credibility in subnational governments, utilizing the PI 2 Composition Variance indicator from the PEFA framework. The objective is to determine whether the adoption of accrual accounting improved alignment between planned and actual expenditures across economic classifications. The research applies a panel data methodology covering 514 Indonesian provinces and districts from 2011 to 2021. Using fixed effects regression models, the study incorporates a reform dummy, audit quality (measured by unqualified audit opinions or WTP), and various fiscal controls including PAD per capita, TKDD, personnel spending share, and PDRB. Robustness checks include alternative specifications and treatment of outliers and administrative splits. The results indicate that accrual reform is associated with a statistically significant reduction in budget composition variance. Furthermore, the reform’s impact is stronger in jurisdictions that received WTP audit opinions, underscoring the moderating role of audit quality. The findings suggest that institutional maturity, particularly audit capacity, amplifies the benefits of financial reporting reforms. In conclusion, accrual reform can improve fiscal discipline through enhanced compositional execution, especially when reinforced by high quality auditing institutions. These insights support policy efforts to integrate technical reforms with institutional strengthening. Future research should examine how these improvements influence service delivery and broader governance outcomes.

Abstract

Seller collusion on e commerce platforms undermines fair competition and creates measurable risks for financial integrity and erodes consumer trust. This study investigates Indonesia’s capacity to trace and recover assets derived from such digital collusion by evaluating the legal, forensic, and institutional frameworks currently in place. Methodologically, the study combines doctrinal legal analysis with digital forensic protocols under ISO/IEC 27037. It draws from three empirical datasets: seller account metadata, financial transaction flows (VA, e wallet, bank accounts), and enforcement records (seizures, freeze orders, beneficial ownership disclosures). The analysis is further contextualized through international case studies from the United Kingdom and the United States. Results show that Indonesia's existing legal instruments such as the Anti Money Laundering Law (UU 8/2010), KUHAP Articles 39/46, and Perpres 13/2018 on Beneficial Ownership are theoretically adequate but operationally underutilized. Institutional silos, lack of real time data access, and limited forensic capabilities hamper timely asset tracing. However, evidence from forensic analytics such as synchronized pricing, mutual refund loops, and shared account linkages offers a viable pathway for detection. AI based tools and graph analytics are identified as valuable enablers. The discussion emphasizes the importance of regulatory synchronization, risk based privacy access models, and alignment with global best practices (e.g., POCA, BSA). Successful asset tracing also hinges on adherence to the Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022), requiring encryption, pseudonymization, and strict access governance. The study concludes that an integrated framework combining legal reform, forensic capacity building, and ethical data governance is essential for Indonesia to enhance its digital asset recovery strategy.

Abstract

Kembang Kerang Village, located in the East Lombok Regency of West Nusa Tenggara's Aikmel District, has a wealth of agricultural potential, particularly in the plantation industry, specifically in the coconut commodities. A frequently underutilized byproduct that pollutes the environment is coconut water. By teaching and enabling community members—particularly organizations like PKK and KWT—to produce Nata de Coco from coconut water, this article offers an innovative alternative. The workshop, which took place in the village of Kembang Kerang, focused on how important it is to use discarded coconut water to lessen environmental damage and boost economic value. The training approach guarantees that participants may independently create and market the product through socialization, counseling, practice, and direct help in the creation of Nata de Coco. The following article guides readers through the entire process of creating Nata de Coco, from preparing the beginning to packaging. Rich in fiber and healthy nutrients, what follows Nata de Coco is made. To conclude, community creativity and abilities in turning coconut water waste into a viable economic venture have to be enhanced through training and outreach programs. A strong response to the training session's enthusiasm was displayed by the participants, which created opportunities for the village's coconut products to thrive sustainably and economically.

Abstract

The ability to communicate in English is very important in the era of globalization. However, many students face difficulties communicating in the language due to a lack of confidence. Self-confidence greatly affects students' speaking abilities. Studies show that confident students are more active and speak more often. Students lack confidence because traditional education methods are too theory-centered. Project-Based Learning (PBL) enhances students' confidence, critical thinking, and speaking skills by involving them in group projects. This research was conducted on 19 students at MA Bustanul Ulum. Through observation and interviews, it was found that PBL increases students' confidence in speaking English. Although there are challenges, such as shyness and group conflicts, these can be overcome with the help of the teacher. This research proves that PBL is effective in improving students' speaking skills.
