Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat orang tua memilih sekolah di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dengan populasi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang tahun 2017 dan sampelnya siswa/siswi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang berjumlah 120 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analissi data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskidastisitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda., teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket, dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sarana dan Prasasara, kualifikasi akademik guru, dan kompetensi lulusan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 Semarang, 2) Produk pendidikan dan biaya pendidikan tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 SemarangKata Kunci:Faktor-faktor,minat,orangtua,Sekolah menengah kejuruan.Abstract This study aims to explore the factors that influence parents' interest in choosing a school at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. This type of research is a quantitative research approach with a population of class X of SMK 2 Semarang in 2017 and a sample of students in grade X of SMKN 2 Semarang totaling 120 respondents. The instruments used were questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis technique used the analysis prerequisite test using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskidasticity test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, data collection techniques with questionnaires, and data processing using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Facilities and Presasara, teacher academic qualifications, and graduate competency have a significant effect on parents 'interest in choosing SMKN 2 Semarang, 2) Education products and education costs do not significantly influence parents' interest in chose the SMKN 2 SemarangKeywords:Factors,Interest,parent,vocational high school

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adaah untuk menganalisis tingkat efisiensi teknik usahatani sayuran organik di Kecamatan Getasan Kabupaten Semarang. Sebanyak 56 pelaku usahatani sayuran organik diambil sebagai sampel dengan purposive sampling. Stochastic frontier production function telah digunakan untuk menganalisis data dengan bantuan software frontier 4.1. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat Efisiensi produksi usahatani sayuran organik di Kecamatan Getasan Kabupaten Semarang belum efisien. Tingkat efisiensi teknis sebesar 0,98 sehingga masih ada peluang untuk mningkatkan efisiensi produksi sayuran organik di daerah penelitian. Benih, pupuk organik dan pestisida organik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi sayuran organik. Luas lahan dan jumlah tenaga kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi sayuran organik. Hal ini menunjukkan sebagian lahan yang digunakan petani mengalami penurunan produktivitas. Disamping itu, sebagian petani menggunakan tenaga kerja keluarga dalam jumlah yang berlebihan. Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan produksi sayuran organik di daerah penelitian perlu adanya usaha peningkatan kesuburan lahan dan pembatasan penggunaan input, khususnya tenaga kerja keluarga.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh kepribadian, kreativitas, dan lingkungan terhadap minat berwirausaha . Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survai dan data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif. Sebanyak 104 sampel diambil secara simple random sampling, dari jumlah populasi 140. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, uji asumsi klasik, dan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program  IBM SPSS 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepribadian, kreativitas, dan lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas X SMK Cut Nya’ Dien Semarang, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Dalam menumbuhkan minat berwirausaha perlu dilakukan beberapa hal, antara lain adalah : 1). Pihak sekolah dapat menyelenggarakan kegiatan-kegiatan yang terkait dengan kewirausahaan ; 2) Siswa lebih mengembangkan potensi yang dimilikinya dan menambah wawasan kewirausahaan; 3) Lingkungan siswa dapat mendukung dan memotivasi untuk berwirausaha.AbstractThis study aims to describe the influence of personality, creativity, and environment to entrepreneurial interests. The method used in this research is survey method and the data used is quantitative data. A total of 104 samples were taken by simple random sampling, from population 140. Data analysis technique used descriptive percentage analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS 16.0 program. The result of this research shows that personality, creativity, and environment have positive and significant effect to entrepreneurship interest of grade X students of SMK Cut Nya 'Dien Semarang, either simultaneously or partially. In growing entrepreneurship interests need to be done several things, among others are: 1). The school may organize activities related to entrepreneurship; 2) Students further develop their potential and add entrepreneurial insight; 3) Student environment can support and motivate to entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi usahatani sawi caisim secara teknik, ekonomi dan harga di Kelompok Tani Agribisnis Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama satu periode produksi ( 2 bulan) di Kelompok Tani Aspakusa Makmur Boyolali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, metode pengambilan sampel dengan sensus sebanyak 35 petani sawi caisim, metode pengumpulan data dengan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan program Frontier Stokastik tipe Cobb-Douglas(Stochastic Production Frontier). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai rata-rata efisiensi teknik (ET) usahatani sawi caisim sebesar 0,947 maka usahatani sawi caisim di Kelompok Tani Aspakusa Makmur tidak efisien secara teknik, sehingga penggunaan input perlu dikurangi. Apabila dilihat dari efisiensi harga dan ekonomi, maka usahatani sawi caisim belum efisien dengan nilai efisiensi harga sebesar 975,0 dan efisiensi ekonomi sebesar 923,32. Dari hasil perhitungan efisensi teknik, efisiensi ekonomi dan efisiensi harga disimpulkan bahwa usahatani sawi caisim di Kelompok Tani Aspakusa Makmur tidak efisien secara teknik dan belum efisien secara ekonomi dan harga. Abstract

Abstrak: Beberapa tahun terakhir Dinas Pertanian berusaha memanfaatkan lahan eks di Kelurahan Purwosari Kecamatan Mijenmenjadi Taman Teknologi Pertanian atau “Agro Techno-Park” (ATP). Tujuannya adalah untuk memperkuat ekonomi kerakyatan berbasis keunggulan lokal dan membangun iklim usaha yang inovatif, kreatif dan kondusif. Permasalahan umum yang dihadapi antara lain ialah lemahnya sistem kelembagaan di tingkat petani, keterbatasan Sumber Daya Manusia pengelola ATP, kurangnya infrastruktur pendukung, belum ada UMKM yang bergerak di bidang jasa & pengolahan, serta belum adanya payung hokum/instrument kebijakan yang mendukung keberadaan ATP. Berdasarkan permasalahan mitra yang ada, maka dilakukan kegiatan pengelolaan dan pengembangan sumberdaya manusia, komoditas, dan sistem kelembagaan petani dan optimalisasi fungsi ATP melalui metode Sekolah Lapang, Agrowisata, Pelatihan dan Inkubasi bisnis, serta membangun Business Partnership hulu hilir Agroindustri. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini menghasilkan KUB “Sekar Tani” yang beranggotakan Kelompok Wanita Tani, teknologi pengolahan produk olahan buah, Eduwisata, serta pembangunan Pasar Buah. Hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa wanita tani mampu menghasilkan sirup buah, selai, manisan, sari buah, tepung buah, keripik, dan kue kering. Teknologi pengolahan menjadikan buah tahan lama, memperpanjang umur simpannya dan meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga petani.Abstract: In the last few years the Department of Agriculture has tried to use the former land in Purwosari Village, Mijen District to become an Agricultural Technology Park or "Agro Techno-Park" (ATP). The aim is to strengthen the people's economy based on local excellence and to build an innovative, creative and conducive business climate. Common problems faced include the weak institutional system at the farmer level, limited Human Resources for ATP managers, lack of supporting infrastructure, no MSMEs engaged in services & processing, and the absence of legal umbrella / policy instruments that support the existence of ATP. Based on the problems of existing partners, management and development activities of human resources, commodities, and farmer institutional systems are carried out and optimization of ATP functions through the Field School method. Agro-tourism, training and business incubation, as well as building a Business Partnership upstream and downstream of Agro-industry. This Community Service activity resulted in the KUB "Sekar Tani" which consists of the Women Farmers Group, technology for processing fruit processed products, education, and the construction of a Fruit Market. The results of the evaluation showed that female farmers were able to produce fruit syrup, jam, sweets, fruit juice, fruit flour, chips, and pastries. Processing technology makes the fruit durable, extends its shelf life and increases the income of family farmers. as well as the development of the Fruit Market. Abstract

Household saving, as a part of social saving, is one of the sources of fund for investment and development. It means it is necessary to organize what so called saving mobilization to push investment and to ensure the development program. Meanwhile, the model and behavior towards household saving always change from time to time due to varied and complex determining factors. Therefore, the household saving model should be conducted for policy analyzis. Household saving model could be derived from Classic, Keynes, Life Cycle Hypothesis (LCH), Permanent Income Hypothesis (PIH), Relative Income Hypothesis (RIH), Overlapping Generation Model (OLG), Rational Expectation (Ratex) and Life Cycle-Permanent Income Hypothesis (LC-PIH). The purpose of this article is to review the theoretical literature and empirical result on the household saving model.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to map soybean value chain which is directed at institutional development that is synergistic by paying attention to ABGC partnerships (Academic, Business, Government and Community). Determination of the sample is done by purposive sampling quota for respondents targeting input suppliers, soybean farmers, traders (middlemen and traders from village to provincial level), and retailers. For respondents stakeholders (academics, government, business people, and Gapoktan) were selected by proportional purposive sampling. The results showed that the local soybean trading system (from the aspect of distribution and consumption) in the research area through five stages from the first producer farmers to small and medium traders. Then from the two traders it was sold to wholesalers and processing industries. The products processed are distributed to consumers directly or through traders / retailers. Imported soybean trading flow through importers to distributors, then distributed to wholesalers and then distributed to retailers, processing industries and end consumers. The institution of soybean trading seen from the distribution aspect has three functions, namely the exchange function, physical function and function of the facility. The soybean trading system institutional model is formulated in 3 scenarios, namely the soybean trading system institutional model while still being handled by Bulog (Scenario 1); the existing soybean trading system institutional model (scenario 2) and the soybean trading system institutional model proposed by the researcher (scenario 3). In the institutional model of trading system scenario 3, it is broken down based on the work area and divided into 5 regions, namely the central, provincial, district / city, sub-district and village levels

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the urgency of household food safety in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic. The data was collected using an online survey with simple random sampling technique.   The  number   of  respondents collected   was  135  respondents.   Data processing was carried out by SEM-PLS using the SMART PLS software. Based on the results of data processing, household expenditure has an effect on food safety. Nutritional knowledge variables also affect response toward pandemic. Access to food has a negative and significant effect on household expenditure. Household characteristics on access to food also have a  significant negative effect. This research provides theoretical and practical contributions which will also be discussed further in this paper. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara faktor demografi (lama usaha, usia, tingkat pendidikan, status bisnis, jenis modal usaha) dengan resiliensi pada UMKM di Jawa Tengah pada saat pandemi covid-19. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 250 pelaku UMKM yang ada di Jawa Tengah dengan metode pengumpulan data simple random sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah multiple regression menggunakan SPSS 24.0. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan (1) Tingkat pendidikan Diploma/S1 memiliki resiliensi yang lebih tinggi daripada tingkat pendidikan SMA/SMK/MA dimana pendidikan S1 memiliki sumbangan sebesar 59.32% terhadap resiliensi. (2)Tingkat pendidikan Pascasarjana memiliki resiliensi yang lebih tinggi dari pada tingkat pendidikan SMA/SMK/MA, dimana tingkat pendidikan S2 memiliki sumbangan sebesar 25.23% . (3) Tingkat pendidikan Diploma/S1 dan S2 memiliki resiliensi yang tidak berbeda secara simultan, dimana masing-masing memiliki sumbangan 13.9% . (4) Hasil lain dari penelitian ini yaitu tidak ada perbedaan resiliensi pada setiap kelompok status bisnis, usia, lama usaha, serta jenis modal usaha.Kata kunci: faktor demografi, resiliensi, UMKM,  Jawa Tengah AbstractThis study aims to determine the relationship between demographic factors (length of business, age, education level, business status, type of venture capital) and the resilience of MSMEs in Central Java during Covid-19 pandemic. Participants in this study were 250 MSME players in Central Java using simple random sampling method of data collection. The data analysis used in this study was multiple regression using SPSS 24.0. The results of this study indicate (1) Diploma / S1 education levels have higher resilience than SMA / SMK / MA education levels where S1 education has a contribution of 59.32% to resilience. (2) The level of postgraduate education has a higher resilience than the SMA / SMK / MA education level, where the postgraduate level of education has a contribution of 25.23%. (3) The education levels of Diploma / S1 and S2 have simultaneously similar resilience, where each has a contribution of 13.9%. Abstract

In Indonesia, the climate change and the global warming like changes in the pattern and distribution of the rainfall give impacts on agricultural production at large, especially in the food crops. These also cause droughts, floods, landslides, forest fires, rising temperatures in urban areas, and rising sea levels. The above impacts are felt by the farmers because those can lead to a decrease in production even the crop failure. This research aims to develop an empowerment strategy of the food crop farmers in anticipating the climate change in Central Java. The data used is the primary data obtained through in-depth interviews with key-person and the Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) is conducted to determine the program priorities and strate gies. The result of research shows that anticipating the climate change should be synergistically conducted in four aspects: human resources, technology, institutional and production, by involving various groups in the society.
