Abstract

Price, testimonials and product quality influence the decision to purchase Blackdoff products on the Shopee marketplace. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze 1) the influence of price on purchasing decisions, 2) the influence of testimonials on purchasing decisions, 3) the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions, 4) the influence of price, testimonials and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research location is in the city of Malang, the population in this study is consumers of Blackdoff products, with a sample of 100 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression with SPSS for Windows 26.0 statistical analysis. The research results show that 1) price influences purchasing decisions, 2) testimonials influence purchasing decisions, 3) product quality influences purchasing decisions, 4) price, testimonials and product quality jointly influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is formed from a feeling of satisfaction with the services provided by employees or officers who are in a position to provide excellent service to every customer who visits. Satisfaction can be felt if someone experiences more than they expected. The overall experience is one of the elements of the establishment of loyalty to a company. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as intervening. The population in this study was civil servants who made credit more than twice, with a total sample of 40 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, and the analysis method used was path analysis with the Sobel test using the SPSS 29 data processing application. The results of this study indicate that (1) Service Quality has a direct positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction of on Customer Satisfaction of Regional Development Bank of Papua LLC Branch Agats; (2) Customer Satisfaction has a positive and significant direct effect on Customer Loyalty; (3) Service Quality has a positive and significant indirect effect on Customer Loyalty through Customer Satisfaction. The results showed that service quality has a direct and significant effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a direct and significant effect on loyalty, and service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction directly and significantly on loyalty, and service quality has a significant effect on loyalty through customers. Abstract

The telecommunications industry faces fierce competition, requiring optimal performance. PT. Naraya Telematika struggles with declining installation processes and delayed coverage expansion due to licensing issues. Research suggests that organizational culture, work discipline, and employee motivation are crucial for performance improvement. However, findings vary, indicating a research gap in their combined influence. This study examines the effects of these factors on employee performance at PT. Naraya Telematika uses a quantitative survey method with a non-probability sampling of 48 employees. Data was analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS version 29. Results show that while organizational culture doesn't significantly impact performance, work discipline and motivation positively and significantly do. Collectively, these factors significantly influence employee performance, highlighting the need for a comprehensive human resource management approach to enhance installation efficiency and expedite coverage expansion. Abstract

Research Aims: Tax consultants have an important role in increasing the amount of state tax revenue, this study aims to explore the important role of tax consultants in ethical decision making based on professional attitudes, organizational culture and Machiavellianism. Design/methodology/approach: Used a quantitative approach through statistical analysis of data sources originating from tax consultants who are members of the Malang Branch of IKPI, data analysis was carried out by solving Structural Equation Modelling. Research Findings: The study indicate that organizational culture and Machiavellianism have an effect on encouraging ethical decision making by tax consultants, but not for professionalism. Machiavellianism is not able to be a mediating variable in this relationship. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This research can directly and indirectly contribute academically and practically; academically, this research serves as a foundation for further research in research on organizational behaviors such as ethical decision making of tax consultants, with the inclusion of several additional variables, such as Machiavellianism, professional attitude and organizational culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Fadhilah, Deli Serdang untuk mengetahui; 1) apakah Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Fadhilah, Deli Serdang. 2) apakah motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Fadhilah, Deli Serdang. 3) apakah Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Fadhilah, Deli Serdang. 4) apakah Kepemimpinan, motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru di Pondok Pesantren Nurul Fadhilah, Deli Serdang. Data dikumpulkan dari survei lapang menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagi keseluruh guru dengan jumlah 35 orang. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode sampling jenuh digunakan untuk menentukan sampel. Data yang akan dianalisis harus memenuhi uji validitas dan reabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik seperti normalitas, heteroskedasitas, dan multikolinieritas. Metode yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda, dengan bantuan software SPSS. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah metode sampling jenuh atau sensus, dimana keseluruhan dari jumlah 35 guru dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di Pesantren Nurul Fadhilah.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the influence of brand image, program quality, and the personal selling capabilities of the sales and marketing team on the decision-making process of schools in purchasing programs from Mentari Group as a medium to support learning activities. The data collection method used in this study was a questionnaire, with a total sample of 153 respondents. The research findings indicate that the variables of Brand Image, Program Quality, and Personal Selling simultaneously have a significant effect on Decision-Making. Furthermore, on a partial basis, this study demonstrates that the Brand Image variable (X1) has a significance value of 0.006 < 0.05, leading to the conclusion that the Brand Image variable (X1) significantly influences Decision-Making (Y). The Program Quality variable (X2) has a significance value of 0.108 > 0.05, indicating that the Program Quality variable (X2) does not influence Decision-Making (Y). The Personal Selling variable (X3) has a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, leading to the conclusion that the Personal Selling variable (X3) significantly influences Decision-Making (Y).

Abstract

This research was conducted at CV. Indo Jaya Putra Surabaya which aims to find out and analyze: 1) the direct influence of motivation on employee performance, 2) the direct influence of collaboration on employee performance, 3) the direct influence of employee involvement on employee performance, and 4) the direct influence of motivation , employee cooperation and involvement on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative method with a questionnaire to collect data, the saturated sample or total sampling is a population of all 53 employees from various operational departments at CV. Indo Jaya Putra Surabaya. Using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 25. The results of this research show: 1) Work Motivation has no significant effect on Employee Performance, 2) Collaboration has a significant effect on Employee Performance, 3) Employee Engagement has a significant effect on Employee Performance, and 4) Work Motivation, Cooperation and Employee Involvement simultaneously have an effect significant impact on CV employee performance. Abstract

Health constitutes a vital aspect of overall well-being and is recognized as a fundamental human right. In the context of contemporary advancements in technology and evolving work demands, there is a notable decline in public awareness regarding healthy lifestyle practices, including insufficient physical activity and the disregard for nutritional values in dietary choices. These trends elevate the risk of both communicable and non-communicable diseases. Established in 1817 by the Dutch East Indies government, Kimia Farma represents Indonesia's pioneering pharmaceutical enterprise. Among its products is Kamaflam, an anti-inflammatory medication produced by PT Kimia Farma, Tbk. Notably, sales of Kamaflam at Pharmacy Kimia Farma Manyar Gresik in September surpassed those of several competing products, influenced by a variety of factors. Consequently, this study aims to analyze the effects of brand image, product quality, and personal selling on the purchasing decisions associated with Kamaflam at Pharmacy Kimia Farma Manyar Gresik. Conducted in Gresik, data were gathered via questionnaires distributed to individuals who had purchased the product between October and November. Through purposive sampling, a sample of 50 respondents was selected. The data further analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS 26.0. The analysis revealed that brand image, product quality, and personal selling each have a significant impact on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

HOKIbank is one of the many banks, especially the Rural Bank, which do business on the island of Bali. The phenomenon that occurred was during the Covid-19 pandemic, the economy in Bali in general and in particular the banking sector experienced a fairly drastic decline, and HOKIbank on the other hand experienced a very significant growth. This development is certainly influenced also by internal factors. The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze 1) the influence of leadership on employee satisfaction, 2) the influence of organizational culture on employee satisfaction, 3) the influence of leadership on employee performance, 4) organizational culture on employee performance, 5) the effect of employee satisfaction on employee performance, 6) the influence of leadership on employee performance through employee satisfaction, 7) the influence of organizational culture on employee performance through employee satisfaction. This research is categorized as causal associative research with a quantitative technique using a survey approach. This study was conducted on HOKIbank employees at its Denpasar head office and all Denpasar, Tabanan and Gianyar branch offices. The population in this study was all permanent employees at the beginning of November 2022 with a saturated sample of 103. The survey result was analyzed with SmartPLS 4.0.8.4 (2022). The results showed that 1) leadership directly affects employee satisfaction, 2) organizational culture directly affects employee satisfaction, 3) leadership does not directly affect employee performance, 4) organizational culture directly affects positive and significant affects employee performance or leadership employee performance, 5) employee satisfaction directly affects positive and significant employee performance, 6) leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through full mediation, 7) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through partial mediation.

Abstract

Nusa Tenggara Barat merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil tembakau yang cukup besar yang dapat mensuplai hasil tembakau untuk pabrik-pabrik rokok yang ada di Indonesia sehingga harus terus dilakukan upaya dalam rangka menumbuhkan motivasi para petani tembakau agar terus meningkatkan produksi dan kualitas tembakau di masa mendatang. Maka tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui kualitas tembakau dengan menganalisa beberapa faktor antaranya sosialisasi, edukasi dan dampak pada strategi pemasaran. Tujuan khusus penelitian selanjutnya ditujukan untuk menjawab beberapa sub pokok permasalahan yang telah ditentukan antaranya ialah: Untuk mengetahui sosialisasi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas tembakau, Untuk mengetahui edukasi berpengaruh terhadap kualitas tembakau. Untuk mengetahui kualitas tembakau berpengaruh terhadap strategi pemasaran. Penelitian ini merupakan field research yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif terhadap kualitas tembakau petani Desa Pandan Wangi Lombok imur. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh petani tembakau Desa Pandan wangi Lombok Timur dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sampling acak proporsional. Adapun data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif danan alisis Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Sosialisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kualitas tembakau, Edukasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas tembakau, Kualias tembakau berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Strategi pemasaran
