Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit yang banyak ditemukan di masyarakat. Angka kematian akibat hipertensi di Indonesia sangat tinggi. Kasus hipertensi cukup sering terjadi, terutama pada orang lanjut usia. Pemahaman tentang hipertensi dan upaya pencegahan serta penanganan dini hipertensi masih belum diketahui oleh lansia. Upaya preventif berupa promotif dan preventif saat ini menjadi prioritas. Peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat tentang hipertensi diharapkan dapat menurunkan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas hipertensi. Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pengendalian Kesehatan Diri Pada Lansia Hipertensi Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tanjung Enim Kabupaten Muara Enim Tahun 2022.Observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional yaitu pengumpulan data dilakukan sekali saja. Terdapat empat variabel independen yang signifikan/signifikan, karena p-value lebih kecil dari alpha yaitu 0,05. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel Perilaku Lansia merupakan variabel yang paling dominan terhadap kontrol kesehatan diri pada lansia. Kegiatan berjalan aktif, peserta dengan antusias mendengarkan dan menanyakan berbagai hal tentang hipertensi yang belum dipahami. Sehingga peserta dapat benar-benar mengetahui dan memahami penyebab, gejala, faktor risiko, pencegahan dan pengobatan hipertensi. Demikian pula diharapkan lansia dapat rutin melakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah secara mandiri atau di puskesmas.

Abstract

Tiara Bersaudara is a shop that sells seeds and agricultural needs. To maintain a stock of seeds that farmers are interested in, sellers must be able to analyze seed sales data. This process is difficult to do because UD has a lot of sales data. The existing problem can be solved by clustering seed sales data. Clustering is grouping data into several clusters based on the level of data similarity. The research objective was to group the best-selling seedlings in UD.Tiara Bersaudara in increasing sales. Seed sales data from January to April 2019 are data that will be processed in this study. The clustering method uses the K-Means algorithm by partitioning the data into clusters based on the closest centroid to the data. Then the test is done by comparing the calculation results with the Rapid Miner studio 9.7 software. Clustering is tested based on lots of data and many clusters. The data tested were 42 seedlings by obtaining 2 clusters, 4 data which were best-selling seeds as cluster one (C1), and 38 data which were unsold seeds as cluster two (C2). Best-selling seeds are the best seeds that can increase sales consisting of Bibit Jagung NK 212, Bibit Jagung NK 7328, bibit Jagung Pioneer 32, Bibit Jagung NK 617232. The results of this study can be used as benchmarks for decision support by UD.Tiara Berasaudara to set up a marketing strategy to increase sales.

Abstract

Background: Elderly people have a tendency to consume foods that contain little fiber, resulting in less fiber intake. The innovation of burgo with the addition of white oyster mushrooms and seaweed is an alternative high-fiber food. Objective: To find out the acceptance, best formulation, differences in each acceptances, nutritional value, and fiber content of burgo with the addition of white oyster mushrooms and seaweed as a breakfast menu for the elderly. Methods: This study was an experimental study using a non-factorial Completely Randomzed Design (CRD) with 3 formulations off adding white oyster mushrooms and seaweed F1 (75g:150g), F2 (100g:125g), F3 (125g:100g). The subjects of this study was organoleptic with 35 of panelist using the Kruskal Wallis test and continued by Mann-Whitney test. Result: Organoleptic tests (color, aroma, texture, taste, aftertaste, and overall) showed the most preferred that acceptance of burgo with the addition of white oyster mushrooms and seaweed F2 with energy 85,83 kcal, protein 4,40 gram, fat 1,99 gram, carbohydrates 10,34 gram, and fiber 1,56 gram. Kruskal Wallis test showed the significant results on aroma, texture, and aftertaste. Conclusion: Burgo with the addition of white oyster mushrooms and seaweed can be used as an alternative breakfast menu for the elderly with source of high fiber

Abstract

Someone who has an interest in becoming a teacher will feel happy with their job as a teacher without needing encouragement from other parties. Not all chemistry education study program students aim to become teachers after completing their studies. Many students enter the education department without having a definite desire to become teachers in the future after graduating. This research aims to determine the mapping of interest in becoming a teacher among prospective chemistry teacher students at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Mulawarman University. This research is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this research were 68 chemistry education students at Mulawarman University class of 2019. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique using percentages. Based on the research results, a mapping of interest among prospective chemistry teacher students was obtained from those who were interested, not interested and who were unsure. Abstract

Wasting adalah kondisi di mana terjadi ketidakseimbangan antara asupan gizi yang diterima dan kebutuhan tubuh, biasanya disebabkan oleh kekurangan makanan dan kelaparan. Di Puskesmas Taman Bacaan, tingkat kejadian wasting pada balita menempati peringkat ketiga tertinggi dari total 41 puskesmas di Kota Palembang. Dampak wasting pada balita termasuk penurunan minat dalam menjelajahi lingkungan sekitar, kurangnya interaksi sosial, kurangnya ekspresi kegembiraan, dan kecenderungan untuk menjadi apatis. Dampak jangka panjangnya mencakup gangguan kognitif, penurunan kinerja belajar, gangguan perilaku, dan bahkan peningkatan risiko kematian. Untuk mengatasi masalah dan risiko malnutrisi ini, penting untuk memberikan diet tinggi energi dan protein kepada balita. Diet ini, yang dikenal sebagai Diet Tinggi Energi Protein Tinggi (ETPT), mengandung lebih banyak energi dan protein daripada kebutuhan tubuh. Salah satu produk makanan hewani yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber protein tinggi untuk membantu memperbaiki gizi balita yang mengalami wasting adalah Nugget Tinggi Protein yang terbuat dari ikan patin (Pangasius). Satu porsi nuget ini mengandung energi 159,4 Kkal, 6,2 gram protein, 3,6 gram lemak, 26,1gram karbohidrat. Pemberian nugget Ngangenin (Nugget Tinggi Protein) dapat meningkatkan berat badan balita wasting.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang sangat cepat membantu semua aspek kehidupan. Salah satunya adalah dunia pendidikan, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi maka akan meningkatkan efesiensi di segala bidang. Pada penulisan kali ini penulis akan membahas tentang bagaimana cara merancang sebuah sistem aplikasi pelatihan dan pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Tigo Nagari dengan konsep e-learning. Penulis menganalisa dan merancang infrastruktur sistem aplikasi yang akan dibangun. Basis data yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi dengan konsep e-learning menggunakan MySQL. Permodelan UML menggunakan ASTAH, sedangkan untuk proses desain dan pengkodean menggunakan Macromedia Dreamweaver 8. Hasil penelitian tugas akhir ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pelatihan dan pembelajaran ini berlangsung secara online dan terkomputerisasikan dengan baik.

Abstract

Almost every aspect of human life has been influenced by advances in information technology (IT) in recent decades. These advances have redefined the way we communicate, work, and interact with each other. Bulus oil is one of the traditional products that has long been known in Indonesian culture. It comes from the process of processing bulus fat, a type of freshwater turtle (genus Amyda), which is considered to have many benefits, especially for health. However, the process of promotion and management of information at Dayat Bulus Oil Household Production has not yet maximized the development of computer technology. To facilitate sales at Dayat Bulus Oil Household Production from ordering to transactions, as well as accurate and updated information that can be viewed without having to come directly to the Dayat Bulus Oil Store, the author provides a solution for building a web-based information system. In this study, the author uses the RAD method to develop the system and UML to model the system framework created. This method is designed to accelerate software development by reducing planning time and prioritizing rapid functional prototyping. The language used in this study is PHP. The results of this web-based information system research provide consumers with the ability to view various information directly from anywhere and anytime. Then, it makes it easier for the store to monitor all operations, such as checking orders, viewing sales reports, and providing the latest information to customers and visitors.

Background : Anemia in pregnant women has a bad impact on both mother and fetus, resulting in a long labor process and bleeding, premature fetuses, low weight birth babies, disability and even infant death. Based on the results of Riskesdas in 2018, there was a significant increase in the prevalence of anemia in pregnant women, namely 48.9%, still below the target of achieving indicators in the 2020-2025 Community Nutrition Directorate Activity Action plan to reduce the prevalence of maternal anemia in pregnant women to 42%.Purpose : to determine the influence of providing nutritional counseling on knowledge, attitudes, and efforts to prevent anemia in pregnant women.Methods: quasi experiment with pretest and post-test research designs. The study was conducted in March- April 2021. Data analysis using independent t test.Results: In the Independent t test conducted in both groups on knowledge and attitudes, a p-value value lt; 0.05 was obtained, while for actions, a p-value value of 0.05 was obtained.Conclusion: There are differences in increasing knowledge and attitudes, where the treatment group uses booklet media in an effort to prevent anemia in pregnant women compared to providing just nutritional counseling.
