Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of learning concentration and self-efficacy on students' understanding of material at MA As-Sa'adah Lampah Kedamean Gresik. By using a quantitative approach, this research aims to measure the extent to which independent variables, namely learning concentration and self-efficacy, influence students' understanding of material at the institution. The research population involved all students at MA As-Sa'adah Lampah Kedamean Gresik, totaling 65 students, and all were considered as respondents to ensure maximum representation. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression statistical techniques to assess the extent to which learning concentration and self-efficacy can predict students' understanding of the material. Research findings reveal that learning concentration and self-efficacy make a significant contribution to students' understanding of the material. These results can provide valuable guidance for learning approaches that can increase the effectiveness of the learning process at MA As-Sa'adah Lampah Kedamean Gresik by paying attention to aspects of learning concentration and developing student self-efficacy

Abstract

Pedoman penatalaksanaan DM merekomendasikan kepatuhan keteraturan gaya hidup dan pengobatan utuk mencapai kontrol glikemik yang baik untuk meminimalkan resiko komplikasi jangka pendek dan jangka panjang. Obat fitofarmaka “X” yang sedang berkembang sebagai penunjang terapi DM perlu adanya monitoring terkait keamanan terapi kombinasi obat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Prospective Cohort Study untuk menilai kausalitas pengaruh terapi kombinasi fitofarmaka “X” pada kejadian Adverse Drug Reactions (ADR)/ efek samping Obat (ESO) pada pasien DM tipe-2 di Rumah Diabetes UBAYA selama 1 bulan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terapi kombinasi obat antidiabetes konvensional + fitofarmaka “X” mengalami kejadian ESO berupa gejala hipoglikemik (pusing, gemetaran), mual, diare dan dan abdominal discomfort pada pre-post treatment. Efek samping obat yang muncul terkadang tidak dikenali dan dipahami oleh pasien. Untuk itu perlu manajemen yang baik dalam mengelola terapi obat antidiabetes konvensional maupun kombinasi dengan fitofarmaka “X” pada pasien diabetes mellitus tipe 2 di komunitas

Abstract

This study aims to describe the first-year English language education students at FKIP-UIR Pekanbaru's academic vocabulary proficiency. Data interpretation is part of the descriptive research methodology. Three levels of vocabulary knowledge are tested in this study using several measures: meaning identification, written form recall assisted by initial letter, and matching exercise. The analysis of the data revealed that the average score on the meaning recognition test is 54,16, which is categorized as a poor to the ordinary degree of mastery. The written form recall test with initial letter assistance yields an average score of 57,5 and is categorized as having a poor to an average degree of competence. While the average score in the corresponding exercise is 62,08,

Abstract

Transformational leadership style, harmonious working relationships, and effective implementation of duties and functions are seen as elements that play a significant role in improving employee performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, working relationships, and main tasks and functions (tupoksi) of employees on employee performance in Cibarusah District, Bekasi Regency. Employee performance is an important factor in realizing optimal public services. The research approach used is quantitative descriptive. Primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 46 respondents who were employees in Cibarusah District. The data analysis technique used simple and multiple linear regression analysis to determine the effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable. The results of the study indicate that the magnitude of the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance is 83%, work relationships are 82.90%, and the implementation of duties and functions contributes significantly to 80.60%. Simultaneously, these three variables have a significant influence on employee performance in Cibarusah District of 88.50%. This study provides recommendations to Cibarusah District to continue to improve the quality of leadership, build harmonious work relationships, and ensure that the implementation of employee duties and functions runs well in order to encourage increased performance and more optimal public services.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi bagaimana Implementasi Sistem Pelayanan Daring Alpukat Betawi Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Dukcapil pada Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara serta hambatan dan upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu Wawancara, Observasi dan Studi Pustaka. Adapun Wawancara ini dilakukan terhadap narasumber di Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Implementasi kebijakan pelayanan dukcapil terlaksana dengan baik namun dalam proses Pelayanan Daring Alpukat Betawi pada Suku Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara belum optimal dalam penerapannya atau belum dijalankan secara menyeluruh, belum adanya keseragaman layanan daring (online) dari tingkat Suku Dinas, Kecamatan dan Kelurahan, hal tersebut diakibatkan oleh kekurangan komposisi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam memberikan pelayanan dan belum memahami secara teknis proses pelayanan dikarenakan terjadinya rotasi pegawai, hambatan lainnya yaitu belum tersedianya sinkronisasi, koordinasi dan komunikasi dalam proses pelayanan dukcapil antara Dinas, Suku Dinas, Kecamatan hingga Kelurahan. Upaya dalam mengatasi hambatan yaitu melakukan pelaksanaan bimbingan dengan metode transfer knowledge. Memberlakukan subsidi Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) antar Satuan Pelaksana di Suku Dinas Administrasi Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara demi menutupi kekurangan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dari sisi kuantiti. Dilain hal perlu menjalin komunikasi dan koordinasi, agar terciptanya keseragaman asumsi. Sehingga pelayanan dukcapil berjalan dengan baik secara offline maupun online (daring) tanpa adanya tumpang tindih pekerjaan atau saling lempar tanggung jawab demi terwujudnya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Performance is the qualitative and quantitative work results carried out by an employee in carrying out his work in accordance with the responsibilities given. Performance refers to the services provided or the results of work, both in terms of quality and quantity of work and can be billed according to the role of the employee in an organization or company and the employee's ability to complete his work. This study aims to evaluate the influence of motivation, workload and work environment on employee performance at the KarangBahagia Health Center in Bekasi Regency. The population in this study was conducted on KarangBahagia Health Center employees totaling 32 ASN. The sample studied was 30 ASN employees. The sampling technique used in this study was Saturated Sampling. Data were collected through interviews and questionnaires. This type of research is associative quantitative research or research that asks about the relationship between two or more variables. The relationship used in this study is causal. A causal relationship is a cause and effect relationship consisting of independent variables (variables that influence) and dependent variables (variables that influence). This research process is deductive and the technique used is inferential statistics.The results of the study indicate that motivation and work environment have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the KarangBahagia Health Center. In other words, the better the motivation and work environment, the better the performance of the employees. While at the KarangBahagia Health Center, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. In other words, the more the workload increases, the lower the employee performance will be. Things that need improvement include the need for rewards such as bonuses and promotions for employees who excel to increase employee motivation, the use of effective work standards to reduce the burden on employees in carrying out their work, such as the availability of complete work equipment to support their performance. It is hoped that further research will not only focus on the factors studied in this study, namely motivation, workload and work environment, but also add other factors that may affect employee performance.

Abstract

The productivity level of employees at the Regional Asset Management Agency of DKI Jakarta Province in 2022 and 2023 experienced a decline in time management and work efficiency. This study aims to analyze and evaluate the extent to which Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation influence Employee Productivity at BPAD DKI Jakarta Province. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a population of 91 individuals. The sampling method employed is saturated sampling, where the entire population is taken as the sample. Research data were collected through questionnaire distribution and analyzed using SPSS 25 software with statistical analysis techniques. The results revealed that Organizational Culture has an influence of 59.9%, Work Discipline has an influence of 58.4%, and Work Motivation has an influence of 53.9%. Collectively, the influence of Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, and Work Motivation is 65.5%. Based on these findings, it is recommended that BPAD DKI Jakarta Province enhance its focus on employee development, attendance consistency, clarity in promotion procedures, and the improvement of quality standards to foster a work culture that supports productivity and organizational progress.

Abstract

Workshop penggunaan media sosial bagi siswa SMPN 1 Siman bertujuan meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan kewirausahaan e-commerce. Diikuti 150 siswa kelas 8 dan 9, kegiatan ini mencakup pelatihan pembuatan akun bisnis di Instagram dan TikTok serta pembuatan konten promosi menggunakan Canva. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan hingga 32%. Sebanyak 90% siswa berhasil mempublikasikan konten yang menarik audiens. Perubahan penggunaan media sosial dari hiburan menjadi sarana produktif menandai dampak positif kegiatan ini. Program ini efektif menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan digital dan direkomendasikan untuk dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan serta pelatihan lanjutan.

Abstract

Sunda porcupine (Hystrix javanica), a native species of Indonesia, is renowned for its distinctive sharp quills enveloping its body. Despite its reputation as a spiky creature, the use of porcupine quills in traditional medicine in Indonesian society, especially for toothache and stomach ulcers, shows that there are benefits as an alternative to herbal medicine that has yet to be fully explored. Even outside Indonesia, North American porcupine quills are reported to have antibiotic properties related to the free fatty acids that coat the spines. Extracts of Sunda porcupine quills have also shown interesting antibacterial activity. Several bioactive compounds have been found in Sunda porcupine quills extract, including alkaloids, flavonoids, saponins, steroids, triterpenoids, and peptides. These compounds have various health benefits, such as analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial. In addition, the antibacterial activity test on the extract showed strong potential against the growth of gram-positive bacteria. The activities of secondary metabolites that play a role in helping wound healing are anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and antibacterial/antimicrobial activities. Wound healing mechanisms involve several complex interactions of various cellular and molecular processes. Recent research has revealed the great potential of extracts from Sunda porcupine quills as a wound healing medicine. Although the potential of Sunda porcupine quills extract as a wound healing medicine has attracted attention, this research still has limitations. Critical measures, such as in vivo and in vitro testing, still need to be improved, leaving gaps in information that require further research. The challenge of an in-depth understanding of the activity and mechanisms of bioactive compounds is the focus on optimizing the utilization of Indonesia's natural potential. This article reviews the bioactive components of Sunda porcupine quills extract and their mechanism as a wound healing agent.

Abstract

Anemia in pregnant women is a condition where a mother has a hemoglobin level of <11 g/dL in the first and third trimesters or a hemoglobin level of <10.5 g/dL in the second trimester. The results of Basic Health Research (RISKESDAS 2018) show that the proportion of anemia in pregnant women is 48.9%, an increase of 11% compared to RISKESDAS 2013 data of 37.1%. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of pregnant women's knowledge, blood supplement tablet (TTD) consumption, pregnant women's gestational age and hemoglobin levels of anemic pregnant women before and after being given medication reminder media media in the Bungamas Health Center working area. This type of research is quantitative research using a Quasi Experimental research design and a one group pretest posttest design. The sample in this study was 37 samples of anemic pregnant women. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate The results showed that there was a significant difference (p value <0,001) between the hemoglobin levels of anemic pregnant women before and after being given medication reminder media. Conclusion It is necessary to analyze food intake or consumption that is related to the hemoglobin levels of anemic pregnant women.
