Abstract

Pertanian di Indonesia merupakan sektor yang tangguh, sehingga diperkirakan dapatmenjadi sumber pertumbuhan ekonomi. Program Agropolitan telah dicanangkan sejak tahun2002 strateginya berdasarkan pada “Agro based sustainable development“ yang diyakini dapatmemperkokoh perekonomian bangsa Indonesia dan menjamin pembangunan berkelanjutanyang berwawasan lingkungan. Analisis tingkat persepsi dan partisipasi masyarakat pertaniandalam pengelolaan usahatani sayuran dataran tinggi (USDT) berkelanjutan dimaksudkan agardapat diupayakan kawasan agropolitan yang berkelanjutan.Penelitian dilakukan di Kawasan Agropolitan Pacet, Cianjur dengan jumlah responden67 orang anggota masyarakat pertanian dengan menggunakan analisis semantik dengan skalaLikert. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat pertanian memiliki persepsi yang setujuterhadap pengelolaan USDT berkelanjutan di Kawasan Agropolitan Pacet, Cianjur. Namunhasil analisis partisipasinya menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat pertanian tidak aktif dalampengelolaan USDT berkelanjutan sehingga diperlukan upaya-upaya yang serius olehpemerintah secara bersama-sama dengan masyarakat dan pihak terkait untuk meningkatkankinerjanya dalam pengelolaan usahatani sayuran dataran tinggi berkelanjutan di KawasanAgropolitan Pacet, Cianjur.

Abstract

The scheduling of the machine maintenance system is a system that can assist companies in preventing machine damage which results in disrupted production processes. Corrective treatment methods have not been able to guarantee a smooth production process. This research will plan preventive maintenance activities to increase the reliability of production machines using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) approach. The result shows the highest downtime was boiler station with a percentage of 22.25%. The machine that works at the boiler station which has the highest level of damage was the fuel conveyor 2 with a percentage of 35.10%. The critical components which are the root causes of the highest damage problems in the fuel conveyor 2 machine were electromotor, chain coupling, and gearbox. In the electromotor, chain coupling, and gearbox components, preventive maintenance scheduling based on the results of each simulation were when t = 158, t = 190, and t = 67, respectively. The results of critical component maintenance scheduling indicated the achievement of the reliability value from before. After doing preventive maintenance, the reliability value of each component increased by 12%, 32%, and 8%, respectively. The frequency of periodic inspection every month on electromotor, chain coupling, and gearbox components were at least 4 times, 3 times, and 10 times, respectively. Abstract

Teacher Performance Assessment guarantees a quality learning process at all levels of education. Educational supervision will be carried out with the aim to improve the quality of teaching / teacher so that the competitiveness of students studying at the school will increase towards a better direction. Supervision assessment is a class visit technique to obtain data about the actual situation regarding the ability and skills of teachers in teaching and mastery of class. To determine the teacher's performance, one approach can be done using the Balanced Source card. The determination of teacher performance is then processed using Analytic Network Process-based modeling to improve teacher evaluation criteria that are still low. With the help of Super Decision software, a decision support system was created in determining teacher performance. The results of this study are the recommendations of permanent teachers in Junior High Schools, High Schools, Vocational Schools Yadika 12 Depok based on performance to be objective and make more efficient decisions.

Abstract

Vegetation can be an important indicator of ecosystem change, the influence of anthropogenic and non-anthropogenic factors. Therefore, it is important to study the dynamics of vegetation changes. One technique that can be used for vegetation analysis is the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI). NDVI is an indicator of the active biomass that helps distinguish vegetation from other land cover and can provide information about changes in Spatio-temporal vegetation dynamics, thus allowing for assessment of the ecological conditions. This study aimed to investigate the dynamic of vegetation in the Sangkub watershed area located in North Sulawesi Province. This analysis used geospatial technology with the NDVI method, utilizing Landsat 5 and Landsat 8 satellite imagery data in three periods the year 2000, 2015, and 2020. The results showed that vegetation cover of the Sangkub watershed decreased substantially, whereas the non-vegetated area increased gradually over time.

Abstract

One of important aspect in codification strategy in relation to knowledge management implementation is selective in choosing knowledge area to be codified. This paper showed a model for selecting key knowledge area using knowledge gap analysis and importance-performance matrix with fuzzy logic approach from latex dipped production process. Model was packaged in decision support system which designed using visual basic for applications and Matlab programming. Fuzzy average technique and Sugeno fuzzy inference system were used in this model. Four key knowledge areas detected based on two methods. They were compound formulation, product inspection and failure analysis, dispersion inspection and leaching.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang potensi dan pengembangan obyek wisata Goa Gong yang merupakan tujuan wisata yang sangat menarik di wilayah Pacitan khususnya di Desa Bomo Kecamatan Punung Kabupaten Pacitan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab persoalan yang dipertanyakan dalam penelitian yaitu mengetahui potensi yang dapat di kembangkan,hambatan yang dihadapi oleh Pemerintah setempat dalam pengembangan obyek wisata Goa Gong, serta upaya pemerintah meningkatkan promosi dan publikasi mengenai obyek wisata Goa Gong. Penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif untuk memperoleh gambaran informasi yang berhubungan dengan potensi dan pengembangan Goa Gong. Metode yangdigunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah dengan studidokumen, wawancara, observasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif dengan disajikan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan Goa Gong mempunyai potensi besar untuk dijadikan sebagai salah satu tujuan wisata alam. Berbagai upaya telah diusahakan olehPemerintah Daerah maupun dari kalangan industri pariwisata untuk mengembangkan kegiatan pariwisata Goa Gong sehingga banyak wisatawan yang berkunjung di Goa Gong meskipun demikian masih ditemukan hambatan-hambatan.

Abstract

The rice supply chain is important to achieve food security. It has various perspectives, challenges or issues that causes a complex problem in supply chain system. The existing problem are related to food availability, inventory level, fragmented distribution, affordability of prices, accessibility, variation of business processes and the environmental impact from production and logistics system. Moreover integration framework in the dimension of sustainability is limited. The objective of this article is to identify current problems to construct the idea of supply chain integration and to build the formulation for improvement the value of rice supply chain. Fifty articles discuss rice supply chain. The remaining discuss on increasing rice productivity, inventory optimization, performance improvement, and traceability. The VOS viewer result showed that sustainability is connected to the supply chain at a distant position which indicates that sustainability has the opportunity to be studied wider range in future research. The gap analysis showed that the production increase is limited to agronomy innovation and didn’t consider sustainable characteristics input. The indirect innovations that use information technology for precision farming also had not been comprehensively collaborated. The production absorption had not been considered in inventory optimization and traceability system had not been developed for supply availability. The improvement activities to fill the gap will transform supply chain performance more efficient, responsive and minimum environmental impacts for the enhancement of the sustainability value of the rice supply chain. Abstract

The distribution of benefits among supply chain actors is complex and full of challenges because various factors, including uncertainty, influence it. This study aims to solve the problem of profit distribution to produce a fair profit distribution among supply chain actors by incorporating elements of uncertainty, risk, and value-added. The model of fair profit distribution is made using the cooperative game theory approach with fuzzy Shapley values, which incorporates the elements of uncertainty in profit, risk, and added value. The fair profit distribution between supply chain actors is validated in the sago agro-industry supply chain in the Meranti Islands Regency. The risks of each supply chain actor were obtained using the fuzzy analytical hierarchy process technique, with risk values of 0.52, 0.23, 0.2, and 0.29 for farmers, traders, wet starch agro-industries, and dry starch agro-industries, respectively. While the value-added ratio of each supply chain actor is 12%, 35.92%, 13.9%, and 15.1%, respectively, as obtained by the Hayami method. The model validation results show that the fair profit distribution to farmers is 17.77%, to traders it is 29.69%, to the wet starch agro-industry it is 9.91%, and to the dry starch agro-industry it is 42.63% of the total supply chain profits. This result is more proportional than the current profit distribution, which is respectively 10.03%, 15.29%, 1.7%, and 72.98%. These results are considered fairer and more proportional because they take into account the uncertainty of the benefits, risks, and added value of each actor in the sago agro-industry supply chain. Abstract

Depleting stockpile of fossil fuels and rising global temperature due to the greenhouse effect are probably the two most threatening factors to civilization sustainability. Converting biomass into a readily available energy source will help reduce dependency on fossil fuels, whilst at the same time moderating greenhouse gas emmissions due to its carbon neutrality. Palm oil industry is the largest source of biomass in Indonesia and the available quantity to be utilized is growing inline with the steady growth of the generating industry. Among various wastes from palm oil processing, palm kernel shell is an oil palm biomass with high potential to be applied as a source of energy, given its high caloric value and distinctive physical properties. This source of renewable energy can be utilized by industries with thermal conversion processes. As a prerequisite, a feasibility study on technical, environmental, and economic aspects needs to be carried out. From long term perspective, supply, demand, and regulatory situational analysis will also be required. Lastly, a review on the existing palm kernel shell supply chain will help to understand its current situation. Based on literature studies and field observations, we have identified supply and demand characteristics that will be valuable in constructing an effective, efficient, and sustainable supply chain model of palm kernel shell. Understanding these characteristics is a precursor in realizing this massive potential of renewable energy source in the industrial context.

Abstract

Latar belakang pengabdian ini adalah adanya perubahan paradigma dalam berbisnis dari konvensional menjadi online, terutama di era globalisasi dan teknologi informasi yang semakin maju. Desa Sewurejo, KHDTK UNS Karanganyar menjadi contoh dalam pengembangan bisnis online di tingkat desa, sebagai bagian dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta. Artikel ini memaparkan proses pengabdian yang dilakukan, mulai dari tahap penyuluhan dan sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis, hingga pendampingan dan evaluasi. . Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada masyarakat desa terkait pengembangan bisnis online melalui marketplace. Hasil yang dicapai meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat dalam berbisnis online, peningkatan pendapatan, dan pemberdayaan potensi lokal. Meski dihadapkan pada tantangan seperti keterbatasan akses dan keterampilan teknologi, program ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Sewurejo.
