Abstract

Artikel ini membahas peran kepala sekolah dalam supervisi pendidikan sebagai salah satu faktor kunci dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Kepala sekolah tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai manajer, tetapi juga sebagai pemimpin pendidikan yang bertanggung jawab untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Melalui supervisi pendidikan, kepala sekolah dapat melakukan pengawasan terhadap proses pembelajaran, memberikan bimbingan kepada guru, serta memberikan efektivitas metode pengajaran yang diterapkan. Artikel ini menjelaskan berbagai strategi yang dapat diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah dalam melakukan supervisi, seperti observasi kelas, diskusi reflektif, dan pelatihan profesional bagi guru. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan pengawasan, termasuk keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya. Dengan pendekatan yang tepat, kepala sekolah dapat memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada prestasi siswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi para kepala sekolah dan pemangku kepentingan pendidikan lainnya dalam upaya meningkatkan efektivitas pengawasan pendidikan di sekolah.

Abstract

The use of conventional learning methods is still less than optimal in attracting students' interest in technical practical material. The Flip Book Maker-based e-Module is expected to be an effective solution because it is able to combine multimedia elements, such as text, images, video and animation, which are presented interactively. This media not only increases student attraction and engagement, but also provides easy access and flexibility in the learning process. The main objective of this research is to develop and test the effectiveness of Flip Book Maker-based E-Module learning media in the Basic Hair Trimming course. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. This research focuses on developing a Flip Book Maker-based E-Module for the Basic Hair Trimming course using the Instructional Development Institute (IDI) model. The IDI model involves three stages: define, develop, and evaluate, ensuring a systematic approach to meeting educational needs. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative. The main results of this research show that the use of E-Module media based on Flip Book Maker in the Basic Hair Trimming course significantly improves the quality of learning. Based on effectiveness tests, students who use this E-Module show a better understanding of the material compared to conventional learning methods. Student learning outcomes increase, especially in aspects of technical skills and understanding complex hair trimming procedures. The implications of this research can be an innovative and effective alternative learning media in improving the quality of skills education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning strategies based on behavioristic theory at SMK Negeri 2 Barru to improve students' prayer discipline. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Research findings show that PAI learning strategies are implemented through an integrative approach that includes three main dimensions: intracurricular, co-curricular and extracurricular. Intracurricular strategies include lectures, discussions and worship practices aimed at strengthening students' understanding of religious values. Co-curricular activities are focused on holding congregational prayers which are directly monitored by teachers, while extra-curricular activities include recitation competitions, recitations and lecture training. The application of behavioristic theory in learning makes a significant contribution to the formation of the discipline of worship. The main principle used is positive reinforcement, where teachers give appreciation and appreciation to students who show consistency in worship. The stimulus provided by the school environment is able to create a positive response in the form of increasing religious discipline. Research results reveal that students who regularly receive positive reinforcement tend to be more motivated to develop religious habits. However, research also identifies a major challenge, namely the lack of consistent support from the family and community outside of school. Overall, this research makes an important contribution to the development of effective PAI learning strategies. The results offer a new perspective on the application of behavioristic theory in religious education, with practical implications for creating more innovative and meaningful learning approaches.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research explores Muhammad Asad's concept of the state and constitutional system, as well as the relationship between religion and the state according to his perspective. Using a library research method with normative Shari'a, socio-historical, and socio-legal approaches, the study draws on primary sources, including Muhammad Asad's writings, and secondary literature on constitutional studies and his ideas. The findings reveal that Muhammad Asad's concept of the state emphasizes governance grounded in the Qur'an, Hadith, and Ijtihad, envisioning an ideal Islamic state with a presidential system. He argues that religion and the state are inseparable, functioning as a support system to reinforce a morality-based governance structure. The study implies that governments should operate on principles rooted in morality. Keywords: Thought; Constitutional System; Muhammad Asad; Siyasah Shari'yyah.

Abstract

Schools still rely on textbooks in the batik learning process, so batik learning outcomes do not meet competency standards. Based on this, this research aims to produce a batik learning e-module that is valid, practical and effective. This type of research is development research. This research uses the four-D development model. The research subjects were 2 learning material experts, 2 learning media experts, and 3 teachers. The test subjects were 30 class XI students at SMK. The methods used to collect data are questionnaires and tests. Data collection instruments are questionnaires and questions. The data analysis technique used is descriptive. The research results show that the batik learning E-module produced is valid, practical, and effective in terms of appropriateness of the E-module content, E-module language, E-module presentation, and E-module graphics. The results of assessing the effectiveness of the mangrove organic batik E-module learning media in this research produced an N-Gain score of 0.71 so that the level of effectiveness was categorized as "High" with the interpretation "Effective". It was concluded that the Batik Learning E-module is suitable as an alternative reference material for developing the Batik E-module. The implication of this research is that the E-module developed can be used in learning.

Abstract

Revaluasi aset tetap merupakan sebuah metode yang digunakan untuk menilai kembali aset tetap perusahaan menjadi lebih tinggi atau lebih rendah sesuai dengan nilai wajarnya. Revaluasi aset tetap dilakukan sesuai dengan nilai materialitas dari aset tetap yang akan direvaluasi. Apabila aset tetap memiliki materialitas yang cukup tinggi maka revaluasi aset tetap harus dilakukan setiap satu sampai dua tahun, tetapi jika memiliki materialitas yang tidak begitu signifikan, revaluasi dapat dilakukan setiap tiga hingga lima tahun sekali. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh take over, bonus issue dan latar belakang militer terhadap revaluasi aset tetap pada perusahaan property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019-2021. Dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling, jumlah perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian sebanyak 93 perusahaan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel take over dan bonus issue berpengaruh positif terhadap revaluasi aset tetap, sedangkan latar belakang militer tidak berpengaruh terhadap revaluasi aset tetap.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perubahan dan penyesuaian yang dilakukan oleh Fakultas Hukum di Indonesia dalam menyongsong Revolusi Industri 5.0, dengan fokus pada tantangan integrasi teknologi dan kebutuhan baru di dunia hukum.( Prabowo, Y. (2024). Dalam perspektif Islam, perubahan ini harus memperhatikan prinsip adl (keadilan) dan amanah (tanggung jawab) dalam pendidikan hukum.( Mansur, A. (2021). Penelitian ini mengkaji aspek perubahan kurikulum, penerapan teknologi, dan kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada upaya untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi seperti kecerdasan buatan (AI), banyak fakultas masih menghadapi hambatan infrastruktur dan kesiapan tenaga pengajar. Dalam konteks pemikiran Naquib al-Attas, pendidikan harus berlandaskan nilai-nilai moral dan etika, serta berorientasi pada kemaslahatan umat (maslahah). Al-Attas menekankan pentingnya keseimbangan antara teori dan praktik, serta inovasi yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa untuk mempersiapkan lulusan yang kompetitif di dunia hukum global, perlu ada pembaruan kurikulum, pelatihan teknis bagi dosen, dan peningkatan fasilitas teknologi. Semua langkah ini harus dilakukan dengan amanah dan mengutamakan kebermanfaatan bagi umat, memastikan bahwa pendidikan hukum tidak hanya unggul dalam keahlian teknis, tetapi juga dalam membentuk karakter yang baik dan beretika.

Abstract

Kegiatan sosialisasi Fakultas Hukum Universitas Tangerang Raya dalam perlindungan hukum anak dan penggunaan media sosial yang bijak di Pondok Pesantren Tahfizh Qur'an Bina Masyarakat Mandiri bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman santri tentang hak-hak anak serta etika dalam menggunakan media sosial. Dalam konteks ini, penting untuk merujuk pada UU Perlindungan Anak dan UU ITE yang mengatur perlindungan anak dari kekerasan, termasuk cyberbullying. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, dan tanya jawab, dengan fokus pada sanksi hukum terkait perilaku bullying dan body shaming. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman santri setelah sosialisasi, menandakan efektivitas program dalam membekali mereka dengan pengetahuan hukum serta nilai-nilai etika dan tanggung jawab sosial. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kemasyarakatan fakultas Hukum Universitas Tangerang ini juga berfungsi sebagai pendidikan karakter, mendorong santri untuk menghargai diri sendiri dan orang lain. Dengan demikian, sosialisasi ini sangat relevan dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang aman bagi anak-anak di era digital serta membentuk generasi muda yang sadar hukum dan etika dalam berinteraksi di media sosial.

Abstract

The restorative justice approach in the juvenile criminal justice system in Indonesia is an effort to create more humane justice by restoring relationships between perpetrators, victims and society. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of implementing restorative justice in the juvenile criminal justice system in accordance with Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. The research method used is a normative and empirical juridical approach by examining primary and secondary legal data, as well as interviews with law enforcement officials.The research results show that restorative justice has a positive impact in reducing the negative impacts of the justice process on children, such as stigmatization and barriers to social reintegration. However, its effectiveness is still hampered by a lack of understanding of law enforcement officials, a lack of supporting facilities, and low community involvement. To improve the implementation of restorative justice, intensive training is needed for law enforcement officers, strengthening the role of community institutions, as well as outreach to victims and the community regarding the benefits of this approach. It is hoped that this research can become a reference in developing policies that are more effective and oriented towards child protection in the criminal justice system in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) untuk menjelaskan implementasi program keluarga harapan bidang pendidikan di Desa Langkumpo Kecamatan Napabalano kabupaten Muna, 2) untuk mendeskripsikan kendala dalam pelaksanaan program keluarga harapan di Desa Langkumapo dan 3) untuk mendeskripsikan upaya yang dilakukan dalam menanggulangi kendala Implementasi program keluarga harapan bidang pendidikan di Desa Langkumapo. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif bersifat deskriptif dan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 23 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Implementasi PKH bidang pendidikan Desa Langkumapo dilihat dari enam variabel keberhasilan implementasi yaitu, Pertama standar dan sasaran kebijakan Kedua, sumber daya. Ketiga, komunikasi organisasi pelaksana. Keempat, karakteristik agen pelaksana. Kelima, sikap para pelaksana dan Keenam lingkungan sosial, ekonomi dan politik sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Kendala pelaksanaan implementasi PKH bidang pendidikan yaitu, 1) kendala administrasi, 2) penyaluran dana bantuan terjadi kemacetan, 3) kecemburuan sosial. Sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan yaitu; upaya yang dilakukan pemerintah dan upaya yang dilakukan penerima PKH. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Program Keluarga Harapan, Pendidikan Abstract The aims of this study were 1) to explain the implementation of the family hope program in the field of education in Langkumpo Village, Napabalano District, Muna Regency, 2) to describe the obstacles in implementing the family hope program in Langkumapo Village, and 3) to describe the efforts made in overcoming obstacles to program implementation family of hope in the field of education in Langkumapo Village. This research method used a qualitative descriptive approach and the research subjects consisted of 23 people. The results showed that the implementation of PKH in Langkumapo Village's education sector was seen from the six variables of successful implementation, namely, first, standards and policy objectives. Second, resources. Third, the communication of implementing organizations. Fourth, the characteristics of implementing agents. Fifth, the attitude of the executors, and Sixth, the social, economic, and political environment has been well implemented. Obstacles to the implementation of PKH in the education sector, namely, 1) administrative constraints, 2) traffic jams in the distribution of aid funds, and 3) social jealousy.
