Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh CHSE terhadap keputusan tamu dalam melakukan kunjungan kembali di Volken Coffee Bali. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung Volken Coffee Bali dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini didapatkan melalui kuesioner, selanjutnya data primer diuji menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilanjutkan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan hipotesis dibuktikan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Cleanliness memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan tamu melakukan kunjungan kembali di Volken Coffee Bali. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung 2,225 > ttabel (0.05 : 35) = 2,030 (2) Health memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan tamu melakukan kunjungan kembali di Volken Coffee Bali. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung 2,261 > ttabel (0.05 : 35) = 2,030 (3) Safety memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan tamu melakukan kunjungan kembali di Volken Coffee Bali. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung 2,369 > ttabel (0.05 : 35) = 2,030 (4) Environmental sustainability memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan tamu melakukan kunjungan kembali di Volken Coffee Bali. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung 3,398 > ttabel (0.05 : 35) = 2,030. Koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai R Square sebesar 0,398. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa 39,8% keputusan tamu melakukan kunjungan kembali di Volken Coffee Bali dipengaruhi oleh Cleanliness, Health, Safety, dan Environmental Sustainability, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 60,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of CHSE on guests' decisions in making return visits at Volken Coffee Bali. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method. Respondents used in this study were visitors to Volken Coffee Bali with a total sample of 80 respondents. The data used in this study were obtained through questionnaires, then the primary data was tested using validity and reliability tests followed by classical assumption tests and hypotheses were proven using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Cleanliness has a positive and significant influence on the guest's decision to make a return visit at Volken Coffee Bali. This can be seen from the value of tcount 2.225 > ttable (0.05: 35) = 2.030 (2) Health has a positive and significant influence on the decision of guests to make return visits at Volken Coffee Bali. This can be seen from the value of tcount 2.261 > ttable (0.05: 35) = 2.030 (3) Safety has a positive and significant influence on the decision of guests to make return visits at Volken Coffee Bali. This can be seen from the value of tcount 2.369 > ttable (0.05: 35) = 2.030 (4) Environmental sustainability has a positive and significant influence on the decision of guests to return to Volken Coffee Bali. This can be seen from the tcount value of 3.398 > ttable (0.05: 35) = 2.030. The coefficient of determination shows the R Square value of 0.398. This shows that 39.8% of the guest's decision to make a return visit at Volken Coffee Bali is influenced by Cleanliness, Health, Safety, and Environmental Sustainability, while the remaining 60.2% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Abstract

Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) adalah suatu kawasan terbatas yang dikhususkan untuk kepentingan tertentu. Sanur terkenal dengan pantainya yang tenang dan pasirnya yang putih. KEK Kesehatan yang sedang dibangun di kawasan Sanur menjanjikan nafas baru bagi pariwisata Bali. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meneliti bagaimana dampak langsung dan tidak langsung Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) terhadap hotel berbintang di kawasan Sanur. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Hyatt Regency Bali, dengan jumlah sampel yang dikumpulkan sebanyak lima sampel dengan teknik penentuan sampel yaitu metode purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pendekatan wawancara mendalam, di mana instrument penelitian yang digunakan adalah pedoman wawancara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan teori Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC) oleh Butler (1980). Data yang dikumpulkan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT dan matriks EFAS dan IFAS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa KEK menjadi gebrakan dalam memasuki tahap peremajaan kawasan dan saat ini memberikan dampak yang positif tetapi tidak secara menyeluruh terhadap hotel berbintang di kawasan Sanur, karena KEK Kesehatan Sanur masih dalam tahap pembangunan. Namun, diharapkan KEK akan mendatangkan dampak positif yang lebih menyeluruh apabila pembangunan tersebut sudah rampung. Rekomendasi yang diberikan yaitu untuk mendekati pihak pengelola KEK agar mendapatkan keuntungan yang bisa digunakan dikemudian hari. Special Economic Zone (SEZ) is a limited area devoted to certain interests. Sanur is famous for its calm beaches and white sand. The Health SEZ which is being built in the Sanur area promises a fresh air for Bali tourism. The purpose of this study is to examine how the direct and indirect impact of Special Economic Zones (SEZ) on five-star hotels in the Sanur area. This research was conducted at Hyatt Regency Bali, with the number of samples collected as many as 5 samples with a sampling technique that is purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out with an in-depth interview approach, where the research instrument used was an interview guide. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach and the theory of Tourism Area Life Cycle (TALC) by Butler (1980). The data collected was then analysed using SWOT analysis and EFAS and IFAS matrices. The results of the study shows that the SEZ is a breakthrough in entering the regional rejuvenation stage and is currently having a positive but not comprehensive impact on stars hotels in the Sanur area, because the Sanur Health SEZ is still under construction. However, it is hoped that the SEZ will have a more comprehensive positive impact when the construction is completed. The recommendation given is to approach the SEZ management in order to get benefits that can be used in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh daya tarik wisata dan seni fotografi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan berwisata di KDTWK Kintamani. Pengambilan sampel terhadap responden dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 100 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Dari hasil penelitian dapat dilihat bahwa daya tarik wisata scecara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan berwisata, kemudian seni fotografi juga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusaan berwisata oleh wisatawan Besarnya pengaruh pemasaran daya tarik wisata dan seni fotografi terhadap keputusan berwisata adalah 59,2%. Kesimpulannya semakin baik daya tarik wisata dan aktivitas seni fotografi yang terdapat di KDTWK Kintamani, maka akan semakin meningkatkan keputusan wisatawan dalam berwisata di KDTWK Kintamani. This research aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of tourist attractions and the art of photography on travel decisions at KDTWK Kintamani. The sampling of respondents in this research was 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test. From the research results, it can be seen that tourist attractions simultaneously have a significant positive effect on travel decisions, then the art of photography also has a significant positive effect on tourists' travel decisions. The magnitude of the influence of tourist attraction marketing and photography art on travel decisions is 59.2%. In conclusion, the better the tourist attraction and photography art activities found at KDTWK Kintamani, the more it will improve tourists' decisions about traveling to KDTWK Kintamani.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening di Pubas Coffee by Goldmine. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang datang ke Pubas Coffee by Goldmine. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data ini adalah kuesioner dan wawancara. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganlisi penelitian ini adalah menggunakan uji. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, Kualitas pelayanan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, Kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh postif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas melalui Kepuasan konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen mampu memediasi kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen, Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen dan kepuasan konsumen mampu memediasi kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas konsumen. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on consumer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable at Pubas Coffee by Goldmine. The population in this study are consumers who come to Pubas Coffee by Goldmine. Sampling in this study were 100 people. The methods used in this data collection are questionnaires and interviews. The method used in analyzing this research is using the SmartPls test (Outer Model Test, Inner Model Test, and Path Analysis Path). , Service quality has no positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, Product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, Consumer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty, Service quality has a positive and significant effect on loyalty through consumer satisfaction and customer satisfaction is able to mediate service quality on consumer loyalty, product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty through consumer satisfaction and consumer satisfaction is able to mediate product quality on consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 2) apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 3) apakah kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 4) apakah kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan 5) apakah kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan di Masi Coffee. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskritif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Smart PLS 3.0. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang membeli produk di Masi Coffee Denpasar sejak bulan Maret 2022-Juni2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 109 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagai berikut: 1) kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 2) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan, 3) kualitas produk berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, 4 kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dan 5) kepuasan pelanggan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Kepuasan pelanggan mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara sebagian, dan kepuasan pelanggan juga mampu memediasi pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara sebagian. This reserch was conducted to find out: 1) whether product quality affects both customer satisfaction and loyalty, 2) whether service quality affects customer satisfaction and loyalty, and 3) whether customer satisfaction affects and lead the customer loyalty at Masi Coffee. The research applies a quantitative descriptive method where questionnaires and observations techniques were applied in collecting the data. The population of this study were taken from all consumers who bought products at Masi Coffee Denpasar from March 2022-June 2022 who chosen through random sampling, with a total sample of 109 people. The data analy ed through the help of the Smart PLS 3.0 application. The results showed that as follows: 1) product quality affects both customer satisfaction and loyalty, 2) service quality affects both customer satisfaction and loyalty, 3) customer satisfaction significantly affects customer loyalty. In addition, Customer satisfaction is partly able to mediate the influence of product quality on customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction is partly also able to mediate the influence of service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

Kualitas makanan mempunyai peran besar dalam memenuhi harapan pelanggan dan mempengaruhi keputusan mereka untuk membeli. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana keputusan pembelian generasi Z di Warung Kuta Made dipengaruhi oleh kualitas makanan dengan menggunakan satu variabel bebas yaitu kualitas makanan dan satu variabel terikat yaitu keputusan pembelian generasi Z dengan menggunakan tujuh dimensi yaitu warna, penampilan. , rasa, suhu, ukuran porsi, aroma, dan kematangan. Dengan menggunakan total 200 responden, dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk menilai metodologi pengumpulan data kuesioner yang digunakan dalam desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif ini. Purposive sampling dikombinasikan dengan pendekatan non-probability sampling digunakan untuk sampel penelitian ini. Untuk menganalisis data penelitian ini digunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, hipotesis, dan koefisien. Temuan penelitian yang menggunakan uji t untuk menganalisis data menunjukkan bahwa beberapa aspek kualitas makanan mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Hasil uji determinasi R^2 sebesar 0,745 menunjukkan bahwa 74,5% pilihan pembelian dipengaruhi oleh kualitas makanan, dan sisanya sebesar 25,5% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Perusahaan disarankan untuk mempertahankan indikator-indikator yang sudah baik sambil meningkatkan indikator-indikator yang nilainya agak lebih rendah. Faktor-faktor lain dapat dimasukkan untuk penelitian di masa depan, dengan tujuan menghasilkan temuan yang lebih baik dan berharga. Food quality has a big role in meeting customer expectations and influencing their purchasing decisions. The purpose of this research is to find out how generation Z's purchasing decisions at Warung Kuta Made are influenced by food quality by using one independent variable, namely food quality and one dependent variable, namely generation Z's purchasing decisions, using seven dimensions, namely color, appearance. , taste, temperature, portion size, aroma, and doneness. Using a total of 200 respondents, validity and reliability tests were carried out to assess the questionnaire data collection methodology used in this quantitative descriptive research design. Purposive sampling combined with a non-probability sampling approach was used for this research sample. To analyze this research data, validity, reliability, hypothesis and coefficient tests were used. Research findings that use the t test to analyze data show that several aspects of food quality influence consumer purchasing decisions. The results of the R^2 determination test of 0.745 show that 74.5% of purchasing choices are influenced by food quality, and the remaining 25.5% are influenced by other factors. Companies are advised to maintain good indicators while improving indicators with slightly lower values. Other factors can be included for future research, with the aim of producing better and more valuable findings.

Abstract

Product branding or marketing has now evolved from static images to videos. The right video can give an in-depth image to tourists to come on a trip to the tourist attraction. Making appealing branding videos needs skills in taking photos and creating a captivating plot, packaging the videos by editing sound and pictures, adding text and dubbing. After COVID-19, Kumbasari Park has not been able to increase foreign and domestic tourist visits. This is because tourist attractions have not been able to optimize their branding. As a solution to this problem, community service activities are carried out. The dedication is aimed at boosting tourism by increasing visits to tourist attractions. This is because the Denpasar City tourism office has not optimized promotional media through videography. This community service activity is to create promotional videography and utilize social media to make tourist attractions viral through Instagram/TikTok accounts owned by IPB International students. In addition, the implementation team will also help disseminate videos by reposting videos to other accounts owned by IPB International students. The goal is to introduce and make tourist attractions viral to attract tourists to come and revisit for tourism.

Abstract

Serangan Village has been designated as a tourism village, yet the community lacks awareness of the importance of tourism and has not optimized its tourism potential. Additionally, its development remains conventional. Therefore, improvements are necessary by reorganizing the area to establish a new tourism center. A culinary tourism center is deemed highly suitable for Serangan Village as it promotes local culinary specialties as tourism products while preserving local cultural values. Abstract

The relationship of motivation, satisfaction, and post-purchase behavior can play an important role in understanding the level of satisfaction and loyalty of tourists. This study intends to understanding the causal relationship among push and pull motivations, satisfaction and tourist loyalty on millennials tourist in Bali. Structural equation modeling is used to investigate the relationship. Data analysis techniques use computer programs SPSS version 21 and AMOS version 21. This study suggest the tourism authority needs to maintain and to maximize the satisfaction level of millennial tourist so make them to revisit, to extend their stay, to purchase more and to share their satisfaction testimony to others.

Abstract

Kintamani sebagai salah satu destinasi unggulan di Bali yang memiliki daya tarik alam dan budaya. Exposure Media Sosial berperan terhadap pesan dalam media, sedangkan Electronic Word of Mouth penyebaran informasi yang terjadi melalui berbagai platform media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh Exposure media sosial dan Electronic Word of Mouth terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Kintamani. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan SEM-PLS untuk menguji outer model, inner model dan hipotesis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa Exposure media sosial berpengaruh positif sebesar 42,6% dan Electronic word of mouth sebesar 49,2% terhadap keputusan berkunjung. Temuan ini menunjukan bahwa Exposure media sosial dan Electronic word of mouth dapat mendorong adanya keputusan berkunjung. Oleh karena itu, optimalisasi strategi promosi digital melalui media sosial sangat disarankan untuk meningkatkan kunjungan wisatawan ke Kintamani. Kintamani is one of Bali’s prime tourist destinations, known for its natural and cultural attractions.Social Media Exposure plays a role in messages in the media, while Electronic Word of Mouth is the dissemination of information that occurs through various social media platforms. This study aims to measure the influence of social media exposure and electronic word of mouth on the decision to visit Kintamani. The method used in quantitative by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. The analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS to test the outer model, inner model and hypothesis. The results show that social media exposure has a positive effect of 42.6% and electronic word of mouth has a positive effect of 49.2% on the decision to visit. This finding shows that social media exposure and electronic word of mouth can encourage a decision to visit.
