Abstract

 Abstrak — Latar belakang: RSUD Ibu Fatmawati Soekarno Kota Surakarta adalah rumah sakit bertipe C yangsudah bekerjasama dengan BPJS Kesehatan. Ada beberapa berkas yang menyebakan pending dalam proses klaim.Penelitian ini menggunkan sampel sebanyak 94 berkas pasien rawat jalan. Terdapat 7 masalah yang ada di RSUDyang menyebabkan berkas penjadi pending yaitu 15 berkas terkait kunjungan berulang, 24 berkas masih dalamsatu rangkaian rawat inap, 14 berkas karena konfirmasi kode prosedur, 20 berkas karna salah entri cara pulang, 7berkas karena hasil pemeriksaan penunjang, 12 berkas indikasi rujukan antar poli, dan 2 berkas kehamilan tanpapenyulit. Tujuan : Mengetahui penyebab pending klaim dan upaya UP2Jkdalam mengatasi penyebabpendingberkas klaim. Metode yang digunakan dalam penlitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif.Pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara dan observasi. Analisis dilakukun dengan cara reduksi data,penyajiandata dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil : Dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan yang menyebabkan pending dapatdilihat dari 2 aspek verifikasi klaim yaitu aspek verifikasi administrasi kepesertaan dan aspek verifikasi pelayanan.Aspek verifikasi administrasi kepesertaan bahwa sudah sesuai dengan petunjuk tehnik verifikasi klaim BPJSKesehatan tahun 2014 bahwa data sudah 100% sesuai anatara SEP dengan INA VBG’s sedangkan dari aspekverifikasi administrasi pelayanan masih ada 7 masalah yng menyebabkan berkas klaim mengalami pending.

Abstract

The rapid development of today's technology has a big influence on people's lives and in the health sector. The application of this technology plays an important role in today's health sector. Almost all health institutions utilize information systems in their services. A hospital is a health service that requires fast, accurate and reliable service when serving patients. SIMRS is an information system that is applied digitally in the process of providing health services to patients, to obtain accurate data. To make the analysis easier, one of the methods used for analysis is the PIECES framework, where this framework outlines 6 analysis factors consisting of performance, information, economy, control, efficiency and service. Based on the results of SIMRS analysis research in the Outpatient Registration section using the PIECES Method at Panti Waluyo Hospital, it can be concluded that: 1. SIMRS in terms of Information, Economy, Control (Security), Efficiency, The service supports the service and is in accordance with the patient's needs. 2. In terms of performance, it is very supportive of service, but obstacles are still found when SIMRS experiences a server down error, service takes 20 minutes when it should only take less than 5 minutes.

Abstract

The success of national development apart from being seen from the high rate of economic growth, the most important thing is the success in the aspect of human development. The Human Development Index is a measure used to monitor and evaluate human development. The purpose of this study is to measure the classification accuracy of the Human Development Index in Indonesia in 2022 with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) and a performance measurement tool for classification problems, namely the Confusion Matrix. Based on the research results, it can be obtained that the percentage accuracy of the classification of the Human Development Index in Indonesia in 2022 with the Support Vector Machine (SVM) is not directly proportional to the increase in the amount of training data, this conclusion implies that it is necessary to consider scientifically in determining the ratio of testing data and training data.

Abstract

Beban kerja merupakan volume atau kuantitas pekerjaan selama satu tahun untuk tiap jenis SDMK. jika jumlah tenaga kerja sedikit sedangkan beban kerja yang semakin tinggi tentunya dapat menyebabkan terjadinya kelelahan kerja Begitu pula sebaliknya jika jumlah petugas lebih banyak dari beban kerja, maka banyak pula waktu yang tersisa sehingga perkerjaan kurang efektif dan efisien. mengingat Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan tahun 2020-2024 mendorong perlunya implementasi Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME) di semua rumah sakit. Sejalan dengan perkembangan teknologi tersebut masih sedikit rumah sakit yang menggunakan RME dikarenakan belum ada peraturan perundang-undang yang secara khusus mengatur penggunaanya maka penelitian ini membandingkan beban kerja petugas RME dengan Rekam Medis Manual dengan tujuan untuk mengevaluasi petugas rekam medis dimasa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan metode cross sectional. Berdasarkan perbandingan penerapan RME lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan Rekam Medis Manual, efisien waktu, pengerjaan lebih cepat dan mudah serta beban kerja petugas semakin berkurang.

Abstract

This research examines the optimization of the Metropolitan Area Network (MAN) through the implementation of the Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP) and the Diffusing Update Algorithm (DUAL) using the Cisco Packet Tracer. The main goal is to improve the efficiency of routing and data management in MAN networks. This study involves designing a network topology with three routers, setting appropriate IP configurations, and implementing EIGRP and the DUAL algorithm. The results show significant improvements in routing efficiency and data management, confirming the importance of selecting appropriate routing protocols and network configurations for MAN network optimization. These findings contribute to network optimization practices, providing important insights for the development of more efficient urban communications infrastructure.

Abstract

Motorcycles are one of the main means of transportation for some people in carrying out their daily activities. Efficient, cost-effective time to the destination, as well as maintenance tools that are quite easy to obtain, make this motorcycle a priority among the community, and this is evidenced by the number of motorcycle users compared to other means of transportation on the road. From the description above, the author makes a system that can make it easier for users to find out problems that occur in the motor, which cause damage so that it can interfere with the activities to be carried out. The system that will be made is an expert system for detecting web-based motorcycle damage. This expert system is made using the BFS method, which is a combination of the two methods so as to produce the best decision from the two searches. The Best First Search method is a merger or combination of the Depth First Search and Breadth First Search methods. Depth First Search method or in-depth search, in this method the expert system will conduct an intensive and in-depth search of the given value or variable. And the Breadth First Search method works by analyzing each root node for immediate testing. From these results it can be concluded that the system is feasible to use and can be used as an alternative solution for the community. Make it easy for motorcycle users to find solutions for motorcycle damage, and make it easier for mechanics to repair motorcycles if they forget the symptoms of motorcycle damage experienced.

Abstract

Permenkes RI No.24 Tahun 2022 tentang rekam medis elektronik yaitu fasilitas pelayanan Kesehatan wajib menerapkan rekam medis elektronik paling lambat pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tingkat kesiapan penggunaan RME menggunakan etode DOQ-ITJenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Penelitian ini melibatkan 6 informan dan 1 penilai ahli dalam bidangnya (expert). Analisis data yaitu reduksi data kemudian dilakukan data display melalui skoring atau penilaian yang sesuai medtode DOQ-it. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa dengan metode DOQ-IT pada variable SDM 19, budaya kerja organisasi 36, tata kelola kepemimpinan 31, dan infrastruktur IT 35 sehingga total skor keseluruhan 121. Kesiapan penerapan RME pada layanan rawat jalan RS UNS menggunakan metode DOQ-IT masuk pada kategori range III, hal ini menunjukan bahwa layanan rawat jalan RS UNS sangat siap menerapkan RME.

Abstract

The high death rate caused by pneumonia and Covid-19 is still quite high. Based on data released by WHO, 14% of deaths in children under 5 years old are caused by pneumonia. One of the processes carried out to help the diagnosis process is to look at lung images using X-Ray images. To obtain information about normal lung X-Ray images, Pneumonia and Covid-19, calculations are carried out using the color difference in each pixel of the X-ray image. The calculation process will provide output in the form of numbers in units of 0 to 100. This is done to facilitate the process of identifying the similarity of each X-Ray image being compared. The research stages are carried out with stages starting from adjusting the image size, then by breaking down the pixel values of the two images being compared and the process of calculating the difference in value from each pixel with the same coordinates. After calculating a combination of 30,000 combinations using 300 x-ray images, the results obtained in the form of the level of similarity between normal x-ray images and pneumonia x-ray images are the highest with a similarity percentage of 80.06%. The combination of normal images and pneumonia images is 10,000 combinations using 100 normal x-ray images and 100 pneumonia x-ray images. Normal x-ray images and covid x-ray images have a similarity of 79.18%. The combination of normal images and covid images is 10,000 combinations. The combination uses 100 normal x-ray images and 100 covid x-ray images. Pneumonia x-ray images and covid x-ray images have the lowest similarity level of 78.87%. The combination of pneumonia x-ray images and covid x-ray images is 10,000 combinations. The data used in the combination are 100 pneumonia images and 100 covid images. From the test results, the information obtained was that Accuracy was worth 0.54, Precision was worth 0.54, Recall was worth 0.59 and F1-score was worth 0.56.

Abstract

The detection of computer network attacks is becoming increasingly important as the complexity of cyber-attacks threatening information systems and infrastructure continues to rise. To address these threats, artificial intelligence techniques have become a primary focus in the development of more effective attack detection systems. One algorithm that has proven reliable in this context is the C4.5 decision tree. This study aims to apply the C4.5 algorithm in network attack detection using a dataset that includes various types of attacks and network activities. The process includes data preprocessing, decision tree model building, and model performance evaluation. The results show that the C4.5 decision tree algorithm is effective in classifying network activities into attacks and normal activities with a satisfactory level of accuracy. The model successfully recognizes attack-related patterns, and further analysis identifies key factors influencing attack detection. This research provides a significant contribution to the development of reliable and efficient attack detection systems in computer networks. By applying the C4.5 decision tree algorithm, it is expected to help enhance information security and protect network infrastructure from increasingly complex cyber threats

Abstract

The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) has transformed healthcare services by improving accessibility, efficiency, and patient data management. However, user satisfaction remains a significant challenge, affecting the successful adoption and utilization of EMR systems. This study evaluated EMR user satisfaction at UPTD Puskesmas Baros, Kota Sukabumi using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model, which assesses five key factors: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. A cross-sectional survey was conducted among 120 healthcare professionals, and the collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression. The results indicated that format had a significant negative impact on satisfaction, suggesting usability issues related to system interface design. While content and accuracy were positively correlated with satisfaction, their effects were not statistically significant. Ease of use and timeliness showed weak correlations, indicating that system efficiency remains a concern. The findings highlight the need for user-centered design improvements and workflow integration strategies to enhance EMR usability. Future research should explore additional factors influencing satisfaction and investigate the long-term effects of system modifications.
