Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi upaya penguatan karakter disiplin peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan PKN kelas XII IPS 2 di SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat yang mempengaruhinya. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sumber data terdiri dari peserta didik, guru PKN, dan Kepala Sekolah di SMA Negeri 6 Pontianak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penguatan karakter disiplin telah dilaksanakan dengan baik melalui penerapan sistem reward dan punishment oleh guru PKN. Reward berupa pujian, affirmasi dan penambahan nilai diberikan kepada siswa yang mematuhi tata tertib, sedangkan punishment berupa teguran, peringatan dan pengurangan nilai diterapkan bagi yang melanggar. Indikator sikap disiplin peserta didik terlihat dari tepat waktu dan tidak pernah terlambat, menaati tata tertib dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, memperhatikan kegiatan pembelajaran, melaksanakan perintah dan tugas guru, serta menjaga sopan dan santun dalam proses pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung antara lain keteladanan guru, pengetahuan guru, pengalaman pribadi guru, dan sarana prasarana yang memadai. Namun, terdapat juga faktor penghambat seperti internal peserta didik, pengaruh lingkungan sekitar, faktor pendidik, dan pengaruh teknologi yang dapat mengganggu fokus siswa. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya penguatan karakter disiplin dalam pembelajaran PKN serta implikasi bagi pengembangan strategi pendidikan yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of independent variables, namely audit committee, audit opinion and auditor turnover on the dependent variable, namely Company Value for property and real estate sector companies in 2019-2023 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and related company websites from secondary data taken from financial reports that have been audited by a Public Accounting Firm in the form of an Independent Auditor Report, The population was taken from 85 companies, while according to the criteria it produced 15 companies with a purpose sample method with data analysis using multiple regression analysis with data management using eviews 12. The results of the study showed that simultaneously the audit committee variable, audit opinion variable and auditor turnover variable had an effect on the company value variable. for the audit committee variable did not affect the company value variable, the audit opinion variable affected the company value variable and the auditor turnover variable did not affect the company value variable.

Abstract

Komunikasi internal di Kantor Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kabupaten Sigi dinilai memadai, masih diperlukan perbaikan terutama dalam disiplin berkomunikasi di luar jam kerja, keterbukaan, dan toleransi antara atasan dan bawahan dianggap penting untuk menjaga iklim komunikasi yang baik, serta hambatan dalam komunikasi sering terjadi ketika informasi dari pimpinan ke bawahan kurang jelas dan struktur organisasi saat ini dianggap tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada dan mengalami ketidakjelasan, dengan saran untuk menambah minimal satu bidang lagi dalam struktur organisasi untuk menangani tugas yang semakin kompleks, sementara keberlanjutan alat komunikasi dan pemberian instruksi di luar jam kerja menjadi hal yang penting untuk memastikan kelancaran arus informasi serta pengakuan terhadap kinerja yang baik dari pegawai sangat penting untuk meningkatkan motivasi mereka, di mana pemberian penghargaan kepada pegawai yang berprestasi dapat menjadi motivasi bagi pegawai lainnya, dan meskipun umpan balik antara atasan dan bawahan di kantor tersebut tidak selalu optimal, diharapkan kehadiran pimpinan baru dapat memperbaiki hubungan tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract. Purpose: The advancement of digital technology has fundamentally transformed the business landscape. Business digitalization and social media utilization have emerged as key drivers in SME strategies to enhance performance. This research aims to assess the effect of business digitalization and social media utilization on SME performance and to examine the role of digital competence as a mediator in this relationship. Method: This study employed a quantitative approach utilizing SEM-PLS methodology to explore the interrelationships among relevant variables. The study was conducted on 51 SMEs in Lamongan Regency, Indonesia, using an online questionnaire as the data collection tool. Result: The study findings revealed that business digitalization, social media utilization, and digital competence have a significant and positive effect on SME performance in Lamongan Regency. Moreover, digital competence is a significant mediator between business digitalization, social media utilization, and SME performance. These findings underscore that digital competence enables SMEs to optimize the benefits of business digitalization and social media, thereby enhancing operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and adapting to market changes swiftly and effectively. Novelty: In particular, the implementation of digital technology in production processes, integration of digital systems in business management, social media utilization for marketing and customer interaction, and the development of digital competence are key factors in enhancing operational efficiency, reducing costs, increasing sales and revenue, and improving customer satisfaction and loyalty among MSMEs.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Creativity of Class X IPA 2 SMAN 2 Sungai Raya in Economic Learning, namely in understanding the material and doing assignments. The research method in this study uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is a method used in natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument in taking random data sources, triangulation techniques, qualitative data analysis and the results of research are more about meaning. the form of research used is a case study. The informants in this study were Subject Teachers and Class X IPA 2 Students at SMAN 2 Sungai Raya, namely 1 teacher and 18 students. Data collection techniques using direct interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that when understanding the subject matter there are 9 students with a percentage of 50.00% who can fulfill the characteristics of creativity, namely Originality, Fluency, Flexibility, Elaboration, whereas when doing assignments there are 12 students with a percentage of 66.67% who are at level 3 which is very creative because they can fulfill the 3 components of creativity which consist of fluency, flexibility, and elaboration.

Abstract

The development of waqf nowadays has utilized technology to using crowdfunding platforms as an effort to increase waqf acceptance. In the other hand, the effect of crowdfunding become of information technology is proportional to the level of risk posed. It obstacles faced in implementation of sharia securities crowdfunding are in terms of legality and security and create loopholes for committing crimes legal problems. Therefore, using blockchain in waqf crowdfunding can be a solution to overcome security and transparency risks in crowdfunding and record transactions rights to funded projects in a transparent and verified manner. The purpose of this study is to create best solutions and strategies in solving problem of crowdfunding platform in cash waqf. This study uses a qualitative approach with Analytic Network Process (ANP) method through in-depth interview approach, focus group discussion and filling out questionnaires to regulators, practitioners, and academicians related to a problem. The result of this study found best strategy offered to overcome the problems of cash waqf crowdfunding platform is increasing the security and transparency on the platform by blockchain technology; literacy and religiosity of Indonesian society and optimizing regulations and supervisions both in term of law and sharia.

Abstract

The development of the shoe industry offers great potential to support national economic growth in Indonesia, including in the Tambakrejo Village area, Sidoarjo, which is one of the largest producers of local shoe production in Indonesia. However, the development of shoe products in Tambakrejo Village is known to face many challenges. So, this research aims to find out what challenges are faced in developing local shoe industry MSMEs in Tambakrejo Village, Sidoarjo. Also, what are the results of the implementation of business management training and marketing strategies to develop local shoe industry MSMEs in Tambakrejo Village, Sidoarjo. This research uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which is carried out by combining active participation from the community or group that is the research subject in this research process. Data collection in this service is carried out in two ways, namely observation and interviews. The research results show that business management training and marketing strategies have a big impact in improving the quality of leather shoe products in Tambakrejo Village. The training provided helps craftsmen use digital marketing through e-commerce and social media to reach a wider market.

Abstract

Biogas is a gas fuel produced by anaerobic activity or fermentation of organic materials, including human and animal waste, domestic (household) waste, or anaerobic degradation of organic materials by anaerobic bacteria. In this study, biogas was used as fuel with the addition of NaOH variations to the modified gasoline generator set engine so that it could work to produce electricity. This experiment used variations of 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10% NaOH nutrition with variations in the electric load of 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, and 50 watts. These purposed to determine the performance of electric power, torque, and system efficiency. From the test, it found that the greater load of the lamp, the smaller performance of the electric power produced. The results showed that the greatest electric power was the variation of 2% NaOH nutrition with a lamp load of 10 watts, namely 39.33 watts. In the efficiency testing, the greater electric load system resulted efficiency system tent to be stable. The best system efficiency with 2% NaOH nutrition was compared to other nutritional variations. In testing of torque, the greater electric load torque resulted also greater torque. The greatest torque with 2%, NaOH nutrition compared to other nutritional variations.

Abstract

Biogas is a gas produced from anaerobic activity or the fermentation of organic materials, including human waste, animal waste, and waste. Biogas from cow dung can be used as an alternative fuel. In this study, biogas is used as fuel with the addition of variations of NaOH, urea, and rumen to the modified gasoline generator set engine so that it can work to generate electricity. This research was conducted by experimenting with varying nutrients, namely NaOH, urea, and rumen. Besides that, variations in the electrical load are carrying out for 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, and 45. This is intended to determine the performance of the electrical energy produced. From the test, it was found that the voltage and engine speed of the generator set tended to decrease for the addition of variations in the electric load. Meanwhile, current, power, torque, average adequate pressure, and total efficiency increase for all additional electric load variations. The results showed that the most incredible efficiency was using 43.57% NaOH nutrition. For the variation of Urea nutrition in biogas, obtained total efficiency of 42.16%. Meanwhile, rumen nutrition variation has the most negligible efficiency than other nutritional variations, 39.55%.

Abstract

Produk mi yang dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat umumnya digunakan sebagai sumber energi karena memiliki kandungan karbohidrat yang tinggi. Produk mi dengan pencampuran tepung terigu sebagai bahan utama dengan tepung lainnya sebagai tambahan seperti tepung ikan patin yang dinilai memiliki protein yang tinggi. Tepung agar memiliki sifat seperti gelatin serta memiliki kemampuan membentuk gel, sehingga tepung agar dinilai dapat membuat adonan mi tidak mudah putus karena gel agar-agar lebih kokoh dan kuat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan tepung agar terhadap mutu mi ikan patin, dan menentukan jumlah tepung agar dalam menghasilkan mutu terbaik mi ikan patin. Pengaruh penambahan tepung agar terhadap rupa mi ikan patin diduga berpengaruh pada karakteristik fisik mi yang terbentuk. Penelitian ini bersifat ekperimental menggunakan Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu variasi konsentrasi penambahan tepung agar (0 gram, 3 gram, 5 gram, dan 7 gram) ditambahkan didalam bahan utama tepung terigu dan tepung ikan patin. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang nyata (P<0,05) pada karakteristik sensori dan kimia mi basah ikan patin. Hasil uji sensori terbaik yaitu pada mi basah ikan patin dengan penambahan tepung agar P2. Mi basah P2 memiliki karakteristik kimia yaitu kadar air 49,45%, kadar abu 0,63%, protein kasar 12,27%, Lemak kasar 5,68%, Serat Kasar 3,42%, Karbohidrat 36,14%.
