Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan orang tua untuk memilih SD Santo Nicholas Medan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, data dikumpulkan dari 104 orang tua melalui kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam. Analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pendidikan (90%), reputasi sekolah (85%), fasilitas (80%), dan biaya sekolah (75%) merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi keputusan orang tua. Faktor lain seperti lokasi dan lingkungan sekolah (70%), pendekatan pengajaran (65%), kegiatan ekstrakurikuler (60%), dan faktor sosial dan budaya (55%) juga berkontribusi, meskipun dengan pengaruh yang lebih kecil. Analisis kualitatif mengungkapkan bahwa kualitas dan dedikasi guru, pengembangan karakter, lingkungan belajar yang positif, dan komunikasi yang baik antara sekolah dan orang tua menjadi alasan penting di balik keputusan tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi SD Santo Nicholas dan sekolah lain untuk memahami kebutuhan dan harapan orang tua, dan dapat dijadikan dasar untuk meningkatkan layanan pendidikan. Sekolah diharapkan dapat memperkuat faktor-faktor yang dianggap penting oleh orang tua dan terus melakukan perbaikan untuk memenuhi harapan orang tua dan siswa.

Abstract

The rapid growth of Indonesia's ice cream market, driven by changing consumer lifestyles and preferences, has intensified competition among brands. Mixue, a prominent Chinese ice cream and beverage chain, faces challenges in maintaining customer loyalty amidst rising competitors like AI Cha and Momoyo. Understanding how brand image and price perception influence purchase decisions, mediated by consumer trust, is critical for Mixue's strategic positioning. This study examines (1) the direct effects of brand image and price perception on trust and purchase decisions, and (2) the mediating role of trust in these relationships at Mixue Nusaloka BSD. A quantitative approach was employed, collecting data from 100 respondents via on-site questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale. Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analyzed the relationships between variables, with validity (loading factors ≥ 0.70, AVE ≥ 0.50) and reliability (Cronbach’s alpha ≥ 0.70) confirmed. Brand image and price perception significantly enhance trust (β = 0.430 and 0.488, respectively) and directly influence purchase decisions (β = 0.325 and 0.353). Trust also positively affects purchase decisions (β = 0.288) and mediates the price-perception-to-purchase link, not the brand-image-to-purchase relationship. Mixue should prioritize strengthening brand image and competitive pricing to foster trust and drive purchases. Future research should expand samples across locations, incorporate variables like service quality, and use mixed methods to enhance generalizability. These insights offer actionable strategies for F&B brands in competitive markets.

Abstract

Era perkembangan yang semakin ketat ini, karyawan dituntut untuk memilliki kinerja yang baik dalam bekerja. Meningkatnya kinerja akan meningkatkan produktivitas sebuah perusahaan. Hal ini dikarenakan kinerja yang baik akan menghasilkan kualitas dan kuantitas yang baik juga. Menurut Mangkunegara (2013) kinerja karyawan ialah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai oleh seorang karyawan dalam melaksanakan tugasnya sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Penelitian yang dilakukan terhadap karyawan PT. Mahkota Indonesia Jakarta ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mahkota Indonesia Jakarta. 2) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mahkota Indonesia Jakarta. 3) Mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Mahkota Indonesia Jakarta. Metode pengambilan sampel ialah Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling dimana metode ini merupakan teknik memilih sampel dari suatu populasi berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu, sampel ialah sebanyak 60 orang karyawan PT. Mahkota Indonesia Jakarta. Hasil Penelitian 1) Menganalisis pengaruh pada penelitian dapat dikatakan terdapat pengaruh positif antara Budaya Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada karyawan PT. Mahkota Indonesia Jakarta. 2) Menganalisis pengaruh pada penelitian dapat dikatakan terdapat pengaruh positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Mahkota Indonesia Jakarta 3). Menganalisis pengaruh pada penelitian dapat dikatakan terdapat pengaruh positif antara Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Mahkota Indonesia Jakarta.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, facilities, and information technology on consumer satisfaction at the Diagnostic and Interventional Radiology Installation of the Haji Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Surabaya, East Java. The method used in this study was non-probability sampling, involving 77 respondents who were consumers who had undergone examinations at the radiology installation. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS 4. The results of the study showed that partially, service quality (X1) had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Conversely, facilities (X2) and information technology (X3) did not show a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. However, simultaneously, the three variables—service quality, facilities, and information technology—had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y). This finding emphasizes the importance of developing optimal facilities and implementing information technology to improve consumer satisfaction in radiology services.

Abstract

Abstract: Teacher’s performance is the most important thing that must be considered in order to improve the quality of education. The research is conducted at St. Thomas Aquino Senior High School fo find out: 1) does the work discipline influence the teacher’s performance at St. Thomas Aquino Senior High School? 2) does the work of motivation influence the teacher’s performance at St. Thomas Aquino Senior High School? 3) does the work environment influence the teacher’s performance at St. Thomas Aquino Senior High School 4) whwther the discipline, motivation, dan the work environment simultaneously influences the teacher’s performance at St. Thomas Aquino Senior High School? Data were collected from 35 respondents who were saturated samples using a questionnaire. The research method used was quantitative. Data were analyzed using validity and reliability tests and classical assumption tests. The research method used was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. The results show that work discipline partially and significantly influences teacher performance at SMA Strada St. Thomas Aquino. Work motivation partially does not significantly influence teacher performance at SMA Strada St. Thomas Aquino. The work environment partially does not significantly influence teacher performance at SMA Strada St. Thomas Aquino. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja secara parsial maupun memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Strada St. Thomas Aquino. Motivasi kerja secara parsial tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhaap kinerja guru di SMA Strada St. Thomas Aquino. Lingkungan kerja secara parsial tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Strada St. Thomas Aquino. Abstract

Abstract: Teacher performance is a visible result when the teacher carries out the tasks and work given. Organizations or schools certainly need potential human resources, both leaders and teachers, in the pattern of tasks and supervision which determines the achievement of company goals. The Strada Association has the goal of an educational community that is superior, caring and has a spirit of service. The important role of teachers in learning has an impact on the quality of students. The aim of the research is to find out whether competence, communication and work motivation have a partial and simultaneous effect on the performance of teachers at the Strada Association Middle School, North East Jakarta Branch. The method used was multiple linear regression, with the help of SPSS 26 software. The sampling method was a saturated sampling method with an online questionnaire, where a total of 57 teachers at Perkumpulan Strada Middle School, North East Jakarta Branch, were sampled in this research. The results of the research show that the competency and communication variables have no effect on the performance of the Strada Middle School teachers, North East Jakarta Branch, while the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the Strada Middle School teachers, the North East Jakarta Branch. Keyword: Competence, Communication, Work Motivation and Teacher Performance Abstrak: Kinerja guru merupakan hasil yang terlihat saat guru mengemban tugas dan pekerjaan yang diberikan. Organisasi atau sekolah tentunya membutuhkan adanya sumber daya manusia yang potensial, baik itu pemimpin maupun guru pada pola tugas serta pengawasan yang merupakan penentu tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Perkumpulan Strada memiliki tujuan komunitas pendidikan yang unggul, peduli dan berjiwa melayani. Pentingnya peran guru dalam pembelajaran berdampak pada kualitas peserta didik. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui apakah kompetensi, komunikasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh secara partial dan simultan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan software SPSS 26. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode sampling jenuh dengan kuesioner online, dimana keseluruhan 57 guru di SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur, dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kompetensi dan komunikasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur, sedangkan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMP Perkumpulan Strada Cabang Jakarta Utara Timur. Kata kunci: Kompetensi, Komunikasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Guru

Abstract

The banking industry in Indonesia in 2024 experienced various significant developments. One of them is the digitalization of banking. People adapt and transact using digital-based platforms to make transactions without having to visit the bank. Bank Mandiri also continues to innovate and transform to follow the current trends, including launching Livin by Mandiri and Smart Branch. This has an impact on the decreasing number of customers who come to the branch to make transactions because they can transact easily through the Livin by Mandiri application. On the other hand, some customers still feel happy and comfortable transacting with the integrated services presented by the smart branch. Customers who come to the branch office also have a great opportunity to be offered various products so as to generate income for the branch. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, location and brand image on customer decisions to transact at Bank Mandiri KCP Jakarta Mal Pondok Indah (PIM 1). This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were customers at Bank Mandiri KCP Jakarta Mal Pondok Indah (PIM 1). 100 customers were used as samples. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study indicate that service quality partially has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions, location partially has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions, brand image partially has a positive and significant effect on customer decisions, service quality, location, and brand image simultaneously affect customer decisions to transact at Bank Mandiri KCP Jakarta Mal Pondok Indah (PIM 1).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Instagram social media, tax consultant service quality, and tax awareness on taxpayer compliance among clients of the Nanang Hermanto Tax Consultant Office. The method used was a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires distributed to 44 respondents, who were individual taxpayer clients. The analysis results indicate that partially, the variables of social media and service quality do not significantly influence taxpayer compliance. However, tax awareness has a positive and partially significant effect on taxpayer compliance. Simultaneously, these three variables significantly influence taxpayer compliance, contributing 53.7%, while the remainder is influenced by other factors outside this study. This study emphasizes the importance of increasing tax awareness in building sustainable tax compliance.

Abstract

In Kutai Kartanegara, the Youth Entrepreneurship Clinic Program (WPM) which has been running since 2019 has succeeded in producing many successful young entrepreneurs. However, participants in this program face many obstacles such as low interest in entrepreneurship due to lack of training, lack of family support, and low motivation. Apart from that, there is also a research gap which shows that training and motivation have no effect on interest in entrepreneurship. This research aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurship training, family environment, and motivation on youth entrepreneurship interest in the WPM program using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression analysis and data processing using SPSS 25. From a population of 118 training participants, a sample of 54 people was taken using the Slovin technique and proportional random sampling. The research results show that: 1) Entrepreneurship training does not have a significant effect on youth entrepreneurship interest. 2) The family environment does not have a significant effect on youth entrepreneurship interest. 3) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on youth entrepreneurship interest. 4) Entrepreneurship training, family environment and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on youth's entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

Distance education has evolved from a correspondence education model to e-learning-based education using a Learning Management System (LMS). One LMS that is widely used is Edlink. The successful implementation of an information system, including e-learning, is very important to determine the user's ability to utilise the system so that it can empirically describe e-learning user satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to measure the usability of the Edlink LMS. The questionnaire used in this research consists of the variables Usefulness, Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, and User Satisfaction. From the results of the Usability calculation, the Usefulness variable's feasibility level was 83.54%, the ease of use variable was 83.03%, the ease of learning variable was 84.79%, the usability variable was 82.62%  and the total usability value was 83.31. %. This shows that LMS Edlink is a very effective learning media to use in bold learning.
