Abstract

This study aimed to formulate a sports development strategy for rock climbing on the Kandis Hills in central Bengkulu. A descriptive qualitative approach was used in the design of this study. This research began with the identification and analysis of the disease's internal environment (strengths and weaknesses) and formative external environment (opportunities and threats). This study used his SWOT analysis with IFAS and EFAS matrices. The instruments of this study were interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documents. The study sample consisted of 2 individuals from interview data collection and observation by subject sampling techniques and 30 respondents from a questionnaire. As a result of the study based on SWOT analysis, the researchers found that tourism sport climbing cliffs on Kandice Hill in quadrant I had an internal factor value of +0.4 and an external factor value of +0.68 in the SO strategy (between external and external factors). I discovered something. Internal Opportunities) Sport Climbing Tourism's strategic location in Bukit Kandis provides opportunities and strengths to maximize existing opportunities.

Abstract

This community service program aims to promote digital transformation in sport tourism management in Kemumu Village, North Bengkulu Regency, through the implementation of Sport Tourism App 5.0. The activity employed a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach involving 40 participants from tourism groups (Pokdarwis), MSME actors, and youth organizations (Karang Taruna). The stages included needs analysis, digital literacy training, application implementation, and evaluation using the Kirkpatrick model. The results indicated an improvement in community digital literacy by 29.3%, with 70% of participants actively using the application for tourism promotion and online booking. Moreover, MSME transactions increased by 45%, and tourist visits rose by 38% within the first two months after implementation. The Sport Tourism App 5.0 effectively enhanced digital capacity, strengthened social collaboration, and expanded the community’s economic impact. This initiative serves as a replicable model of technology-based community empowerment for other tourism villages in Indonesia.

Abstract

The process of learning tennis skills begins with the cognitive, associative, and automation stages. The cognitive stage is the most basic stage, so it is necessary to identify student learning styles at this stage. The learning styles that are widely used at the cognitive stage are visual and auditory learning styles. Teaching materials in the form of audio-visual can facilitate student learning styles at the cognitive stage. This research aims to develop audio-visual teaching materials for teaching tennis courses. The research method used is research and development. Then a sample was taken using a simple random sampling technique of 25% representing the entire population. So that the research subjects obtained as many as 47 students. The research instrument is a closed questionnaire that has obtained validation from experts. Questionnaires were used to retrieve response data from research subjects who had used the developed research product. Then the data were analyzed with the help of CAQDAS software. The study results were that an average of more than 90% of the research subjects gave positive responses to the tennis court audio-visual teaching materials, which were seen from the responses of the research subjects to the indicators in the developed teaching materials. So, it can be concluded that the audio-visual teaching materials for teaching tennis courses are feasible to use.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a short-distance running learning model based on colorful balls run games for phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City. This research is a type of Research and Development (R&D) employing the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The method used is descriptive qualitative. The research population consisted of phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City, with the sampling technique using total sampling. The research instruments included observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the validation results, material experts obtained a score of 92% and media experts obtained 88%, both categorized as "very feasible." The small group trial involving 10 students resulted in an average percentage of 79%, categorized as "feasible," while the large group trial involving 40 students achieved an average percentage of 91%, categorized as "very feasible." Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the short-distance running learning model based on colorful balls run games is feasible to be used as a learning model for phase C students at elementary school 106 Bengkulu City.

Abstract

Physical Education, Sports, and Health is an important subject in Elementary School that aims to improve the knowledge, skills, physical, spiritual, and social health of students. However, in reality, many students are still less interested in studying Physical Education, Sports, and Health. This is caused by several things, including boredom, minimal game variety, and boring and uninteresting teaching strategies. This study seeks to determine how effective the use of traditional games in increasing students' interest in learning. This research is qualitative using a literature study method through library sources such as books, modules, journals, and scientific works. According to the results of the study, the use of traditional games in Physical Education, Sports, and Health lessons can increase the interest in learning of Elementary School students. Considering that Physical Education, Sports, and Health is an important subject in Elementary School that aims to improve students' motor skills, knowledge, skills, social skills, and physical health.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between nutritional status and gross motor development in children aged 1-3 years in coastal areas with limited economic and infrastructure conditions. The aim of the study was to evaluate the correlation between nutritional status and gross motor abilities. A cross-sectional design with correlation analysis was employed. Data were collected through anthropometric measurements of nutritional status and gross motor skills assessment using the Pre-Development Questionnaire (KPSP). Results indicated that 50% of children were malnourished, while 33.3% showed deviations in gross motor skills. The correlation between nutritional status and gross motor development had a coefficient of 0.75, indicating a strong relationship. The t-test revealed a significant association (t = 5.136; t-table = 1.701). The conclusion of this study is that poor nutritional status negatively impacts children's gross motor development, whereas good nutritional status supports optimal physical and motor development. Recommendations include enhancing attention to children's nutritional intake and providing appropriate stimulation, along with further research to explore additional factors influencing gross motor development.

Abstract

Proses belajar terjadi karena adanya interaksi antara seseorang dengan lingkungannya Proses tersebut Disekolah tidak hanya belajar tapi yang paling terpenting adalah pendidikan. Karna pendidikan yang akan membentuk watak seseorang pengetahuan akan memperlancar prosesnya Salah satu pembelajaran dan pendidikan karakter di Sekolah adalah pendidikan jasmani. Pendidikan Jasmani adalah aktivitas psikomotoriak yang dilaksanakan atas dasar pengetahuan (kognitif), dan pada saat melaksanakannya akan terjadi perilaku pribadi yang baik (afektif). Untuk mencapai semua itu dibutuhkan guru yang berkompetensi. Salah satu kompetensinya adalah kompetensi profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data utama dalam penelitian kualitatif ialah kata-kata, dan tindakan, selebihnya adalah data tambahan seperti dokumen dan lain-lain. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri atas (1) Observasi, (2) wawancara/Interview, (3) Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data kualitatif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu dengan kegiatan data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/ verification. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemahaman guru PJOK tentang kompetensi profesional sangat beragam, diantaranya (1) Guru harus menguasai materi, membuat inovasi dalam pembelajaran dan memaksimalkan sarana dan prasarana untuk menunjang pembelajaran, (2) Guru harus menghindari prilaku tindakan indisipliner, seperti datang tepat waktu, mengutamakan kepentingan tugas yang sudah dibebankan diatas kepentingan pribadi, (3) Guru harus “melek” teknologi dan memanfaatkannya sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran jigsaw dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa penjas pada mata kuliah filsafat penjas dan olahraga. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tindakan kelas, yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu, perencanaa, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa penjas yang mengikuti perkuliahan filsafat penjas dan olahraga, dengan jumlah 45 mahasiswa. Teknik dan instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, kuesioner, dan tes tertulis. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil tindakan pada siklus 1 dapat diketahui bahwa 55% mahasiswa memiliki motivasi belajar dalam ketegori baik, nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 68, ketuntasan belajar 68%. Pada siklus 2 diketahui bahwa 80% mahasiswa memiliki motivasi belajar dalam kategori baik sekali, nilai rata-rata kelas sebesar 78, ketuntasan belajar 85%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran jigsaw dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar mahasiswa penjas pada mata kuliah filsafat penjas dan olahraga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan hasil belajar mata kuliah Bulutangkis melalui penerapan Hybrid Immersive Learning berbasis Artificial Intelligence (AI) dan Motion Tracking pada mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani FKIP Universitas Bengkulu. Penelitian menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi, dengan subjek 36 mahasiswa semester V. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes hasil belajar, lembar observasi, dan angket respon mahasiswa, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dari siklus I ke siklus II, ditandai dengan meningkatnya jumlah mahasiswa pada kategori baik dan sangat baik serta tidak adanya mahasiswa pada kategori kurang. Respon mahasiswa terhadap penerapan model pembelajaran juga berada pada kategori setuju hingga sangat setuju. Oleh karena itu, Hybrid Immersive Learning berbasis AI dan Motion Tracking dinilai efektif dan dapat dijadikan alternatif model pembelajaran inovatif dalam pendidikan jasmani di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh latihan 8-point Star drill terhadap ketepatan shooting pemain futsal putri di klub Abhiseva Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan desain One group pretest-postest design. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling yang sampelnya berjumlah 20 pemain. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes dan pengukuran menggunakan tes ketepataan shooting. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis nilai t hitung 15,94 > t tabel 1.729 sehingga hal tersebut menunjukan Ha diterima yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh latihan 8-point Star drill terhadap ketepatan shooting pemainfutsal putri di klub Abhiseva Kota Bengkulu. Abstract. This study aims to determine the effect of 8-point Star drill on the shooting accuracy of women's futsal players at the Abhiseva club, Bengkulu City. This study uses the experimental method and design of One group pretest-postest design. The population in this study is 20 people. This study uses a total sampling technique whose sample is 20 players. The instruments used are tests and measurements using a shooting accuracy test. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, the t-value is calculated at 15,94 > t, the table is 1,729, so that it shows that Ha is accepted, which means that the effect of the 8-point Star drill on the shooting accuracy of women's futsal players at the Abhiseva club, Bengkulu City.
