The study reveals an in-depth analysis of the representation of Islam in the Western media, highlighting the issues of bias and stereotypes that still often color Western views of Islam and the Muslim community. This study uses a literature study with integrative literature analysis to obtain comprehensive results. The results of the study stated that the representation of Islam in the Western media has a significant role in shaping the views and understanding of Western society about Islam. These representations are not always objective and are often influenced by biases and stereotypes that develop, which later become the object of sharp criticism. Criticism of the representation of Islam in Western media raises issues of injustice, imbalance, and potential for Intercultural conflict. However, in this context, the role of da'wah, which focuses on delivering accurate messages, peace values, and rejection of extremism, has positively contributed to changing media representation. Whether conducted through traditional media or online platforms, da'wah can shape a more balanced narrative, overcome biases, and educate the Western public about Islam. Therefore, efforts to continue promoting an educative and peace-oriented da'wah are important in shaping a better and objective representation of Islam in Western media.

This study analyzes how the principles of Islamic law can be integrated with the ideas of ecofeminism to create more inclusive and sustainable environmental policies. This study uses an intersectional approach with comprehensive literature analysis and gender analysis frameworks to understand how social identity affects women's participation in ecofeminism and environmental protection based on Islamic law principles. The results of the study state that the integration of the principles of ecofeminism and Islamic law has excellent potential to create fair and sustainable environmental policies based on justice ('adl), balance (mizan), and responsibility (khalifah). The concept of khalifah affirms the role of humans as custodians of the earth, provides a theological basis to support environmental conservation and inspires collective responsibility, including the role of women as essential agents. Programs that give women access to land and natural resources increase their participation in agriculture and environmental management, reduce poverty, and strengthen their role as agents of change. However, challenges such as resistance from patriarchal communities, lack of financial and technical support, and the need for ongoing education and training must be overcome. Technology also plays a crucial role in supporting inclusive and sustainable environmental policies.

This study comprehensively explores using artificial intelligence (AI) to discover Islamic law. This study relies on literature study with literature analysis conducted in an integrative and comprehensive manner. The results of this study indicate that the use of artificial intelligence in the discovery of Islamic law provides deep and efficient analytical capabilities, enabling the identification of Islamic legal trends, agreements, and differences between schools. However, challenges arise regarding transparency, bias, and the role of humans in the decision-making process. To combat this, solid ethical guidelines and strict regulations are needed. Artificial intelligence also influences the development of Islamic law by assisting in adaptation to the modern context, bridging the gap between Islamic law and technology, and facilitating a more inclusive and global understanding of Islamic law. In this context, collaboration between Islamic jurists, computer scientists, and religious communities is critical to harnessing artificial intelligence's full potential in supporting relevant and responsive Islamic law in changing times.

This study explores the idea of the transformation of prison systems based on Islamic law to understand the contribution of Islamic principles and practices to the effectiveness and fairness of the prison system as a whole. The research method involves a systematic and comprehensive literature review to understand the conceptualization of Islamic law in the context of the prison system and previous studies. It aims to establish a strong theoretical basis, identify research gaps, explore existing empirical evidence, and make a significant contribution to understanding Islamic law's application in the prison system. The results of this study conclude that integrating Islamic law into the prison system can make an important contribution to rehabilitating prisoners, promoting restorative justice, and providing fair and equal religious accommodation. However, its implementation must be carried out carefully, considering the principles of justice, human rights, and religious diversity. Collaboration and dialogue between prison institutions, scholars, and related parties are also needed to strengthen comprehensive understanding, overcome misconceptions, and ensure that implementing Islamic law in the prison system is carried out properly and in line with human rights principles.

This study aimed to explore the complex implications of Islamic law on the rights of religious minorities in Muslim-majority countries. Through a comprehensive literature analysis, the study summarized information from various relevant text sources. The findings show the complex challenges faced by religious minorities when exercising the rights in Muslim-majority countries. Examining the impact of Islamic law on religious minorities' rights suggests that the legislation could provide a potential basis for protection. However, the interpretation and application of the law varies between countries. Introducing Islamic law into state policies often creates tensions between religious and universal human rights principles, requiring careful efforts to strike a delicate balance. In modern contexts, such as the impact of globalization and information technology, Muslim-majority countries are faced with challenges that prompt constant adaptation to ensure the effective protection of religious minorities’ rights. Therefore, addressing these challenges requires a comprehensive method including legal reform, interreligious dialogue, and community education to ensure that the rights of religious minorities are respected and substantially protected.

This article aims to describe the impact of legal dualism within the Ottoman Empire. After Constantinople was taken over, Sultan Muhammad Al-Fatih instituted a significant policy, including issuing laws and regulations for the benefit of society; then, there was also a dualism system within the Ottoman Empire, which was visible during the reign of Sultan Sulaiman I. During this time, foreign nationals were mainly recruited, and foreign traders began to gain impunity at the peak of power. This then prompted several questions, such as were the sultans free to create the laws they wanted, or was Islamic law still binding on them? Was Sultan's law an innovation from the Ottoman Empire or a legacy from the preceding dynasty in the form of Capitulation? To address those issues, the authors conducted a comparative historical analysis of various types of literature. We used a descriptive qualitative approach to QÄnÅ«n's position, which served as a springboard for foreign intervention in an Empire that was strong but weak in political policies which occasionally strayed outside the corridor of Islamic Sharia which had become customary and national culture. The tolerance separated from the corridors of Islam derailed during the crisis. This became a springboard for legal dualism in a state body with integrity in various dimensions. Keywords: Sultan's Law, Sharia, Judiciary, Ottoman

This study strongly focuses on the holistic exploration of Islamic education in the context of forming children's character in the family environment. To explore a deeper understanding of the role of Islamic education in the shape of children's character, this study uses a literature study approach with integrative and comprehensive literature analysis. This approach is a solid foundation for understanding the theoretical and conceptual framework related to Islamic education in forming children's character in the family. The results of this study indicate that a holistic exploration of Islamic education has a significant impact on shaping the nature of children in the family. This holistic approach includes religious values, morality, and ethics, which significantly affect the development of the child's personality. As the primary exemplars and educators in the family, parents play a central role in conveying and applying these values to children. In addition, the influence of the formation of children's character in the family also involves conflict management, honesty, social responsibility, understanding of values, and problem-solving abilities. Therefore, parents' awareness of their essential role in guiding children towards solid character and good ethics is indispensable to creating a generation that contributes positively to society. A holistic approach in Islamic education, and the influential role of parents, can better shape the child's character in the family.

When talking about polygamy, it is often seen from the existence and perspective of meeting the biological needs of men. Polygamy is seen as a form of unequal relationship in marriage, so the losers are women. Polygamy always creates a negative perception even though many polygamists are still carried out illegally. Regarding the problem of polygamy, it is necessary to conduct a review that looks at the benefits to produce a comprehensive study. So, in this case, the issue of polygamy is studied through an examination of hifdz al-nasl, which is one of the concepts of maqashid al-shari'ah. At the same time, library research is this type of research with the nature of a descriptive-analytical study that systematically describes the facts found accurately and carefully through a review of hifdz al-nasl. This research concludes that polygamy is a wisdom given by Allah to humans and does not violate the purpose of maqashid al-shari'ah to continue protecting offspring (hifdz al-nasl) while still producing because a man will still be able to produce even though they are old. Meanwhile, women are limited by menopause so that when that period has arrived, the female reproductive organs can no longer function generally for fertilization.
