Abstract

In order to promote education in madrasahs, this study seeks to assess policies from a sociopolitical perspective. This research, it continues, was carried out using a descriptive qualitative method to the kind of library research, with book data serving as the data source. Content analysis, whose scope includes the depth of information content, was used to carry out the data analysis technique. The findings demonstrated that madrasah-based management involves the principal and is participatory management of the madrasah. The community, stakeholders, instructors, and students must work together to attain the goals for educational quality. Since1960–1990, there has been a global push toward decentralization in the area of education reform. The New Order's fall in 1998 ushered in a period of transition that included the constitutional reformation of education in Indonesia. since the Regional Government Law No. 22 of1999, which was later revised by Law No. 32 of the same year, established regional autonomy. In2004, the local government received control of the educational matters.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara ketiga dengan angka prevalensi stunting tertinggi di Asia pada 2017 menurut World Health Organisation yang angkanya mencapai 36,4 persen. Upaya penanganan stunting di Indonesia, pemerintah menargetkan Program Penurunan Stunting menjadi 14% pada tahun 2024 mendatang. Lingkungan merupakan factor yang juga berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya stunted. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui korelasi dimensi lingkungan terhadap kejadian stunted pada balita di Kecamatan Sragi Pekalongan. Metode Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif melalui pendekatan croosectional, Adapun responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 85 responden. Analisis menggunakan uji chisquare. Variabel independent dalam riset ini adalah dimensi lingkungan yang meliputi lingkungan rumah, lingkungan kesehatan dan lingkungan sosial. Hasil penelitian, ada 2 variabel yang berhubungan yaitu lingkungan rumah (ρ value ; 0,010), lingkungan kesehatan (ρ value : 0,032). Sedangkan untuk lingkungan sosial memiliki nilai (ρ value : 0,364) yang artinya tidak berhubungan, Kesimpulannya adalah faktor lingkungan berkorelasi terhadap kejadian stunted pada balita, dan dapat diartikan kejadian stunted pada balita sangat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan. Rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah membangun kepercayaan masyarakat untuk bisa menganggap bahwa stunting itu bisa diatasi dan memeberikan pemahaman sejak dini melalui edukasi yang rutin dan sesuai dengan kondisi di lapangan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Digital Marketing, Product Quality, and Price on Purchasing Decisions with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The population was the people of Palu who shop at Nim Shop. Type of the research was explanatory research using a quantitative approach with a total sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with the sampling technique applied the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The results of the research show that digital marketing has a significant influence on purchasing decisions; Product quality has a significant influence on purchasing decisions; Prices have a significant influence on purchasing decisions; Purchase decisions have a significant influence on purchase satisfaction; Digital marketing has a significant influence on purchase satisfaction; Product quality has a significant influence on purchase satisfaction; Price has a significant influence on purchase satisfaction; There is no direct influence of digital marketing on purchase satisfaction through purchasing decisions; The direct influence of product quality on purchase satisfaction through purchasing decisions; The direct influence of price on purchase satisfaction through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of testing and analyzing the effect of the utilization of digital marketing, market orientation and product innovation on marketing performance and their impact on customer satisfaction at McDonald's Palu City. This research was carried out using a quantitative descriptive analysis method with a sampling technique using Slovin. In this research, quantitative and qualitative data were used, and the data sources used were secondary data and primary data. The research population was the overall element of McDonald's visitors in August - December 2022 in Palu City, totaling 5,545. Based on the above calculations, the sample who became respondents of the research was adjusted to as many as 100 people or around 12% of the total visitors. Based on the research findings of the hypothesis testing that carried out in the research using partial last square analysis, it shows that the Utilization of Digital Marketing variable affects marketing performance, the Market Orientation variable affects marketing performance, the Product Innovation variable affects marketing performance, and the satisfaction variable mediates the relationship between the variables of the Utilization of Digital Marketing and Product Innovation on marketing performance while market orientation is not mediated.

Abstract

Yogurt, with the addition of herbal ingredients can add efficacy and value of its benefits. Several studies have proven that cinnamon, aloe vera, and fenugreek seeds have properties as antidiabetic and hypolipidemic. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the antidiabetic and hypolipidemic potential of yogurt with the addition of a combination of two or three types of herbal extracts, such as cinnamon, fenugreek seeds, and aloe vera, in diabetic rats. Diabetic rats were divided into six groups and given treatment for 21 days. Rats’ blood was taken to test blood glucose levels using glucometers, insulin with the ELISA method, blood lipid profiles, and kidney and liver functions using a chemistry analyzer. The data were statistically analyzed using one-way ANOVA followed by the Duncan test. The results showed that yogurt added with several combinations of herbal extracts such as cinnamon, aloe vera, and fenugreek seeds (III, IV, V, and VI) could significantly reduce blood glucose levels, increase insulin levels, improve lipid profiles, and improve kidney and liver functions in diabetic rats, as well as commercial administration of glibenclamide (II). Diabetic rats given yogurt with the addition of a combination of 3 herbal extracts (VI) and a combination of 2 herbal extracts (cinnamon +fenugreek seeds) (V) of 1% each showed better antidiabetic and hypolipidemic performances compared to the other groups (III, and IV). The combination of yogurt with some herbal extracts can add efficacy and value to the benefits of yogurt as a functional drink.

Abstract

Posyandu bertugas membantu kepala desa dalam peningkatan pelayanan Kesehatan Masyarakat desa. Kader sebagai tangan panjang tenaga kesehatan di masyarakat memiliki peran yang penting dalam pelaksanaan posyandu di daerah/masyarakat. Kader posyandu merupakan salah satu kader kesehatan yang ada di desa/kelurahan, dalam menjalankan tugasnya dapat membantu kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat bersama tenaga kesehatan, aparat pemerintah desa/kelurahan dan forum peduli kesehatan. Posyandu Jambukulon adalah salah satu posyandu di Kecamatan Jambu Kulon Klaten yang memilik 38 orang kader yang 26 kader diantaranya sudah pernah mengikuti pelatihan kader baik di tingkat puskesmas, dinas kesehatan kabupaten maupun dinas kesehatan propinsi. Saat dilakukan wawancara pada 6 kader didapatkan hasil jika 5 orang kader sudah pernah mengikuti pelatihan dan lainnya belum pernah. Lima orang kader menyampaikan sudah menjadi kader sejak 5-20 tahun yang lalu dan satunya baru saja bergabung menjadi kader. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa hubungan keikutsertaan pelatihan dengan kinerja kader di Posyandu Jambukulon. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua kader di posyandu jambukulon sebanyak 38 orang dengan tehnik total sampling. Instrument penelitian yang digunakan kuesioner dengan menyajikan cheklist pelatihan yang pernah diikuti kader dan 17 pertanyaan terkait kinerja kader. Selanjutnya data diolah dengan bantuan sistem SPSS. Hasilnya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara keikutsertaan kader dengan kinerjanya. Saran untuk kader: Diharapkan setiap kader mengikuti pelatihan secara bergantian dan informasi atau inlmu dalam pelatihan dapat menjadikan kinerja kader semakin baik.

Abstract

Konflik pada dasarnya sangat dekatan dengan hidup manusia. Konflik itu lahir dari ketidakmatangan sikap manusia dalam menyelesaikan persoalan antara sesama manusia itu sendiri, anggota atau golongan. Motif terjadinya konflik ada berbagai macam, mulai dari urusan pribadi sampai pada urusan budaya dan tradisi dalam hal ini pernikahan. Atas dasar ini tujuan penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui konstruksi prinsip negosiasi yang dikembangkan dalam pernikahan adat Krowe di Sikka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, FGD, dan dokumentasi. Data dipilah berdasarkan tata urutan kegunaan, selanjutnya data dikelompokkan berdasarkan masalah yang dingkat dan pada akhirnya melakukan proses verifikasi untuk dihubungkan dengan setiap tujuan yang hendak dicapai serta dikonfrontasi dengan dokumen pendukung. Hasil penelitian tentang prinsip negosiasi yang dikembangkan dalam pernikahan adat Krowe di Sikka yaitu kula kameng (ide diangkat kepermukaan), kula babong (lempar ide dengan santun), kula kara (rapat umum).

Abstract

Era Globalisasi mempengaruhi perubahan besar terhadap perkembangan teknologi yang berdampak pada keberlangsungan ekonomi, sosial, infastruktur, politik dan terkhusus pada pendidikan. Salah satunya pada perubahan model pembelajaran, kini pembelajaran jarak jauh telah banyak di aplikasikan dalam pendidikan tingkat sarjana. Model pendidikan praktek jarak jauh ini memiliki masalah-masalah tertentu yang perlu dicermati, salah satu masalah yang harus dipecahkan yakni pada minat ekstrakulikuler mahasiswa yang semakin menurun  sehingga menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini untuk mengetahui minat ekstrakulikuler mahasiswa pada jarak jauh. Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui minat musik mahasiswa  pada ekstrakulikuler yang dilakukan secara  jarak jauh di era 4.0 dan pandangannya terhadap pendidikan jarak jauh. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dengan survei model diadopsi dengan partisipasi total 52 Mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan sebuah kuesioner terdiri dari 12 item yang dikembangkan oleh para peneliti. Ditemukan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa memiliki antusias yang sangat baik pada ekstrakulikuler musik, berdasarkan hasil akhir penelitian pandangan minat musik mahasiswa meningkat pada pembelajaran jarak jauh sebanyak 55,7% dari yang sebelumnya berpendapat negatif kini menjadi positif setelah menjalankan pembelajaran jarak jauh. Dan total keseluruhan mahasiswa yang memiliki pandangan positif adalah 90.3%.

Abstract

Work Env Human resources are an important aspect in achieving company success. One of the company's successes is marked by good employee job satisfaction. A comfortable work environment, well-distributed workload and high work motivation will contribute to employee job satisfaction. This research aims to analyze the significance of the influence of the work environment and workload on job satisfaction with work motivation as a mediating variable in PT employees. Indo Acidatama Tbk. The population of this research is employees of PT. Indo Acidatama Tbk located in Karanganyar. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is primary data. The sampling technique used unproportional random sampling with a sample size of 80 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method in this research is multiple linear analysis and Sobel test using SPSS as a data processing tool. The results of this research are that the work environment and workload have a significant effect on the work motivation of PT Indo Acidatama Tbk employees, the work environment has no significant effect on the job satisfaction of PT Indo Acidatama Tbk employees, workload and work motivation have a significant effect on PT Indo Acidatama Tbk employees, work environment and workload have a significant effect on job satisfaction through the work motivation of PT Indo Acidatama Tbk employees. The R2 value for the work environment variable (X1) and workload (X2) for the dependent variable, namely work motivation (Y1) is 46.4%. Meanwhile, the remaining 53.6%, meaning that work motivation is explained by other variables, such as: work discipline, employee performance, length of service, level of education and so on which were not examined in this research. The R2 value of work environment independence (X1), workload (X2) and work motivation (Z) on job satisfaction (Y) is 35.5%. While the remaining 64.5%, meaning that job satisfaction is explained by other variables, such as: compensation, organizational structure, leadership style and promotion.

Abstract

Children are an important period of age development, this period is often called the golden age. At the age of children, skills need to be developed and trained continuously so that they can develop as desired. This skill is the ability of a human being to complete a given task and complete it smoothly and quickly. The research method used is qualitative research with a type of document study research. Because this research uses document studies, researchers understand the contents of the story. This book tells the story of a child who cannot sleep due to the many mosquitoes that disturb his third ear. The results of this study found three skills contained in the story "Bibo Can't Sleep", namely: 1) children's skills in independence, children learn to be independent from an early age, 2) children's skills in time discipline, children learn to do things with the time that children have set, 3) children's skills to maintain cleanliness, train children to put things in their place.
