Abstract

This study aims to examine the drug abuse prevention strategies implemented by the National Narcotics Agency of Donggala Regency (BNNK Donggala). The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach. To analyze BNNK Donggala’s strategies in preventing drug abuse, this study adopts Kooten’s theory, which consists of four strategic types: Organizational Strategy, Program Strategy, Resource Support Strategy, and Institutional Strategy. The types of data used include primary and secondary data, collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research findings show that the strategies implemented by BNNK Donggala are an extension of the national policies set by the central National Narcotics Agency (BNN), adapted to local conditions through mapping of drug-prone areas, community reports, surveys, and cross-sector coordination. The program targets are divided into two categories: individuals who have never used drugs and those who have tried or experimented with them. Prevention strategies for the first group are carried out through education and outreach, while the second group is approached through outpatient rehabilitation efforts. The main programs implemented include the Desa Bersinar (Drug-Free Village) Program, the Peer Teen Program (RTS), and the Anti-Drug Family Resilience Program. These programs emphasize community collaboration, the role of youth as agents of change, and the strengthening of family roles in early prevention. In addition, BNNK Donggala also conducts outreach through social media and direct field activities. For rehabilitation, outpatient services are provided through a clinic with procedures including interviews, screening, urine tests, and assessments. Clients with severe addiction are referred to the inpatient rehabilitation center in Makassar. Supporting strategies include human resource management, utilization of operational facilities, and institutional strengthening through cross-sectoral collaboration and the use of information technology, all of which contribute to the implementation of the program. In practice, BNNK Donggala adopts an integrated approach comprising preventive, repressive, and rehabilitative measures. Despite facing limitations in budget and personnel, synergy between the government, community, and stakeholders is a key factor in the success of the program.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effect of the project-based learning model on the critical thinking skills of vocational high school students. This study is a quantitative study with an experimental research type. The experimental design used is a quasi-experiment involving 11th-grade students of SMK Negeri 1 Muarabatu who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group and the control group. The data of this study are quantitative data collected using critical thinking ability test techniques. The collected data were then analyzed using descriptive statistical test techniques by testing the average value, standard deviation and percentage of completeness, as well as inferential statistical tests using independent t-tests and paired t-tests. The results of the study indicate that the influence of the project-based learning model has a positive and significant effect on the critical thinking skills of vocational high school students. This is evident from the research data which shows that the average value of students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class is higher (92.17) than the control class (76.63). In addition, the standard deviation value also shows that the standard deviation value of the experimental class is smaller than the control class, which means that students' critical thinking skills in the experimental class are more evenly distributed. Furthermore, the percentage of student completion showed that the experimental class achieved 90.61%, while the control class only achieved 73.33%. The results of the independent t-test and paired t-test showed that the significance value was smaller than the alpha value, which was 0.000 (<0.005). Based on these results, the influence of the project-based learning model can be used as an alternative to address the low critical thinking skills of vocational high school students.

Abstract

Seminar tentang kewirausahaan yang berlandaskan prinsip-prinsip Islam modern yang diadakan di MAS Mualimin Muhammadiyah Makassar memiliki tujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat melalui pembelajaran kewirausahaan yang menggabungkan nilai-nilai spiritual dan etika bisnis dalam Islam. Aktivitas ini melibatkan 24 peserta didik dan menggunakan metode yang bersifat edukatif serta partisipatif. Teknik yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan, diskusi, dan evaluasi untuk memperdalam pemahaman peserta tentang kewirausahaan dari sudut pandang Islam. Hasil dari evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa 95,8% peserta memahami materi yang diajarkan, dengan 37,5% merasakan peningkatan yang signifikan. Seminar ini tidak hanya memberikan pengetahuan tentang usaha, tetapi juga membangun karakter dan integritas siswa sebagai calon wirausahawan yang menjunjung etika. Dengan begitu, kegiatan ini memberikan sumbangsih pada pertumbuhan ekonomi umat serta penciptaan generasi muda yang mandiri dan bermoral tinggi.

Abstract

Banjir yang melanda kawasan Kampus Universitas Malikussaleh berdampak langsung pada sepeda motor milik civitas akademika yang terendam air, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan kerusakan pada sistem mesin dan kelistrikan kendaraan. Kondisi ini dapat menyebabkan penurunan performa, gangguan operasional, hingga risiko keselamatan apabila tidak segera ditangani dengan prosedur teknis yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kerusakan sepeda motor akibat banjir serta melaksanakan pendampingan restorasi mesin dan sistem kelistrikan guna mengembalikan fungsi kendaraan secara aman dan optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan, pendataan tingkat kerusakan, pelaksanaan pendampingan restorasi teknis, serta edukasi kepada pemilik kendaraan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar sepeda motor mengalami pencemaran oli mesin, gangguan pada sistem pengapian, serta potensi terjadinya korsleting pada komponen kelistrikan. Proses restorasi dilakukan melalui pengurasan dan penggantian oli, pembersihan serta pengeringan komponen mesin, dan pemeriksaan serta perbaikan sistem kelistrikan. Kegiatan pendampingan ini tidak hanya berhasil memulihkan fungsi sepeda motor, tetapi juga meningkatkan pemahaman civitas akademika mengenai perawatan kendaraan pascabanjir serta langkah-langkah mitigasi kerusakan di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dalam pelaksanaan program pendampingan teknis kendaraan bermotor pascabencana di lingkungan kampus maupun komunitas serupa.

Abstract

This research examines mosque waqf management models in the context of wealth distribution justice in Indonesia, with the aim of understanding and mapping mosque waqf management practices on the islands of Sumatra, Java, and Kalimantan. The background of the problem raised is the inequality in the distribution of benefits of mosque waqf which is still consumptive and less productive, despite the enormous potential of waqf assets. The research method used is a literature review, with analysis of various relevant secondary data sources. The results show that mosque waqf management in Indonesia is still dominated by traditional approaches that prioritize physical development, while efforts to utilize assets productively are still limited. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for a more sustainable and productive mosque waqf management model to reduce economic inequality and improve community welfare

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen perencanaan bisnis terhadap pertumbuhan usaha PKK di Desa Ridan Permai. Usaha PKK merupakan bentuk usaha berbasis komunitas perempuan yang berperan penting dalam pemberdayaan ekonomi keluarga dan penguatan ekonomi desa. Namun, dalam praktiknya, banyak usaha PKK masih dikelola secara sederhana dan belum menerapkan perencanaan bisnis secara sistematis, sehingga pertumbuhan usaha belum optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian explanatory research. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh kelompok usaha PKK di Desa Ridan Permai, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan program SPSS. Variabel manajemen perencanaan bisnis diukur melalui indikator penetapan tujuan usaha, analisis pasar, perencanaan produksi, perencanaan pemasaran, dan perencanaan keuangan, sedangkan pertumbuhan usaha diukur melalui peningkatan pendapatan, volume produksi atau penjualan, variasi produk, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perencanaan bisnis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan usaha PKK di Desa Ridan Permai. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik penerapan perencanaan bisnis, maka semakin meningkat pertumbuhan usaha PKK. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar evaluasi dan rujukan bagi pengurus PKK serta pemerintah desa dalam merancang program pembinaan usaha yang lebih terarah dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The objective of the research on Islamic Entrepreneurship Education in Vocational High Schools in Lhokseumawe is to analyze the implementation of Islamic entrepreneurship education, focusing on the integration of Islamic values into the entrepreneurship curriculum and practices at the school. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection in this study used three techniques: in-depth interviews, participant observation and documentation study. The data analysis technique used is the interactive model which includes: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the Islamic Edutechnopreneur model in Vocational High Schools can significantly contribute to improving the quality of vocational education. By integrating Islamic entrepreneurial values, schools not only produce graduates with technical skills relevant to the industrial world but also equip them with professional attitudes, independence, and entrepreneurial abilities

Abstract

The Common Effective Preferential Tariff (CEPT) program of the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA) is examined in this paper as a crucial tool for advancing economic integration in Southeast Asia. Originally motivated by economic concerns, trade liberalization has expanded to include political, security, and sociocultural aspects, creating a multifaceted framework for regional integration. Theoretically, these results are consistent with viewpoints in regional integration theory and international political economy, especially neo-functionalism, which highlights the spillover effects of economic cooperation on the growth of political institutions and policy coordination. The findings demonstrate that an open investment environment and a free trade regime act as catalysts for raising ASEAN's overall competitiveness. Economic and trade cooperation among member nations is strengthened by the efficient flow of goods, which is bolstered by competitive production capacity and the development of intraregional production networks. In addition to serving as a gradual regulatory mechanism to lower tariff and non-tariff barriers, the inference implies that ASEAN-AFTA, as an international regime invention, increases the strategic position of the ASEAN organization in the activities of world trade regime provisions. In order to achieve highly competitive, sustainable, and adaptable regional integration based on natural resources toward global competition and the progressive development of the welfare of ASEAN regional countries, ASEAN-AFTA free trade finds comparative advantages.
