Abstract

This study aimed to improve students’ learning outcomes through the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model in Islamic Religious Education for class VIII.C at SMPN 1 Lambu, Bima Regency. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 23 students. Data were collected through observation and learning outcome tests, and analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative methods. The findings indicated that the implementation of the TGT model significantly improved students’ learning activities and outcomes. In Cycle I, learning mastery had not yet reached the predetermined success indicators; therefore, improvements were made in Cycle II. In Cycle II, learning mastery increased to 86.96% with an average score of 87.08, categorized as very high. Students’ participation, discipline, enthusiasm, and understanding of the material also showed significant improvement. In conclusion, the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model is effective in improving students’ learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

Nurul Aini Putri, Character Development System of Students at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Hj. Haniah Maros (supervised by Dr. H. Andi Bunyamin, M.Pd. and Dr. H. Andi Darmawangsa, S.Ag., M.Ag). This study aims to describe the character development system of students at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Hj Haniah Maros Regency and describe the effectiveness of character development of students at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Hj Haniah Maros Regency Maros Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenal approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the character development system of students at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Hj. Haniah in Maros Regency is implemented in an integrated manner through various strategies, namely habituation, role modeling, discipline, responsibility, independence, advice (mau'izah), a personal approach, and the application of educational rewards and punishments. The effectiveness of character development is evident in changes in students' attitudes, who are increasingly disciplined, responsible, independent, socially aware, and demonstrate better morals. Character values ​​are not only understood theoretically through the Aqidah and Akhlak subject but are also internalized through daily habits of religious activities and extracurricular activities. This research recommends that Madrasahs continue to develop a character development system through collaboration between teachers, dormitory supervisors, and parents. Teachers and supervisors are expected to be role models and creative in instilling moral values. Students are expected to maintain the discipline, responsibility, and independence that have been developed. Future researchers are advised to examine character development more broadly.

Abstract

The development of information technology has made mobile phones a vital necessity for the community, including in Topoyo City, Central Mamuju Regency. The high price of mobile phones has encouraged businesses to offer credit payment schemes as an alternative for consumers who cannot afford cash purchases. However, the practice of buying and selling mobile phones on credit has the potential to cause legal issues if not implemented in accordance with the principles of Sharia Economic Law. This study aims to determine the system of buying and selling mobile phones with a credit scheme implemented in Topoyo City and analyze its compliance with Sharia provisions. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through direct interviews with counter owners and consumers, supported by documentation and literature studies. The analysis was conducted descriptively by examining credit buying and selling practices based on the pillars, conditions, and principles of Islamic jurisprudence, particularly regarding the concepts of bai' al-taqsith and murabahah. The results show that credit transactions are carried out through direct agreements without a financing institution. The difference between the cash and credit prices is agreed upon at the beginning of the contract. However, weaknesses remain, such as the lack of a written contract and the potential imposition of late fees. According to sharia, this practice is permitted as long as it meets the principles of justice, transparency, and is free from usury, gharar, and dzulm.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of buying and selling patchouli plants using an estimation system in Ponggi Village, Porehu District, North Kolaka Regency, from the perspective of Sharia Economic Law. This study is a field research with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews with farmers, contractors, and community leaders, as well as relevant documentation. Data analysis techniques were carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and systematic drawing of conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the negotiation process was carried out directly on the farmland with a bargaining mechanism until a mutual agreement was reached without any element of coercion, thus reflecting the principle of taradhi (mutual consent) as emphasized in the Qur'an Surah An-Nisa verse 29. Price determination was carried out based on an estimate of the condition of the plants before harvest and agreed upon in the form of a wholesale price. Although there is a potential difference between the estimated results and the actual harvest, the risk is borne by the contractor after the agreement is agreed. This practice is basically in line with the principles of fiqh muamalah which permits transactions as long as they do not contain elements of excessive gharar, tadlis, and injustice. Thus, the estimation system in the sale and purchase of patchouli in Ponggi Village can be considered valid according to Sharia Economic Law as long as it is carried out transparently, fairly, and based on the agreement of both parties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the implementation of the Jigsaw-type Cooperative Learning model can improve learning outcomes in Islamic Cultural History (SKI) among eighth-grade students of MTs Arifah Gowa, Pallangga District, Pangkabinanga Subdistrict. The type of research used in this undergraduate thesis is descriptive quantitative research. The quantitative method is referred to as a traditional method because it has long been widely used and has become a conventional approach in research. It is called quantitative because the research data are presented in numerical form and analyzed using statistical techniques. As implied by its name, descriptive research aims to describe, explain, and validate the phenomena under investigation. The implementation of the Jigsaw-type Cooperative Learning model in teaching Islamic Cultural History (SKI) to eighth-grade students at MTs Arifah Gowa, Pallangga District, Pangkabinanga Subdistrict, was carried out through systematic learning stages, including the formation of heterogeneous home groups, distribution of learning materials to each group member, formation of expert groups, discussion of materials within expert groups, and the re-presentation of the material to the home groups. During the implementation process, students were actively involved in discussions, presentations, and cooperative group activities. Each student was responsible for understanding and conveying the portion of the material assigned to them, thereby fostering positive interactions among students. The teacher acted as a facilitator by guiding the learning process and providing reinforcement of the material.The effectiveness of the Jigsaw-type Cooperative Learning model in improving SKI learning outcomes can be observed through a comparison of students’ learning results before and after the implementation of the learning model. The results of the study indicate an improvement in students’ learning outcomes following the application of the Jigsaw model

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education through the implementation of the Think Talk Write cooperative learning model in class VIII.1 of SMP Negeri 3 Panca Rijang, Sidrap Regency. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles, where each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this study were 33 students. Data collection techniques used include learning outcome tests, observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instruments used were test sheets to measure student learning outcomes and observation sheets to determine student activities during the learning process. The data analysis technique used was quantitative descriptive analysis for test result data and qualitative descriptive analysis for observation data. The results of the study showed that the implementation of the Think Talk Write learning model was able to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education at SMP Negeri 3 Panca Rijang, Sidrap Regency. In the pre-cycle stage, the average score of students was 69.69 with a completion rate of 39% or 13 students who achieved completion. In cycle I, the average score increased to 80.15 with a completion rate of 66.67% or 22 students. Furthermore, in cycle II, the average score increased to 88.63 with a completion rate of 93.94% or 31 students who achieved completion. Furthermore, student learning activities also increased and the learning process became more active, interactive, and enjoyable. Thus, the implementation of the Think Talk Write cooperative learning model is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of Islamic financial inclusion principles in murabahah financing at BPRS Bobato, Tidore Islands City, and to examine the implementation of DSN-MUI Fatwa Number 04/DSN-MUI/IV/2000 concerning murabahah contracts in such financing practices. The main focus of this study is to determine the extent to which Islamic financial inclusion through murabahah products is able to provide broader financial access to the community, especially MSMEs, in order to improve their economic welfare in a sustainable manner. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out through observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research informants consisted of the management of BPRS Bobato, especially the Marketing Manager, as well as active customers who use murabahah financing. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively to provide a comprehensive picture of the implementation of Islamic financial inclusion and the conformity of murabahah practices with the DSN-MUI fatwa. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of Islamic financial inclusion at BPRS Bobato has been running well, especially in expanding access to financial services for people who previously had difficulty reaching conventional banking. The implementation of DSN-MUI Fatwa No. 04/2000 has also been in accordance with sharia principles, as evidenced by price and margin transparency. However, challenges remain, including low customer understanding and the need for strengthened internal oversight.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Differentiated Based Learning (DBL) model on students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMA Negeri 18 Makassar. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 18 Makassar with a sample of 92 students selected through a sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the Differentiated Based Learning model has a positive and significant effect on students' learning motivation. The regression analysis shows that differentiated content, differentiated process, and differentiated product have positive contributions to learning motivation. The coefficient of determination (R²) shows that 57.7% of the variation in students' learning motivation can be explained by the DBL model, while the remaining 42.3% is influenced by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate that the implementation of differentiated learning strategies can increase students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education learning.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ interest and learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education through the implementation of the Everyone Is a Teacher Here method in class XII Kumer 3 at SMAN 14 Maros. This research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles, namely Cycle I and Cycle II, each consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were 32 students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, tests, and documentation, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative and quantitative methods. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ interest and learning outcomes in each cycle. In the pre-cycle stage, learning mastery was only 37.5% with an average score of 50.62. After the implementation of the method in Cycle I, mastery increased to 56.25%. Furthermore, in Cycle II, learning mastery significantly improved to 87.5% with an average score of 84.53. In addition, students demonstrated increased activeness, confidence, and participation in the learning process. Therefore, the Everyone Is a Teacher Here method is effective in improving students’ interest and learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the distribution mechanism and effectiveness of loans from PNM Mekaar Syariah, South Bontonompo Branch, Gowa Regency, in improving the economic welfare of the community in Pa'bundukang Village, South Bontonompo District, and to identify factors that influence the success of customers' micro-enterprises. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical benefits as a reference in the development of Islamic economics, particularly related to microfinance-based poverty alleviation efforts, as well as practical benefits for PNM Mekaar Syariah in improving the quality of services and empowerment programs. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Research informants consisted of active customers of PNM Mekaar Syariah and program managers. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions to obtain a valid picture of changes in the economic and social conditions of the community before and after receiving financing. The results of the study indicate that capital loans from PNM Mekaar Syariah have a significant impact on improving community welfare. Economically, customers are able to develop businesses and increase household income. Socially, group-based financing encourages discipline and responsibility. However, there were challenges in repaying installments when business declined. Overall, this program has proven effective in supporting Sharia-based community economic empowerment.
