Abstract

Accreditation is a systematic evaluation process aimed at assessing the feasibility and quality of educational institutions, playing a significant role in driving improvements in education quality. This study aims to examine the role of accreditation in enhancing the quality of education at MTs Al-Idris, a madrasa committed to shaping an excellent generation based on Islamic values. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study found that accreditation serves not only as an indicator of quality achievements but also as a strategic tool driving holistic improvements, including in curriculum, teaching staff, facilities, and stakeholder satisfaction. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for madrasa in optimizing accreditation outcomes to achieve higher-quality education.

Abstract

Academic supervision plays a strategic role in ensuring the quality of learning in educational institutions, including at YLA Cibadak Vocational School. This research aims to explore the role of academic supervision in improving the quality of learning through a collaboration-oriented approach, developing teacher competence, and pedagogical innovation. Using descriptive qualitative research methods, data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of supervision documents. The research results show that effective academic supervision not only functions as an evaluation tool, but also as a medium for educational transformation that involves teachers as strategic partners. The main findings underline the importance of two-way communication patterns, preparing needs-based follow-up plans, and empowering teachers through ongoing training and mentoring. This research recommends a supervision model based on empathy and local contextualization that is able to answer the unique needs of SMK YLA Cibadak, as well as being an inspiration for other institutions. With this approach, academic supervision can be a driving force in creating a dynamic, adaptive and quality-oriented learning ecosystem.

Abstract

At the management theory lutter gulick advanced, that budgeting is the central part of management. The program will pass premeditated when the funding is sufficient to finance the program. Including the principal's needs program. Unfortunately, though, the school principal's needs are rarely given a clear signal, and if they are realized, others like the mark up of the budget may arise. Such issues require resolution so that there is no swelling in the budgetary process, to which this inscription appears. As for the research methods used in this study are qualitative research methods, to be exact library research. With a documentary data collection technique and data analysis analysis of content analysis. His research was a projection of the principal's needs essential to the quality of education. This need has to adjust the dynamic growth of schools and policies. The main challenges include a lack of a competent headmaster, an unstandardized recruiting process, anda difficult mapping of needs in the area. Effective solutions include sustained training, instructional leadership, and stakeholder collaboration.

Abstract

The discussion method is an effective learning strategy for enhancing student engagement in the learning process. In this process, the teacher's role is crucial in creating an environment that supports active interaction and collaboration among students. This study identifies several key roles of the teacher in the discussion method, including being a facilitator, topic organizer, process guide, and feedback provider. The research findings indicate that teachers who actively facilitate discussions can increase student participation, develop critical thinking skills, and create a positive learning atmosphere. By effectively applying the discussion method, teachers can maximize students' potential in achieving the desired learning objectives.

Abstract

In the process of education is not quite held in a short time. Mastery of science-pionlement requires extra time, energy even money. When calculated in the quantity of education time is held a lifetime. But when viewing education policies in a country, one of Indonesia education is required to be in total period of 12 years. None other, the 12-year education is a form of preparation manifestation to be a better person and benefits. But the 12-year-old is not as easy as reversing the palm, it is necessary to mature and systematic planning. That's what the reason for this paper is made. The research method used in this research is the qualitative research method, precisely library research (library study). With Data Collection Techniques and Data Analysis Technique in the form of content analysis (content analysis). The results of this study indicate that education is a most important period of formal education required by the law of each country, education is required to all children under the age of the state, the program must learn to have legal basis in the 1945 Constitution. There are several things that support the 12-year-old study. From regulation, 12-year study must be supported through the constitution and various relevant refrigerators with education. The 1945 Constitution of Article 31 paragraph (2) states that "each citizen shall follow the basic education and the government must also finance it", the planning includes, 1) Farming targets of fair 3 years, 2) Socialization of the 12-year program, for participation data, the metropolitan and major cities occupied the highest position as a participation of 12-year compulsory, for its strategy by cooperation or cooperative with the Ministry of National Education.

Abstract

. This study aims to analyze the role of educational supervision conducted by the education office in improving the performance of school principals at SMP Islam Terpadu At Tarbiyah Nagrak. The research method employed is qualitative with a case study approach, where data is collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that educational supervision has a significant impact on the performance of school principals through managerial capacity building, monitoring of educational program implementation, and performance evaluation. The integration of Islamic values in supervision also strengthens the character of school principals as role models in applying Islamic values in the school environment. However, this study identifies several challenges, such as time constraints for supervision and a lack of understanding among supervisors regarding the context of integrated Islamic education. Recommendations include increasing the frequency and quality of supervision, providing special training for supervisors, and developing technical guidance for supervision based on Islamic values. This research is expected to contribute to the development of educational policies and supervisory practices in Islamic-based schools in Indonesia.

Abstract

Students have low confidence in PAI learning can be seen from the symptoms that look like hesitant while speaking in front of the class and silence when appointed Master to move forward in the front of the class. The confidence of manifests is comfortable in the environment where the individual is so that individuals feel confident of a step and decision he takes to achieve its expected goals. Confidence is necessary to students to create a good learning attitude so that it can achieve optimal learning achievement. To answer this, the Role Playing model is to complete it, the implementation of the Role Playing learning model in increasing confidence, with the goal to obtain information about the level and the extent to which the Role Playing learning model can increase confidence. For research methods, researchers use descriptive qualitative methods. Interviews, observation and documentation as data collection. And Miles and Hubberman techniques as the data analysis technique, with the procedure of analysis, with the procedure 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation and 4) Verification of data, as well as data inspection techniques 1) credibitiasi, 2) Tranferability and 3) The dependability as the result of this research is a learning model of role playing can increase student confidence, on the other hand the dominant students are more understandable about the material taught, given the students of elementary school 1 tend to be active and expressive so it can be said the role playing model is very relevant to the students of elementary school class. Abstract

This study aims to explore the implementation of education at MAN 2 Sukabumi, which is based on a boarding school system. The background of this research highlights the increasing need for integrated educational approaches that combine academic learning and character building in a structured environment. The objective of this research is to analyze how the boarding school model is applied in MAN 2 Sukabumi and its impact on students' academic and personal development. The research uses a qualitative approach with case study methodology, involving data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results show that the implementation of the boarding school system at MAN 2 Sukabumi has a positive effect on students' discipline, time management, and academic performance. The vision and mission of the school focus on producing knowledgeable, skilled, and ethical individuals who contribute to society. This study concludes that the boarding school model effectively supports holistic student development.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the role of school accreditation in improving school promotion in Mi Ciawitali 01. This research was conducted using a qualitative methodology that collected data through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data delivery, data verification, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research include the Implementation of Accreditation at Mi Ciawitali 01, the Role of Accreditation in Increasing School Promotion at Mi Ciawitali 01, Inhibiting and Supporting Factors for Implementing Accreditation at Mi Ciawitali 01.

Abstract

Education serves as a crucial foundation for fostering collaborative skills among students, particularly in subjects requiring in-depth understanding such as mathematics. This research aims to investigate the impact of implementing the Jigsaw Learning Model in enhancing the level of collaboration among students in the context of mathematics learning. The Jigsaw Learning Model, introduced by Aronson and Patnoe (2011), emphasizes collaboration and active involvement of students. This method involves collaborative learning where each student is responsible for a portion of the learning material and must collaborate with their peers to comprehend the entire concept. This study explores the effectiveness of this model in improving collaboration among students in mathematics learning. Through an experimental research design, data is collected through classroom observations, interviews, and document. Data analysis is conducted to measure changes in the level of student participation, understanding of mathematical concepts, and their perceptions of collaborative learning. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and researchers regarding the potential of the Jigsaw Learning Model in enhancing student collaboration in the context of mathematics learning.
