Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengumpulkan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Alam Daya Sakti Semarang. Dalam penelitian ini populasinya berjumlah 140 karyawan, pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga diperoleh 104 sampel. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk mengolah data penelitian yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner, dengan menggunakan alat software Smart PLS 3.0. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menjelaskan bahwa (1) pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasi, (3) pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, (4) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, (5) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja, (6) pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi, (7) lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja melalui komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

"What effect does the use of information technology have?" was the goal of this research., self-efficacy, career planning, career flexibility, and career maturity on students at Universitas PGRI Semarang who were prepared for the workforce. With a total sample size of 365, the study's objects were undergraduate students from the UPGRIS classes of 2019 and 2020. employing a sample random sampling approach in research methodologies utilising probability sampling techniques. Multiple linear regression analysis, R2 (coefficient determination), the classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing were performed using SPSS 22.00 in this study. With an adjusted R square value of 0.61%, the findings demonstrated that information technology use (0.000), self-efficacy (0.013), career planning (0.000), and career maturity (0.000) all had an effect on work readiness. This suggests that it can explain 61% of the work readiness variable, with variables not included in this research explaining the remaining 39%..

Abstract

Tourism is a strategic sector that has a high multiplier effect on other sectors. The development of the tourism sector will have a positive impact on improving other sectors such as the trade, hotel and restaurant, transportation, and other sectors. This has caused many regions to do their utmost to develop this sector. Empowerment of natural, cultural and culinary potentials as an attraction of tourism is still not optimal. Management of tourist attractions that exist today is also not optimal. Even the involvement of related parties in this matter can be said to have not been maximized. Ideally, the development of tourist destinations should have the involvement of tourism operators, namely the government, the private sector and the community. Seeing this phenomenon with its various problems, it is very interesting to conduct research. This research used quantitative research method with five destination. The results of the N.Vivo analysis show that of the twenty factors analyzed there are three factors that most influence on tourism excellence in the city of Semarang. These three factors include: Government and private assistance, tourism promotion, community involvement.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan di era digital memunculkan tantangan baru yang memerlukan pendekatan yang inovatif dan holistik dalam mengelola penggunaan teknologi di kalangan anak-anak. Artikel ini mengulas tentang strategi Alat Peraga Edukatif (APE) sebagai solusi dalam menghadapi tantangan literasi digital dan dampak penggunaan gadget terhadap perkembangan anak. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap literatur, penulis menyajikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana APE dapat menjadi pendekatan yang efektif dalam menumbuhkan karakter siswa, meningkatkan kompetensi orang tua dalam mendampingi anak-anak dalam menggunakan teknologi, dan memberikan perhatian pada dampak sosial dan emosional dari penggunaan gadget pada anak usia dini. Artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya literasi digital dalam mengembangkan pemahaman kritis dan kreatif anak-anak terhadap teknologi, serta peran penting orang tua dalam membimbing penggunaan teknologi secara bijaksana. Melalui implementasi APE, diharapkan masyarakat dapat menghasilkan generasi yang mampu menghadapi kompleksitas teknologi dengan lebih baik, sambil memperkuat karakter dan nilai-nilai positif. Dengan demikian, artikel ini memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman kita tentang bagaimana pendekatan yang holistik dan berbasis masyarakat seperti APE dapat menjadi solusi yang relevan dalam mengelola penggunaan teknologi di era pendidikan yang terus berkembang.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of Human Development Index (HDI) and Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) on poverty in South Sulawesi Province using quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis techniques and panel data from 24 Districts/Cities. Results from SPSS version 26 indicate that HDI insignificantly affects poverty (p = 0.413, t = 0.821, β = 1.523), while GRDP significantly influences poverty (p = 0.000, t = 5.441, β = 0.978). These findings suggest that policymakers should consider GRDP growth to alleviate poverty, rather than relying solely on HDI. This research provides valuable insights for the South Sulawesi government to address poverty based on income levels, as reported by the South Sulawesi Central Bureau of Statistics, and to monitor HDI and GRDP trends annually.

Abstract

To obtain empirical data regarding the influence of conformity and self-efficacy on student career decision making, this research will examine careers as mediators for management students at PGRI University Semarang class of 2019. The population of this study was 270 students, and the sample was taken using the Sloviniformula of 163 people. The sampling method combines direct random sampling methodology with probability sampling. In this research, the data analysis used is PartialiLeast Squarei(PLS) analysis combined with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. By utilizing SmarPLS 3.0 software, research data processing was carried out through the use of questionnaires. Hypothesis test findings clarify that (1) Career exploration is influenced by Self-Efficacy, (2) Career exploration is influenced by conformity, (3) Career decision making is influenced by Self-Efficacy, (4) Career decisions are influenced by conformity, (5) Decisions regarding careers are influenced by career exploration, (6) Through job investigation, Self-Efficacy influences the career decision making process, (7) Conformity impacts career exploration and decision making.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of analyzing experience, creativity, responsibility, commitment and work stress on HR performance in Batik Bakaran Juwana SMEs. Data was collected through observation, document analysis, and distributing questionnaires. The data analysis method was carried out using quantitative methods using saturated sampling techniques with 96 employee respondents. The analysis used is multiple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS program. The results showed that first, the experience variable had no positive and significant effect on performance, the second variable creativity had no positive and significant effect on performance, the third variable responsibility had no positive and significant effect on performance, the fourth variable commitment had a positive and significant effect on performance and variables Fifth, work stress has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of a causal relationship from leverage ratios, liquidity, and firm size as independent variables to financial distress as the dependent variable in real estate and property companies. The research population used was 84 real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 10-year research period in 2012-2021. The research sample was taken using a purpose sampling technique with 32 selected samples being companies that met the sampling criteria. The analytical method used in this study is a quantitative research method through descriptive statistical testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression testing, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 25 software. The results found that (H1) leverage has a sixnificant negative effect on financial distress with six value 0.003 < 0.05; (H2) liquidity has no sixnificant effect on financial distress with a sig value of 0.576 > 0.05; (H3) company size has a significant negative effect on financial distress with a sig value of 0.002 <0.05.

Abstract

Career maturity is an individual's readiness to make career decisions supported by strong information about work, based on the exploration that has been done. The problem behind this research is the low level of maturity of final year students in Semarang City. This can be seen from BPS (2022) which shows the unemployment rate fluctuates. This research uses quantitative methods. The data collection process was carried out by distributing questionnaires through google form to all Semarang City final year students who were completing their thesis, with a sample of 125 students as respondents. The data analysis technique that will be used is by using SPSS 26 for windows software. The results of this study indicate that self efficacy and internal locus of control have a significant effect on career maturity because they have a sig value. 0,05. While self-concept, family support, and emotional intelligence have no significant effect on career maturity because the sig value 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) has an adjusted R square value of 0.662, which shows that the variables of self efficacy, internal locus of control, self-concept, family social support, emotional intelligence are 6.62% of career maturity.

Abstract

Analysis of the work productivity of Brebes Regency BPN employees in 2023. This research is motivated by several things related to the work productivity of Brebes Regency BPN employees, namely: 1) some employees experience difficulties in carrying out their duties serving the community; 2) some employees experience a decrease in work productivity; 3) several employees have complained about carrying out their duties to serve the community; and 4) some employees do not dare to take the risk of dealing with the problem of managing residents' land in Brebes Regency. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline, work motivation, service quality and physical work environment on the productivity of Brebes Regency BPN employees in 2023. The research method uses quantitative methods with a survey research design. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Test data requirements using: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Statistical hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression with the F test and t test. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics. The results of the research show that there is a simultaneous influence of compensation, work discipline, motivation, service quality, and physical work environment on the work productivity of BPN (National Land Agency) Brebes Regency employees in 2023. Meanwhile, the service quality variable does not have a significant influence on employee work productivity BPN (National Land Agency) Brebes Regency in 2023.
