Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of locus of control and training on job satisfaction with work motivation as an intervening variable in the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. The data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis and path analysis, by circulating 104 questionnaires and 100 returning questionnaires. The results of the study showed a positive and significant influence of locus of control on work motivation at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and significant influence of training on work motivation at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and significant influence of locus of control on job satisfaction at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and insignificant influence of training on job satisfaction at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. There is a positive and significant influence of work motivation on job satisfaction at the Solok City Regional Finance Agency. Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of work environment, work ethic and work discipline on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervention in the Administrative Bureau of the West Sumatra Provincial Secretariat. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study is all employees of the Administrative Bureau of the West Sumatra Provincial Secretariat which totals 50 employees. The sample selection technique uses total sampling and obtained 50 samples. The analysis method uses Structural Equition Modeling (SEM) Analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work discipline has no effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work ethic does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial terhadap keberhasilan usaha menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Dalam era digital saat ini, media sosial telah menjadi alat yang sangat berpengaruh dalam berbagai aspek kewirausahaan, termasuk pemasaran, branding, dan pengembangan bisnis. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan menginterpretasi hasil penelitian yang relevan dengan pertanyaan penelitian mengenai dampak media sosial pada pertumbuhan penjualan, brand awareness, brand image, dan frekuensi posting terhadap peningkatan pengunjung atau pelanggan baru pada UKM. Metode SLR diterapkan dengan melakukan penelusuran literatur dari Google Scholar dan menyaring artikel berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Dari 161.000 data awal, terpilih 45 jurnal yang relevan, kemudian disaring menjadi 20 artikel, dan akhirnya 8 artikel dinilai berkualitas untuk dianalisis lebih lanjut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan berbagai platform media sosial seperti Instagram, Facebook, dan WhatsApp secara signifikan meningkatkan jangkauan pasar dan penjualan produk UKM. Strategi pemasaran yang konsisten dan berfokus pada konten berkualitas tinggi efektif dalam membangun kesadaran merek dan citra positif. Selain itu, terdapat korelasi signifikan antara frekuensi posting di media sosial dan peningkatan pengunjung serta pelanggan baru. Oleh karena itu, kombinasi strategi pemasaran yang terencana dan terukur, kualitas dan frekuensi konten, serta interaksi dengan pelanggan dapat membantu UKM mencapai tujuan pemasaran mereka dan mendorong pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting bagi pemahaman tentang strategi penggunaan media sosial yang efektif bagi UKM dan membuka jalan bagi penelitian lebih lanjut di bidang ini

Abstract

Kecantikan adalah industri yang dinamis dan terus berubah, dengan digital marketing menjadi salah satu faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan penjualan produk tersebut. Tinjauan literatur ini menyelidiki berbagai studi dan artikel yang telah dipublikasikan untuk memahami bagaimana strategi digital marketing seperti media sosial, iklan online, dan konten digital mempengaruhi perilaku konsumen dan penjualan produk kecantikan. Digital marketing merupakan alat yang sangat penting dan efektif dalam mendorong penjualan produk kecantikan. Perusahaan di industri kecantikan harus mengoptimalkan strategi digital marketing mereka untuk mencapai hasil penjualan yang lebih baik dan bersaing di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Temuan utama dari tinjauan ini adalah bahwa digital marketing memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap peningkatan kesadaran merek, preferensi konsumen, dan akhirnya penjualan produk kecantikan. Implikasi praktis dari tinjauan ini menyarankan perusahaan kecantikan untuk mengintegrasikan strategi digital marketing yang efektif untuk memaksimalkan potensi pasar mereka dan mencapai keunggulan kompetitif di era digital saat ini

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of information technology currently encourages organizations to implement connected information systems with one database, so that it becomes easier for several organizational devices to share data, and it is also easier to communicate. The obstacles faced when still using paper as a document medium are spending a lot of time completing documents, not being efficient in completing reports that have time limits, so that the information needed is slow and what is obtained is less than optimal. This research method is qualitative by explaining in detail about the Personnel System in personnel services in the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Then the data analysis techniques used in this research are qualitative descriptive analysis, observation, interviews and documentation. In implementing this ERP, it was concluded that the personnel service application could improve human resource management thereby improving services from various areas of the organization

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada dampak teknologi informasi terhadap pengembangan wirausaha Dimana kemajuan teknologi informasi (TI) telah membawa perubahan besar dalam bidang kewirausahaan, memungkinkan para pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas pasar, serta memicu inovasi dalam bisnis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara sistematis dampak penggunaan TI terhadap perkembangan wirausaha, dengan fokus pada tren teknologi, tingkat efektivitas, serta tantangan yang dihadapi. Melalui metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR), Dimana penilitian ini menganalisis 200 artikel dari berbagai sumber akademik seperti Google Scholar, Scopus, dan IEEE kami mengevaluasi berbagai literatur yang membahas penerapan TI dalam konteks kewirausahaan di berbagai sektor dan wilayah. Studi ini meneliti dampak teknologi informasi (TI) terhadap pengembangan kewirausahaan melalui tinjauan pustaka sistematis. Pertumbuhan pesat digitalisasi, inovasi, dan kemajuan teknologi telah mengubah kewirausahaan, membentuk model bisnis baru, dan memungkinkan partisipasi ekonomi yang lebih luas. Bidang-bidang utama yang dieksplorasi meliputi peran kewirausahaan digital, kewirausahaan teknologi, dan inovasi dalam berbagai sektor, seperti pembangunan berkelanjutan, kewirausahaan hijau, dan teknologi keuangan. Bukti menunjukkan pengaruh TI terhadap praktik bisnis berkelanjutan, pertumbuhan ekonomi digital, dan pengembangan modal sosial. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana TI meningkatkan ketahanan kewirausahaan, mendorong pembangunan ekonomi, dan mendukung tujuan-tujuan yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

In the current era, micro small and Medium Enterprises must use digital platforms as a marketing strategy for their products so that consumers can become more familiar with the products they produce. Service activities with the theme of Developing micro small and Medium Enterprises Branding Potential through the business digitalization process. A systematic literature review (SLR) is a secondary study to map, identify, critically express, consolidate, and collect the results of primary studies on a particular research topic. From 2,810 data, ± 50 journals were obtained which were almost similar to the research theme which would enter the screening stage using inclusion and exclusion criteria to ensure the quality and relevance of the articles to the themes raised. The results of this Community Service activity suggest that Service Partners continue use of digital marketing strategies and receive regular guidance. This aims to ensure the effectiveness and optimality of this strategy in supporting micro small and Medium Enterprises marketing and increasing the sales turnover of MSME businesses in the future.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi dampak tren technopreneurship global selama 5 dekade terakhir terhadap peluang bisnis di masa depan, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci dalam pengembangan technopreneurship dan memungkinkannya untuk membentuk lanskap kewirausahaan global. menganalisis pengaruh technopreneurship terhadap pengembangan peluang bisnis dengan harapan dapat mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang berpotensi menciptakan peluang baru, dan menyebarluaskan peran inovasi teknologi dalam membentuk lingkungan kewirausahaan global. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review dengan pendekatan PRISMA, yang melibatkan pencarian sistematis dalam database akademik, normalisasi data, dan meta-analisis menggunakan alat Publish or Perish dan Covidence. Dari 390 artikel yang ditemukan, 98 diseleksi untuk analisis lebih lanjut, dan akhirnya 4 artikel dimasukkan dalam analisis mendalam setelah melalui proses penyaringan PRISMA. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa technopreneurship telah secara signifikan mengubah lanskap bisnis global, menciptakan peluang baru melalui inovasi teknologi dan transformasi digital. Temuan utama meliputi pentingnya platform digital dalam kewirausahaan, kualitas manajemen, kemitraan program, dan intensitas model pengembangan berbasis technopreneurship untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan daya saing usaha kecil, serta peran inovasi teknologi di berbagai sektor industri.

Abstract

In the digital era, the role of leadership in driving technology adoption and innovation in the SME sector is becoming increasingly important. SMEs, which contribute significantly to Indonesia's economy, face challenges in adopting technology amidst global competition. This research examines the influence of leadership on technopreneurship in SMEs using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. Through SLR, this study aims to analyze scientific literature to understand how leadership styles and leader characteristics affect the implementation of technopreneurship in SMEs. The research results show that transformational leadership style, clear vision, openness to change, and the ability to manage risk play important roles in the successful adoption of technopreneurship. This study also reveals the importance of leaders' roles in managing organizational change, building a culture of innovation, and facilitating continuous learning. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers, business practitioners, and academics to enhance the competitiveness and resilience of Indonesian SMEs through technopreneurship.

Abstract

Generic or organic means content that is not paid for by outside parties, is created by the brand, but can increase visibility when consumers share it with others. The aim of this research is first to analyze the potential of organic social media (SMO) to encourage brand awareness so that it can then increase sales through social media platforms. Second, what obstacles occur in organic social media marketing. By conducting a systematic literature review, this article provides aspects of organic marketing to drive consumer awareness of a brand. The method used applies Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Based on a systematic literature review, researchers found 7 final samples from 304 total articles. The findings show that organic (unpaid) social media is able to increase visibility when consumers share with others. Basically, organic social media is prioritized for awareness purposes. Organic social media, if used effectively and implementing the right strategy, can be a powerful tool for brands to expand the reach of organic posts and increase opportunities for engagement with targets.
