Abstract

This study aims to discuss how the readiness and professional improvement of teachers in the learning era 5.0, one of which is by improving the quality of the competence of the teachers themselves. With the development of science and technology in the global era, it has caused changes in the field of education. The method used to achieve the objectives in this community service activity is a socialization method packaged in educational webinar activities. The implementation of this webinar is carried out online through the Zoom Meeting application. The results of research by distributing questionnaires show that respondents have a good understanding of modern learning concepts, feel competent in designing learner-centered learning, and are ready to apply technology. Collaboration between teachers and organizing webinars are also considered important and useful. This reflects a positive attitude towards innovation and cooperation in improving the quality of education. For this reason, improving and developing the quality/competence of human resources, in this case teachers, is absolutely necessary. Improving and developing teacher competence is a process to improve teachers' abilities, skills and expertise in helping to do their work as educators to welcome the era of society 5.0.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to make it easier for students to use learning methods to help train mastery of foreign languages. The more developed an information technology and information system allows one to easily access various information that is spread on the internet. Not infrequently we can learn various learning media, especially foreign language material on the internet without having to take private lessons or take foreign language courses outside. OmeTV is a live video streaming application that is popular and easy to make this happen, allowing other ometv users from within the country and abroad to meet in the ometv room to simply interact, get to know each other, exchange cultures, entertain each other. others, even to train and hone, as well as develop mastery of foreign languages. The method applied in this research is the Literature Study method. The end result of using this method is useful information regarding the use of the OmeTV application.

Abstract

Fraktur adalah istilah yang mengacu pada hilangnya sebagian atau seluruh struktural korteks tulang. Fraktur ekstremitas bawah dapat terjadi pada femur, tibia-fibula dan ankle-foot. Tatalaksana fraktur ekstremitas bawah yaitu tindakan operatif seperti Open Reduction Internal Fixation (ORIF). ORIF dapat mempengaruhi lama perawatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis usia dan lokasi fraktur dengan lama rawat pasca bedah ORF ekstremitas bawah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian descriptive correlation pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 33 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu lembar kerja balik. Pengolahan data yang dilakukan dimulai tahap editing, coding, tabulating, entry dan data processing. Analisa uji yang dipilih yaitu uji chisquare. Hasil Penelitian didapatkan bahwa usia pasien yaitu 12-25 tahun, Lokasi Fraktur Pasien di femur dan lama rawat pasien yaitu pendek (<4 hari) . Berdasarkan hasil uji chisquare didapatkan bahwa usia nilai p=0,031<a=0,05 dan lokasi fraktur p=0,001<a=0,05. Sehingga disimpulkan bahwa usia dan lokasi fraktur berhubungan dengan lama rawat pasca bedah ORF ekstremitas bawah Di Rumah Sakit Setia Budi Medan Tahun 2025.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the arrangements related to the employment relationship of workers who are seconded to other companies, the implementation of the employment relationship of workers who are seconded to other companies by taking a study at Pertamina Group, as well as the ideal arrangements related to the employment relationship status of workers who are seconded to other companies. The method used is normative juridical research method with qualitative data type. The results of the study show that the existence of a regulatory vacuum causes the non-achievement of legal certainty as one of the objectives of the law. Moreover, until now the Manpower Law has not explicitly regulated worker assistance. The government needs to strengthen labor regulations related to secondment of workers, including regulating the terms of secondment of workers, secondment agreements, protection of the rights of secondment workers, and settlement of industrial relations disputes of secondment workers. Secondment agreements that have been implemented by several companies, one of which is PT Pertamina (Persero), can be the basis for current arrangements related to worker secondment. In the secondment agreement, arrangements are made that as long as workers are seconded to other companies, there will be no transfer of employment relations from the home company to the user company. In addition, it also regulates the period of assistance and the rights of workers during the period of assistance, which are guaranteed at least the same as the rights of workers when working in the original company.

Abstract

Critical thinking skills are very important in primary education, but the limitations of concrete and interactive learning media remain an obstacle, especially in teaching material on the human respiratory system. This study aims to develop QUCARA (Question Card Anatomi) media that is proven to be valid, effective, and practical in supporting the improvement of critical thinking skills in fifth-grade elementary school students, by applying the ADDIE development research model involving 16 fifth-grade students at SDN Montok 1. Data were collected through validation sheets, pretest-posttest assessments, and teacher and student questionnaires, then analysed based on validity, effectiveness using N-Gain, and practicality. The validation results showed a score of 92% (Highly Valid). The effectiveness test demonstrated a significant increase from an average pretest score of 13.69% to a posttest score of 92.81%, with an N-Gain score of 91.67% (Highly Effective). The practicality of the media received a 100% response from teachers and 98.88% from students, resulting in an average media practicality rating of 99.44% (Very Practical). Thus, QUCARA media has been proven to be valid, effective, and practical in supporting the improvement of critical thinking skills in primary school students.

Abstract

Abstract: This article aims to describe the transformation of learning interest among fourth-grade elementary school students through the implementation of the Fun Learning Game application as a game-based learning medium. The study used a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental design of the non-equivalent control group type, involving an experimental class and a control class. Data on learning interest were collected using a Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using inferential statistics. The results of the study showed a significant increase in learning interest among students in the experimental class, especially in terms of active involvement, interest in the media, and intrinsic motivation. These findings confirm that Fun Learning Game is an effective and relevant innovative medium for IPAS learning in elementary schools. Keyword: Learning Interest, Fun Learning Game, Game-Based Learning, IPAS, Elementary School   Abstrak: Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan transformasi minat belajar murid kelas IV SD melalui implementasi aplikasi Fun Learning Game sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis game-based learning. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain kuasi-eksperimen tipe non-equivalent control group design yang melibatkan kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Data minat belajar dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan minat belajar yang signifikan pada murid kelas eksperimen, terutama pada aspek keterlibatan aktif, ketertarikan terhadap media, dan motivasi intrinsik. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa Fun Learning Game merupakan media inovatif yang efektif dan relevan untuk pembelajaran IPAS di Sekolah Dasar. Abstract

The relationship between a worker and an employer after the contract of employment is called the employment relationship. An employment agreement can be made orally or by correspondence. How is a contract of employment contrary to the Employment Act No. 13 of 2003 considered void? Study of normative law is done. An employment agreement made as if it did not exist or does not exist juridically. However, most of the time, even though the job is considered legally void, workers or workers remain employed until their contracts expire.
