This study analyzes the effectiveness of video tutorial-based Edmodo learning media in Hair and Bun Styling courses. This research method used the Research and Development (R & D) method using the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). The hypothesis test used in this research was the t-test. The results showed that video tutorial-based learning media was effective, with differences in student learning outcomes between the control and experimental classes. This research has produced an effective tutorial video learning media that can be used to improve students' understanding of the material and practical skills in lectures on learning Hair and Bun Styling. Using video tutorial learning media can increase the effectiveness and efficiency of time use in the learning process to be carried out optimally. Video tutorial-based learning media displayed through the Edmodo application has ease in learning because it can be accessed independently by students and can take advantage of existing technology because it is accessed via students' smartphones and maximizes the use of existing facilities and infrastructure.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai hubungan antara penataan ruang kantor guru dengan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Kota Bukittinggi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru di SMK Negeri Kota Bukittinggi sebanyak 254 orang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah kuantitatif korelasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah stratified random sampling dengan rumus Slovin pada tingkat kesalahan 10% dan rumus alokasi propotional untuk mengetahui proporsi dari sampel yang akan diambil sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 74 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner sebanyak 49 item dengan model skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penataan ruang kantor guru dengan kinerja guru pada guru SMK Negeri Kota Bukittinggi dengan nilai signifikansi/sig. 2-tailed (p) 0,002 < 0,05 dan koefisien korelasi (r) adalah 0,362 dengan taraf kesalahan penelitian sebesar 0,01 (1%). Hal tersebut memiliki arti bahwa semakin tinggi perolehan skor penataan ruang kantor guru maka semakin tinggi kinerja guru. Adapun hasil uji normalitas dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25 diperoleh nilai Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) untuk kedua variabel adalah 0,200 > 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa data variabel penataan ruang kantor guru dan variabel kinerja guru berdistribusi normal. Sedangkan uji linearitas dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25 diperoleh nilai Sig 0,537 > 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat mempunyai hubungan yang linier. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis data yang telah dilakukan menggunakan product moment menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis a (Ha) dalam penelitian ini diterima. Artinya, terdapat hubungan antara penataan ruang kantor guru dengan kinerja guru di SMK Negeri Kota Bukittinggi.

This research is motivated by the author's observations regarding the influence of the principal's leadership and organizational culture on the work commitment of teachers at SMA Negeri Pasaman Barat which shows that the principal's leadership and organizational culture are still not good and teacher work commitment is still low. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information about (1) the positive influence of the principal's leadership on the work commitment of teachers of West Pasaman District Senior High School, (2) the positive influence of organizational culture on the work commitment of teachers of West Pasaman District Senior High School, and (3) The influence of positive leadership of the principal and organizational culture on the work commitment of West Pasaman Regency State Senior High School teachers. This research is a correlational quantitative research with associative type. The results of the data analysis show that there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership on teacher work commitment with tcount>ttable (2.578>1.660). There is a significant influence between organizational culture and teacher work commitment with tcount>ttable (6.937>1.660). There is a significant influence between the principal's leadership and organizational culture on teacher performance with a value of Fcount>Ftable (40.629 > 3.09), so there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership and organizational culture together on teacher work commitment. The regression table shows a constant value of 32.864 and a regression coefficient of the X1 variable of 0.263 and a regression coefficient of the X2 variable of 0.646

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif korelasional yang bermaksud untuk mendapat informasi mengenai pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja Aparatur Sipil Negara di Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Sumatera Barat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai (1) komitmen kerja pegawai. (2) kinerja pegawai. (3) pengaruh komitmen kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Aparatur Sipil Negara Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Provinsi Sumatera barat yang berjumlah 57 orang. Penarikan sampel dilakukan menggunakan proportionate stratified random sampling, dan didapatkanlah sebanyak 41 orang pegawai yang terpilih sebagai sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil menunjukkan 1) kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori tinggi dengan capaian 80,8% dengan rata rata 4,04; 2) komitmen kerja pegawai berada pada kategori baik dengan capaian 81,1% dengan skor rata rata 4,05; 3) pengaruh antara komitmen kerja dengan kinerja pegawai memiliki pengaruh sebesar 53,1 %. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara komitmen kerja dengan kinerja pegawai.

This study aims to determine teacher work motivation, school climate and the contribution of school climate to the performance of Payakumbuh Vocational High School teachers. This type of research uses a quantitative description method using a correlation research design. The population in this study amounted to 164 people with a sample of 52 teachers using a stratified proportional random sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale model which was validated first. The results showed that the school climate in Payakumbuh City Vocational High School was classified as sufficient, teacher performance motivation was in the good category and there was a significant contribution from school climate to teacher work motivation in Payakumbuh City Vocational School. In conclusion, the school climate contributes to the work motivation of Payakumbuh Vocational High School teachers. Keywords: Motivation, School Climate, Teacher Performance

We use the scale of job satisfaction, school culture, and organizational commitment to analyze their effect on the turnover intention of honorary primary school teachers. This study uses a quantitative approach with the ex post facto method and correlational study. The population in this study were honorary teachers of the West Pasaman Regency Elementary School who were recorded in 2021. Five representative sub-districts were selected, namely: (1) Luhak Nan Duo, (2) Talamau, (3) Sungau Aur, (4) Valley Transverse, and (5) Koto Balingka. Sampling was carried out using purposive and proportional random sampling techniques. Sample in this study amounted to 200 honorary teachers. The instrument in this study was developed using a Likert scale. SEM SmartPls data processing was used to analyze the hypothesis. The results showed that the variables of job satisfaction, school culture, and organizational commitment had an effect on the turnover intention of honorary teachers in the West Pasaman Regency. Thus, efforts to increase job satisfaction, school culture, and teacher organizational commitment are recommended to reduce turnover intention, especially for honorary teachers.

This research is motivated by the author's observations regarding the influence of organizational culture and the provision of incentives on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi which shows that organizational culture and provision of incentives are still not in accordance with what is expected and employee performance is still not optimal. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and information about (1) the positive influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Education and Culture Office of the City of Bukittinggi, (2) the positive effect of providing incentives on employee performance at the Office of Education and Culture of the City of Bukittinggi, This research is a correlational quantitative research with associative type. The population in this study were all employees at the Office of Education and Culture of the City of Bukittinggi totaling 90 employees and the sample was determined using the Cohran formula with an error rate of 10% with the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique obtained 63 employees. The research instrument uses a questionnaire with a Liker scale which has 5 alternative answers. Before the questionnaire was used, trials were carried out to determine its validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques were performed using multiple linear regression tests which were processed using SPSS version 24. The results of data analysis show that there is a significant influence between organizational culture on employee performance with tcount> ttable 2.118> 1.669. There is a significant influence between giving incentives and employee performance with tcount>ttable (2.118>1.669). There is a significant influence between organizational culture and the provision of incentives on employee performance with a value of Fcount>Ftable (1.559> 3.14), so there is a significant influence between organizational culture and provision of incentives jointly on employee performance. The regression table shows a constant value of 59.576 and a regression coefficient of the X1 variable of 0.352 and a regression coefficient of the X2 variable of 0.202. So the multiple linear regression equation used is 59.576+0.352X1+0.202X2+e.

Penelitian ini analisis kebutuhan kepemimpinan pembelajaran di SMP Kota Padang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurang maksimalnya pelaksanaan kepemimpinan pembelajaran di SMP. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum adalah untuk mendapatkan data tentang kepemimpinan pembelajaran dalam hal: 1) merumuskan visi dan misi; 2) pembelajaran terintegrasi dengan kurikulum; 3) pembinaan dan pengembangan staf dan 4) menciptakan iklim sekolah yang kondusif. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi tersebar pada 12 Kabupaten dan 7 Kota di Sumatera Barat yang diambil menggunakan teknik puposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket model skala Likert, data diolah dengan rumus mean. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan pembelajaran yang dilihat berdasarkan indikator: (a) merumuskan visi dan misi dengan skor rata-rata 4,4 pada persentase 88%; (b) pembelajaran terintegrasi dengan kurikulum dengan skor rata-rata 4,1 berada pada persentase 82%; (c) pembinaan dan pengembangan staf dengan skor rata-rata 4,2 berada pada persentase 84% dan (d) menciptakan iklim sekolah yang kondusif dengan skor rata-rata 4,3 berada pada persentase 86%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan pembelajaran sangat dibutuhkan di lingkungan SMP se-Sumatera Barat dengan perolehan skor rata-rata 4,25 yang berada pada persentase 85%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan budaya kerja Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Padang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan indikator, nilai kerja yang berlaku dalam organisasi, keyakinan atau keyakinan karyawan tentang nilai kerja yang berlaku dalam organisasi, dan kesesuaian perilaku karyawan dengan nilai kerja dalam organisasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Padang yang berjumlah 62 orang. Mengingat populasinya tidak terlalu besar, maka semua anggota populasi dijadikan responden penelitian. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket berdasarkan skala Likert, hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan skor rata-rata. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai kerja yang berlaku pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Padang berada pada kategori kuat dengan skor rata-rata 3,98, serta indikator kepercayaan atau keyakinan pegawai terhadap nilai kerja dengan skor rata-rata 3,97 dan kesesuaian perilaku karyawan dengan nilai kerja juga termasuk dalam kategori kuat dengan skor rata-rata 3,84. Artinya secara umum budaya organisasi pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Padang sudah berada pada kategori kuat (baik).

The outbreak of the Coronavirus disease (Covid-19) since the end of 2019 until its peak in the first quarter of 2022 changed the pattern of Indonesian education. The interfaces of Traditional learning between educators and students directly switched to digital learning. This study aims to describe the transformation of offline learning phenomena into digital learning as a representation of online learning. Various references consisting of journals, articles, and books are used as secondary data in collecting scientific data. The results of the study show that there is technological adaptation among the people by using various types of platforms, such as: google meet, google classroom, zoom, LMS (Learning Management System). The pandemic condition has triggered people to become tech-savvy, thus shifting traditional learning patterns to digital (online).
