Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Rumah sakit umum adalah rumah sakit yang memberikan pelayanan kesehatan pada semua bidang penyakit. Pasien memandang bahwa hanya rumah sakit yang mampu memberikan pelayanan medis sebagai upaya penyembuhan dan pemulihan atas rasa sakit yang dideritanya. Minat kunjungan ulang pasien ke rumah sakit dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman pasien berdasarkan kualitas pelayanan yang telah diterimanya. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi bauran pemasaran terhadap minat kunjungan ulang pasien di poli gigi RSUD dr. La Palaloi Kabupaten Maros. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional study. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 1639 responden dan sampel penelitian ini 100 orang. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan Regresi Linear Berganda menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Hasil: Ada pengaruh aspek bauran pemasaran yang meliputi produk (p:0.015) Terhadap Minat Kunjungan Ulang Pasien. Ada pengaruh aspek bauran pemasaran yang meliputi tempat (p:0,012) Terhadap Minat Kunjungan Ulang Pasien. Ada pengaruh aspek bauran pemasaran yang meliputi orang (p:0,049) Terhadap Minat Kunjungan Ulang Pasien. Ada pengaruh aspek bauran pemasaran yang meliputi bukti fisik (p:0,035) Terhadap Minat Kunjungan Ulang Pasien. Sedangkan, untuk hasil yang tidak terdapat pengaruh aspek bauran pemasaran yang meliputi harga (p:0198) Terhadap Minat Kunjungan Ulang Pasien, tidak terdapat pengaruh aspek bauran pemasaran yang meliputi promosi (p:0.554) Terhadap Minat Kunjungan Ulang Pasien, tidak terdapat pengaruh aspek bauran pemasaran yang meliputi proses(p:0.311) Terhadap Minat Kunjungan Ulang Pasien. ABSTRACT Background: General hospitals are institutions that provide healthcare services across all medical specialties. Patients often perceive hospitals as the primary providers of medical care essential for their recovery and healing. The propensity of patients to revisit a hospital is significantly influenced by their experiences, which are shaped by the quality of services they receive. Objective: To analyze the influence of marketing mix perceptions on patients' intentions to revisit the dental clinic at RSUD dr. La Palaloi, Maros Regency. Method: This quantitative research utilizes a cross-sectional study design. The sample was selected using purposive sampling from a population of 1,639 respondents, resulting in a sample size of 100 participants. Data collection was conducted through a structured questionnaire. The gathered data were analyzed using Multiple Linear Regression with the SPSS software. Results: There is an influence of marketing mix aspects which include products (p: 0.015) on Patient Revisit Interest. There is an influence of marketing mix aspects which include place (p: 0.012) on Patient Revisit Interest. There is an influence of marketing mix aspects which include people (p: 0.049) on Patient Revisit Interest. There is an influence of aspects of the marketing mix which includes physical evidence (p: 0.035) on Patient Revisit Interest. Meanwhile, for the results that there is no influence of marketing mix aspects which include price (p: 0198) on Patient Revisit Interest, there is no influence of marketing mix aspects which include promotion (p: 0.554) on Patient Revisit Interest, there is no influence of marketing mix aspects which include process (p: 0.311) on Patient Revisit Interest.

Abstract

Healthy cities merupakan isu yang sangat kompleks, melibatkan banyak sektor dan berbagai disiplin ilmu, olehnya itu healthy cities hanya bisa dicapai kalau semua sektor yang terlibat dapat berkolaborasi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui cara yang dinilai efektif untuk mewujudkan terminal sehat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan participation action research (PAR). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui focus group discussion (FGD), wawancara mendalam. Informan penelitian yaitu ketua Persatuan Penyandang Disabilitas Sulawesi Selatan, Ketua Organisasi Angkutan Darat, perwakilan Solidaritas Perempuan Sulawesi Selatan, pengguna terminal, koordinator kebersihan Terminal, Humas Terminal, Direktur Operasional Terminal, ahli kesehatan masyarakat,  pedagang dan Direktur Utama Terminal. Hasil FGD berkesimpulan bahwa kolaborasi stakeholder adalah kunci sukses dalam mewujudkan konsep terminal sehat.Kata Kunci : Stakeholder, indikator terminal sehat

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang: Dalam upaya pencegahannya, birokrasi memiliki peran penting sebagai penggerak kebijakan, penyedia layanan, dan koordinator program-program lintas sektor. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan birokrasi dengan pencegahan HIV AIDS pada pasien poli Gigi Puskesmas dan Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Bulukumba tahun 2024. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study untuk menganalisis hubungan variabel berdasarkan data-data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua petugas kesehatan di Poli gigi Puskesmas dan Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Bulukumba sebanyak 55 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel digunakan purposive sampling. Hasil: Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji statistik dengan uji chi-square diperoleh berdasarkan komunikasi nilai p-value (0,003 < 0,05) maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan birokrasi dengan pencegahan HIV AIDS pada Pasien Poli Gigi di Puskesmas dan Rumah Sakit di Kabupaten Bulukumba tahun 2024. Adapun saran agar petugas kesehatan dapat mengatasi tantangan birokrasi dengan lebih baik, meningkatkan efektivitas program pencegahan HIV/AIDS, serta memberikan layanan yang inklusif dan berkualitas tinggi. Abstract Background: In prevention efforts, bureaucracy has an important role as a policy driver, service provider, and coordinator of cross-sector programs. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between bureaucracy and HIV AIDS prevention in Dental Polyclinics of Health Centers and Hospitals in Bulukumba Regency in 2024. Method: This study uses a quantitative method with a cross-sectional study approach to analyze the relationship between variables based on data that has been collected through questionnaires, interviews, observations and documentation. The population of this study was all health workers in Dental Polyclinics of Health Centers and Hospitals in Bulukumba Regency totaling 55 people. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Results: The results of the study obtained showed that the results of the statistical test with the chi-square test were obtained based on the communication of the p-value (0.003 <0.05) then Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. Conclusion: There is a relationship between bureaucracy and HIV AIDS prevention in Dental Polyclinics of Health Centers and Hospitals in Bulukumba Regency in 2024. The suggestions are for health workers to be able to overcome bureaucratic challenges better, increase the effectiveness of HIV/AIDS prevention programs, and provide inclusive and high-quality services.

Abstract

Introduction: Parenting is a factor most significantly affect and contribute to the incidence of stunting in infants aged 0-59 months. Parenting has recently attracted many attentions since parents are the one who have the most interaction with their own children. Hence, current research was carried out to know the correlation between parenting and the incidence of stunting in infants aged 0-59 months. Methods: This research was carried out through quantitative method with cross sectional approach. In this case, the samples involved are 169 infants. The data obtained were further analyzed through logistic regression with the assistance of SPSS Version 26. Results: There is a relationship between parenting and the incidence of stunting in infants aged 0-59 months old with the logistic regression P-value of <0.05.59,8% respondent of them received poor parenting and his education is only senior high school and This finding found that the higher the knowledge of parents, the more it will influence the provision of food to their children with good nutritional value. Conclusion: Parenting on the incidence of stunting in infants aged 0-59 months old is very important. In this case, knowledge and nutritional intake are necessary to support the growth and development of infants aged 0-59 months.

Abstract

ntroduction: Tuberculosis is globally one of the ten biggest causes of death in the world, around 10.6 million new cases and 1.3 million deaths in 2022. Indonesia ranks second in the world in the list of countries with a high tuberculosis burden. There are 19,071 cases of tuberculosis sufferers in South Sulawesi. Makassar City ranks first, namely 9,157 cases of tuberculosis found throughout 2023. The purpose of the study was to emphasize its dual focus on assessing political commitment and policy opportunities. Method: The research design used is quasi-qualitative research and the Mayor of Makassar is the key informant. The data collection technique uses the PCOM-RAT (Political Commitment and Opportunity Measurement-Rapid Assessment Test) survey questionnaire and is continued with in-depth interviews with informants. Result: Measurement of political commitment using the PCOM-RAT questionnaire is divided into three parts, namely verbal commitment, institutional commitment, and budget commitment. The assessment score for the political commitment of the Mayor of Makassar shows good political commitment, with a total political commitment score of 18. Opportunities for developing TB policies can be understood based on three streams, namely problem stream, policy stream, and political stream. The overall assessment score shows that Makassar City has had a high opportunity for developing TB policies, with a total score of 29. Conclusion: The Mayor of Makassar has a high political commitment in the TB elimination policy in Makassar City. High political commitment from a Regional Head is an opportunity for the success of implementing a program. Political commitment is the desire to act and continue to act until the job is done. A leader who has a high political commitment to tuberculosis will resolve the tuberculosis problem until it is finished. Furthermore, the opportunity to develop a TB elimination policy in Makassar City is also high. The TB elimination policy can be developed by paying attention to increasing the capacity of health workers in case finding, improving the quality of TB screening and diagnosis, improving the treatment monitoring system, encouraging community participation by strengthening collaboration between stakeholders, and also encouraging research to improve TB control capabilities.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Tingkat kepuasaan pelayanan sangat dipengaruhi oleh mutu suatu produk (baik berupa barang maupun jasa). Pengukuran tingkat kepuasan atau suatu produk sangat erat hubungannya dengan mutu produk tersebut. Pelanggan puas akan membeli lebih banyak dan lebih sering, mereka yang akan merekomendasikan kepada kerabat dan teman-teman nya. Selain itu pasien yang merasa puas akan mematuhi pengobatan dan mau datang berobat kembali. Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis mutu pelayanan rawat inap dengan metode importance performance analysis di RSUD Karel Sadsuitubun Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di instalasi rawat inap, ruangan bedah RSUD Karel Sadsuitubun Kabupaten Maluku Tenggara pada bulan Oktober – November 2024. Pada penelitian ini digunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat. Hasil: 1) Tingkat persepsi pasien rendah terhadap atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan tangibles yaitu kebersihan, kerapian, dan kenyamanan ruangan dan tingkat persepsi pasien tinggi terhadap atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan reliability yaitu ketepatan waktu pelayanan pemberian makan; 2) Rata-rata skor tingkat persepsi dan harapan seluruh atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan digunakan sebagai dasar untuk menyusun diagram. Sedangkan rata-rata nilai harapan dan nilai persepsi tiap atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan digunakan untuk menetukan posisi dari masing-masing atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan dalam diagram; 3) Atribut-atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, dan tangibles tersebar ke dalam 4 kuadran pada diagram. Dimana sebagian besar atribut dimensi mutu pelayanan terletak pada kuadran B yaitu, tujuh atribut terletak pada kuadran A, delapan belas atribut terletak pada kuadran B, empat atribut terletak pada kuadran C, dan tiga atribut terletak pada kuadran D; 4) Mutu pelayanan rawat inap yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan mempertahankan performance (kinerja) layanan kesehatan tanpa mengabaikan atribut lainnya yang berada di kuadran A, C, dan D.   ABSTRACT Background: The level of service satisfaction is strongly influenced by the quality of a product (both in the form of goods and services). Measuring the level of satisfaction or a product is closely related to the quality of the product. Satisfied customers will buy more and more often, those who will recommend to their relatives and friends. In addition, satisfied patients will adhere to treatment and want to come back for treatment. Objective: To analyze the quality of inpatient services with the importance performance analysis method at RSUD Karel Sadsuitubun, Southeast Maluku Regency. Method: This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. This research was conducted in the inpatient installation, surgical room of the Karel Sadsuitubun Hospital, Southeast Maluku Regency in October - November 2024. This study used univariate and bivariate analysis. Results: 1) The level of patient perception is low on the attributes of the tangibles service quality dimension, namely cleanliness, neatness, and comfort of the room and the level of patient perception is high on the attributes of the reliability service quality dimension, namely the timeliness of feeding services; 2) The average score of the level of perception and expectation of all attributes of service quality dimensions is used as the basis for compiling the diagram. While the average expectation value and perception value of each service quality dimension attribute is used to determine the position of each service quality dimension attribute in the diagram; 3) The service quality dimension attributes of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles are spread into 4 quadrants on the diagram. Where most of the service quality dimension attributes are located in quadrant B, namely, seven attributes are located in quadrant A, eighteen attributes are located in quadrant B, four attributes are located in quadrant C, and three attributes are located in quadrant D; 4) The quality of inpatient services that can be done is to maintain the performance of health services without ignoring other attributes that are in quadrants A, C, and D.

Abstract

Nugget Sosis Tuna adalah produk pangan olahan yang terbuat dari daging ikan tuna yang diolah menjadi bentuk nugget atau sosis. Produk ini dirancang untuk menjadi sumber protein yang bergizi dan mudah dikonsumsi, terutama bagi anak-anak. Ikan tuna, yang kaya akan protein dan omega-3, memiliki potensi besar untuk dijadikan bahan baku dalam pembuatan makanan bergizi yang tidak hanya lezat tetapi juga mampu memenuhi kebutuhan gizi anak-anak. Nugget Sosis Tuna tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pencegah stunting, tetapi juga berperan dalam meningkatkan nilai ekonomis ikan tuna di daerah tersebut. Dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya lokal, produk ini diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat ekonomi bagi masyarakat setempat, meningkatkan pendapatan para nelayan, dan memperkuat ketahanan pangan. Melalui pendekatan inovatif ini, diharapkan Desa Sanrobone dapat mengurangi angka stunting sambil mendorong perkembangan ekonomi lokal yang berkelanjutan. Pengabdian ini, akan mengkaji potensi Nugget Sosis Tuna sebagai solusi gizi, serta dampaknya terhadap perekonomian masyarakat desa, yang pada akhirnya akan memberikan kontribusi positif bagi kualitas hidup dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sanrobone.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar belakang : Stunting adalah kondisi pertumbuhan terhambat akibat kurangnya gizi secara  kronik, Di Indonesia, tahun 2022, tingkat stunting sebesar 21,6% dan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan mencapai 27,2%. Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan tergolong dalam 3 kabupaten dengan tingkat stunting tertinggi di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dengan kasus stunting 30%, Pemerintah memiliki komitmen yang diwujudkan dengan ditetapkannya PerPres nomor 72 Tahun 2021 mengenai Percepatan Penurunan Stunting, termasuk di Kabupaten Pangkep Dalam peraturan Bupati Nomor 40 Tahun 2023 tentang program percepatan penurunan stunting. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi strategi implementasi kebijakan program percepatan penurunan stunting di Kabupaten Pangkep.   Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan 9 informan, teknik pemilihan informan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Hasil : Berdasarkan indikator komunikasi antar OPD dan lintas sektor dalam aksi kolaborasi dan konvergensi dianggap masih belum optimal, serta sasaran pemberian makanan tambahan dinilai kurang tepat. Keterbatasan sumber daya yang dimiliki menjadi kendala di lapangan yang perlu secara bijak mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang telah dimiliki. Sikap dan komitmen dari TPPS kabupaten ditandai dengan tingkat keseriusan yang cukup dalam mengimplementasikan program, dan masyarakat telah mendapatkan manfaat atas program tersebut. Menurut indikator struktur birokrasi, telah terbentuk struktur organisasi di tingkat kabupaten namun belum optimal aksi konvergensi berdasarkan SOP yang mengatur kordinasi OPD dan lintas sektor. Kesimpulan : aspek komunikasi,sumber daya dan struktur birokrasi dalam implementasi kebijakan program percepatan penurunan stunting di Kab. Pangkep dinilai belum memuaskan, namun berdasarkan aspek disposisi dalam implementasi kebijakan program percepatan penurunan prevalensi stunting di Kab. Pangkep dinilai memuaskan. Abstract Background: Stunting is a condition of stunted growth due to chronic malnutrition. In Indonesia, in 2022, the stunting rate was 21.6%, and in South Sulawesi Province reached 27.2%. Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency is included in the 3 regencies with the highest stunting rates in South Sulawesi Province with 30% stunting cases. The government has a commitment that is realized by the stipulation of Presidential Regulation Number 72 of 2021 concerning the Acceleration of Stunting Reduction, including in Pangkep Regency in the Regent's Regulation Number 40 of 2023 concerning the program to accelerate stunting reduction. Objective: This study aims to explore the implementation strategy of the stunting reduction acceleration program policy in Pangkep Regency. Method: This type of research is a qualitative analysis with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through interviews with 9 informants, the informant selection technique in this study was purposive sampling. Results: Based on the indicators of communication between OPDs and across sectors in collaborative and convergence actions, it is considered still not optimal, and the target of providing additional food is considered less than appropriate. Limited resources are an obstacle in the field that needs to be wisely optimized for existing resources. The attitude and commitment of the district TPPS are characterized by a sufficient level of seriousness in implementing the program, and the community has benefited from the program. According to the bureaucratic structure indicator, an organizational structure has been formed at the district level but the convergence action is not optimal based on the SOP that regulates coordination between OPDs and across sectors. Conclusion: aspects of communication, resources and bureaucratic structure in the implementation of the policy of the program to accelerate the reduction of stunting in Pangkep Regency are considered unsatisfactory, but based on the disposition aspect in the implementation of the policy of the program to accelerate the reduction of stunting prevalence in Pangkep Regency, it is considered satisfactory.

Abstract

Abstrak Latar Belakang : Program Keluarga Berencana bertujuan merencanakan kelahiran agar meningkatkan kesejahteraan ibu dan anak serta menjamin terkendalinya pertambahan penduduk. Di Indonesia, program KB berlandaskan Undang-Undang Nomor 52 Tahun 2009 tentang Perkembangan Kependudukan dan Pembangunan Keluarga. Berdasarkan data dari DPPKB Kab. Pangkep, didapatkan penurunan jumlah akseptor dalam 3 tahun terakhir. Tujuan : Untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi kebijakan program KB di Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Metode : Jenis penelitian ini adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan 9 informan. Teknik pemilihan informan melalui purposive sampling. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek komunikasi berjalan optimal, terlihat dari konseling dan promosi kegiatan KB yang berjalan dengan baik. Meskipun rata-rata akseptor KB tidak mengikuti penyuluhan karena tidak mengetahui adanya kegiatan tersebut. Selain itu, didapatkan tidak optimalnya aspek sumber daya manusia dari segi kuantitas, sehingga penyuluh KB merangkap tugas. Namun dinilai sudah optimal dari segi kualitas karena seluruh pihak telah mendapatkan pembekalan. Sumber daya finansial serta sarana- prasarana juga terpenuhi karena tersedia dengan baik. Dari aspek disposisi, pemerintah daerah sudah cukup berkomitmen sebab program KB dapat berjalan baik, meskipun program ini belum dilandaskan peraturan daerah setempat. Hal ini didukung oleh para petugas KB yang aktif dalam pelayanan. Sedangkan dari aspek struktur birokrasi, tiap pihak mengerjakan tugas dengan fragmentasi serta pelayanan KB mempunyai alur yang jelas sesuai SOP. Kesimpulan : Kesimpulan penelitian ini ialah aspek komunikasi, struktur birokrasi serta disposisi dinilai cukup optimal dalam keberhasilan program Keluarga Berencana di Kab. Pangkajene dan Kepulauan. Sedangkan aspek sumber daya belum teraktualisasi dengan baik. AbstractBackground: The Family Planning Program aims to plan births in order to improve the welfare of mothers and children and ensure controlled population growth. In Indonesia, the family planning program is based on Law Number 52 of 2009 concerning Population Development and Family Development. Based on data from the DPPKB of Pangkep Regency, there has been a decrease in the number of acceptors in the last 3 years.Objective: To explore the implementation of the family planning program policy in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency.Method: This type of research is a qualitative analysis with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 9 informants. The informant selection technique was purposive sampling.Results: The results of the study showed that the communication aspect was running optimally, as seen from the counseling and promotion of family planning activities that were running well. Although the average family planning acceptor did not participate in counseling because not aware of the activity. In addition, it was found that the human resources aspect was not optimal in terms of quantity, so that family planning counselors had multiple tasks. However, it was considered optimal in terms of quality because all parties had received training. Financial resources and infrastructure are also met because they’re well available. From the disposition aspect, the local government is quite committed because the family planning program can run well, even though this program is not yet based on local regulations, supported by KB officers who are active in the service. Meanwhile, from the aspect of bureaucratic structure, each participants doing the tasks with fragmentation and family planning services have a clear flow according to SOP.Conclusion: The conclusion of this study is that the aspects of communication, bureaucratic structure, and disposition are considered quite optimal in the success of the Family Planning program in Pangkajene and Kepulauan Regency. Meanwhile, the resource aspect hasn’t been properly actualized.

Abstract

An infection that attacks the immune system is known as human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). The most severe condition of this disease is known as acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). HIV damages leukocytes in the body that function to reduce immunity. This study examines the relationship between HIV AIDS prevention and communication in dental polyclinic patients at hospitals and health centers in Bulukumba Regency in 2024. Based on information collected from surveys, interviews, observations, and documentation, this study uses a cross-sectional study approach with a quantitative type to analyze the relationship between variables. In this study, the population was all employees of the Dental Polyclinic, Health Centers and Hospitals in Bulukumba Regency, totaling 55 dental polyclinic officers. The sample collection method used was purposive sampling. Based on the results of the study, the chi-square test was used to determine the results of the statistical test. Based on the p-value (0.001 <? = 0.05), Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected. In 2024, there was a relationship between HIV AIDS prevention and communication in dental polyclinic patients at hospitals and health centers in Bulukumba Regency. To reduce the number of cases in Bulukumba Regency, dental polyclinic officers are required to carry out promotional and educational efforts as early as possible to patients and the community
