Abstract

The rice supply chain is important to achieve food security. It has various perspectives, challenges or issues that causes a complex problem in supply chain system. The existing problem are related to food availability, inventory level, fragmented distribution, affordability of prices, accessibility, variation of business processes and the environmental impact from production and logistics system. Moreover integration framework in the dimension of sustainability is limited. The objective of this article is to identify current problems to construct the idea of supply chain integration and to build the formulation for improvement the value of rice supply chain. Fifty articles discuss rice supply chain. The remaining discuss on increasing rice productivity, inventory optimization, performance improvement, and traceability. The VOS viewer result showed that sustainability is connected to the supply chain at a distant position which indicates that sustainability has the opportunity to be studied wider range in future research. The gap analysis showed that the production increase is limited to agronomy innovation and didn’t consider sustainable characteristics input. The indirect innovations that use information technology for precision farming also had not been comprehensively collaborated. The production absorption had not been considered in inventory optimization and traceability system had not been developed for supply availability. The improvement activities to fill the gap will transform supply chain performance more efficient, responsive and minimum environmental impacts for the enhancement of the sustainability value of the rice supply chain. Abstract

The distribution of benefits among supply chain actors is complex and full of challenges because various factors, including uncertainty, influence it. This study aims to solve the problem of profit distribution to produce a fair profit distribution among supply chain actors by incorporating elements of uncertainty, risk, and value-added. The model of fair profit distribution is made using the cooperative game theory approach with fuzzy Shapley values, which incorporates the elements of uncertainty in profit, risk, and added value. The fair profit distribution between supply chain actors is validated in the sago agro-industry supply chain in the Meranti Islands Regency. The risks of each supply chain actor were obtained using the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process technique, with risk values of 0.52, 0.23, 0.2, and 0.29 for farmers, traders, wet starch agro-industries, and dry starch agro-industries, respectively. While the value-added ratio of each supply chain actor is 12%, 35.92%, 13.9%, and 15.1%, respectively, as obtained by the Hayami method. The model validation results show that the fair profit distribution to farmers is 17.77%, to traders it is 29.69%, to the wet starch agro-industry it is 9.91%, and to the dry starch agro-industry it is 42.63% of the total supply chain profits. This result is more proportional than the current profit distribution, which is respectively 10.03%, 15.29%, 1.7%, and 72.98%. These results are considered fairer and more proportional because they take into account the uncertainty of the benefits, risks, and added value of each actor in the sago agro-industry supply chain. Abstract

Depleting stockpile of fossil fuels and rising global temperature due to the greenhouse effect are probably the two most threatening factors to civilization sustainability. Converting biomass into a readily available energy source will help reduce dependency on fossil fuels, whilst at the same time moderating greenhouse gas emmissions due to its carbon neutrality. Palm oil industry is the largest source of biomass in Indonesia and the available quantity to be utilized is growing inline with the steady growth of the generating industry. Among various wastes from palm oil processing, palm kernel shell is an oil palm biomass with high potential to be applied as a source of energy, given its high caloric value and distinctive physical properties. This source of renewable energy can be utilized by industries with thermal conversion processes. As a prerequisite, a feasibility study on technical, environmental, and economic aspects needs to be carried out. From long term perspective, supply, demand, and regulatory situational analysis will also be required. Lastly, a review on the existing palm kernel shell supply chain will help to understand its current situation. Based on literature studies and field observations, we have identified supply and demand characteristics that will be valuable in constructing an effective, efficient, and sustainable supply chain model of palm kernel shell. Understanding these characteristics is a precursor in realizing this massive potential of renewable energy source in the industrial context.

Abstract

Latar belakang pengabdian ini adalah adanya perubahan paradigma dalam berbisnis dari konvensional menjadi online, terutama di era globalisasi dan teknologi informasi yang semakin maju. Desa Sewurejo, KHDTK UNS Karanganyar menjadi contoh dalam pengembangan bisnis online di tingkat desa, sebagai bagian dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta. Artikel ini memaparkan proses pengabdian yang dilakukan, mulai dari tahap penyuluhan dan sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, hingga pendampingan dan evaluasi. . Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat desa terkait pengembangan bisnis online melalui marketplace. Hasil yang dicapai meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam berbisnis online, peningkatan pendapatan, dan pemberdayaan potensi lokal. Meski dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses dan keterampilan teknologi, program ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sewurejo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor media terhadap kemajuan image branding, mengetahui pengaruh faktor materi pesan oleh media promosi terhadap kemajuan image branding, mengetahui pengaruh faktor acara gathering terhadap kemajuan image branding, mengetahui pengaruh faktor sales call terhadap kemajuan image branding di Fave Hotel Solo Baru. Penulisan laporan ini disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk memperoleh gambaran berbagai informasi yang berhubuungan dengan strategi promosi untuk meningkatkan image branding. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan studi observasi, wawancara, studi pustaka, dan kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis secara kualitatif dan disajikan secara deskriptif Dari hasil pengumpulan data dapat disimpulkan sebanyak 80% responden menjawab ya bahwa media informasi yang digunakan bisa meningkatkan image branding, 76% responden menjawab ya bahwa materi pesan yang menarik dapat meningkatkan image branding, 67% responden menjawab ya bahwa menyelenggarakan acara gathering dapat meningkatkan image branding, 85% responden menjawab ya bahwa mengadakan sales call dapat meningkatkan image branding, dan 88% responden menjawab ya bahwa penguatan image branding dapat meningkatkan image branding. Untuk itulah penulis mengangkat masalah-masalah tersebut untuk dibahas dalam laporan Penelitian ini dengan menggunakan Fave Hotel Solo Baru sebagai obyek penelitian. Sehingga penulis mengambil kesimpulan bahwa dalam strategi promosi untuk meningkatkan image branding harus memperhatikan media informasi yang digunakan, materi pesan yang menarik, menyelenggarakan acara gathering, mengadakan sales call dan penguatan image branding.

Abstract

Petani sawit di Indonesia mencapai 10 juta kepala keluarga. Kebun kelapa sawit lebih dari 50 % luas lahan yang ada dikelola oleh petani swadaya. Hasil penen tandan buah Segar kelapa sawit biasanya Akan dibeli oleh pedagang kecil dan pedagang besar yang berkeliling setiap hari pada wilayah kebun kebun kelapa sawit petani swadaya. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi kurang optimalnya hasil pembelian yang dilakukan oleh setiap kendaraan yang berkeliling menbeli TBS, hal ini disebabkan, naik turunnya hasil panen petani, didahului oleh pedagang lain, penuh kapasitas kendaraan, penjemputan yang terlalu jauh. Akibatnya ada beberapa pelanggan yang tercecer atau tidak terbeli hasil panennya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode capacitated verchichle routing problem dengan algoritma Ant colony. Hasil perhitungan algoritma Ant colony memberikan hasil yang cukup baik dari sisi rata rata kapasitas angkut truk yang merata, jumlah truk penjemputan yang lebih sedikit, total jarak tempuh yang lebih pendek. Dibandingkan dari hasil penjemputan secara manual.

Abstract

The selection of agro-industry location is essential in establishing, growing, and relocating agro-industrial systems for all forms of product development. In this regard, white copra has displayed a great economic potential due to export demand. To response this challenge, Indragiri Hilir Regency in Riau Province might become the most promising area since the location is lack of agroindustrial activity. Such condition leads to a excessive supply of coconut, which is in turn, causing the low price. This work aimed determine the best location for developing agroindustry for edible white copra based on multiple criteria. According to the findings, this research successfully created a new integration SCOR with Fuzzy AHP based on a multiple-criteria approach. At the first and second level, each option has equal rate of importance for each attribute and metric, while at the third level, corresponding to the highest importance, is the adaptability for increased shipping, procurement cost, days for coconut inventory, days for edible white copra stock. The fourth level, also corresponding to the highest importance, includes standard conformity, transportation facility, and the percentage of orders with the correct content. Based on the analysis, the locations showing the highest to the lowest importance were Tembilahan Hulu (0.194), Tempuling (0.152), Batang Tuaka (0.160), Kempas (0.118), Kuala Indragiri (0.100), Tembilahan (0.100), Teluk Belengkong (0.087), Pelangiran (0.080), and Enok (0.072). Abstract

Sorghum is a local food ingredient, and as it grows, it has the potential to reduce reliance on imported food. From the roots to the fruit, sorghum crops can be processed into a variety of food products, crafts, and medicines. Currently, sorghum flour is only available through imports. Supply Chain Analytics, Value Chain Management, Big Data, Supply Chain Performance, and Decision Support Systems are the five defined components of a sustainable supply chain. In the future, this research covered Decision Support Systems to Improve Unequal Profits Among Farmers, Supply Chain Management Strategies, and Supply Chain Performance to Increase Productivity. Several journals were collected by the author using the Publish or Perish 8 software, including Scopus 200 journals and databases Science Direct 145, and aside from that, there is knowledge of book literature as well as knowledge of other sciences. Then, using the VOS viewer software, look for novelty to see the novelty of previously unstudied relationships. This study's novelties include methodology and substance, such as: 1. production technology for managing the design and construction of a sustainable supply chain model for the agroindustry of sorghum; 2. Choosing sorghum and estimating demand for sorghum and sorghum products using technology in the supply chain. 3. Abstract

The supply chain of the palm oil agro-industry is quite complicated and lengthy and involves many actors. This causes supply chain performance to be less than optimal. In addition, it also raises doubts applying the principle of sustainability in its business activities. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the supply chain of the palm oil agro-industry to know the actual conditions at the moment and to identify existing problems and opportunities for improvement. Thus, the right strategy can be formulated to increase the sustainability and responsiveness of the palm oil agro-industry. This study aims to identify the condition of the palm oil agro-industry supply chain mechanism and analyze the performance of the palm oil agro-industry supply chain so that improvement strategies can be formulated. Analysis of the supply chain performance of the palm oil agro-industry was determined using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method by weighting the results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process questionnaire (AHP) to obtain the supply chain. The results showed that the supply chain structure of the palm oil agro-industry consisted of farmers, transportation, palm oil mills, private partners, distributors, and consumers. Analysis of the performance of supply chain actors in the palm oil agro-industry is primarily in the medium and above average categories. Improving supply chain performance needs to be emphasized at each stage of the planning process with reliability performance attributes and performance indicators in the form of accuracy in predicting the number of requests. Alternative strategies that are prioritized to improve supply chain performance are increasing the competence of human resources and supply chain partnerships.

Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi, peran agen-agen bank menjadi semakin penting dalam memberikan layanan keuangan kepada masyarakat. Bank BNI sebagai salah satu bank terkemuka di Indonesia, memiliki jaringan agen yang luas untuk mendekatkan layanan perbankan kepada nasabah. Dalam upaya mengoptimalkan jaringan agennya, Bank BNI melakukan analisis spasial menggunakan metode clustering K-means untuk menentukan lokasi potensial pendirian Agen46 baru di DKI Jakarta. Selain itu, juga dilakukan pembuatan model klasifikasi random forest Agen46 produktif dan non-produktif untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan mesin EDC dan menghemat biaya operasional. Berdasarkan analisis spasial dengan metode clustering K-means, ditemukan tujuh lokasi potensial untuk pendirian Agen46 baru di DKI Jakarta, yaitu kecamatan Jagakarsa, Makasar, Pesanggrahan, Grogol Petamburan, Taman Sari, Tambora, dan Johar Baru. Model klasifikasi yang dibuat berhasil membedakan Agen46 yang produktif dan non-produktif dengan akurasi yang tinggi. Selain itu, pembuatan model klasifikasi Agen46 menjadi penting dalam mengenali agen-agen yang tidak produktif, sehingga dapat dilakukan antisipasi dan penanggulangan yang cepat untuk memperbaiki efisiensi penggunaan mesin EDC. Hasil analisis prediksi dan model klasifikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan dan dasar kebijakan yang lebih baik bagi Bank BNI dalam menentukan lokasi penempatan mesin EDC Agen46 di masa depan. Dengan demikian, diharapkan Bank BNI dapat mempercepat proses pengklasifikasian Agen46, meningkatkan pemanfaatan mesin EDC, dan mengoptimalkan efisiensi biaya terkait dengan agen-agen BNI.
