Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Creativity of Class X IPA 2 SMAN 2 Sungai Raya in Economic Learning, namely in understanding the material and doing assignments. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a method used in natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument in taking random data sources, triangulation techniques, qualitative data analysis and the results of research are more about meaning. the form of research used is a case study. The informants in this study were Subject Teachers and Class X IPA 2 Students at SMAN 2 Sungai Raya, namely 1 teacher and 18 students. Data collection techniques using direct interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that when understanding the subject matter there are 9 students with a percentage of 50.00% who can fulfill the characteristics of creativity, namely Originality, Fluency, Flexibility, Elaboration, whereas when doing assignments there are 12 students with a percentage of 66.67% who are at level 3 which is very creative because they can fulfill the 3 components of creativity which consist of fluency, flexibility, and elaboration. Abstract

The rapid development of information and communication technology has significantly changed the business landscape, creating new challenges as well as opportunities for companies. In this digital era, companies are not only faced with increasingly fierce global competition but also have to face pressure to continuously adapt to the latest technological developments. Thus, this study aims to investigate the best strategies to optimise HR capacity to drive adoption of the latest technology and trigger business innovation. The method involved a thorough exploration of the literature using qualitative analysis, with a view to gaining a thorough understanding of the topic from 2012 to 2023. The study results show that in the face of the dynamics of the digital era, it is important for companies to continuously adapt and optimise their human resource (HR) capacity in order to meet the challenges of business transformation triggered by technological advancements. HR needs to not only be skilled in mastering technology, but also have high innovation capabilities. Innovation is not just an optional strategy, but an urgent need to maintain relevance and competitiveness in an ever-evolving market. The results show that training and development is key to improving HR capacity, especially through structured training programmes that focus on technology skills. The challenge of change resistance needs to be overcome through effective change management and full support from leadership in shaping a culture of innovation.

Abstract

Abstrak: Fenomena perundungan di dunia pendidikan Indonesia masih menjadi problem serius, baik dalam bentuk fisik, verbal, psikologis, maupun cyberbullying. Kasus-kasus yang tercatat oleh KPAI menunjukkan bahwa praktik ini bukan hanya merusak iklim belajar, tetapi juga berdampak pada martabat dan keselamatan jiwa peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kedudukan perundungan dalam perspektif fiqh jinayah serta merumuskan bentuk sanksi yang sesuai bagi pelaku, khususnya di lingkungan sekolah dan kampus. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode normatif yuridis melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perundungan dapat dikategorikan sebagai jarimah ta‘zīr yang hukumannya ditentukan penguasa berdasarkan prinsip kemaslahatan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi fenomena sosial kontemporer dengan hukum pidana Islam. Kontribusinya adalah menawarkan paradigma hukum religius-humanis untuk pencegahan dan penanganan perundungan di lembaga pendidikan. Kata Kunci:  Fiqh jinayah, pendidikan, perundungan   Abstract: The phenomenon of bullying in Indonesian education remains a serious problem, whether physical, verbal, psychological, or cyberbullying. Cases recorded by the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) show that this practice not only damages the learning environment, but also affects the dignity and safety of students. This study aims to analyze the position of bullying from the perspective of fiqh jinayah (Islamic criminal law) and formulate appropriate sanctions for perpetrators, especially in schools and campuses. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a normative-juridical method through a literature study. The results show that bullying can be categorized as a ta‘zīr crime, the punishment for which is determined by the authorities based on the principle of public interest. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of contemporary social phenomena with Islamic criminal law. Its contribution is to offer a religious-humanist legal paradigm for the prevention and handling of bullying in educational institutions. Keyword:  Criminal jurisprudence, education, bullying

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya penguatan karakter disiplin peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan PKN kelas XII IPS 2 di SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data terdiri dari peserta didik, guru PKN, dan Kepala Sekolah di SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan karakter disiplin telah dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui penerapan sistem reward dan punishment oleh guru PKN. Reward berupa pujian, affirmasi dan penambahan nilai diberikan kepada siswa yang mematuhi tata tertib, sedangkan punishment berupa teguran, peringatan dan pengurangan nilai diterapkan bagi yang melanggar. Indikator sikap disiplin peserta didik terlihat dari tepat waktu dan tidak pernah terlambat, menaati tata tertib dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, memperhatikan kegiatan pembelajaran, melaksanakan perintah dan tugas guru, serta menjaga sopan dan santun dalam proses pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung antara lain keteladanan guru, pengetahuan guru, pengalaman pribadi guru, dan sarana prasarana yang memadai. Namun, terdapat juga faktor penghambat seperti internal peserta didik, pengaruh lingkungan sekitar, faktor pendidik, dan pengaruh teknologi yang dapat mengganggu fokus siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya penguatan karakter disiplin dalam pembelajaran PKN serta implikasi bagi pengembangan strategi pendidikan yang lebih efektif.
