Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini mengusung tema “Peningkatan Nilai Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Purbayan dengan Mengembangkan Potensi UMKM di Era Digitalisasi.” Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Desa Purbayan, Kecamatan Baki, Kabupaten Sukoharjo, dari tanggal 3 Februari hingga 3 Maret 2025, dengan tema “Peningkatan Nilai Ekonomi Masyarakat Desa Purbayan dengan Mengembangkan Potensi UMKM di Era Digitalisasi.” Sasaran kegiatan mencakup perangkat desa, pelaku UMKM, Karang Taruna, Ibu PKK, murid SD, penyandang disabilitas, dan masyarakat umum. Dalam pelaksanaannya, data diperoleh melalui empat metode: (1) observasi langsung terhadap aktivitas masyarakat dan UMKM, (2) wawancara dengan pelaku UMKM, (3) studi pustaka dengan menelaah referensi yang relevan, dan (4) dokumentasi berupa pengumpulan data tertulis, foto, dan dokumen terkait UMKM Desa Purbayan. Kegiatan KKN bertujuan meningkatkan nilai ekonomi masyarakat dengan mengembangkan UMKM berbasis potensi lokal dan teknologi digital. Dua UMKM yang menjadi fokus adalah Suryo Art, pengrajin wayang fungsional yang telah menembus pasar internasional dan aktif melestarikan budaya melalui media digital, serta Vita Merchandise, produsen tas dan dompet yang telah mengalami transformasi bisnis dan memberdayakan perempuan lokal, dengan strategi pemasaran digital yang terus berkembang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Suryo Art dan Vita Merchandise memiliki potensi besar untuk berkembang melalui teknologi digital, seperti media sosial dan e-commerce, yang membantu memperluas pasar dan meningkatkan brand awareness. Meski demikian, keduanya menghadapi tantangan dalam konsistensi pengelolaan konten akibat keterbatasan waktu dan sumber daya. Solusi yang disarankan mencakup penggunaan aplikasi manajemen media sosial dan penjadwalan konten rutin. Selain itu, kedua UMKM berkontribusi terhadap pemberdayaan perempuan dan pelestarian budaya lokal, khususnya Suryo Art dengan seni wayangnya yang modern dan mendunia. Secara keseluruhan, digitalisasi terbukti mampu mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Purbayan. Sinergi antara pelestarian budaya dan inovasi digital memperkuat daya saing UMKM. Untuk pertumbuhan yang berkelanjutan, diperlukan dukungan pelatihan manajerial, inovasi produk, digital marketing yang efektif, pemberdayaan tenaga kerja lokal, serta penguatan akses modal dan infrastruktur. Pendekatan menyeluruh ini akan menjadikan UMKM sebagai pilar utama peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi desa.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah penghasil kentang terbesar di Asia Tenggara. Produksi tahunan rata-rata 1,09 juta ton. Begitu pula produktivitasnya masih rendah, berkisar 16,4 - 18,22 ton / ha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengusulkan perencanaan strategis Green Logistic Distribution Center (GLDC) pada agroindustri kentang dengan menggunakan Interpretative Structure Modelling (ISM). Kontribusi penelitian ini adalah kami menggunakan ISM untuk menganalisis kebijakan keberlanjutan program logistik hijau yang mencakup masalah sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tujuan seperti ketersediaan bahan baku (1), pemasok kentang (3), pasar (5), transportasi lalu lintas (7), faktor ekonomi (8), dan masalah lingkungan (9) meliputi keterkaitan variabel. dari sistem. Setiap tindakan terhadap tujuan tersebut akan menghasilkan program GLDC yang berhasil, sedangkan kurangnya perhatian terhadap tujuan tersebut akan menyebabkan kegagalan program. Dalam hal ini, daya penggeraknya besar tetapi memiliki sedikit ketergantungan pada program. Sementara sub-elemen tujuan lainnya dikategorikan sebagai tergantung, ini ditafsirkan lebih sebagai hasil dari tindakan obyektif lainnya. Dengan dua bentuk informasi, diagram matriks ISM dan DP-D, pendalaman program GLDC dimungkinkan untuk mendukung perencanaan strategis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauh mana pengaruh pengetahuan, budaya, religiusitas terhadap minat menabung menggunakan BMT. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara kepada anggota KSPPS BMT Muamalat Cabang Bekonang. Penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Multikolineritas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, dan Uji Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda menggunakan Uji t dan F serta Uji Determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat menabung anggota menggunakan BMT. Variabel budaya berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat menabung anggota menggunakan BMT. Variabel religiusitas tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat menabung anggota menggunakan BMT. Terdapat pengaruh antara pengetahuan, budaya, religiusitas terhadap minat menabung anggota BMT.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of income, financial literacy, and investment knowledge on interest in sharia investment in Kartasura District. This research is quantitative research that uses primary data with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed randomly to 100 respondents. This research uses a descriptive statistical data analysis method with the help of IBM SPSS Statistics version 23 software and hypothesis testing is carried out using a partial test (t test) with a significance level of 5%. The results obtained from the partial test (t test) are that income has no significant effect on interest in sharia investment in Kartasura District. Meanwhile, financial literacy and investment knowledge have a partially significant effect on interest in sharia investment in Kartasura District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the health level of the Sharia Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSPPS) Usaha Barokah Jatipurno, which plays a vital role in supporting micro and small businesses based on sharia principles. The research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with financial ratio analysis, covering aspects of capital, asset quality, management, profitability, and liquidity. Data were collected through documentation studies of financial reports, structured interviews with cooperative management, and direct observation of cooperative operations. The analysis results show that KSPPS Usaha Barokah Jatipurno's Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) increased from 25% to 27% over two years, the problematic productive asset ratio remained stable at 3%, and the current ratio stood at 2.0, indicating good liquidity conditions. With a health assessment score of 84%, the cooperative is categorized as being in a "Fairly Healthy" condition. These findings recommend strengthening risk management, innovating sharia-compliant financial products, enhancing human resource capacity, and conducting regular evaluations to improve the cooperative's performance and sustainability in the future.

Abstract

Fishing vessels for catching small pelagic fish resources in fishing line III FMA 572 are dominated by vessels with a capacity of <30 GT. The capacity of vessels and fishing gear for pelagic types is 180 GT purse vessels. The research is study development of technical specifications of 180 GT purse seine vessel. The research method is a research design of 180 GT fishing vessels with Autocad and Maksurf software. The findings of the technical specifications of purse seine vessels are 180 GT with a length of 35.30 m with a speed of 8 knots. This fishing vessel uses purse seine fishing gear with a length of 600 m and a width of 150 m, which is equipped with a power block and fish pump, which can increase crew efficiency by 40% to 46% and the time for setting net purse seine, hauling and braiiling is faster by 16, 67% to 42.86%. This 180 GT purse seine vessel can operate for 50 days with 27 crews with a fuel tank capacity of 44,525 tons. In the shipbuilding process, it is recommended to use domestic components and material products to increase the speed of the production process and ease the supply of spare parts.

Abstract

Fish resources in FMA 572 have not been managed optimally, especially small pelagic species of 82,573 tons. These waters with high wave conditions of 0.2 – 6 meters are located around the waters of West Aceh, the West Indian Ocean of Aceh, the waters of Nias–Sibolga, the waters of the Indian Ocean–West Lampung, and the Sunda Strait. The purpose of this study was to analyze the owner requirements for 180 GT purse seine vessels as a basis for planning the ship's technical specifications. The research method using a single case study with research respondents is purposive sampling. The research findings explain that the Ship dimension is around 35 meters, the Service velocity of 8 knots, the propulsion system is I line engine model, the auxiliary engine system is a dual-engine model, the Fish storage system uses Cargo hold freezer system, and Fishing aids using Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs) and light lamps, Total crew of 27 Personnel, Fish detection equipment using fish finder equipment, Fishing gear pulling with winch mechanical and power block and the ship's operating time 50 days as well. To increase productivity, it is recommended to standardize purse seine vessels with modern equipment to improve fuel efficiency, and ship crew and reduce ship production costs, so that the price of ships is affordable for fishery business actors.

Abstract

The supply chain of the palm oil agro-industry is quite complicated and lengthy and involves many actors. This causes supply chain performance to be less than optimal. In addition, it also raises doubts applying the principle of sustainability in its business activities. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the performance of the supply chain of the palm oil agro-industry to know the actual conditions at the moment and to identify existing problems and opportunities for improvement. Thus, the right strategy can be formulated to increase the sustainability and responsiveness of the palm oil agro-industry. This study aims to identify the condition of the palm oil agro-industry supply chain mechanism and analyze the performance of the palm oil agro-industry supply chain so that improvement strategies can be formulated. Analysis of the supply chain performance of the palm oil agro-industry was determined using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method by weighting the results of the Analytical Hierarchy Process questionnaire (AHP) to obtain the supply chain. The results showed that the supply chain structure of the palm oil agro-industry consisted of farmers, transportation, palm oil mills, private partners, distributors, and consumers. Analysis of the performance of supply chain actors in the palm oil agro-industry is primarily in the medium and above average categories. Improving supply chain performance needs to be emphasized at each stage of the planning process with reliability performance attributes and performance indicators in the form of accuracy in predicting the number of requests. Alternative strategies that are prioritized to improve supply chain performance are increasing the competence of human resources and supply chain partnerships.

Abstract

This study aims to design a system dynamics model to analyze and improve sugarcane-based procurement at PT Sukses Mantap Sejahtera (PT SMS). The model integrates three subsystems—plantation, production, and demand—to represent the interactions among supply sources, milling capacity, and regional sugar needs. Model validation using Theil's Inequality Statistics confirms the simulation results with actual data, indicating that most deviations arise from random noise rather than systematic bias. Five policy scenarios were designed to enhance system performance: (1) increasing sugarcane prices, (2) introducing subsidies for machinery rental and fertilizers, (3) improving sugarcane yield to 7.68%, (4) expanding livestock routes in the nucleus estate to 210 hectares, and (5) combining Scenarios 2, 3, and 4. Scenario 5 demonstrates the best performance, increasing sugarcane and WCS production by 4.06% and 8.32% annually. By 2030, sugarcane reaches 510,396.56 tons (+6.74%) with 68.05% milling utilization, producing 39,198.46 tons of WCS (+12.14%) and meeting 64.91% of demand in Eastern Indonesia. These results underscore the importance of integrated management, stakeholder collaboration, and Good Agricultural Practices.

Abstract

Background: QRIS, Indonesia’s unified national digital payment standard, was introduced to promote financial inclusion and transaction efficiency. However, adoption among micro banking customers remains suboptimal due to limited digital literacy, uneven merchant coverage, and competition from fintech-based e-wallet platforms. Objective: This study aims to develop an optimization strategy to enhance QRIS adoption among micro banking customers of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Cimahi Branch, with a focus on increasing the Low Cost Fund (LCF) portfolio. Methods: This study employed a mixed-methods descriptive-analytical approach. Primary data were collected from 179 micro banking customers through observations, in-depth interviews, and questionnaires, supplemented by expert judgment from bank management and regulators. Secondary data included internal financing reports and official publications. Strategic analysis was conducted using the IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE Matrix, QSPM, and AHP methods. Results: The findings indicate that the IFE score of 2.60 and the EFE score of 2.38 placed BSI Cimahi Branch in a “Hold and Maintain” strategic position. Among the alternative strategies identified, the WO strategy—focused on improving digital literacy and optimizing QRIS usage through structured training and merchant assistance programs—obtained the highest Total Attractiveness Score (TAS = 6.24) and was confirmed as the priority strategy by AHP, with a global weight of 0.3498. Conclusion: The prioritized WO strategy supports the sustainable growth of LCF transaction volume, average account balances, and the Micro Banking segment at BSI Cimahi Branch by addressing the core barrier of inadequate digital literacy among micro merchants.
