Abstract

Motorik halus merupakan aspek penting dalam perkembangan anak, namun masih ditemukan anak-anak yang belum menunjukkan perkembangan motorik secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian  yaitu penelitian tindakan kelas dan metode campuran. Setting penelitian pada Kelompok A TK Insan Kamil Banjarmasin yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan aktivitas guru, aktivitas anak, serta menganalisis perkembangan kemampuan motorik halus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dalam aktivitas guru, dari kategori “cukup” menjadi “sangat baik”. Aktivitas anak juga meningkat dari 11% menjadi 89% dalam kategori “sangat aktif”. Selain itu, sebanyak 89% anak mencapai kriteria “berkembang sesuai harapan dan berkembang sangat baik” dalam aspek motorik halus. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi model pembelajaran yang diterapkan efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus serta keterlibatan anak dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe and analyze the influence of instructional leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of public high school teachers in Palangka Raya City. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 177 teachers determined through proportional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing using path analysis with multiple regression methods and Sobel tests. The results of the descriptive analysis show that instructional leadership, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and OCB are in the high category. The results of the analysis of the regression coefficient value of the instructional leadership variable on OCB are 0.454, the organizational climate variable on OCB is 0.167, the job satisfaction variable on OCB is 0.190, the instructional leadership variable on job satisfaction is 0.265, the organizational climate variable on job satisfaction is 0.415, the instructional leadership variable on OCB through job satisfaction is 0.029, and the organizational climate variable on OCB through job satisfaction is 0.038. The conclusion of this study is that instructional leadership, organizational climate, job satisfaction, and teacher OCB are in the high category. There is a direct influence between instructional leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on OCB of public high school teachers in Palangka Raya City. There is an indirect influence between instructional leadership and organizational climate on OCB through job satisfaction of public high school teachers in Palangka Raya City. Abstract

The problem in this study is the low level of student activity, communication skills, collaboration, and learning outcomes due to limited engagement and poor ability to express ideas. To address this, the CERMAT learning model was implemented. The study aimed to examine improvements in teacher and student activity, communication skills, collaboration, and learning outcomes. A qualitative approach was used with Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted over four meetings involving 21 fifth-grade students at SDN Teluk Dalam 1 Banjarmasin in the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through observation and written tests. The results showed significant improvement in all aspects: teacher activity increased from a score of 26 to 34, student activity from 34% to 97%, communication from 52% to 95%, collaboration from 57% to 100%, and student learning outcomes improved classically.

Abstract

The problems encountered in this study were low mathematical logic abilities and cooperation skills among students. The main factors causing this were students' lack of understanding of the material, lack of participation, boredom during learning, and a tendency to rely on friends in group activities. To overcome these problems, the BALOGO model was applied. The objective of this study was to describe and analyze improvements in mathematical logic skills and collaboration skills. The study was conducted using a qualitative and quantitative approach in the form of Classroom Action Research over four sessions, with a sample consisting of 23 students, including 15 males and 8 females in Grade V at SDN Bahalayung Elementary School, Barito Kuala Regency. The data were presented in graphical form. The results showed a significant increase in mathematical logic intelligence from 13% to 96% with the criterion of “highly skilled,” and in cooperation skills from 30% to 91% with the criterion of “highly skilled.” The conclusion drawn from the learning process in mathematics using the BALOGO model is that it can enhance students' mathematical logic intelligence and cooperation skills.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the direct and indirect effects of work culture, organizational justice, and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among public elementary school teachers in South Tapin District. The research employed a descriptive correlational approach with a survey design and data analysis conducted using path analysis. The population consisted of 277 teachers from 21 schools, of which 163 respondents were selected using probability simple random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and path analysis. The results indicate that work culture, organizational justice, and job satisfaction have direct effects on teachers’ OCB. In addition, work culture and organizational justice were found to indirectly influence OCB through job satisfaction. Regression analysis shows that the coefficients for work culture, organizational justice, and job satisfaction on OCB were 0,276; 0,332; and 0,311 respectively. Meanwhile, the influence of work culture and organizational justice on job satisfaction was 0,442 and 0,544 respectively. The indirect effects of work culture and organizational justice on OCB through job satisfaction were 0,137 and 0,169. Overall, all research variables were categorized as high. These findings suggest that strengthening work culture, organizational justice, and job satisfaction can enhance teachers’ OCB, which in turn contributes to improving overall school organizational performance. Abstract

The synergy between school leadership and counseling services is increasingly viewed as central to effective and holistic student support, yet empirical evidence shows substantial variation across educational systems. This study aims to systematically compare global patterns of principal–counselor collaboration and to clarify how leadership models shape collaborative practices and student-related outcomes. Using a systematic literature review design, 67 empirical studies published between 2005 and 2025 were analyzed, comprising Asia (13), Africa (13), the Americas (13), Europe (13), and Australia (15). Data were examined through thematic analysis, enabling cross-continental comparisons of leadership orientation, organizational structure, and collaboration mechanisms. The findings identify five dominant collaboration models: strategic partnerships in the Americas, interdisciplinary teamwork in Europe, integrative–reflective collaboration in Australia, reactive hierarchical relationships in Africa, and normative–subordinative arrangements in Asia. These models reveal clear causal linkages between leadership orientation and student outcomes, particularly psychosocial well-being, preventive intervention capacity, and continuity of academic support. Leadership approaches characterized by shared decision-making, counselor integration into school governance, and data-informed collaboration consistently produce stronger and more sustainable student support systems, whereas hierarchical leadership structures constrain counseling impact and limit preventive effectiveness. This study contributes original value by offering a balanced cross-continental synthesis and an integrative analytical framework that connects leadership models, collaboration processes, and student outcomes. The findings advance comparative scholarship and provide a conceptual basis for developing evaluative tools and evidence-based policies to strengthen collaborative school leadership across diverse educational contexts.

Abstract

Academic supervision is crucial for shaping teacher quality in educational institutions, yet its implementation in newly established Islamic schools remains underexplored. Most research focuses on established schools, creating a critical gap in understanding supervision's role during the formation phase when institutional culture and teacher adaptation are developing. This study addresses this gap by exploring academic supervision at SD Al-Halaby Islamic School, an early-stage Islamic elementary school operating for three years. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach with triangulation, semi-structured interviews, online questionnaires, and documentation analysis, all active teachers (n=25) participated through total sampling, supported by key informants including the principal, foundation board, parents, and community figures. Findings reveal that 92% of teachers reported supervision facilitated adaptation to the Islamic vision, 84% showed pedagogical improvements, and 96% preferred collaborative-reflective models. Challenges include psychological tension (72% initially), time constraints (80%), and nascent supervision culture (44%). Unlike established schools where supervision refines practices, this study demonstrates that supervision in early-stage Islamic schools functions dually as a socialization mechanism and a development tool, contributing to 1,045% enrollment growth. Results underscore that strengthening supervisory capacity as a core strategy not only improves learning quality but accelerates systemic institutional growth, building foundations for reputation and sustainability

Abstract

Rendahnya aktivitas, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila disebabkan oleh metode pembelajaran yang masih bersifat satu arah, kurangnya partisipasi aktif siswa, ketidakmampuan siswa dalam memecahkan masalah, serta tidak digunakannya media pembelajaran. Akibatnya, siswa menjadi pasif, bosan, kemampuan berpikir kritis tidak berkembang, dan hasil belajar rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi rendahnya aktivitas, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran PENA PINTAR. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam empat pertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah 19 siswa kelas VB SDN Kuin Selatan 1 semester II tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi (aktivitas guru dan siswa) serta tes tertulis (keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan aktivitas guru dari skor 23 menjadi 27, serta aktivitas siswa dari 53% menjadi 84% (kategori sangat aktif). Keterampilan berpikir kritis meningkat dari 47% menjadi 89% (kategori sangat tinggi). Hasil belajar siswa juga menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan: ranah afektif dari 32% menjadi 89%, kognitif dari 47% menjadi 95%, dan psikomotorik dari 42% menjadi 84%. Kesimpulannya, model PENA PINTAR terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan aktivitas pembelajaran, keterampilan berpikir kritis, dan hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, model ini disarankan untuk dijadikan alternatif strategi pembelajaran di sekolah dasar guna meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa pada muatan Pendidikan Pancasila. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pembelajaran yang masih bersifat satu arah dan belum memberikan ruang yang cukup untuk mendorong pengembangan motivasi siswa. Sebagai solusi, digunakan model pembelajaran PAHAT dengan dukungan media puzzle. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam 4 kalipertemuan. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VB SDN Kuin Cerucuk 4 Tahun Pelajaran 2024/2025 yang berjumlah 16 siswa, terdiri atas 9 siswa laki-laki dan 7 siswa perempuan. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen angket yang diberikan kepada siswa, yang menghasilkan data kualitatif. Analisis data dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan motivasi siswa, yaitu dari 25% pada pertemuan I, 50% pada pertemuan II, 75% pada pertemuan III, dan meningkat menjadi 94% pada pertemuan IV. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PAHAT dan media puzzle efektif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa. Maka dari itu model ini dapat menjadi alternatif model pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran, terutama pada muatan Pendidikan Pancasila.
