Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas implementasi nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Islam dalam manajemen pesantren dari perspektif pendidikan berbasis Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah peran sentral pesantren dalam membentuk karakter Islami santri dan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan dalam proses tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi bagaimana prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan Islam, yang berasal dari ajaran Ahl al-Sunnah wa al-Jama'ah, diterapkan dalam pengelolaan pesantren serta dampaknya terhadap hasil pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research), dengan menganalisis literatur yang relevan, teks klasik, dan karya-karya ilmiah terkait kepemimpinan Islam dan manajemen pesantren. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa nilai-nilai kepemimpinan Islam, seperti integritas, musyawarah (syura), dan keadilan, tertanam dalam prinsip-prinsip dan praktik manajemen pesantren, yang berkontribusi pada perkembangan karakter dan prestasi akademik santri. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa memperkuat nilai-nilai kepemimpinan ini dapat lebih meningkatkan efektivitas pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam.

Abstract

This study examines the transformation of journalistic practices in response to digital media developments, focusing on Sriwijaya Post and Sripoku.com. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through interviews and observations with journalists at both the field and editorial levels. The findings reveal that media convergence has significantly impacted journalistic workflows, necessitating journalists to adopt multimedia skills, including video production, real-time reporting, and social media engagement. This transformation involves structural and strategic newsroom changes to facilitate cross-platform content production. As part of a regional media network, Sriwijaya Post and Sripoku.com have embraced digital platforms for content delivery and as a primary revenue stream, particularly through services such as Google AdSense. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of how regional media in Indonesia navigate the challenges of digital convergence while maintaining journalistic integrity and sustaining their role in a rapidly evolving media ecosystem.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the public sector is one of the areas that is prone to corruption, even more so in local governments. This research also aims to identify the factors that affect the occurrence of budget corruption, as well as to develop recommendations to increase the effectiveness of law enforcement in eradicating corruption. This research method uses a normative approach. The normative approach is carried out by analyzing relevant laws and regulations, such as Law No. 31 of 1999 concerning the Eradication of Corruption and Law No. 17 of 2003 concerning State Finance. The results of this study show that although there have been several regulations governing the eradication of corruption crimes, such as Law No. 31 of 1999 and Law No. 17 of 2003, the application of criminal law to budget corruption cases in the public sector, especially in local governments, still faces various obstacles. The main obstacles found are weak supervision, both internal and external, as well as political intervention that slows down law enforcement. Many corruption cases are hampered due to the lack of sufficient evidence and the low integrity of the public officials involved. The slow legal process and injustice in law enforcement, especially when the perpetrators come from high-ranking officials, further exacerbate this situation. This results in the practice of budget corruption continuing, even though there is already a law regulating it. In addition, the results of this study also show the importance of increasing the capacity of human resources (HR) in regional budget management and stricter supervision of the use of public funds. Transparency in budget management and public involvement in supervision can be an effective solution to minimize budget corruption practices in the public sector

Abstract

Folktales are an essential component of cultural heritage that convey moral values, ethics, and collective identity. One such folktale with high educational potential is Putri Tangguk, which is rich in character values and presents social and moral conflicts relevant for fostering students’ critical thinking skills. This study aims to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the Putri Tangguk folktale in an interactive digital format as a learning medium to enhance students’ understanding of narrative structure, character education, and social relationships. A case study approach was employed, involving language teachers and junior high school students as research participants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, documentation, and focus group discussions. The data were analyzed qualitatively using thematic analysis. The results indicate that the implementation of the digital Putri Tangguk folktale significantly increased student engagement and enthusiasm during the learning process. Students demonstrated improved ability to identify elements of short stories and a deeper understanding of the social and moral values embedded in the narrative. Moreover, the use of digital media enhanced students’ technological literacy and supported a more interactive learning experience. These findings suggest that the integration of digitalized folktales can serve as an effective educational tool for promoting critical thinking and cultural understanding in language learning contexts.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, khususnya kualitas sumber daya insani, lingkungan kerja, dan motivasi kerja Islam. Dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sumber Daya Insani, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja melalui Motivasi Kerja Islam sebagai variabel intervening. Adapun jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kecamatan Rumbai Pekanbaru dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 701 Nasabah. Kemudian, sampel yang diambil berjumlah 88 orang. Penggalian data penelitian ini melalui angket/kuesioner. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diuji dengan metode SEM/PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, secara parsial Kualitas Sumber Daya Insani dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Kinerja, Namun Motivasi Kerja Islam tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja. Motivasi Kerja Islam tidak mengintervensi Sumber Daya Insani dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja. Dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk sumber daya manusia dan lingkungan kerja. Sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas dan lingkungan kerja yang kondusif merupakan cerminan dari prinsip keadilan dan keseimbangan dalam Islam.

Abstract

This research analyzes the effectiveness of HR training and development in educational institutions through a literature study. Data were collected from the literature and analyzed qualitatively with content analysis, including definitions, objectives, types, processes, and program effectiveness. Training and development aims to improve the skills, competencies and productivity of educators and education personnel in order to achieve educational goals efficiently. Training methods include on the job training and off the job training. The effectiveness of the program is measured through evaluation before, during and after implementation, with indicators of increased knowledge, behavioural changes and improved institutional performance. Success is reflected in improved teacher performance, student achievement and achievement of national education standards. The study concludes that effective training has a significant impact on institutions and service users, emphasizing the importance of continuous evaluation to ensure program relevance and impact

Abstract

A cognitive diagnostic assessment is a process of gathering information to identify students' strengths and weaknesses in cognitive aspects. In the context of teaching personal letter writing in elementary school, a cognitive diagnostic assessment can help teachers understand students' initial comprehension of the structure and elements of personal letters. The purpose of this research is to determine students' abilities in critical thinking, reasoning, and problem-solving, as well as to assess their readiness for learning. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore how teachers implement, evaluate, and assess the outcomes of cognitive diagnostic assessments in teaching personal letter writing at SD Batanghari. The study reveals that cognitive diagnostic assessments can assist teachers in achieving the desired learning objectives and enhance teachers' insights regarding diagnostic assessments. The findings also indicate that cognitive diagnostic assessments can be used to map students' learning needs based on their learning styles, interests, and skills. Cognitive diagnostic assessments in teaching personal letter writing in elementary school play a crucial role in ensuring that students can complete tasks well and achieve the expected learning goals. Thus, this research contributes to the development of cognitive assessments that are aligned with the core material and can improve students' problem-solving abilities in elementary school.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate diagnostic assessment strategies that are effective in improving understanding of Indonesian language material in junior high school students. Diagnostic assessments are used as a tool to identify specific difficulties experienced by students in understanding the material contained in Indonesian language learning. In each cycle, diagnostic assessments are carried out through written tests and interviews, the results of which are analyzed to design appropriate learning interventions. The research results show that the application of diagnostic assessment strategies significantly increases students' ability to understand the material. In addition, students show an increase in motivation and interest in learning Indonesian. These findings indicate that diagnostic assessments are not only useful in identifying learning difficulties, but also effective in designing learning strategies that are adaptive and responsive to student needs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dual roles of women in the novel Layar Terkembang by Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana and how these roles shape their character and demeanor. Method: This research employs a qualitative approach with a text analysis method. The research data is obtained from the text of the novel Layar Terkembang and analyzed using interpretation and descriptive techniques. Results: The study found that women in Layar Terkembang have dual roles, both as individuals and as members of society. These dual roles shape the women into complex, independent, and progressive characters. The characters Tuti and Maria, for instance, demonstrate courage in breaking traditions and pursuing their dreams. The dual roles of women also reflect Sutan Takdir Alisjahbana’s view on women's emancipation during his time. The novel Layar Terkembang not only portrays women as complements to the story but also as messengers conveying the role and potential of women in society. This novel encourages women to transcend traditional boundaries and actively contribute to various aspects of life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa SMP pada materi himpunan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Swasta Al Manar. Peneliti mengambil subjek sebanyak 6 siswa, yang dipilih masing-masing 2 siswa dari setiap kategori kemampuan komunikasi matematis tinggi, sedang, dan rendah. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1)terdapat satu  orang dari kategori kemampuan komunikasi rendah yang kurang tepat dalam menyelesaikan persoalan  terkait himpunan, 2)terdapat siswa dengan kategori kemampuan komunikasi rendah belum mampu  menyatakan anggota-anggota himpunan secara tertulis, 3)terdapat siswa dengan kategori sedang dan rendah mengalami kesulitan dalam menyajikan himpunan dalam bentuk notasi, serta dalam pengoperasian himpunan. ABSTARACT   This research aims to describe the mathematical communication abilities of junior high school students on set material. This type of research is a qualitative research with descriptive method. The population in this study was class VIII students at Al Manar Private Junior High School. The researchers took as many as 6 students as subjects, each of which was 2 students from each category of high, medium, and low mathematical communication skills. The results of this study were 1)there was one person from the low communication ability category who was not quite right in solving problems related to the set, 2)there were students with the low communication ability category who had not been able to state the members of the set in writing, 3)there were students in the medium category and have difficulty in presenting the set in the form of notation, as well as in the operation of the set.
