Abstract

Pesantren kilat adalah metode pendidikan agama Islam yang intensif dan efektif dalam waktu yang singkat untuk meningkatkan keimanan serta wawasan keislaman para siswa. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi pelaksanaan pesantren kilat di SD Negeri Plancungan dengan menitikberatkan pada peningkatan kualitas pengajaran, pembelajaran, dan pengelolaan kegiatan. Metode pelaksanaan pendampingan dilakukan melalui kegiatan mahasiswa KKNT. Pendekatan partisipatif diterapkan dalam pendampingan ini, dengan melibatkan mahasiswa KKNT, para pengajar, dan siswa. Kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan meliputi perancangan program pengajaran, pelatihan bagi para pengajar, dan evaluasi berkala pada siswa. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang baik dalam berbagai aspek, termasuk pemahaman ilmu agama, praktik ibadah, dan pembentukan karakter siswa. Pendampingan ini memberikan dampak positif untuk turut meningkatkan mutu pendidikan agama di sekolah melalui pesantren kilat, sekaligus menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam memperkuat pendidikan karakter dan nilai-nilai keislaman bagi para siswa.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital menuntut guru sekolah dasar untuk memiliki kemampuan literasi digital dan berpikir komputasional agar mampu menghadapi tantangan pembelajaran abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana pelatihan coding yang diselenggarakan oleh Disdik Kotim dan HAFECS dapat berperan dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia (SDM) guru sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dan deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh langsung dari HAFECS, meliputi rundown kegiatan, daftar hadir peserta, dan hasil pelatihan. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti oleh beberapa sekolah dasar dengan total puluhan guru, mencakup materi berpikir komputasional, pengenalan block-based coding, integrasi coding dalam pembelajaran tematik, serta penyusunan modul ajar berbasis teknologi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan coding memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan pedagogik, kreativitas, dan literasi digital guru. Guru mampu merancang pembelajaran yang inovatif serta lebih adaptif terhadap kurikulum Merdeka Belajar. Secara teoritis, temuan ini mendukung konsep Human Capital dan Constructivism Learning dalam pengembangan kompetensi pendidik. Dengan demikian, pelatihan coding dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam meningkatkan profesionalitas guru dan kualitas pendidikan dasar di era digital.

Abstract

Globalization and modernization have posed serious challenges to the character development of students, particularly children and adolescents. This condition highlights the need for strengthening character education that is not merely cognitive but also practical and sustainable. This Community Service Program (PkM) aimed to build students’ character through the internalization of pesantren values, particularly the core values of Panca Jiwa Pesantren, at Tahfidz Arabic Al-Gontory Banin Islamic Boarding School, Bukit Hijau, Rembau, Malaysia. The program employed a community engagement approach through intensive mentoring activities, including Islamic studies sessions, regular lectures, workshops, habituation of daily pesantren activities, and active involvement of students and teachers throughout the program. The participants consisted of students aged 8–15 years and pesantren educators. The results demonstrated positive changes in students’ attitudes and behavior, reflected in increased religious awareness, the practice of a simple lifestyle, the development of self-reliance, strengthened Islamic brotherhood, and the growth of students’ interests and talents in a more directed and responsible manner. This program concludes that the internalization of pesantren values based on Panca Jiwa is effective as a character education model in a tahfidz Islamic boarding school environment and has the potential to be implemented in similar Islamic educational institutions, particularly in international contexts

Abstract

This community service program was implemented to improve the competency of teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak City in understanding and implementing digital assessment as part of strengthening professionalism in the era of technology-based learning. The activity was developed through five stages, including initial data collection, pre-test, material delivery, practice and direct mentoring, and post-test. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in all indicators of participant understanding, including understanding of learning assessment (23% to 100%), instrument validity (23% to 91%), question difficulty level (41% to 95%), and utilization of interactive assessment media (73% to 86%). In addition, skills in operating the digital assessment platform also increased from 63% to 100%. These findings indicate that the training was able to strengthen the conceptual foundation and technical skills of teachers in designing and implementing accurate, interactive, and data-driven digital assessments. This program has implications for increasing teacher readiness in developing adaptive and relevant evaluation practices to the demands of 21st-century education

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effects of Entrepreneurship Education, Digital Financial Literacy, and Financial Self-Efficacy on Students’ Courage to Start a Business, with Risk-Taking Ability as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with a survey design was employed, with 100 university students in Banyumas Regency selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected through a structured online questionnaire and analyzed using SEM-PLS with a bootstrapping procedure. The results indicate that Entrepreneurship Education, Digital Financial Literacy, and Financial Self-Efficacy have positive and significant effects on Risk-Taking Ability. Furthermore, Risk-Taking Ability has a positive and significant effect on Students’ Courage to Start a Business. In addition, Risk-Taking Ability is proven to positively and significantly mediate the effects of the three independent variables on students’ entrepreneurial courage. These findings suggest that students’ entrepreneurial courage is largely determined by their ability to assess risks and opportunities and to make decisions under uncertainty. This study contributes theoretically by uniquely integrating financial aspects and psychological aspects within a single framework grounded in the Theory of Planned Behavior, Social Cognitive Theory, and Behavioral Finance Theory. By linking students’ digital financial capability with their risk-taking ability, the model explains how financial knowledge strengthens psychological readiness in entrepreneurial decision-making. The findings also provide practical implications for higher education institutions and policymakers in designing entrepreneurship programs that simultaneously develop digital financial competence and risk-taking capacity.

Abstract

Achieving inclusive economic growth and decent work remains a persistent challenge in many developing economies, particularly among marginalized and vulnerable groups. Therefore, this study aims to connect Islamic Social Finance (ISF) with Islamic Social Enterprises (ISEs) as a conceptual pathway for advancing Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 8. Peer-reviewed academic and policy-oriented literature is analyzed to integrate the mechanisms of zakat, infaq, ṣadaqah, and waqf into social enterprise models using a qualitative content analysis. The results show that ISF functions as a strategic financing instrument that supports job creation, inclusive entrepreneurship, and sustainable economic participation based on the reviewed literature when used beyond consumptive charity and embedded within enterprise-based structures. Additionally, the conceptual connection between ISF and ISEs is conditioned by productive orientation, institutional integration, and governance quality. An integrative theoretical framework is proposed to connect ISF instruments, ISE operational mechanisms, and SDG 8 targets, offering insights for policymakers, ISF institutions, and social enterprises seeking to promote decent work and inclusive economic growth.

Abstract

Judicial power is a key pillar of the rule of law in Indonesia. In criminal proceedings, acquittal (vrijspraak) decisions raise debate because Article 244 of the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) normatively prohibits prosecutors from filing cassation against acquittals. However, Supreme Court jurisprudence and Constitutional Court Decision No. 114/PUU-X/2012 have opened limited space for such cassation. This study analyzes the prosecutor’s authority, its legal basis and limits, and its implications for legal certainty and justice, using authority theory within normative legal research (conceptual and legislative approaches) based on KUHAP, jurisprudence, and Constitutional Court decisions. The findings show that the prosecutor’s cassation authority gains legitimacy through these legal developments but is restricted to non-pure acquittals, namely where the acquittal results from misapplication of law, excess of judicial authority, or non-legal considerations. Therefore, cassation against acquittals functions as a judicial correction mechanism to safeguard law enforcement and substantive justice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis jenis kesalahan matematis siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal literasi matematis berbasis budaya Banten pada materi aljabar dengan menggunakan Newman Error Analysis, serta memberikan Scaffolding yang sesuai untuk membantu perbaikan kesalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menyelesaikan soal literasi matematis yang kontekstual. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah 36 siswa kelas VIII SMP Al-Wildan Islamic School 7 Serang. Data dikumpulkan melalui tes literasi matematis dan wawancara mendalam terhadap siswa yang melakukan kesalahan terhadap dua subjek untuk masing-masing jenis kesalahan menggunakan metode perbandingan tetap. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kesalahan transformasi dan kesalahan dalam penulisan jawaban akhir merupakan jenis kesalahan yang paling dominan. Scaffolding yang diberikan secara bertahap melalui identifikasi kata kunci, penyusunan model matematika, dan pemeriksaan jawaban terbukti efektif dalam membantu siswa. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kemampuan guru dalam menganalisis kesalahan siswa secara tepat dan memberikan Scaffolding yang adaptif agar tujuan pembelajaran literasi matematis tercapai secara optimal.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to determine the effect of implementing the scientific method on students’ conceptual understanding and learning independence in mathematics. This study employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design. Using purposive sampling, the sample consisted of 78 students from Grade XI of SMK Negeri 2 Pandeglang majoring in Laboratory Management Analysis (APL), with 36 students in the experimental class and 32 students in the control class. The instruments used in this study were written tests and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques included ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) and MANOVA (Multivariate Analysis of Variance). The results showed that students who were taught using the scientific method had significantly higher conceptual understanding and learning independence (p < 0.05), with a very large effect size (d ≥ 2.00), compared to students who were taught using conventional methods.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the phenomenon of hyperreality towards the identity of Indonesian citizens, especially among teenage anime fans in Pontianak. The method used is a case study method with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of the study indicate that the form of hyperreality in the teenage anime community in Pontianak is in the form of cosplay activities, considering anime characters alive and real, the emergence of consumerism attitudes, and forgetting real life. The existence of the anime community in Pontianak also has positive impacts such as increasing piety to God Almighty, the growth of mutual cooperation attitudes, the existence of friendly attitudes, and increasing social awareness. Hyperreality in anime can indeed make someone have a new identity, but this identity cannot become part of the identity of the Indonesian nation because to become part of the Indonesian identity requires a long and complex process.
