Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang kian hari kian meningkat pesat mempengaruhi berbagai industri yang ada terutama industry fashion. Fashion yang dulunya dikenal berbentuk fisik, sekarang dengan banyaknya penggunaan dan penemuan dalam bidang teknologi melahirkan Digital Fashion. Fasion digital merupakan sebuah data yang berbentuk model dari rancangan fashion atau pakaian yang seolah nampak seperti tampilan fashion pada umumnya, tak berbentuk fisik namun hanya dapat terlihat dari sisi tampilan pada smartphone maupun komputer, digunakan oleh pengguna termasuk influencer pada media sosial seperti meta (facebook), instagram, whatapps, youtube, twitter, tiktok, dan media sosial lainnya untuk kebutuhan sosial dan bisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Digital Fashion dari sisi Teknologi, Sistem Informasi, dan Bisnis. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan Kualitatif menggunakan teknik studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari sisi teknologi Digital Fashion menerapkan Teknologi Artificial Inteligence (AI), Virtual Reality (VR), dan Augmented Reality (AR) yang memungkinkan pengguna atau pembeli dapat memilih dan mencoba langsung produk fashion pada marketplace menggunakan komputer atau smartphone, dibuat menggunakan aplikasi yang berbasis web seperti Clo Fashion dan Marvelous Designer, dan aplikasi berbasis desktop seperti 3D Blender. Pada sisi Sistem Informasi, Digital Fashion terhubung dan terintegrasi antara satu system dengan system lainnya terutama website dalam hal pembelian dan sistem pembayaran menggunakan kartu kredit yang tersistematis, dan wallet kripto seperti metamask, trust wallet, safepal, maupun wallet kripto yang berisi mata uang digital (crytocurrencies). Sedangkan dari sisi bisnis, Digital Fashion menciptakan peluang bagi para creator Digital Fashion untuk dapat membuat dan menjualnya pada plaftrom marketplace seperti DRESSX, Replicant, Auroboros, DIGITALAX, The Dematerialised, Tribute Brand, XR Couture, UNXD sehingga dapat menghasilkan profit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi yang digunakan oleh Departemen Sales and Marketing Hotel Atsari Parapat Kabupaten Simalungun dalam mengelola Corporate Rate. Corporate Rate adalah program khusus yang menawarkan penawaran istimewa kepada perusahaan mitra untuk pemesanan kamar, bertujuan membangun hubungan bisnis yang saling menguntungkan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah memahami pendekatan departemen dalam mempromosikan, mengidentifikasi, dan mengelola corporate rate serta dampaknya terhadap keberhasilan operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan Teknik Triangulasi yang menggabungkan data dari observasi lapangan dan wawancara dengan anggota Departemen Sales and Marketing. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan berbagai strategi yang digunakan oleh departemen, termasuk survei kepuasan pelanggan, media sosial, kolaborasi dengan perusahaan mitra, analisis data keuangan, dan hubungan personal. Strategi ini efektif dalam mengelola Corporate Rate, terbukti dengan peningkatan pendapatan, pertumbuhan jumlah perusahaan mitra, dan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan yang tinggi. Identifikasi perusahaan potensial melibatkan penelitian pasar, rekomendasi dari perusahaan mitra yang sudah bergabung, media sosial, partisipasi dalam acara bisnis, dan kerjasama dengan komunitas bisnis lokal. Dalam menjaga tingkat kepuasan pelanggan, departemen ini mengandalkan survei, wawancara langsung, analisis data media sosial, komunikasi terbuka dengan perusahaan mitra, analisis data interaksi dan keluhan, serta memberikan insentif. Pendekatan ini membantu memahami persepsi pelanggan, mengidentifikasi perbaikan, dan memastikan pengalaman menginap yang memuaskan. Kesimpulannya, strategi Sales and Marketing Departemen di Hotel Atsari Parapat Kabupaten Simalungun dalam mengelola Corporate Rate berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan hotel, membangun hubungan bisnis yang kuat, dan memberikan pengalaman menginap yang memuaskan bagi tamu bisnis. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi praktisi industri perhotelan dalam mengembangkan program corporate rate yang sukses

Abstract

Museum Batak TB Silalahi Center merupakan salah satu Objek wisata yang berada di Kawasan Danau Toba yang berlokasi di Pagar Batu, Kecamatan Balige, Kabupaten Toba Samosir. Saat ini banyak Wisatawan yang sedang gencar melakukan perjalanan wisata ke Museum Batak TB Silalahi Center karena terdapat banyak spot wisata,salah satunya adalah wisata edukasi dan budaya,sehingga Penulis tertarik melakukan Penelitian di Objek Wisata ini untuk meneliti preferensi/motivasi Wisatawan yang sudah berkunjung maupun yang sedang berkunjung mengenai kesukaan, kecenderungan atau dikenal dengan Preferensi para wisatawan tersebut saat melakukan perjalanan wisata.Penelitian dilakukan secara Observasi/langsung Mengenai Objek Wisata Museum Batak TB Silalahi Center. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui preferensi dalam melakukan perjalanan wisata bagi calon Wisatawan mendatang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah Deskriptif pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis statistik sederhana. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik Wawancara secara daring, Observasi Online, dan Studi kepustakaan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengelolaan data menunjukkan bahwa (1) wisatawan yang berkunjung merupakan mayoritas generasi Z yaitu pelajar/Mahasiswa (2) aktivitas yang Disukai oleh wisatawan adalah wisata edukasi/studi Tour. (3) tingkat kepuasan wisatawan yang berknjung sudah sangat baik. Saran ditujukan kepada Pihak pengelola Objek Wisata agar menjaga Orisinalitas Objek, Nilai dan Budaya, serta melakukan peningkatan kualitas sarana dan prasarana.

Abstract

Mikrotik sudah sangat familiar bagi pengguna internet di Indonesia sebagai sistem operasi dan perangkat lunak yang dapat digunakan untuk menjadikan komputer biasa menjadi router network. Disamping itu masalah yang sering terjadi pada router mikrotik terhadap sisi pengguna tidak meningkatkan versi mikrotik yang memiliki celah kerentanan mikrotik v6.42-v6.28 sehingga mudah diexploit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem keamanan akses router mikrotik serta melakukan cara mitigasi atau pencegahan dan solusi keamanan dari serangan Exploit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen, studi pustaka dan simulasi. Dalam melakukan ujicoba, penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Exploit winbox critical vulnerability terhadap perangkat mikrotik yang diketahui masih memiliki celah keamanan dengan memanfaatkan search engine scada shodan sebagai pencari Ip publik dari mikrotik. Hasil dari penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu menyimpulkan dan memberikan solusi bagaimana cara menanggulangi dan mencegah kembali serangan terhadap masalah keamanan akses router mikrotik dari serangan exploit dalam hal ini bisa menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi IT security instansi atau perusahaan untuk mengamankan router mikrotik dari serangan exploit.

Abstract

Physics is one of the subjects in the science family that emphasizes the development of inductive and deductive analytical thinking skills. Physics can also be used to solve problems related to scientific problems and also develop students' knowledge, skills and perceptions of the scientific world. One of the main aspects that can be developed further is creative thinking skills, which can be categorized as exploratory activities to generate new ideas that are different from existing ones. Therefore, in carrying out classroom learning, students must be actively involved so that their skills can be developed appropriately. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of creative thinking skills and student responses in the PGSD FIP Department. This research is a descriptive research. The population in this study were all students of the 2018-2020 PGSD FIP Department of Unesa with a total sample of 126. All students were taught by researchers, making it easier to collect all the data. The data collection method used in this study was a test. The instrument used in this research is the Creative Thinking Ability Test, which is a written test consisting of five questions in the form of a description, which is used to measure students' creative thinking abilities. This test instrument has been tested and analyzed its items regarding validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and distinguishing power, so it is feasible to be used as a research instrument. In addition, questionnaires were distributed to students to determine students' responses and perceptions of their creative thinking abilities. Closed-type questionnaire was used to provide a clear picture of the perception of students' creative thinking abilities. Based on the results of the data obtained and discussed, it can be concluded that the ability of students' creative thinking skills still needs to be improved even though the responses given by students related to learning that accommodates creative thinking skills that have been carried out in the Department of PGSD FIP Unesa are in the good and very good categories. Therefore, it is necessary to know that it is necessary to take effective steps and approaches to improve students' creative thinking skills in all upcoming learning semesters to ensure that all students in the PGSD FIP Department reach the desired level.

Abstract

Abstract: The mandate of Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers states that teachers are required to have academic qualifications, competencies, educator certificates, physically and mentally healthy, and have the ability to realize national education goals. The preparation of teachers as professional educators is also stated in Government Regulation Number 19 of 2017 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 74 of 2008 concerning Teachers. The State University of Surabaya has been trusted to implement PPG In Position (Daljab) starting in 2018 – now which is being funded by APBN funds. The purpose of this study is to identify and obtain various information related to the level of satisfaction of PPG graduates who participate in PPG activities at the State University of Surabaya. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study is all PPG participants in the range of 2018 - 2020. The samples used in this study are representatives of PPG who have graduated in 2018-2020 for the Madiun, Ngawi and Magetan areas along with the principals where PPG alumni teach. Data collection methods used are interviews and questionnaires. The data obtained will be analyzed descriptively qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the results and discussion of the data obtained, it can be concluded that the level of management in the implementation of PPG Unesa received a good - very good response. This is indicated by the responses given by PPG Unesa student alumni through a questionnaire distributed using the google form.

Abstract

Football is a high-intensity game of long duration, so in addition to technical, tactical, strategic and mental factors, there is one more determining factor, namely muscle fatigue, this factor which is often forgotten by coaches and players. The cause of player fatigue is due to heavy training or a tight competition schedule, there is a metabolic waste in the blood called lactic acid, this buildup of lactic acid causes fatigue but actually some of the lactic acid can be converted back into energy. The research objective to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of exercise massage and muscle stretching in reducing lactic acid levels in the blood after a 45-minute round 1 soccer match. The type of research used is the type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study, namely the population in this study were all football players in one team, namely 22 players from the Surabaya partner club. The data collection method used in this study is the measurement of blood lactic acid levels. The instrument used in this study was a blood lactic acid test using a blood lactic acid level measuring device. The data obtained will be analyzed using inferential statistics, namely the independent T test. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the provision of sports massage and muscle stretching can reduce levels of lactic acid in the blood after the first half of the soccer match for 45 minutes. Based on the findings of the research on the first and second treatments, some suggestions are given, including; (1) for soccer players after training or matches, it is better to give sports massages and muscle stretching to maintain stamina in the next round, so that they can be maximized in training and matches; and (2) players who will be doing training or matches should stretch or warm up before being deployed to the field to avoid injury.

Abstract

By instructing students on pro-environmental behavior, early environmental education and training can start to establish pro-environmental behavior among student. To proof the value of environmental education in educating students about current environmental issues and their effects on public health and safety, as well as motivating them to adopt pro-environmental behaviors, a literature review is required. The review was based on nine studies from reputable international publications that were published in English between 2019 and 2023 and were selected based on title, population, objectives, and outcomes criteria. The articles were found in the ScienceDirect database. The review focuses mostly on establishing the effectiveness of environmental education in influencing pro-environmental behavior. The review also examines the ways in which students' perceptions of environmental education and their pro-environmental conduct are influenced by the interaction of internal and external influences. The study's findings demonstrate the significance of environmental education in influencing students' pro-environmental behavior. By providing students with reliable, accurate, and valid information, environmental education raises their awareness of environmental issues and promotes the development of pro-environmental behavior. Additional research on best practice design to rise pro-environmental behavior through environmental education can be developed from this study. More research is required on the topic of integrating more both internal and external factors of pro-environmental behavior in the environmental education curriculum.

Abstract

Caregivers are people who have an important role in helping the process of caring for stroke patients, spouses, children, family members, or friends. The study aimed to examine the relationships between the functional status of stroke patients and the burden on family caregivers. The research design was a descriptive correlation. The participants were be composed of 77 stroke survivors', and their families selected by simple random sampling from the Polyclinic Army Hospital TK IV 01.07.01 Pematangsiantar. Data was collected using a questionnaire consisting of demographic characteristics, Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI), and Barthel Index (BI). The Pearson Product Moment test used to identify the relationships between the functional status of stroke survivors and the burden on family caregivers. The main result found that the functional's status of stroke survivors was mild dependence (51.9%), and 76.6% of the burdens of family caregivers were mild to moderate. Functional's status was statistically negatively associated with family caregiver burden (r=-0.505, p<0.001). In conclusion, the burden of family caregivers increases the functional's status score of stroke patients. The study suggested that nurses should maintain to the functional's status as eating, dressing, bathing, dressing, toileting, bowel/bladder continence, walking, climbing stairs, and changing chair/bed, to reduce the family caregiver burden of stroke survivors.

Abstract

This study aims to explore and analyze the process of developing creative economy products, especially Bakatak Sirup, in Jongjong Stone Tourism Village. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. This research involves various parties involved in product development, including Bakatak fruit farmers, local businesses, and other stakeholders. This research focuses on the stages of product development, innovation in formulation and packaging, and the economic and social impact of the product on local communities. In-depth interview methods are used to gain views.  in-depth from business actors, while direct observations were made to contextually understand the production process of Bakatak Syrup. The results of this study are expected to provide a deep understanding of how the development of creative economy products can have a positive impact on the local economy and community involvement in the process. Qualitative analysis will be used to identify success factors, challenges faced, and implications of development of creative economy products in Jongjong Stone Tourism Village. This research is expected to contribute to the theoretical and practical understanding of the development of creative economy products at the local level, especially in the context of tourism villages. The findings of this study can be the basis for product developers, local governments, and related institutions to design policies that support the development of the creative economy in the area.
