Abstract

This research aims to develop application-based learning media in writing fantasy stories for class VII. The type of research and development that the author uses in this research is the Research and Development method and development. Research and Development is research used to produce a particular product and test the effectiveness of the product to be researched. The results of observations of the learning process using the Pixellab application in writing fantasy stories for class VII show that learning to write fantasy stories shows that students' activities are effective, creative, active and fun.

Abstract

The implementation of the independent learning curriculum program in schools aims to develop human resources capable of welcoming the Society 5.0 era. This article is a literature review from a number of journals that are qualitatively relevant to the topic discussed. The steps taken by the author to collect readings in this article are (1) collecting data related to the topic of interest; (2) Summarize and prepare relevant main topics. The next generation will answer the challenges of the Society 5.0 era. The author's final result in this article is to show that the implementation of autonomous learning is appropriate in the Society 5.0 era. Creativity and innovation are skills that writers need to become strong, tough and persistent. Implementing independent learning programs in schools to improve the quality of education in Indonesia and prepare graduates to compete well in global competition.

Abstract

Siswa kini memiliki lebih banyak pilihan dengan Kurikulum Belajar Mandiri untuk menyesuaikan pendidikan mereka dengan kebutuhan, minat, dan kemampuan unik mereka. Dengan mendorong siswa untuk mengejar pembelajaran sepanjang hayat dan memaksimalkan potensi individu mereka, konsep ini berupaya untuk meningkatkan standar pendidikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari lebih lanjut dan mengumpulkan data tentang kurikulum mandiri yang digunakan oleh sekolah penggerak, khususnya di SMP 4 PGRI Jambi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, yang menggambarkan subjek tentang situasi dan data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan investigasi. Strategi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi yang relevan dan mudah dipahami oleh pembaca. Tulisan ini memberikan penjelasan yang komprehensif mengenai bagaimana kurikulum mandiri diimplementasikan di sekolah mengemudi. Temuan-temuan tersebut menunjukkan bahwa kurikulum sekolah penggerak telah diterima dan saat ini sedang digunakan, meskipun masih ada banyak masalah dan tantangan yang dihadapi. Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Belajar di Sekolah Motivator Studi Kasus di SMP 4 PGRI Jambi telah memberikan dampak positif yang cukup besar terhadap pertumbuhan pendidikan di wilayah tersebut. Jika kurikulum ingin berhasil, administrator sekolah dan guru Motivator harus terdorong untuk melaksanakan perbaikan. Jika ingin menetapkan kurikulum mandiri maka kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin harus memberikan inspirasi bagi sumber daya manusia sekolah untuk melakukan perubahan.

Abstract

Arbitration has increasingly become the preferred method for resolving business disputes, offering an alternative to the often lengthy and complex litigation process. It presents several advantages, such as expedited proceedings, confidentiality, and final, binding decisions. This article explores how legal certainty is upheld within the arbitration process and evaluates its effectiveness in resolving commercial disputes in Indonesia. The research adopts a normative juridical method, utilizing qualitative analysis of legislation, legal doctrines, and case studies of arbitration awards. The findings indicate that Indonesia’s arbitration framework, governed by Law No. 30 of 1999 concerning Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, provides a solid legal foundation for arbitration proceedings. The final and non-appealable nature of arbitration decisions enhances legal certainty for the disputing parties. Nevertheless, challenges remain in the enforcement phase, particularly in the execution of arbitral awards through the district courts. These issues highlight the need for better coordination between arbitration institutions and the judiciary, along with improved legal awareness among law enforcement officials regarding the role of arbitration. In conclusion, arbitration continues to play a vital role in ensuring legal certainty and promoting the efficient resolution of business disputes in today’s legal landscape.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the role of the principal as an entrepreneur in increasing the number of students in SMA Swasta Cerdas Murni. Specifically, this study aims to explain the form of managerial innovation and superior programs developed by the principal to improve school competitiveness, analyze external partnerships that build the principal as part of the strategy to increase the number of students, and control risks to increase the number of education students. This research method uses a qualitative approach of the case study type with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The main respondents are the principal and vice principal who have several strategies in developing and the ability to increase the number of students in SMA Swasta Cerdas Murni. The results of the study indicate that the principal as an entrepreneur has a significant role in increasing the number of students in SMA Swasta Cerdas Murni. They show initiative by developing superior programs, collaborating with external parties, and compiling learning programs each year. The creativity of the principal is manifested in efforts to improve the quality of education and the attractiveness of prospective new students. However, the challenges faced by the principal in increasing the number of students include limited resources and competitiveness to other private schools. Therefore, this study recommends the need for support from the community and the school in supporting the principal to increase the number of students in SMA Swasta Cerdas Murni.

Abstract

This Community Service Activity began with a discussion between the mathematics education study program lecturers, the faculty of teaching and educational sciences at Tanjungpura University, and the chairman of the Kubu Raya Subject Teachers' Conference about the rapid development of technology, especially in mathematics learning. Through this discussion, it was found that many teachers still need to utilize technology in teaching mathematics. One technology that is often used in mathematics learning is GeoGebra. GeoGebra is an application with various features that can be used to explain concepts and numbers in mathematics learning, such as plane geometry, space geometry, algebra, etc. Therefore, teachers need technology-related training to assist in learning, especially GeoGebra. Mastery of this technology is an unavoidable demand, and it also plays a role in improving education in Indonesia, especially in West Kalimantan. This training was held on 8 August 2024, with a total of forty-five participants consisting of thirty-five mathematics teachers from various junior high schools in Kubu Raya, three mathematics education students, and seven lecturers at the Tanjungpura University mathematics education study program. This training aims to increase teachers' motivation and ability to use GeoGebra in mathematics learning. The outputs produced in this activity are 1) implementation of training, 2) publication of documentary video activities on social media, and 3) activity reports.

Abstract

Can restorative justice be applied to corruption cases without weakening law enforcement and encouraging impunity? Restorative justice is generally applied in minor criminal cases to restore victims’ losses. However, its proposed application in corruption cases in Indonesia has sparked debate regarding its effectiveness and legal implications. This study employs a normative comparativelegal approach, examines the benefits and risks of restorative justice for perpetrators of corruption and compares it with practices in Brazil, Colombia, and South Africa. While this approach has the potential to expedite the recovery of state assets, without strict regulation, it may undermine deterrence and encourage impunity. Furthermore, regulatory challenges and the need for an ideal implementation mechanism are key concerns to ensure that such a policy does not weaken law enforcement efforts. Unlike previous studies by Pelengkahu and Indirwan (2022), Faharuddin and Hakim (2023), and Franata and Santiago (2023), which tend to adoptconceptual or normative approaches, this article offers a practical framework by proposing stringent technical parameters, including a minimum asset recovery of 200%, mandatory minimum sentences, and the revocation of political rights for offenders. This study presents a substantial contribution to the ongoing legal debate. In addition to offering a contextual policy perspective for Indonesia, the article also provides value for international readers, particularly in understanding the dynamics of applying restorative justice to extraordinary crimes such as corruption in developing countries. The findings and recommendations herein may stimulate cross-country comparative research and broaden the global discourse on balancing state asset recovery with firm legal enforcement.

Abstract

Studi ini mengkaji tantangan implementasi program BPJS di Rumah Sakit Oetomo Bandung, yang mencakup manajemen data luas, kesalahan dalam memasukkan kode ICD-10, serta masalah diagnosis penyakit yang mempengaruhi klaim BPJS. Fokus utama penelitian adalah kesulitan verifikasi klaim INA-CBG secara manual oleh tim rekam medis sebelum diinputkan ke sistem BPJS. Penelitian ini menawarkan solusi melalui pengembangan sistem otomasi yang menghubungkan dokter dengan tim rekam medis, termasuk otomasi manajemen data, pencarian kode ICD-10, dan verifikasi klaim INA-CBG. Sistem ini memungkinkan pencarian kode ICD-10 dengan opsi yang lebih luas dan mempermudah proses pendaftaran pasien, serta pencatatan data administrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun pencarian kode ICD-10 manual dan sistem memberikan hasil yang sama, sistem otomatisasi menawarkan lebih banyak opsi kode dan efisiensi dalam verifikasi klaim INA-CBG. Abstract

Digitalisasi merupakan proses transisi dari media cetak menjadi digital, hal ini dilakukan dengan fokus untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan memberikan kenyamanan kepada pengguna. Dalam era modern, digitalisasi sudah merupakan hal yang normal tak terkecuali dalam bidang medis seperti rumah sakit. Banyak rumah sakit yang sudah melakukan digitalisasi karena pentingnya penyimpanan dan pengolahan data. Media digital dapat menyimpan data lebih lama dan dapat membuat data cadangan jikalau terjadi sesuatu kepada data utama, tidak seperti berkas fisik yang dapat hilang dan hancur. Media digital juga mempermudah pengolahan data dan meningkatkan efektifitas karena dapat mempermudah proses penyimpanan dan pencarian data jika dibutuhkan. Namun, sebagian besar rumah sakit baru menerapkan digitalisasi pada sistem staf administrasi rumah sakit dan masih sedikit rumah sakit besar yang menerapkan digitalisasi pada konsumen seperti pendaftaran online. Padahal digitalisasi dapat menawarkan banyak kenyamanan kepada pasien rumah sakit sebagai konsumen. Pocket Hospital merupakan sebuah aplikasi mobile yang diciptakan untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien rumah sakit dalam berobat. Penggunaan aplikasi mobile ditujukan untuk mempermudah akses pasien rumah sakit sehingga dapat melakukan pendaftaran dan memantau nomor antrian melalui ponsel mereka. Abstract

Penerapan program BPJS (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial) di rumah sakit menghadapi beberapa tantangan, terutama dalam otomatisasi dan digitalisasi administrasi. Tantangan utama yang muncul adalah kesalahan dalam pencatatan kode ICD-10 (The 10th revision of International Statistical Classification of Diseases) oleh dokter dan hambatan verifikasi klaim INA-CBG (Indonesia Case Base Groups) secara manual oleh staf rekam medis. Sebagai solusi, dikembangkan sebuah sistem otomatisasi yang mengintegrasikan dokter dengan staf rekam medis, termasuk fitur pencarian kode ICD-10 melalui tiga metode yaitu pencarian berdasarkan prediksi bab penyakit menggunakan model SVC (Support Vector Classifier) kernel RBF (Radial Basis Function), pencarian dengan stopwords dari pustaka NLTK (Natural Language Toolkit), dan pencarian menggunakan NLP (Natural Language Processing) dengan model en_core_web_lg dari pustaka SpaCy. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pencarian kode ICD-10 yang dilakukan secara manual dan melalui sistem menghasilkan hasil yang sama, namun pencarian melalui sistem memberikan lebih banyak opsi kode ICD-10. Sistem ini mendukung pencarian kode ICD-10 dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan mempermudah verifikasi klaim INA-CBG secara digital, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi pelayanan di rumah sakit.
