Abstract

Pendaftaran tanah merupakan instrumen hukum yang bertujuan memberikan kepastian dan perlindungan hukum bagi pemegang hak atas tanah. Namun, masih terdapat masyarakat yang belum memahami pentingnya pendaftaran tanah dan manfaat Sertifikat Hak Milik (SHM) sebagai alat bukti kepemilikan yang sah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran hukum masyarakat di Kecamatan Wampu Kabupaten Langkat mengenai manfaat pendaftaran tanah dalam menjamin kepastian hukum. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 26–27 Agustus 2023 melalui metode ceramah dan diskusi interaktif dengan melibatkan 54 peserta. Dampak kegiatan diukur melalui perbandingan kondisi baseline dan setelah penyuluhan pada aspek pengetahuan, sikap, dan komitmen tindakan. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman manfaat SHM, prosedur pendaftaran tanah, kesadaran akan kepastian hukum, serta niat mendaftarkan tanah. Kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan penyuluhan hukum berbasis partisipatif efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi hukum masyarakat di bidang pertanahan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan serupa perlu dilakukan secara berkelanjutan untuk mendukung tertib administrasi pertanahan dan meminimalkan potensi sengketa tanah.

Abstract

Air merupakan sumber daya vital yang berperan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat dan dijamin pengelolaannya oleh negara. Namun, masih rendahnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap hukum sumber daya air serta pentingnya konservasi lingkungan menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada 04 Februari 2023 di Dusun Tanjung Bunga, Desa Garunggang, Kecamatan Kuala, Kabupaten Langkat dengan tujuan meningkatkan literasi hukum dan mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dalam konservasi sumber daya air. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif melalui penyuluhan hukum dan penanaman 1.000 pohon. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap 300 responden menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 61,4 menjadi 81,7 atau naik sebesar 20,3 poin (33,05%). Kategori pemahaman rendah menurun dari 44% menjadi 8%, sementara kategori baik dan sangat baik meningkat menjadi 72%. Selain peningkatan pengetahuan, kegiatan ini juga menghasilkan aksi nyata konservasi melalui penanaman pohon sebagai bentuk implementasi preventif penegakan hukum lingkungan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa edukasi hukum yang dipadukan dengan aksi konservasi mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran kolektif dan komitmen masyarakat dalam menjaga keberlanjutan sumber daya air.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di tingkat kelurahan sangat dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi aparatur dalam menerapkan manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM). Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman aparatur Kelurahan Asam Kumbang terhadap konsep MSDM dan prinsip pelayanan publik. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 11 februari 2023 menggunakan pendekatan edukatif-partisipatif melalui ceramah, diskusi interaktif, dan studi kasus. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap 30 peserta menggunakan desain one-group pre-test dan post-test dengan instrumen skala Likert (1–5). Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 3,10 pada pre-test menjadi 4,32 pada post-test. Nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,64 menunjukkan efektivitas pada kategori sedang menuju tinggi, dan uji paired t-test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan (p < 0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman aparatur mengenai perencanaan SDM, akuntabilitas, dan profesionalisme pelayanan. Selain peningkatan kuantitatif, kegiatan ini juga mendorong komitmen aparatur dalam memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan publik. Model pengabdian berbasis evaluasi terukur ini dapat direkomendasikan sebagai pendekatan yang efektif dalam peningkatan kapasitas aparatur di tingkat kelurahan.

Abstract

Perkembangan perbankan digital memberikan kemudahan dalam transaksi keuangan, namun juga meningkatkan risiko kejahatan siber, khususnya phishing melalui scam link. Rendahnya literasi hukum dan literasi digital masyarakat menyebabkan meningkatnya kerentanan terhadap kejahatan tersebut, yang tidak hanya menimbulkan kerugian finansial tetapi juga dampak psikologis seperti kecemasan dan trauma. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai perlindungan hukum preventif dan represif serta penanggulangan dampak psikologis akibat kejahatan phishing. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test terhadap 35 peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata pemahaman peserta dari 56,4 pada pre-test menjadi 84,7 pada post-test, atau meningkat sebesar 28,3 poin. Peningkatan terjadi pada seluruh indikator, termasuk kemampuan mengidentifikasi scam link, kesadaran menjaga kerahasiaan data pribadi, serta pemahaman langkah hukum apabila menjadi korban. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan berbasis multidisipliner hukum dan psikologi efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi hukum dan ketahanan psikologis masyarakat terhadap kejahatan phishing di era perbankan digital.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the efforts made by teachers at the Al-Muhajirin TPQ in Kalongan Village, Semarang Regency, to improve students’ Quran reading skills, along with the supporting factors and obstacles. This is a field study using a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this study include teachers/ustadz as primary informants, TPQ administrators, and parents as supplementary informants. Data were collected through a triangulation of methods, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s theory, which involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The research findings indicate that the students’ proficiency in reading the Qur’an at TPQ Al-Muhajirin remains in the transitional and developmental stages, with a primary focus on improving the clarity of articulation (makharijul huruf) and the fluency of recitation (at-tartil). Teachers have implemented various initiatives, including enhancing their own competencies through correction (tashih) and instruction (talaqqi) activities. The sorogan and classical teaching techniques were also applied. Teachers also implemented collaborative learning methods such as Yanbu’a, Tilawati, and Ummi to enhance the effectiveness of learning. Additionally, teachers routinely conducted evaluations and monitoring to track the progress of students’ abilities. Supporting factors include high student motivation, teacher commitment, and a conducive learning environment. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors include variations in students’ ability levels, inconsistent attendance, and the advancement of digital technology and the use of electronic devices that divert focus from learning.

Abstract

The tradition of visiting heroes’ graves in Majeluk Heroes Cemetery, Mataram, is a cultural practice that integrates ritual and historical commemoration. However, previous studies have largely emphasized its spiritual and social aspects, with limited analysis of its role in shaping collective memory and cultural identity in urban contexts. This study aims to examine how pilgrimage practices contribute to memory formation, cultural education, and identity construction. A qualitative field approach was employed through in-depth interviews with seven informants, participant observation, and documentation, analyzed using data reduction, categorization, and interpretative analysis. The findings show that rituals such as grave cleaning, flower scattering, and collective prayers, particularly during national and religious events, function as structured practices that reproduce historical narratives. These activities also facilitate the transmission of moral values and strengthen intergenerational engagement, especially through student participation. Analytically, the cemetery functions as a cultural space where memory, education, and identity are continuously constructed through social practice. This study demonstrates that local pilgrimage traditions operate as integrated mechanisms of memory reproduction, cultural learning, and identity formation in urban society.

Abstract

Pencemaran logam berat dapat meningkat karena aktivitas manusia di pesisir dan berisiko menurunkan kualitas pangan hasil perikanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyebarkan dan mengumpulkan logam berat tembaga (Cu) pada jaringan organ dari ikan kakap dan ikan senangin yang diperoleh dari pengepul lokal di wilayah Sungsang IV. Metode destruksi basah digunakan untuk menganalisis organ sampel dan hasilnya diukur menggunakan Spektrofotometer Serapan Atom (AAS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola akumulasi Cu pada jaringan organ secara urutan yaitu Hati-Insang-Daging. Konsentrasi Cu tertinggi ditemukan pada organ hati ikan kakap mencapai nilai 36.27 mg/kg, menunjukkan bahwa hati adalah tempat utama akumulasi logam hasil proses detoksifikasi. Konsentrasi Cu paling rendah ditemukan pada jaringan daging, berkisar antara 0.14 dan 1.47 mg/kg. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa daging ikan yang dipasarkan masih sangat layak untuk dikonsumsi. Untuk menjaga keamanan pangan masyarakat secara berkelanjutan, kualitas lingkungan perairan perlu dijaga secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to critically examine the relationship between Qur’an memorization (tahfidz) and learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) at the elementary school level using a literature review approach. The research method employed is a systematic literature review, analyzing peer-reviewed journal articles, books, and relevant academic publications published between 2015 and 2025. The data were analyzed through a process of identification, classification, and synthesis to obtain comprehensive and valid conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Qur’an memorization has a positive and significant relationship with students’ learning outcomes in PAI. This relationship is reflected in three main domains: cognitive, affective, and psychomotor. In the cognitive domain, students involved in tahfidz activities tend to show improved memory capacity, concentration, and understanding of Islamic concepts. In the affective domain, memorization contributes to the development of discipline, learning motivation, and positive attitudes toward religious values. Meanwhile, in the psychomotor domain, students demonstrate better performance in Qur’anic recitation skills, including fluency and accuracy in tajwid. However, the effectiveness of Qur’an memorization in improving learning outcomes is influenced by several moderating factors, including teaching methods, teacher competence, learning environment, and student characteristics. Ineffective instructional design and excessive memorization load without adequate comprehension may reduce its educational impact. In conclusion, Qur’an memorization contributes positively to learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education at the elementary school level, provided that it is implemented through structured, balanced, and student-centered learning approaches. This study recommends the integration of memorization and comprehension-based strategies to optimize students’ holistic development.

Abstract

This article discusses and examines the Qur'anic verses on creativity, competence, human concepts, and science in the perspective of the Qur'an in an effort to build an integrative understanding of human character and abilities. This research uses the library research method by analyzing the verses of the Qur'an and the opinions of mufasir and scholars related to human nature, the potential of reason, creativity, and the concept of science. The results of the study show that the Qur'an views humans as beings with great potential (potentialist people), who are endowed with intellect, heart, intuition, and creative ability to manage life. Creativity and competence are considered part of the caliphate's mandate, while science is the main foundation for the perfection of human duties as servants and caliphs on earth. This research emphasizes that creativity and competence in Islam are inseparable from the value of monotheism and the orientation of benefits. Other findings show that the concept of man in the Qur'an is not only oriented towards external potential, but also emphasizes the importance of self-awareness, faith, and the ability to understand God's signs in the universe. Meanwhile, science is understood as a gift as well as a mandate that must be developed through observation, reflection, and deep meaning methods of reality. In conclusion, the Qur'an provides a philosophical and practical foundation for the development of human creativity and competence, and offers a scientific paradigm that is integrative, humanistic, and oriented towards divine values. This article is expected to be an academic contribution in strengthening the paradigm of Islamic education that is relevant to the needs of the times.

Research results show that the application of deep learning encourages transformation method Study student from pattern memorization going to understanding more conceptual in-depth. Students experience improvement ability analyze Fiqh cases , connecting material with reality life , and grow motivation and engagement emotional in learning. Deep learning strategies also create learning meaningful in accordance Ausubel's theory and encourages the construction process knowledge as Bruner explained. From the perspective phenomenology , students feel that Fiqh learning becomes more relevant , close with experience personal , and grow spiritual awareness. Research This conclude that deep learning is effective increase quality of process and results study Fiqh as well in line with objective Islamic education for grow understanding deep ( tafaqquh fi ad- dîn ).
