Abstract

A comprehensive guidance and counselling service manager is included in the curriculum. Independence is a skill that BK teachers must possess. This study aims to determine the Implementation of Comprehensive Guidance and counselling services in the Independent Curriculum in Pontianak City High Schools in 2024. The method used is descriptive with a Subick survey research form. This is a Pontianak City High School that has implemented the Independent Curriculum. The research instruments used are interview guides and questionnaires. The results of the study contain a description of comprehensive guidance and counselling services in the implementation of the independent curriculum, where the implementation of guidance and counselling services in Pontianak City High Schools has been running well, although some need to be improved. The rules regarding the suitability of service programs, the programming of development activities, and the distribution of the number of BK teachers according to the number of students indicate room for improvement in evaluating original programs and compiling service programs, BK, by the Independent Curriculum. Abstract

This study aims to develop teaching materials and describe the effectiveness of electronic modules (MOLEK) in improving poetry writing skills in class VIII MTs Nurrodiyah Kota Baru Jambi. The research method used is research and development. The development procedure in this study used the research and development design of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evalution). Data collection techniques in this study are divided into two, namely during pre-research (interviews and observations) and during research (questionnaires and student learning outcomes tests). The calculation of the validity of the instrument items for the test was carried out by calculating the correlation between the item score and the total instrument score using the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient formula. The results are that the electronic module developed is suitable for use in learning and the use of this Electronic Module (Molek) is proven effective in improving students' poetry writing skills and learning interest.

Abstract

Difficulties in understanding integral material using visual media are often experienced by students, this is due to inappropriate use of visual media, and students' lack of understanding of integral material explained by the teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the students' understanding of class XI about integral material, and the use of visual media in learning about integral material, as well as what kinds of difficulties students felt when understanding integral material. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, research data collection is done by utilizing observation data, written tests, interviews, and documentation review. The steps taken in analyzing the data are compiling the data, connecting the data, reducing, presenting the data, then making conclusions, and testing the validity of the data with crosscheck triagulation and technical triagulation. The results showed that students' understanding was still relatively low. This can be seen from the students' answers on the written test, of the 7 indicators of understanding there is only 1 indicator that is fulfilled, the indicator of restating a concept. The use of visual media is good enough, it's just that there are several stages that are not carried out, such as the stage of formulating teaching objectives by utilizing media and also teaching evaluation steps. There are 3 types of difficulties experienced by students when understanding integral material using visual media, difficulties in using concepts, difficulties in using principles, and difficulties in solving verbal problems

Abstract

Banyak peserta didik yang telah memberikan label negatif terhadap matematika yang mengakibatkan kebanyakan peserta didik malas untuk berusaha dan berpengaruh terhadap rendahnya hasil belajar. Hal tersebut seringkali disebabkan oleh kurangnya kesadaran diri terhadap matematika dan kemampuan menghadapi tantangan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji hubungan antara kecerdasan intrapersonal dan adversity quotient dengan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik kelas X di MAN 2 Pontianak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 68 peserta didik kelas X A sampai dengan kelas X F yang dipilih dengan teknik Proportional Stratified Random. Data dikumpulkan melalui angketang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk memastikan kualitas instrumen. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi Pearson di mana seluruh butir pernyataan memiliki nilai rhitung > rtabel, sehingga dinyatakan valid. Sementara uji reliabilitas dilakukan dengan rumus Alpha Cronbach dan menghasilkan nilai 0,853 > 0,70 menunjukkan angket memiliki reliabilitas tinggi dan layak digunakan, serta tes essay yang mengukur hasil belajar matematika. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kecerdasan intrapersonal dengan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dengan nilai korelasi pearson rhitung > rtabel yaitu 0,816 > 0,239. Demikian pula, adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara adversity quotient dengan hasil belajar matematika peserta didik dengan nilai korelasi pearson rhitung > rtabel yaitu 0,768 > 0,239. Analisis korelasi ganda juga menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan intrapersonal dan adversity quotient secara bersamaan memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Nilai korelasi ganda sebesar 0,871 menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi kecerdasan intrapersonal dan adversity quotient peserta didik, maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar matematikanya.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi voice recognition berbasis kecerdasan buatan (AI) membuka peluang baru dalam mendukung proses hafalan Al-Qur’an secara mandiri, khususnya bagi santri tahfidz. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan dan melatih penggunaan aplikasi Tarteel.ai kepada santri di SMP Al-Qur’an Wahdah Islamiyah Bandung sebagai alat bantu dalam memperbaiki bacaan dan pelafalan Al-Qur’an. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyusunan modul panduan, sosialisasi, pelatihan interaktif, praktik mandiri, serta evaluasi terhadap efektivitas penggunaan aplikasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa santri dapat dengan cepat memahami fungsi aplikasi dan menggunakannya secara mandiri untuk mengidentifikasi serta memperbaiki kesalahan bacaan. Selain itu, para guru tahfidz menyatakan bahwa teknologi ini membantu mempercepat proses evaluasi hafalan. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa integrasi teknologi voice recognition dapat memperkuat kualitas pembelajaran tahfidz serta mendorong kemandirian santri dalam menghafal Al-Qur’an.

Abstract

This research aims to develop application-based learning media in writing fantasy stories for class VII. The type of research and development that the author uses in this research is the Research and Development method and development. Research and Development is research used to produce a particular product and test the effectiveness of the product to be researched. The results of observations of the learning process using the Pixellab application in writing fantasy stories for class VII show that learning to write fantasy stories shows that students' activities are effective, creative, active and fun.

Abstract

The implementation of the independent learning curriculum program in schools aims to develop human resources capable of welcoming the Society 5.0 era. This article is a literature review from a number of journals that are qualitatively relevant to the topic discussed. The steps taken by the author to collect readings in this article are (1) collecting data related to the topic of interest; (2) Summarize and prepare relevant main topics. The next generation will answer the challenges of the Society 5.0 era. The author's final result in this article is to show that the implementation of autonomous learning is appropriate in the Society 5.0 era. Creativity and innovation are skills that writers need to become strong, tough and persistent. Implementing independent learning programs in schools to improve the quality of education in Indonesia and prepare graduates to compete well in global competition.

Abstract

Siswa kini memiliki lebih banyak pilihan dengan Kurikulum Belajar Mandiri untuk menyesuaikan pendidikan mereka dengan kebutuhan, minat, dan kemampuan unik mereka. Dengan mendorong siswa untuk mengejar pembelajaran sepanjang hayat dan memaksimalkan potensi individu mereka, konsep ini berupaya untuk meningkatkan standar pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut dan mengumpulkan data tentang kurikulum mandiri yang digunakan oleh sekolah penggerak, khususnya di SMP 4 PGRI Jambi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang menggambarkan subjek tentang situasi dan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan investigasi. Strategi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang relevan dan mudah dipahami oleh pembaca. Tulisan ini memberikan penjelasan yang komprehensif mengenai bagaimana kurikulum mandiri diimplementasikan di sekolah mengemudi. Temuan-temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum sekolah penggerak telah diterima dan saat ini sedang digunakan, meskipun masih ada banyak masalah dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Sekolah Motivator Studi Kasus di SMP 4 PGRI Jambi telah memberikan dampak positif yang cukup besar terhadap pertumbuhan pendidikan di wilayah tersebut. Jika kurikulum ingin berhasil, administrator sekolah dan guru Motivator harus terdorong untuk melaksanakan perbaikan. Jika ingin menetapkan kurikulum mandiri maka kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin harus memberikan inspirasi bagi sumber daya manusia sekolah untuk melakukan perubahan.

Abstract

Arbitration has increasingly become the preferred method for resolving business disputes, offering an alternative to the often lengthy and complex litigation process. It presents several advantages, such as expedited proceedings, confidentiality, and final, binding decisions. This article explores how legal certainty is upheld within the arbitration process and evaluates its effectiveness in resolving commercial disputes in Indonesia. The research adopts a normative juridical method, utilizing qualitative analysis of legislation, legal doctrines, and case studies of arbitration awards. The findings indicate that Indonesia’s arbitration framework, governed by Law No. 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, provides a solid legal foundation for arbitration proceedings. The final and non-appealable nature of arbitration decisions enhances legal certainty for the disputing parties. Nevertheless, challenges remain in the enforcement phase, particularly in the execution of arbitral awards through the district courts. These issues highlight the need for better coordination between arbitration institutions and the judiciary, along with improved legal awareness among law enforcement officials regarding the role of arbitration. In conclusion, arbitration continues to play a vital role in ensuring legal certainty and promoting the efficient resolution of business disputes in today’s legal landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the role of the principal as an entrepreneur in increasing the number of students in SMA Swasta Cerdas Murni. Specifically, this study aims to explain the form of managerial innovation and superior programs developed by the principal to improve school competitiveness, analyze external partnerships that build the principal as part of the strategy to increase the number of students, and control risks to increase the number of education students. This research method uses a qualitative approach of the case study type with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The main respondents are the principal and vice principal who have several strategies in developing and the ability to increase the number of students in SMA Swasta Cerdas Murni. The results of the study indicate that the principal as an entrepreneur has a significant role in increasing the number of students in SMA Swasta Cerdas Murni. They show initiative by developing superior programs, collaborating with external parties, and compiling learning programs each year. The creativity of the principal is manifested in efforts to improve the quality of education and the attractiveness of prospective new students. However, the challenges faced by the principal in increasing the number of students include limited resources and competitiveness to other private schools. Therefore, this study recommends the need for support from the community and the school in supporting the principal to increase the number of students in SMA Swasta Cerdas Murni.
