Berkembangnya usaha Kerupuk Barokah tersebut menjadikan informasi menjadi hal yang sangat penting peranannya dalam menunjang jalannya pemasaran kerupuk ini karena sebagian besar pemasarannya dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut. Melihat potensi yang dimiliki, maka pabrik kerupuk Barokah ini perlu penanganan yang tepat agar kedepannya dapat lebih berkembang dan mampu bersaing dengan usaha sejenis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kelayakan usaha pada Pabrik Kerupuk Barokah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Legalitas usaha ini masih belum lengkap, tetapi hal ini umum untuk usaha kecil. Aspek keuangan melibatkan biaya produksi, omset harus lebih tinggi dari biaya produksi agar mendapat keuntungan. Usaha ini memanfaatkan alat produksi, dan usaha ini dikelola oleh Bapak Sutrisno dan dibantu 5 karyawan. Adanya penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyadarkan pemilik akan pentingnya legalitas hukum.

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the culinary business “Awas Pancong” as an innovation of traditional food with a modern concept. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method using observation, interviews, and literature review, with analysis covering market, management, financial, and SWOT aspects. The results indicate that the business has strong market potential, particularly among students and the general public. Financial analysis shows an R/C ratio of 1.0216 and a Return on Investment (ROI) of 10%, indicating that the business is feasible, with a payback period of 2.22 years. The SWOT analysis highlights strengths in affordable raw materials and pricing, opportunities from modern culinary trends, as well as weaknesses in product durability and threats from competition.

This study aims to examine the integration of field findings based on UI green city metric indicators and green accounting approaches in the development of village sustainability reporting. This study was conducted in Karangpring village, Jember district, which is a case study village with abundant natural resources and strong local sustainability initiatives. A qualitative case study method was used, employing data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis. The results of the study show that Karangpring village has implemented various sustainable practices in terms of spatial planning, water management, mobility, waste management, energy, and village governance. However, these efforts have not been fully documented in a structured, accounting-based reporting system. By applying a green accounting approach, this study developed a green village financial report format consisting of a green balance sheet, an environment-based budget realization report, and notes to the green financial statements. This reporting format aims to improve transparency and accountability, as well as support evidence-based environmental policy formulation at the village level. This study contributes to the development of integrated and applicable village sustainability reporting, and opens up opportunities for regulation and digitization of environmental reporting at the local government level.

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the “Tumbas Teh Susu” beverage business in Jember Regency based on financial and non-financial aspects. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The analysis encompasses legal, market, financial, technical, management, socio-economic, and environmental aspects. The non-financial analysis results indicate that the business possesses strong market prospects among students, a strategic location, and efficient production processes. However, improvements in formal legal licensing are still required. Financially, the business is highly feasible, indicated by a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp91.388.420, a Profitability Index (PI) of 10.14, and a Payback Period (PP) of less than 3 months. Overall, the “Tumbas Teh Susu” business is declared feasible to operate and has strong potential for sustainable development.

Administration is a source that can be used to obtain data or information. The Jember State Polytechnic Tax Center should carry out administration well in order to provide the best service. One of the administrations that must be carried out by the Polije Tax Center is to administer customer data that is present at the Tax Center. Providing services to customers can take the form of consultations on filling out Annual Tax Returns (SPT) and tax consultations. Information on the number of customers can be an indicator of tax compliance, especially for Jember State Polytechnic employees. Apart from that, this activity also provided a book for recording incoming and outgoing letters so that they could archive letters at the Tax Center. The method used is surveys, discussions and also training for tax volunteers. The result of this service activity is that tax volunteers achieve understanding regarding the importance of administrative governance and administrative management. The achievement of service activities is demonstrated by the results of feedback from tax volunteers at the Tax Center. The feedback results show that 81% respondent stated that this service activity is very beneficial for partners

This service activity was carried out at Ilham Meubel Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) located in Bondowoso. Ilham Meubel is an MSME that operates in the furniture sector. The purpose of carrying out this service is to help Ilham Meubel in solving the problems he faces, namely related to marketing and finance. The marketing carried out by partners so far is still traditional marketing. Meanwhile, in the financial sector, partners have not recorded their finances. The methods of this service activity are field surveys, lectures, broadcasting, practice and discussion. The organizers of the activity consist of four lecturers and three students with expertise in the fields of economics, accounting, management and information technology who are able to solve partner problems in the fields of marketing and finance.This activity lasted for eight months and was divided into three stages, namely survey, preparation for creating Excel-based financial applications and websites and the final stage was training. This service is expected to have a real impact on partners regarding business. management

Gender equality is one of the main issues in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially in the fifth goal which emphasizes the importance of women's empowerment and equal rights between men and women. This study aims to understand gender equality in Suci Village, Panti District, Jember Regency which has been realized in various aspects such as education, health, economy, and social participation. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that gender equality in Panti Suci Village has shown significant progress through the presence of the Women's Coalition, increased access to education and health, and the involvement of women in productive economic activities. However, patriarchal cultural challenges remain an obstacle that needs to be overcome to achieve more substantial equality.

This study aims to analyse the implementation of the Local Government Information System of the Republic ofIndonesia (SIPD RI) at the Sumbersari Sub-district Office in Jember Regency. The method used in this studyis qualitative descriptive, with data collected through interviews. The results of the study indicate that theimplementation of SIPD RI at the Sumbersari Sub-district Office in Jember Regency has not yet been fullyoptimised. This is due to several obstacles in its implementation. In terms of communication, theimplementation of SIPD RI has been running smoothly, as evidenced by effective communication between theHead of the Planning and Finance Sub-Division, staff, and relevant parties, thereby supporting the smoothrunning of policies and minimising obstacles in the implementation process. However, in terms of resources,the implementation of SIPD RI has not been optimal due to ongoing issues with equipment, such as technicalsystem faults and inadequate internet connectivity. In terms of disposition, the implementation of SIPD RI hasalso not been maximised as there are still challenges regarding user understanding, such as a lack ofattention to detail during the data entry process. Furthermore, in terms of bureaucratic structure, theimplementation of SIPD RI has not been optimal due to the absence of specific written Standard OperatingProcedures (SOPs) regarding the use of SIPD RI.

This study aims to analyze the business feasibility of the Ayam Geprek Griya Dhaharan MSME in Jember Regency, reviewed from several aspects: market, financial, technical/operational, management and organization, economic and social, and environmental impact. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that from the market aspect, the business has stable demand with affordable prices and unique products. From the financial aspect, BEP analysis shows that the break-even point is only 368 portions/month, far below actual production capacity; Payback Period of ±15 days; NPV of Rp641,359,717 (positive); and IRR of 177.12%, far exceeding the discount rate of 12%. From the technical aspect, the supply chain and production process are adequate. Management has a clear division of tasks. From the economic and social aspects, the business contributes to job creation and local economic activity. From the environmental aspect, waste generated is minimal and does not cause significant disturbance. Overall, the Ayam Geprek Griya Dhaharan business is declared feasible to run and develop.
