Abstrak. Produktivitas tenaga kerja memegang peranan penting pada perusahaan kelapa sawit,penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar jumlah tanggungan keluarga,pendapatan total rumah tangga, premi, umur dan pengalaman mempengaruhi produktivitastenaga kerja panen kelapa sawit di Kebun Batee Puteh PT. Agro Sinergi Nusantara (ASN).Penarikan sampel dilakukan dengan metode proportional random sampling dari 7 afdeling diKebun Batee Puteh PT. ASN dengan jumlah populasi 157 orang diambil 20% per afdeling jaditotal sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 32 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan padapenelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara parsialjumlah tanggungan keluarga, pendapatan total rumah tangga dan premi berpengaruh secarasignifikan terhadap prosuktivitas tenaga kerja panen kelapa sawit di Kebun Batee Puteh PT.ASN.Kata Kunci : Produktivitas tenaga kerja, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, pendapatan total rumahtangga, premi, umur, pengalaman.Abstract. Labor productivity plays an important role in palm oil companies, this study aims tofind out how big the number of family dependents, total household income, premiums, age andexperience affect the productivity of palm oil harvest work in Kebun Batee Puteh PT. AgroSinergi Nusantara (ASN). Method that used to take sample is proportional random samplingmethod from 7 afdeling at Kebun Batee Puteh PT. ASN with a population of 157 people taken20% each afdeling so the total sample in this study 32 people. The analysis technique used inthis research is multiple regression analysis. The results showed partially the number of familydependents, the total income of households and premiums significantly influence theprocurement of labor harvest of palm oil in Kebun Batee Puteh PT. ASN.

ABSTRAKPeran pendamping merupakan kegiatan yang dilakukan dilapangan bersama penyuluh dalam meningkatkan efektivitas pelaksanaan program dan kegiatan percepatan pencapaian swasembada padi, jagung dan kedelai di sentra-sentra produksi dengan melibatkan mahasiswa/alumni, dosen serta tenaga pemantau/supervisor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui persepsi petani terhadap peran tenaga pendamping mahasiswa/alumni pada program UPSUS-PAJALE di Kabupaten Nagan Raya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survey. Analisis yang digunakan pada dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukksn bahwa Berdasarkan analisis deskriptif yang dilakukan maka persepsi petani terhadap tenaga pendamping (Mahasiswa dan Alumni) telah berperan baik pada Program UPSUS PAJALE di kabupaten Nagan Raya. Kata Kunci : Program Upsus, Peran Pendamping, Padi, Jagung dan KedelaiABSTRACT The co-laborers’ role is an activity which is conducted together in the field in collaboration with the extension agents in improving the effectiveness of the implementations of programs accelerating self-sufficiency programs of rice, corn, and soybean in the production centers by involving university students/ alumni, lecturers as well as supervisors. The purpose of this study is to know the farmers’ perceptions towards the role of university students/ alumni as the co-laborers participating in UPSUS-PAJALE in Nagan Raya. This study was conducted using survey method. The analysis used in this study was descriptive analysis. Based on the descriptive analysis conducted, the results show that farmers’ agree that the existence of co-laborers program (university students and alumni) has contributed well to UPSUS PAJALE program in Nagan Raya. Abstrak - Interaksi sosial merupakan syarat utama bagi terjadinya aktifitas sosial dan hadirnya kenyataan sosial. Berdirinya perusahaan di suatu daerah tertentu akan berpengaruh secara makro terhadap kondisi perekonomian nasional serta memiliki dampak terhadap kondisi sosial masyarakat di sekitar perusahan-perusahan itu didirikan. Keberadaan pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit di Kecamatan Gandapura sejauh ini memberikan pengaruh dalam aspek ekonomi maupun sosial terhadap masyarakat yang berada di sekitar pabrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola asosiatif lebih dominan terjadi dimana sudah baiknya kerjasama antara perusahaan dengan masyarakat daripada pola disosiatif dan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap interaksi sosial perusahaan dengan masyarakat adalah faktor imitasi, faktor sugesti dan faktor simpati. Kata kunci : Masyarakat, Interaksi Sosial, Pola interaksi dan faktor interaksi.

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of wadiah savings products on customer decisions to save at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat. This type of research is quantitative research using two data sources, namely primary and secondary. Data analysis uses classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant influence between the quality of wadiah savings products on savings decisions at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat. This is evidenced from data analysis using hypothesis tests, namely the t test which shows more signification values smaller than 0.05 or (0.000 0.05) and t count t table (6.628 1.98729) then there is an influence of variable X on Variable Y. The quality of wadiah savings products affects the decision of customers to save at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat by 32.5%. There is a positive or inconsistent relationship between the quality of wadiah savings products and the decision to save at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat, the better the quality of wadiah savings products offered by PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat then further improves the decision to save, and vice versa, the better the quality of wadiah savings products offered by PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah KCP Stabat has further reduced the decision to save.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee work productivity at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat and find out how to increase employee work productivity at Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. The data used in this study is data from the results of questionnaire answers given to BSI Pangkalan Brandan customers. This study used a simple linear regression analysis method using the SPSS computer program version 22.00 and Microsoft Excel 2007. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously the free variables studied, namely reward (X1) and punishment (X2) had a significant effect on the work productivity (Y) of PT employees. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. Reward (X1) and Punishment (X2) Work Productivity (Y) of PT. Bank Muamalat amounted to 83.4%, while the remaining 16.6% (100% - 83.4%) was influenced by other variables. Reward and Punishment have a positive direction towards the work productivity of PT. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. This means that the greater the compensation given and the better and more comfortable the work environment, the more it will increase the work productivity of PT employees. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat. Vice versa, if the rewards given are less and the punishments given are not appropriate, it will reduce the work productivity of PT employees. Bank Muamalat KCP Stabat.

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan modul pada konsep dan jenis-jenis reaksi dalam larutan asam basa yang layak digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu model ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 langkah, yaitu: analysis, design, development, implementation dan evaluation. Sampel dipilih secara stratified-cluster random sampling dan purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar penilaian kualitas modul yang di isi oleh validator ahli serta lembar angket respon guru dan peserta didik. Analisis data menggunakan rumus persentase. Persentase rata-rata lembar angket penilaian kualitas modul yang diperoleh dari 6 validator yaitu sebesar 93,00% sedangkan respon guru dan peserta didik sebesar 84,65; 83,81%. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul berbantuan media interaktif pada konsep dan reaksi-reaksi dalam asam basa yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran kimia dan diharapkan ada penelitian lanjutan untuk materi lain dalam ruang lingkup yang lebih luas.Kata Kunci: Modul, Media Interaktif, Asam Basa, Model ADDIE

Abstract : Learning physics in its application is not just gathering knowledge, but must emphasize giving direct experience to foster the ability to think, work and act scientifically and communicate it as an important aspect of life skills. Therefore, to facilitate the learning process of physics must use creative and innovative ways so that learning objectives can be achieved optimally. The results of the 2015 Trends in International Mathematics and Science Study (TIMSS) state that students' understanding of concepts in learning physics is still very low, therefore to improve students' conceptual understanding in the 21st century, an alternative can be done through the application of the PhenoBL learning model so that the learning process learning becomes interesting and fun for students in understanding and relaxed. This study aims to describe and find out the differences in students' understanding of concepts that apply the Phenomenon Based Learning model with conventional learning. The type of research used was a Quasi Experiment with a Posttest Only Design, namely using one experimental class and one control class. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The sample in this study were students of SMAN 1 Mandah with class XI IPA 2 as the experimental class and class XI IPA 1 as the control class. The research data was collected by giving a test in the form of a posttest which totaled 14 questions which were analyzed descriptively and to see an increase in students' conceptual understanding using SPSS 23 as an inferential analysis. The results of the research from the descriptive and inferential analysis showed that the students' understanding of the concepts in the experimental class and the control class were different, especially in terms of temperature and heat, the average score of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class. From this study it can be concluded that the PhenoBL model can improve students' understanding of concepts at SMAN 1 Mandah.Keywords: Concept Mastery, PhenoBL model, temperature and heat .

Perangkat komputer dalam berbagai bidang pada masa sekarang tidak dapat dihindari lagi dari setiap aktiftas dalam bidang surat menyurat dan lain lain. Terlebih pada dunia kerja, maka sudah searusna pemanfaatan komputer menjadi satu hal yang sangat krusial. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan adalah untuk memberikan pembekalan pengetahuan kepada para pegawai dan perangkat gampong Cot Lampise dalam rangka pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan pengetahuan dasar tentang aplikasi Microsoft Office dengan sederhana namun tepat guna. Pelatihan ini akan menyajikan pengenalan berbagai fungsi dan cara kerja bagaimana mengoperasikan sistem operasi Windows sebagaimana yang terinstal dalam perangkat komputer yang tersedia dan program aplikasi Microsoft Office Word 2010, Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2010 dan Microsoft Office Excel 20010. Software-software ini merupakan program yang paling umum digunakan oleh setiap instansi pemerintah maupun swasta. Metode yang dipakai dalam kegiatan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini adalah metode ceramah penyuluhan dan praktek Pelatihan Pengoperasian Mixrosoft Office dengan dilengkapi alat bantu LCD Proyektor. evaluasi diperoleh hasil dan manfaat dari kegiatan pengabdian ini diantaranya adalah meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi sebagai pengembangan ilmu yang dapat diterapkan dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan lancar, karena berbagai pendukung terutama partisipasi peserta yang cukup antusias dan berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan lokakarya ini.

It cannot be denied that the performance of teachers will greatly influence the success of schools in achieving its goals. This descriptive research is intended to discuss: (1) the principals' view on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Pekanbaru, Riau, Indonesia; (2) principals' expectations for the teachers' performance in the future; and (3) challenges faced by principals to improve teachers' performance in the future. This descriptive quantitative research was carried out at public elementary schools in Pekanbaru in May 2019 to October 2019. By using a proportional random sampling technique, 66 of 191 elementary school principals spread across 12 districts in Pekanbaru were selected as the sample. The questionnaire addressed to the principal was used as an instrument which was then analyzed through descriptive statistical analysis. In the end, it can be concluded that the best performance of teachers is in implementing the learning process. However, their performance in carrying out additional tasks in schools was rated by principals as the lowest average of all categories. The principals' expectations of the teachers' performance in the future are related to improving teacher competencies as well as improving the ability to utilize technology and equipment available at school. While the challenges faced, however, are related to the lack of willingness of teachers to continue their education and limited funds to participate in various training.

Alternative products for water ice cubes have long been sought due to the spread of waterborne diseases and microplastic contamination, as they are often made from unhygienic water sources. Recently, stainless-steel ice cubes have been considered as one of the best alternatives, and they have been very popular in marketplaces, although very few studies found in the literature that have investigated their potential in replacing water ice cubes. In this study, the thermal performance of stainless-steel ice cubes will be explored experimentally using a combination of an Arduino microcontroller equipped with DS18B20 thermocouple sensors and a HIKMICRO B20 thermal camera with the aim to find out how good stainless steel ice cubes for cooling food and beverages. The time evolution of water temperature in glasses filled with stainless-steel cubes of various brands is compared with that of water ice cubes. The temperature field obtained from thermal images is used to further observe the overall temperature of water in the glass. Leeseph stainless-steel ice cubes are found to have thermal performance comparable to water ice cubes, while SSGP ice cubes can retain lower temperatures for a longer time compared with other ice cubes. The effect of the number of ice cubes (N), the volume of water (V), and the average diameter of the glass used (D) are also investigated. At 1 ≤ N ≤ 4, the larger number of ice cubes used are found to lower the minimum temperature, and to decrease the minimum time, while at 150 ml ≤ V ≤ 300 ml, the larger amount of water used are observed to increase the minimum temperature and to increase the minimum time, . At 53 mm ≤ D ≤ 66 mm, larger glass diameter used are found to increase both the minimum temperature, and the minimum time
