Abstract

Companies need to pay attention to various aspects to achieve success amidst intense competition. Business developments encourage companies to adapt, with company performance and supply chain integration as key factors in success. Company, which operates in the domestic and international expedition sector, must ensure service quality to remain competitive. This research was conducted to determine the impact of supply chain integration on the performance of the Logistc company. This research is included in the type of "Hypothesis Testing" which aims to explain the relationship between factors in a particular situation and is exploratory in nature, where the researcher looks for new ideas and relationships between phenomena that have not yet been formulated. Data was collected through online surveys and direct interviews at Company, with a total employee population of 173 people, and a sample of 120 people taken using the quota sampling technique.The data collection method uses a questionnaire with 21 questions related to the influence of supply chain integration on company performance. Data analysis involved tests of validity, reliability and classical assumptions, including normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation and heteroscedasticity tests, as well as the F test and t test to test the simultaneous and partial influence of each variable. The results of the analysis show that Supply Chain Integration has a significant negative effect on various aspects of company performance. In Hypothesis 1, it was found that Supply Chain Integration has a negative influence on Service Quality, with a coefficient value of β1 = -0.724 and a significance of 0.0000 < 0.05. Likewise in Hypotheses 2 and 3, Supply Chain Integration shows a significant negative influence on other performance indicators and overall company performance, with B coefficients of -0.721 and -0.768, respectively. These findings emphasize that companies must carefully manage supply chain integration, ensuring efficiency and good communication between partners and business units so as not to hamper performance. Evaluation of the integration strategy implemented is very important to achieve business goals and improve company performance.

Abstract

Travel literature is a work that writes about the author's experience when traveling to a new andunfamiliar place. This research aims to raise and explore the form of representation of The Otherdescribed by Dzikry el Han in the novel Cinta Putih di Bumi Papua. The research method used in thisstudy is qualitative. By using Carl Thompson's travel writing theory, this paper will reveal the author'sculture and Papuan culture told in the novel. The results show that in the novel Cinta Putih di BumiPapua, there are various colonial discourses that are demeaning and othering the Papua people.Although the travel literature written by Dzikry is based on accurate data, it should be noted that thefact that a society consists of various individuals who have various characters so that it can be concludedthat travel literature will not be able to cover a society in a culture perfectly because the society consistsof various individuals who have their own life stories so that it would not be fair to judge a culturewithout seeing it as a whole.

Abstract

Cardiovascular diseases are a leading cause of death among post-menopausal women, particularly in urban areas with sedentary lifestyles. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of using smartwatches to monitor health parameters, such as heart rate, blood pressure, and physical activity, among elderly post-menopausal women in the Paguyuban Lansia Bahagia Yuswa Kencana, Semarang. A quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test, without a control group, involved 32 participants selected through purposive sampling. Measurements were taken before and after using the smartwatch. Results showed significant reductions in heart rate (from 80 ± 5.2 BPM to 72 ± 4.5 BPM, P-value = 0.02), systolic blood pressure (from 135 ± 8.3 mmHg to 128 ± 7.6 mmHg, P-value = 0.04), and increased physical activity (from 4500 ± 1200 steps to 5500 ± 800 steps per day, P-value = 0.01). Acceptance of the technology was positive, with 62.5% of participants reporting ease of use and 70% believing the device helped monitor their health. This study concludes that the use of smartwatches is effective in monitoring health and improving physical activity in post-menopausal elderly women. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of e-security and e-trust on repurchase intention with e-satisfaction as an intervening variable for Shopee consumers in Palu City. This type of research is descriptive, in that it seeks to evaluate and analyze the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The sample of this study consisted of users of Shopee's online buying and selling service who had made more than one purchase in Palu City. This was determined using a purposive sampling method and amounted to 120 people. This study uses the Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis method using the SmartPLS application. The results of this study indicate that 1) E-security does not have a positive and significant effect on e-satisfaction for Shopee consumers in Palu City. 2) E-Trust positively and significantly affects e-satisfaction for Shopee consumers in Palu City. 3) E-Security has no positive and significant effect on repurchase intention for Shopee consumers in Palu City. 4) E-Trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention for Shopee consumers in Palu City. 5) E-satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention for Shopee consumers in Palu City. 6) E-security has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention through e-satisfaction for Shopee consumers in Palu City. 7) E-Trust positively and significantly affects repurchase intention through e-satisfaction for Shopee consumers in Palu City.

Abstract

The growth of social media advances breaking the limited access of English learning experience. One of the massive users of social media currently is the TikTok application. This study examined followers’ feedback on the English learning content created by @kadang.sokinggris TikTok account. The English learning content presented by this account consists of vocabulary mastery, pronunciation, English version, and word differences. His teaching method is "scolding his followers.". This study utilized the Netnography approach to explore online behaviour and interaction in the comment box of 30 videos. The videos consist of 7 vocabulary mastery contents, 8 pronunciation contents, 7 English version contents, and 8 word differences contents. It was found that majority of the video comments were positive. The videos in vocabulary mastery content presented contextual examples to help the followers understand how to use vocabulary in a proper context. In addition, it was discovered that there are oral and written feedback and interaction between the content creator and the followers. As presented in pronunciation contents, the content creator challenged the followers to read the four words, and afterward, he corrected how to read by “scolding” his followers that what was said was wrong in pronunciation. In the comment section, many followers still get the mispronounced words. Key findings were that @kadang.sokinggris TikTok account provides English learning content with unique features, clarity of voice in delivering material, and techniques presented that are different from those of other content creators. So, it can be claimed that the Tiktok application becomes an online version of English learning media in today’s digital era.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Prental yoga menjadi salah satu upaya promotif dan preventif untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu hamil agar dapat beradaptasi dengan perubahan fisik dan psikis selama kehamilan serta mempersiapkan persalinan. Tujuan Penelitian: untuk menelaah evidence terkait manfaat prenatal yoga untuk ibu hamil dengan cara mereview. Metode Penelitian: Literatur Review dengan cara mencari di Pubmed, Google Scholar, Science Direct. Kriteria kata kunciyaitu “prenatal yoga”dan “pregnancy”. Setelah dilakukan telah didapatkan artikel nasional dan internasional. Pertanyaan Penelitian: 1) Fisiologis prenatal yoga pada ibu hamil?, 2) Apakah manfaat prenatal yoga pada ibu hamil?, 3) Apakah manfaat prenatal yoga pada janin ? Hasil Penelitian: Dari delapan artikel yang telah direview, terdapat evidence dari delapan artikel yang menunjukkan bahwa ibu yang sedang hamil mengalami perubahan fisiologis dan prenatal yoga dapat mengurangi ketidaknyamanan pada ibu hamil, menurunkan kecemasan, stress, meningkatkan hubungan sosial, membantu dalam persiapan persalinan, menurunkan komplikasi maternal dan neonatal, mempererat hubungan keterikatan ibu dan janin, serta memperbaiki presentasi janin. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa prenatal yoga merupakan latihan yang bermanfaat bagi ibu hamil dan janin sehingga pelaksanaannya harus terus dipromosikan untuk perawatan kehamilan. Kesimpulan: prenatal yoga merupakan latihan yang bermanfaat bagi ibu hamil dan janin sehingga pelaksanaannya harus terus dipromosikan untuk perawatan kehamilan sehingga ibu dapat melahirkan dengan nyaman dan rileks.

Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah Upaya Guru dalam Mengatasi Rendahnya Minat Baca Siswa di Perpustakaan Mts Muhammadiyah Al-fatah Nanghale. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya apa yang dilakukan oleh guru dalam mengatasi rendahnya minat baca siswa di suatu lembaga pendidikan yaitu di tingkat Madrasah. Selain itu penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab rendahnya minat baca sehingga bisa dilakukan upaya-upaya untuk mengatasinya berdasarkan dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh pihak sekolah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab rendahnya minat baca siswa dan upaya guru mengatasinya. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data tersebut diperoleh melaui kegiatan magang selama satu bulan di Mts Muhammadiyah Al-fatah Nangahale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa yang menyebabkan rendahnya minat baca pada siswa yaitu  karena siswa lebih senang berkumpul dengan teman sebaya serta sibuk dengan bermain handpone milik mereka dari pada membaca buku, siswa menganggap membaca buku itu merupakan suatu hal yang membosankan. Maka perlu ada upaya guru untuk men melakukan bimbingan khusus guna menumbuhkan minat baca pada siswa.

Abstract

Bahasa merupakan alat komunikasi yang digunakan untuk berinteraksi dengan sesama. Bahasa yang bersifar arbiter memiliki fungsi (1) untuk menyampaikan pesan kepada orang lain, (2) fungsi persuasi eksplorasi yaitu penggunaan bahasa untuk menjelaskan suatu hal, perkara dan keadaan, (3) fungsi melakukanatau tidak melakukan, (4) fungsi entertaimen yaitu penggunaan bahasa dengan maksut menghibur perasaan batin. Metode yang digunakan dalam pene;itian ini adalah penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif dan subjek penelitianya ialah siswa kelas 3B SDN Gembira. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan dengan cara .mengamati,mendengarkan, dan mencatat aktifitas dalam proses pembelajaran tentang pengaruh bahasa daerah terhadap pembelajaran  bahasa Indonesia Peristiwa campur kode dilakuka oleh siswa dan guru. Peristiwa tersebut terjadi kerena penggunaan bahasa daerah pada saat proses pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia sedangkan saat pembelajaran dituntut untuk menggunakan bahasa Indonesia, sehingga secara spontan peserta didik mengkombinasikan kedua bahasa tersebut.

Abstract

Sarana dan prasarana merupakan media yang mendukung proses pembelajaran di sekolah. Keterbatasan sarana prasarana sangat mengganggu proses pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami pengaruh keterbatasan sarana prasarana terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik penelitian data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu terdapat kurang adanya motivasi belajar peserta didik, karena keterbatasan sarana prasarana. Abstract

Kembang Kerang Village, located in the East Lombok Regency of West Nusa Tenggara's Aikmel District, has a wealth of agricultural potential, particularly in the plantation industry, specifically in the coconut commodities. A frequently underutilized byproduct that pollutes the environment is coconut water. By teaching and enabling community members—particularly organizations like PKK and KWT—to produce Nata de Coco from coconut water, this article offers an innovative alternative. The workshop, which took place in the village of Kembang Kerang, focused on how important it is to use discarded coconut water to lessen environmental damage and boost economic value. The training approach guarantees that participants may independently create and market the product through socialization, counseling, practice, and direct help in the creation of Nata de Coco. The following article guides readers through the entire process of creating Nata de Coco, from preparing the beginning to packaging. Rich in fiber and healthy nutrients, what follows Nata de Coco is made. To conclude, community creativity and abilities in turning coconut water waste into a viable economic venture have to be enhanced through training and outreach programs. A strong response to the training session's enthusiasm was displayed by the participants, which created opportunities for the village's coconut products to thrive sustainably and economically.
