Abstract

Kemampuan perusahaan buat menaikkan laba bersihnya dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya diklaim pertumbuhan laba, yang pula dapat memberikan kemampuan keuangan perusahaan. Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan buat mengevaluasi dan menganalisis imbas kinerja keuangan dan taraf inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan laba perusahaan F&B (makanan dan Minuman) PT Mayora Tbk asal tahun 2016-2023. Perusahaan dalam industri makanan dan minuman adalah populasi penelitian ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengambilan sampel purposive yg membuat laba selama tahun 2016–2023. Data sekunder diambil dari teknik dokumentasi yang terdiri berasal laporan tahunan serta laporan keuangan perusahaan F&B (kuliner serta minuman) akbar berasal tahun 2016–2023. Analisis data yang dipergunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Yang akan terjadi UJI T memberikan bahwa ROE berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan untung perusahaan, ROA tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan untung, serta tingkat inflasi tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan untung. Sebaliknya, hasil UJI F membagikan bahwa variabel Kinerja Keuagan (X1) serta Tingat Inflasi (X2) berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba secara bersamaan.

Abstract

The low quality of education in Indonesia is actually a long-standing discussion. But until now the quality of education is also finished. Quality education is the expectations and demands of all stakeholders in education. Everyone will certainly prefer menntut science at an institution that has a good quality. On this basis, schools / educational institutions should be able to provide good service and quality in order not to be abandoned and unable to compete with other educational institutions. From a variety of views, criteria and indicators that we can take that quality education could be improved if the school has one) support from the government, 2) Leadership Principals effective, 3) Performance good teacher, 4) relevant curriculum 5) graduates quality, 6) culture and climate of effective organization, 7) the support of the community and parents. Implementation of management in improving the quality of education is a real solution is to be hope in order to manage the indicators of the quality of education to create a synergy in efforts to improve the quality of education

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the concept of Hajj and Umrah bailout funds from the perspective of Islamic religious education and assess its conformity with sharia principles. The type of research is qualitative with a literature study approach to analyze the Hajj and Umrah bailout funds from the perspective of Islamic religious education. The data collected comes from the latest research in the last five years which discusses aspects of Islamic law, maqāṣid al-sharīʿah, as well as the social and economic implications of this financing scheme. The analysis in this research was carried out using a descriptive-analytical approach. The research results show that the Hajj and Umrah bailout funds are a financing scheme that makes it easy for prospective pilgrims to obtain portions of the Hajj or Umrah departure. According to Islamic law, the bailout financing scheme using the qard wal ijarah agreement still causes controversy. Some scholars state that the addition of administrative costs in the contract resembles usury if it does not have a clear justification. Therefore, strict supervision is needed in the implementation of this sharia financial product so that it does not deviate from the principle of maqāṣid al-sharī’ah, which emphasizes the welfare of the people

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, financial performance and company growth on firm value. The type of research used is a quantitative approach with associative methods. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. The population of this study is a transportation sub-sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 - 2022 as many as 12 companies and has followed the sampling criteria to 9 companies with a research method for 5 (five) years resulting in 45 observation data. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression using E-views version 9 software. The results of the F test show that capital structure, financial performance and company growth simultaneously affect firm value. The t test results show that capital structure has a positive effect on firm value, financial performance has a positive effect on firm value, while company growth has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

Pemodelan lokasi kapal selam memiliki peran strategis dalam pertahanan maritim, khususnya dalam operasi penyamaran akustik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ray tracing untuk menentukan lokasi shadow zone di perairan selatan Jawa berdasarkan data suhu dan salinitas dari stasiun pengamatan di Samudera Hindia. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak (ODV) dan Matlab serta dikombinasikan dengan persamaan Leroy, Medwin, dan Mackenzie untuk menentukan profil kecepatan suara dalam laut. Pemodelan dilakukan dengan pendekatan polyfit polinomial pangkat 12, 13, dan 14 guna memperoleh kurva terbaik dalam distribusi kecepatan suara. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa shadow zone terbentuk pada kedalaman tertentu, tergantung pada posisi sumber suara (transducer). Jika transducer ditempatkan pada kedalaman 40-meter, shadow zone berada di kedalaman kurang dari 32 meter dengan jangkauan 16.100 meter. Pada kedalaman transducer 160 meter, shadow zone terbentuk di kedalaman kurang dari 113 meter dengan jangkauan 100.000 meter, sedangkan pada kedalaman transducer 400 meter, shadow zone terbentuk di kedalaman kurang dari 185 meter dengan jangkauan 100.000 meter. Hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai referensi dalam pengembangan strategi operasi kapal selam di perairan selatan Jawa.

Abstract

This study aims to map the research on community-based tourism (CBT) topics in Indonesia through bibliometric analysis using the Scopus database. Bibliometric analysis was conducted on 85 CBT-related publications in Indonesia to identify research trends, key topics, and collaboration networks. The results of the bibliometric analysis were then visualized using VOSviewer software. The study results show an increase in interest in CBT research in Indonesia, with a focus on the development of local communities that prioritize social and cultural aspects. Referring to the results of keyword co-occurrence analysis, the main topics that stand out in CBT research in Indonesia include community development, ecotourism, local community, local wisdom, and sustainable tourism. The collaboration network of Indonesian researchers seems to be firmly established with researchers from Australia, Malaysia, and Japan. Moreover, the results of the bibliometric analysis also confirm that the development of CBT has considerable potential in efforts to develop sustainable tourism in Indonesia. However, research related to identifying challenges and opportunities in the development of CBT in Indonesia is still needed. Ultimately, the bibliometric analysis that has been carried out contributes to a comprehensive understanding of CBT development studies in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has revolutionized the financial services industry, compelling banks to adopt more efficient and secure digital platforms. This study explores the implementation of a Management Information System (MIS) to enhance the efficiency and security of interbank transactions through the BCA Mobile application, a leading digital banking solution provided by PT Bank Central Asia (BCA). The research employs a case study approach and gathers primary data from 30 respondents who are active users of BCA Mobile. Using SPSS for validity testing, the results indicate that the efficiency variable (X1) has a strong and significant positive correlation with improved transaction performance, while the security variable (X2) also contributes positively, albeit to a lesser degree. The findings suggest that an integrated MIS—featuring rapid data access, process automation, and biometric authentication—can substantially enhance operational reliability and customer trust. Moreover, the prototype development model used in this study supports user-centered design iterations to optimize usability and system functionality. The research contributes to digital banking literature by demonstrating how a tailored MIS can support financial inclusion, customer satisfaction, and strategic agility in Indonesia’s competitive banking sector. It also offers practical implications for banks seeking to minimize operational risks and improve service quality through system innovation. This study underscores the significance of continual MIS enhancements to sustain customer confidence and address evolving cybersecurity threats in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between the level of Islamic religious education and the use of the Hajj and Umrah hand fund program at PT. Hanan Nusantara. This study is a quantitative approach study with the type of correlation. This study is a population study using Saturated Sampling, namely all students totaling 40 Umrah pilgrims in the January period and 10 Hajj pilgrims. This study is a type of correlation research using a Likert scale questionnaire. The type of questionnaire used is a closed questionnaire which in its preparation uses the Likert Scale model. To answer the formulation of the problem, the data will be analyzed descriptively quantitatively with a percentage. While to answer the third problem formulation, the data will be analyzed statistically using the Product Moment correlation technique. The results of this study showed that the level of understanding of Islamic religious education of the Jama'ah PT. Hanan Nusantara is in the good category. Then the use of the Hajj and Umrah hand fund program at PT. Hanan Nusantara is in the good category. Furthermore, there is a significant relationship between the level of understanding of Islamic religious education and the use of the Hajj and Umrah advance fund program at PT. Hanan Nusantara. This can be seen from the probability results of 0.018. Therefore, p <0.05 (0.018 <0.05) then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant relationship between the level of understanding of Islamic religious education and the use of the Hajj and Umrah advance fund program at PT. Hanan Nusantara.

Abstract

Pembangunan kepariwisataan merupakan salah satu sektor yang dipacu dan dioptimalkan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta karena mempunyai potensi wisata yang berdaya saing kuat pada budaya, pesona alam dan kearifan lokal serta kontribusi pada aspek perekonomian dalam penentuan keberhasilan program pembangunan nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui seberapa besar implementasi pembangunan kepariwsataan melalui revitalisasi budaya yang dilakukan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan pedekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data primer diperoleh melalui dua variabel yang diukur dengan indikator masing-masing melalui analisa SWOT. Hasil penelitian berpengaruh besar terhadap implentasi pembangunan kepariwisataan melalui revitalisasi budaya di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yaitu pada aspek agama/ kepercayaan, aspek bangunan, aspek adat-istiadat dan aspek kesenian. Dan pada Growth Strategies menunjukkan hasil yang lebih dominan dan menguntungkan pada faktor Strenght dan Opportunity. ABSTRACT Tourism development is one of the sectors that is driven and optimized in the Special Region of Yogyakarta because it has a competitive tourism potential in culture, natural charm and local wisdom as well as contributing to the economic aspect in determining the success of the national development program. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the implementation of tourism development through cultural revitalization carried out in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Primary data is obtained through two variables measured by their respective indicators through SWOT analysis. The results of the study have a major influence on the implementation of tourism development through cultural revitalization in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, namely in the aspect of religion/belief, the aspect of buildings, the aspect of customs and the aspect of art. And in Growth Strategies shows more dominant and profitable results in the Strength and Opportunity factors.

Abstract

Salah satu usaha bagi petani yang bergerak di bidang peternakan adalah beternak ayam pedaging dan ayam petelur. Sudah banyak para peternak yang mempunyai alat untuk menetaskan telur ayam, tetapi alat tersebut masih berjalan manual dan adapula yang masih semi otomatis. Penggunaan alat penetasan secara manual atau semi otomatis akan menyebabkan suhu dan kelembaban kurang terkontrol sehingga produktivitas tetasan rendah. Untuk mempermudah para peternak menetaskan telur ayam tersebut, perlu direncanakan dan dibuat suatu mesin penetas dengan suhu dan kelembaban yang terkontrol secara presisi. Pengaturan suhu diatur pada rentang 35˚C - 40˚C dengan kelembaban 50%-60% dengan control fuzzy. Sistem yang telah dibuat dapat digunakan untuk menjaga kestabilan suhu telur ayam selama di dalam inkubator pada suhu 36˚C. Tujuan pembuatan alat penetas telur ini yaitu, mempermudah para peternak dalam proses pengembangbiakan hewan yang diternak serta mempercepat proses pengembangbiakan sehingga hasil ternak juga lebih banyak dalam jangka waktu yang singkat. Pada pembuatan alat ini penulis mengharapkan alat ini bisa menghasilkan produktivitas tetasan meningkat dibanding dengan cara konvensional.
