Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII A pada pembelajaran matematika dengan menerapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terintegrasi teaching at the right level (TaRL) dengan model problem based learning (PBL) berbantuan video pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 1 Plumbon. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik kelas VIII A di SMP Negeri 1 Plumbon dengan jumlah 39 peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini berupa lembar observasi motivasi belajar peserta didik, dan angket motivasi belajar peserta didik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persentase rata-rata motivasi belajar peserta didik dari pembelajaran siklus I dan siklus II berturut-turut adalah 77% dan 84%. Artinya terjadi peningkatan rata-rata persentase motivasi belajar peserta didik dari pembelajaran siklus I ke siklus II yaitu sebesar 7%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi terintegrasi teaching at the right level (TaRL) dengan model problem based learning (PBL) berbantuan video pembelajaran dalam pembelajaran matematika mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik kelas VIII A SMP Negeri 1 Plumbon.

Abstract

This research wasbased on the problem of how to instill social caring aharacters in schools and how teachers implement social values based on hadith. From the problems that arise, the aim is to familiarize students with implementing the value of social care in their living environment. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative, namely research that contains information about student character education in instilling social care based on hadiththe data sources in this research include primary data and secondary data. Primary data includes guru and students at RA Aisyiyah Tanjungsari. The result of the research carried out ae character education implemented by guru to instill a spirit of social care for others with the habit of praying. Then, implementing social care character education is by filling the donation can every day after the dhuha prayer. Student are instilled with the values of howimportant and beneficial giving is. Furthermore, in instilling the value of hadiths about Sedekah, the teacher provides routine habits for students recite hadithsincluding Sedekah hadiths every day accompanied by reciting short letters and daily prayers. Apart from that, the homeroom teacher and accompanying teachers always provide motivation to continue learning to become people who like to pray and continue to spread kindness to others.

Abstract

Methods in Islamic education are crucial for effective learning, spiritual growth, and character development. Rooted in religious, biological, psychological, and sociological principles, these methods encompass classical approaches like Imla', qira'ah, lectures, discussions, and memorization, alongside contemporary methods like demonstrations, assignments, sociodrama, question-and-answer sessions, exemplary behavior, and habituation. Education outside school (Pendidikan Luar Sekolah) further complements Islamic education, providing lifelong learning opportunities. By employing this diverse range of methods, educators can effectively impart knowledge, instill Islamic values, and prepare individuals to contribute meaningfully to society.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the question-and-answer and discussion methods, as well as the role of instructional media in encouraging student engagement in the learning process. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the question-and-answer and discussion methods can increase student participation when combined with engaging learning media appropriate to the developmental stage of the children. The use of media such as number cards, visual aids, and educational videos helps create a more interactive and enjoyable learning atmosphere. However, challenges such as limited facilities, differences in student abilities, and time constraints remain obstacles. These findings indicate that interactive and contextual learning approaches have the potential to foster more equitable and meaningful student participation.

Abstract

Income smoothing is an accounting practice used by companies to reduce earnings fluctuations, enhance financial statement stability, and increase investor confidence. This study examines the impact of Cash Holding, Price to Book Value (PBV), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on Income Smoothing in the Properties and Real Estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019–2023 period. The population consists of all Properties and Real Estate companies listed on the IDX, with a purposive sampling technique yielding a final sample of 105 companies. Using the Generalized Method of Moments (GMM) approach, this study addresses issues of endogeneity and individual heterogeneity in financial analysis. The partial t-test results indicate that DER has a positive and significant effect on Income Smoothing, while Cash Holding and PBV do not have a significant impact. The simultaneous F-test results confirm that the three variables collectively influence Income Smoothing significantly. Model validation using the Hansen-J Test and AR(2) Test ensures that the GMM estimations are valid and free from serial correlation issues. The Adjusted R² of 0.225 suggests that the model explains 22.5% of the variation in Income Smoothing. Furthermore, Robustness Test & Machine Learning Validation using Quantile Regression, Bayesian Model Averaging (BMA), XGBoost, and Random Forest reinforces that DER is the primary factor influencing Income Smoothing. These findings highlight the critical role of leverage in corporate managerial practices, emphasizing its importance for investors and regulators when assessing financial statements in the real estate sector.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the needs for developing a board game as a learning medium to to enhance the speaking skills of third-grade elementary school students. Speaking is a crucial language skill that supports communication, confidence, and idea expression. However, many students still struggle to speak fluently and confidently, especially especially in storytelling. A fun and interactive learning medium is needed to address this issue, in line with students' cognitive development. This qualitative descriptive study involved interviews, observations, and questionnaires with teachers and students in a public elementary school. The findings reveal a lack of varied and engaging media for speaking activities. Students show strong interest in game-based learning, especially when it includes local cultural content and progressive challenge levels. The results indicate that a well-designed board game can effectively encourage student participation and improve their speaking abilities. This analysis will serve as the foundation for developing a board game prototype for third grade learners’ needs.

Abstract

Abstrak                                                                                                                          Dalam era digital saat ini, kemampuan literasi digital menjadi kebutuhan penting bagi peserta didik agar dapat memanfaatkan teknologi secara produktif dan bertanggung jawab. Namun, masih banyak sekolah yang belum secara optimal memanfaatkan media pembelajaran digital.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media e-learning berbasis Google Sites dalam meningkatkan literasi digital peserta didik kelas VII di SMP Negeri 3 Monta. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluationti). Subjek penelitian sebanyak 15 peserta didik dipilih berdasarkan hasil observasi awal. Instrumen penelitian berupa angket literasi digital, lembar validasi ahli materi dan media, serta tes pretest dan posttest. Hasil validasi oleh ahli materi memperoleh skor 46 (92%) dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan validasi dari dua ahli media masing-masing memperoleh skor 70 (87,5%) dan 61 (76,25%) yang dikategorikan sangat layak dan layak. Jika dirata-rata, media memperoleh persentase kelayakan sebesar 85,25% dari ketiga validator, sehingga media ini termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Angket literasi digital menunjukkan bahwa seluruh peserta didik memperoleh skor antara 90%–98% dengan kategori “Sangat baik”. Uji efektivitas melalui N-Gain menunjukkan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 0,714 dengan kategori tinggi. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa media e-learning berbasis Google Sites valid berdasarkan lembar validasi ahli, praktis menurut hasil angket peserta didik, dan efektif berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest menggunakan uji N-Gain, dalam meningkatkan literasi digital peserta didik di SMP Negeri 3 Monta. SMP Negeri.   Abstract In the current digital era, digital literacy skills are essential for students to utilize technology productively and responsibly. However, many schools have not yet fully optimized the use of digital learning media.This study aims to develop a Google Sites-based e-learning media to improve the digital literacy of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Monta. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research subjects consisted of 15 students selected based on initial observations. The research instruments included a digital literacy questionnaire, expert validation sheets for content and media, as well as pretest and posttest assessments. The validation results from the content expert obtained a score of 46 (92%) categorized as "very feasible," while the validation from two media experts obtained scores of 70 (87.5%) and 61 (76.25%), categorized as "very feasible" and "feasible," respectively. On average, the media received a feasibility percentage of 85.25% from the three validators, placing it in the "very feasible" category for use in learning activities. The digital literacy questionnaire showed that all students achieved scores between 90%–98%, falling into the "good" category. The effectiveness test using the N-Gain showed an average increase of 0.714, classified as "high." These results indicate that the Google Sites-based e-learning media is valid based on expert validation sheets, practical according to student questionnaires, and effective based on pretest and posttest results using the N-Gain test in improving students’ digital literacy at SMP Negeri 3 Monta. Abstract

Penyakit diare merupakan penyebab utama kematian kedua di Dunia. Diare dapat berlangsung beberapa hari dan dapat mengakibatkan dehidrasi air dan garam yang diperlukan untuk bertahan hidup. Bagi kebanyakan orang, dehidrasi berat dan kehilangan cairan adalah penyebab utama kematian diare. Sekarang, penyebab lain seperti infeksi bakteri septik kemungkinan akan menyebabkan peningkatan proporsi kematian terkait diare. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan penerapan Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) dengan kejadian diare pada anak usia 2-60 bulan di Puskesmas Paccerakkang Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional study dan dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Paccerakkang Kota Makassar pada pada tanggal 17 Desember 2018 sampai 17 Januari 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anak usia 2-60 bulan yang pernah mengalami diare yang datang berkunjung di Puskesmas Paccerakkang Kota Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa responden yang memiliki penerapan MTBS baik berjumlah 21 responden, dimana terdapat 15 responden (71,4%) yang anaknya sembuh dari diare dan 6 responden (28,6%) yang anaknya tidak sembuh dari diare. Sedangkan responden yang memiliki penerapan MTBS kurang berjumlah 9 responden, dimana terdapat 2 responden (22,2%) yang anaknya sembuh dari diare dan 7 responden (77,8%) yang anaknya tidak sembuh dari diare. Hasil uji statistik dengan Chi-square diperoleh nilai p=0,018. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan penerapan Manajemen Terpadu Balita Sakit (MTBS) dengan kejadian diare pada anak usia 2-60 bulan di Puskesmas Paccerakkang Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis potensi komoditas pertanian unggulan di setiap kecamatan di Kabupaten Majene, Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, dengan menggunakan pendekatan terintegrasi antara Location Quotient (LQ) dan Shift Share Analysis (SSA). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder tahun 2022–2023 yang diperoleh dari berbagai instansi pemerintah daerah. Metode LQ digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi komoditas basis, yaitu komoditas yang memiliki nilai LQ > 1 dan menunjukkan keunggulan komparatif karena kontribusinya lebih tinggi dibandingkan rata-rata wilayah lainnya. Sementara itu, analisis SSA digunakan untuk menilai apakah komoditas tersebut juga mengalami pertumbuhan aktual dan memiliki daya saing secara dinamis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap kecamatan memiliki komoditas unggulan yang berbeda, mencerminkan perbedaan kondisi geografis, agroekologi, dan sosial ekonomi. Beberapa komoditas seperti ubi kayu, jagung, kacang hijau, kelapa, dan kakao teridentifikasi sebagai komoditas basis di beberapa kecamatan. Komoditas jagung di Kecamatan Ulumanda, ubi kayu di Pamboang, dan kelapa di Ulumanda menjadi contoh komoditas yang tidak hanya unggul secara relatif, tetapi juga tumbuh cepat dan kompetitif. Namun, terdapat pula komoditas dengan nilai LQ tinggi tetapi nilai SSA negatif, yang menunjukkan adanya tantangan dalam hal produktivitas atau daya saing. Integrasi pendekatan LQ dan SSA memberikan kerangka yang lebih utuh dalam merumuskan strategi pengembangan pertanian berbasis potensi wilayah yang lebih adaptif, tepat sasaran, dan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini tidak hanya memberikan pemetaan komoditas unggulan di Kabupaten Majene, tetapi juga menghadirkan kerangka analisis yang dapat direplikasi di daerah lain untuk mendukung pembangunan pertanian yang inklusif, berkelanjutan, dan berbasis potensi lokal.

Abstract

Drinking water is water through or without processing that meets health requirements and can be drunk directly. The aim of the study  is to check the quality of drinking water for employees of Sulianti Saroso Infectious Disease Hospital (SSIDH) so that it is suitable or not for consumption in accordance with established quality standards. Drinking water sampling is carried out twice a year with a sampling point of 8 (eight) samples at every 6 (six) months. Based on the results of physical tests, namely smell, turbidity, taste, temperature, total dissolved solids, and color, it shows that the employee's drinking water has met the quality standards according to applicable regulations. Chemical drinking water quality requirements show pH concentrations ranging from 7.22 – 8 and other parameters including organic substances have met the quality standard requirements. Biological test results show the bacteriological quality of drinking water Total Coliform and Escherichia Coli is 0 according the required quality standard of 0 per 100 ml. The quality of drinking water for employees of RSPI Prof. Dr. Sulianti Saroso based on the results of laboratory examinations shows 100% of samples meet the requirements in accordance with the drinking water quality standard.
