Abstract

Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram merupakan salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah kota Mataram yang bergerak didalam bidang jasa pelayanan air. PT. Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Kota Mataram saat ini dihadapkan pada perkembangan di sektor jasa pelayanan air yang sangat pesat, sehingga perusahaan dituntut mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan daerah lainnya. Banyak karyawan di Kantor Pusat PT. Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram yang masih kurang bahkan belum mempunyai komitmen organisasional dan tanggung jawab terhadap perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan PT. Air Minum Giri Menang Perseroan Daerah (Perseroda) Mataram. penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kausalitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh dengan responden seluruh populasi karyawab sebanyak 63 responden, pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS 23. Adapun hasilnya adalah Terdapat pengaruh yang positif tetapi tidak signifikan antara variabel kompensasi terhadap variabel komitmen organisasional karyawan PT. Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara variabel pengambangan karier terhadap variabel komitmen organisasional karyawan PT. Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram. Kompensasi dan pengembangan karier secara simultan atau bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan PT. Air Minum Giri Menang (Perseroda) Mataram.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting bagi keberlangsungan dan kinerja perusahaan, khususnya pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Wilayah Nusa Tenggara Barat, yang masih menghadapi tantangan dalam penerapan work life balance, penyediaan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif, dan efektivitas kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh work life balance, lingkungan kerja, dan kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian asosiatif, melibatkan seluruh populasi karyawan honorer sebanyak 49 orang melalui metode saturated sampling. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner berskala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, serta koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work life balance, lingkungan kerja, dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, dengan kontribusi yang cukup besar terhadap variabilitas kepuasan kerja. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya keseimbangan kehidupan kerja, lingkungan kerja yang nyaman, serta peran kepemimpinan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kesimpulannya, manajemen perlu memperkuat kebijakan yang mendukung keseimbangan kerja-hidup, memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan kerja, dan mengembangkan kompetensi kepemimpinan. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk melibatkan variabel lain seperti motivasi kerja atau kompensasi guna memperoleh gambaran yang lebih komprehensif.

Abstract

Digital financial services like SPayLater are increasingly popular among students due to their payment flexibility. However, using these services carries financial risks such as high interest rates, late payments, and lowered credit scores. These issues are exacerbated by low levels of financial literacy and risk perception among students, which can influence unwise decisions about using SPayLater.This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and perceived financial risk on the decision to use SPayLater. The study was conducted on students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Bumigora University, using a quantitative approach and purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 100 student SPayLater users.Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using IBM SPSS version 26 software. The variables used in this study included financial literacy, perceived financial risk, and the decision to use SPayLater. The analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to determine the partial and simultaneous effects between variables.The results of the study indicate that financial literacy and perceived financial risk have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use SPayLater, both partially and simultaneously. These findings indicate that students with high levels of financial literacy and perceived risk tend to be wiser and more selective in using this service. This research is expected to serve as a reference for educational institutions and financial service providers in improving student financial literacy.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi pada pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Beleka, Kecamatan Praya Timur, Kabupaten Lombok Tengah, melalui penerapan manajemen operasional sederhana. Berdasarkan observasi awal, sebagian besar pelaku UMKM di desa ini menghadapi tantangan dalam mengelola proses produksi secara efektif, mulai dari pengaturan alur kerja, penggunaan waktu, hingga manajemen bahan baku. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan partisipatif, pendampingan teknis, serta penerapan alat bantu operasional seperti standar operasional prosedur (SOP) produksi, pencatatan waktu kerja, dan sistem kontrol persediaan sederhana. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanya perbaikan signifikan dalam efisiensi produksi, di antaranya penurunan waktu proses hingga 25%, pengurangan limbah bahan baku, serta peningkatan kapasitas produksi harian. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan manajemen operasional yang sederhana namun kontekstual dapat memberikan dampak nyata terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan daya saing UMKM desa. Model ini diharapkan dapat direplikasi pada desa lain dengan kondisi serupa di wilayah Lombok dan sekitarnya.

Abstract

The determination of poverty status in Lombok Utara district depends on criteria such as income, access to health and education services, and housing conditions. These factors are crucial for assessing the level of community welfare and guiding the allocation of social assistance by the district government. The purpose of this study is to address the gap by utilizing advanced data mining techniques to improve the accuracy of poverty status classification in North Lombok, thereby informing more effective social assistance policies. The method used in this research is the Random Forest (RF), K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Naïve Bayes with split data 80% data training and 20% data testing. The finding indicated that the machine learning model the RF algorithm, which achieved an accuracy rate of 82.56%, proved to play an important role in this process by effectively distinguishing between different categories of poverty based on these criteria. In comparison, the KNN algorithm achieved an accuracy of 70.94% and the Naïve Bayes model achieved an accuracy of 53.47%. It means that the machine learning model using the RF algorithm has more accurate accuracy than the KNN and Naïve Bayes algorithm in predicting or recommending Recipients of Social Assistance from the District Government. The implication is that RF machine learning can help the role of social service officers in predicting the economic status of the community. The high accuracy of the RF algorithm enhances its role in informing targeted policy decisions and optimizing the effectiveness of social assistance programs. Nonetheless, continuous improvement is essential to refine the model's predictive capabilities and ensure the accuracy and reliability of poverty assessments. These continuous improvements are essential to effectively alleviate poverty and break the cycle of socio-economic disparities in the region.

Abstract

Di era modern ini, kebutuhan konsumen telah berubah secara signifikan sebagai akibat dari tingkat kreativitas dan inovasi yang tinggi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yakni pendidikan masyarakat, difusi iptek, dan tanya jawab. Acara seminar ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan solusi bagi permasalahan mitra mengenai kurangnya wawasan tentang strategi bertahan menghadapi permasalahan perusahaan. Acara seminar ini terbukti mampu mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan hasil dokumen Post-Test yang berbeda dengan dokumen Pre-Test yang di bagikan sebelum acara dimulai. Dokumen Pre-Test menunjukkan mayoritas peserta yang masih tidak mengetahui bagaimana strategi tepat untuk keluar dari permasalahan perusahaan, sedangkan dokumen Post-Test yang di bagikan setelah acara selesai menunjukkan mayoritas peserta merasa memiliki wawasan dan ilmu pengetahuan lebih setelah mengikuti acara seminar.

Abstract

Some Honda AHASS motorcycle repair shops still faces bad system that give impact on overload customers when registration for service at the repair shop. However, most of the repair shops currently have switched and taken advantage of technological developments to deal with the above problems by providing online booking service program. This program was created to make it easy for Honda customers or users to register their bike to get service program. This study aims to explore depthly the effectiveness of the Honda AHASS online booking service among university students. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by interviewing 25 Bumigora University students. There are two findings in this study. First, online booking service program easy to use for students because they are able to save time in ordering bike service program. 15 out of 25 students said it was easy to use this program. Second, this program gets a positive response from students and this shows that there is satisfaction from students with the online booking service. the application of online booking service services still needs to be maximized because there are still some students who do not know about the existence of this service.

Abstract

Government bureaucracy often faces criticism from the public, particularly regarding inefficiency and low work discipline among employees. A frequent complaint is the unproductive use of time, which is often attributed to weak leadership and the failure to enforce applicable regulations. Many believe that the lack of firm decision-making from leaders contributes to poor discipline within government offices. The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of the reward and punishment system on improving employee work discipline. The method employed was a quantitative method with causal approach. Data was collected through a census, including responses from 34 staff members at the Cakranegara and Sandubaya District Offices. The findings indicate that the reward system had a significant positive impact on employee work discipline. In contrast, the punishment system did not show a significant effect on improving discipline. These results suggest that government offices could enhance employee performance and discipline by focusing more on a well-structured reward system. The study highlights the importance of recognition and incentives as a driving force for motivating employees, while punitive measures might not have the desired outcome in fostering better discipline. It is hoped that the study's findings will contribute in encouraging leaders in government institutions to implement more effective reward and punishment systems to improve overall work discipline and organizational efficiency.

Abstract

Manajement waktu merupakan keterampilan penting yang memengaruhi keberhasilan dan perkembangan pribadi anak-anak, di TPQ AL-RAHMAN, sebagian anak-anak belum bisa mengatur waktu dengan baik, hal ini dapat diketahui dari kondisi anak yang belum dapat menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, memilih bersantai-santai dan bermain sehingga anak tidak merasa cemas dan stress karena tidak bisa menyelesaikan tugas tepat waktu, untuk itu perlunya bagi anak-anak untuk memahami management waktu. Pengabdian luaran jurnal yang penulis lakukan termasuk dalam pengabdian lapangan. Pengabdian lapangan yaitu terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk melihat kondisi dan mengumpulkan berbagai data yang dibutuhkan untuk menjawab solusi dari permasalahannya. Jenis metode pengabdian ini adalah pengabdian survei. TPQ AR-RAHMAN merupakan wadah untuk anak-anak menghafal Al-Qur’an, lam pelaksanaan menghafal Al-Qur’an terdapat beberapa metode yang diterapkan, salah satunya yaitu metode MUROJA’AH. Menghafal Al-Qur’an bukanlah hal yang impossible atau mustahil dan merupakan ibadah yang sangat dianjurkan. Bagi orang Islam yang ingin melakukannya, Allah telah memberi garansi akan mudahnya Al-Qur’an untuk dihafalkan. Muroja’ah atau mengulang-ulang hafalan baik hafalan baru atau lama adalah hal yang terpenting dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an, Subhan Abdullah (2022). Tidak mungkin bisa menghafal Al-Qur’an tanpa melakukan muroja’ah. Kegiatan mengulang hafalan sangat menjaga hafalan dari hilang dan lepas.

Abstract

Sempage Bee SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) have great potential for growth, but often face challenges in financial management and marketing. The training was designed to improve the SMEs' financial management and marketing capacity through two main approaches: simple accounting and digital marketing training. The simple accounting training aimed to provide a basic understanding of neat and structured financial records, making it easier for businesses to manage cash flow, prepare financial reports, and make data-based decisions. Meanwhile, the digital marketing training focused on utilizing technology and digital platforms such as social media, e-commerce, and online marketing strategies to expand market reach and improve product competitiveness. The results of this training showed an increase in participants' ability to manage finances and utilize digital media for marketing. In addition, the training also opened up opportunities for collaboration and innovation in SME business development. Thus, this activity is expected to become a sustainable SME empowerment model that is relevant to the needs of the digital era.
