Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala apa saja yang ada pada implementasi kebijakan sistem zonasi terhadap penerimaan peserta didik baru SMP Negeri di Provinsi DKI Jakarta khususnya SMP negeri di wilayah Jakarta Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode evaluasi kebijakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data melalui data primer yaitu wawancara dan observasi, dan data sekunder melalui dokumen tertulis. Analisis data dengan teknik statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat beberapa kendala terhadap kebijakan sistem penerimaan peserta didik baru berdasarkan sistem zonasi di SMP Negeri yang ada di Jakarta sehingga sekolah perlu memberi evaluasi dan masukan akan permasalahan yang ada terkait dengan penerimaan peserta didik baru dan memberikan rekomendasi pemikiran-pemikiran baru untuk mengevaluasi kebijakan tersebut. Abstract

Lansium domesticum Corr. is called Duku, an endemic Indonesian plant whose fruit has commercial value. The formation of the seeds of this plant takes a relatively long time (±15 years) for conventional propagation. Micropropagation with plant tissue culture techniques can be a solution. In the first phase of micropropagation, optimization of the type and concentration of growth regulators for callus induction is needed. This study aimed to determine the response of various types of duku explants (such as leaves, petioles, and mother petioles) to combinations of growth regulators (such as 0 ppm 2,4-D + 0 ppm BAP; 0.75 ppm 2,4-D + 0, 5 ppm BAP; 0.75 ppm 2,4-D + 0.75 ppm BAP; 0.75 ppm 2,4-D + 1 ppm BAP) in callus induction. The explants were cultured on Wood Plant Medium (WPM) with 30 g sucrose and 8 g agar for 28 days. The results showed that the concentration of 0.75 2,4-D + 0.75 BAP with leaf stalk mother explants was the best for callus formation. The characteristics of the callus formed were white-yellow with a compact texture. Keywords : Lansium domesticum Corr., Callus induction, Growth regulators, Types of explants.

Abstract

Duku (Lansium domesticum Corr.) is an endemic plant of Indonesia that has a distinctive taste and is beneficial in the health sector. Besides that, the demand for duku seeds is increasing, so it is proven by the rapid propagation technique on a large scale. This can be achieved through tissue culture techniques. This study aimed to determine the effect of the growth regulators 2,4-D and BAP on Folium explants and Petiolus communis explants in inducing shoots. Leaf explants and leaf stalks were initiated using WPM (Woody Plant Medium) media with 4 different combinations of concentrations of growth regulators 2,4-D and BAP consisting of 0.0 ppm (2.4-D) + 0.0 ppm (BAP); 0.2 ppm (2.4-D) + 2.0 ppm (BAP); 0.2 ppm (2.4-D) + 2.5 ppm (BAP); 0.2 ppm (2.4-D) + 3.0 ppm (BAP) -D) + 2.0 ppm (BAP) on Petiolus communis explants is the most optimal combination of growth regulators, this is indicated by the growth response of the explants, namely the formation of brownish yellow callus on the explants.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the specifications of services for female pilgrims. This type of research is library research with descriptive-analytic nature, where the authors try to explain the situation or existing hypotheses. Sources of data needed in this study are data obtained from official documents, books related to the object of research, research results in the form of reports, theses, theses, dissertations, and laws and regulations regarding Hajj. The results of this study are services for female pilgrims are the same as male pilgrims, namely administrative services, pilgrimage guidance, accommodation, transportation, health services, security and other things needed by pilgrims. So that the pilgrims can perform the pilgrimage safely, comfortably and smoothly in accordance with the teachings of Islam, then the organization of Hajj and Umrah is obliged to provide guidance, service and protection as well as possible to the pilgrims.

Abstract

Komite Darurat Peraturan Kesehatan Global dari Kelompok Kesehatan Dunia pada tanggal 30 Januari tahun 2020 melaporkan bahwa wabah virus corona "Darurat Kesehatan Masyarakat yang jadi Perhatian Internasional" (PHEIC). Pemerintah dalam ini kasus ini, Kementerian Kesehatan mengeluarkan surat ketetapan Menteri Kesehatan No. HK. 01. 07/ MENKES/ 413/ 2020 mengenai Prinsip Pencegahan Serta Pengendalian Coronavirus Disease 2019. Dampak dari adanya Covid 19 ini berakibat pada menurunya perekonomian di Provinsi Lampung di Tahun 2020 terkontraksi sebesar 1,67 persen, paling rendah dalam 10 tahun terakhir dan berdampak kepada kenaikan kemikinan sebsar 41.820 selama pandemic covid 19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melihat dampak secara langsung terhadap tingkat kemiskinan yang ada di perkotaan dan pedesaan. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif.dengan menggunakan data BPS dari tahun 2019-2021 selama masa Covid 19. Analisa data yang dipakai merupakan analisa informasi kualitatif dengan metode berfikir induktif, sebab informasi yang didapat berbentuk keterangan- keterangan dalam struktur pemahaman. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Dampak dari adanya wabah Covid 19 yang disebabkan oleh virus SARS-CoV-2 selama pandemi di semester 1 tahun 2019 tingkat kemiskinan diperkotaan sebesar 8.92% naik di semester 1 tahun 2021 menjadi 9.29% sedangkan di pedesaan tingkat kemiskinan sebesar 14.27 menjadi 14.18 di semester 1 tahun 2021. Walapun tingkat kemiskinan tetap lebih besar yang berada di pedesaan tetapi peningkatan tingkat kemiskinan di perkotaan mengalami kenaikan. Ini menunjukan bahwasanya Covid 19 sangat berdampak kepada penduduk perkotaan dengan adanya pemberlakuan PPKM roda perekonomian masyarakat perkotaan terhambat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of religiosity, halal knowledge, halal awareness and attitude on consumer’s purchase intention towards skincare product BLP Skin in Kota Surabaya. The data was collected from online questionnaires. This study used a quantitative method and was tested using SEM PLS by SmartPLS. The result of this study found that religiosity significantly influenced attitude and consumer intention to buy skincare BLP Skin. Halal knowledge also significantly influenced consumer’s attitude, and lastly halal awareness had significant influence towards consumer’s purchase intention. Meanwhile, the relationship between halal knowledge and purchase intention, halal awareness towards attitude, also attitude and purchase intention were found to be not significant. Finally, for the mediating effect in this study found that there were no mediation with purchase intention through attitude. The results give implication to firms competing in cosmetic industry. Halal awareness is one of the main factor that should be taken into account in promoting their product.

Abstract

Technological advances in banking have begun to develop in line with the existence of digital technology to provide customer satisfaction level services so that economic stability increases. In this research, the author focuses on BPRS MAU syariah and BPRS Bandar Lampung, as for the purpose of this research to see the extent of digital banking optimization at BPRS Bandar Lampung and BPRS MAU Syariah, and efforts to minimize the occurrence of information technology risks at BPRS MAU Syariah and BPRS Bandar Lampung seen from the benefits of digitizing customer satisfaction, as well as the impact of trust for customers and banks. Research Results Optimization of BPRS MAU Syariah and BPRS Bandar Lampung, must continue to be improved on understanding and awareness of the importance of bank digitalization, which greatly affects the impact of trust for customers and banks. So that financial stability in BPRS is increased and the quality of service can have an impact on product loyalty as a sense of satisfaction, willingness to pay more and willingness to move to other products. The use of information technology whose operations experience risks is caused by; (i) weak governance of BPRS technology in the use of digital technology, (ii) the uncontrolled complexity of information technology assets in system and human resource needs where these needs of BPRS still have to be increased so that the value of needs attached to financial stability can have an impact on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The curriculum serves as a fundamental foundation in the development of education in Indonesia. Currently, the curriculum in Indonesia is transitioning from the 2013 Curriculum to the Merdeka Curriculum. This transition process requires the strategic role of the Head of Madrasah in supporting its implementation, namely as an Educator, Manager, Administrator, Supervisor, Leader, Innovator, and Motivator. Without these roles, the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah cannot proceed as expected, especially since Madrasah Ibtidaiyah has distinctive Islamic characteristics. This study employs a qualitative method with a case study approach conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Legowetan. Data collection techniques include interviews with the Head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Legowetan, observation, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the role of the Head of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Legowetan has been actively carried out in accordance with its functions. Although various challenges were encountered in its implementation, these challenges did not become obstacles but rather served as drivers for the successful implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Legowetan.

Abstract

Pelatihan Digital Marketing sebagai Media Branding Sekolah di Klari, Karawang, telah memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi Kepala Madrasah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah, dan guru yang menjadi peserta. Kegiatan ini berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya, yaitu membantu para pendidik dalam memahami dan menerapkan strategi branding sekolah melalui media digital, yang esensial untuk meningkatkan citra dan visibilitas sekolah mereka di era digital. Faktor pendukung utama keberhasilan pelatihan ini meliputi dukungan penuh dari Yayasan Mahad AL Istiqlal, keterlibatan aktif peserta, serta kualitas materi dan metode pelatihan yang interaktif dan relevan. Meskipun demikian, beberapa peserta merasakan bahwa durasi pelatihan masih kurang memadai untuk menggali lebih dalam konsep-konsep yang disampaikan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelatihan, disarankan agar kegiatan serupa dilaksanakan dengan durasi waktu yang lebih panjang untuk memungkinkan peserta lebih mendalami materi yang diberikan.
