Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship orientation toward market orientation and cooperation performance. The research population is primary cooperation in Palu, that include 70 primary cooperations which is still active in operation until year of 2009, with the CEO from every cooperation as a respondents. Validity and reliability of the research instrument were tested through Second Order conformatory factory analysis (CFA) and path analysis is used to test research hypothesis. Research result shows that: (1) Entrepreneurship orientation affect cooperation performance (2) Entrepreneurship orientation affect market orientation (3) market orientation affect cooperation performance (4) Entrepreneurship orientation affect cooperation performance through market orientation. The implication of this research, is how to integrate entrepreneurship orientation and market orientation as an effort to improve cooperation performance.Keywords: Entrepreneurship orientation, market orientation, cooperation performance

Abstract

This research is observing individual characteristic, job stress, and job satisfaction in Malang police Department's members. The objective of this research is to analyze the effect of individual characteristic toward job stress and job satisfaction, the effect of job stress toward job satisfaction and the effect of individual characteristic toward job satisfaction through job stress. The research population is the member of operational division of police department, which are : samapta, lantas, intelkam, reskrim dan reskoba. Research sample consist of 80 police department members. Data collection done using questionnaire. Path analysis method is used to test research hypothesis. Research result shows that individual characteristic significantly affect job stress in negative way. The stronger individual character, the better he deals with pressure, so he would not to be stressed easily. Individual characteristic will encourage individuals to have high job satisfaction. Job stress significantly affect job satisfaction in negative way. Stressed individual tend to have lower job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research is discussed about Lifestyle and trust influenced by Repurchase intention trough attitude. The aims of this research is to understand Influence of life style on the intention repurchasing consumers, Effect of trust on the intention repurchasing consumers, Influence of attitudes toward the purchase intention of re-consumers, Influence of life style to the attitude of repeat purchases of consumer, Effect of trust on the attitudes of repeat purchase consumer, the effect of life style of the consumer repeat purchase intention mediated by the attitude of the people of Malang City, the influence of trust on consumer repeat purchase intention mediated by attitude. Data analysis using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis methods toward Malang Citizen. This result research has shown that Life style variable has a positive and significant effect on the Buying Intention, trust has a positive and significant impact on the Buying Intention, attitude variable has a positive and significant impact on the Buying Intention, lifestyle have positive and significant effect to consumer attitude, trust has a positive and significant impact on consumer attitudes, attitude is indirectly able to influence the relationship between Life style and Intention Purchase, attitude is indirectly able to influence the relationship between Trust and Intention Purchase.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of rare resources oncompetitive advantage and business performance. This research was conducted onTenun Ikat SMEs Lamongan. The research sample was 35 business units selected usingsaturated sampling method, that is all the members of the population sampled. The unitof analysis in this study is SMEs and put the owners/managers as respondents. Datawere analyzed by Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The resultsshowed that rare resources are related to competitive advantage and businessperformance, that competitive advantage is related to business performance, and thatcompetitive advantage mediates the rare resources – performance relationship.  Keywords: rare resources, competitive advantage, business performance

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand exposure dan brand experience terhadap brand trust dan brand recall pada produk smartphone kategori high-end. Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 200 responden pengguna smartphone kategori high-end di Kota Malang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: (1) berdomisili di Kota Malang; (2) telah berusia minimal 21 tahun; dan (3) menggunakan smartphone kategori high-end. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan SmartPLS 2.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada hubungan brand experience terhadap brand recall, brand experience terhadap brand trust, brand trust terhadap brand recall dan tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada hubungan brand exposure terhadap brand recall dan brand exposure terhadap brand trust. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa brand trust memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara brand experience dan brand recall, dan brand trust tidak memediasi secara signifikan hubungan antara brand exposure dan brand recall.Kata kunci: brand exposure, brand experience, brand trust, brand recallAbstract: The aims of this study was to determine the influence of brand exposure and brand experience on brand trust and brand recall on high-end smartphone in Malang. The total samples of 200 users of high-end smartphone are used as respondend on this study, collected using purposive sampling technique with the following criteria: (1) domiciled in Malang; (2) have at least 21 years; and (3) using a high-end smartphone. Data analysis techniques used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 2.0. The results of this study indicate that there is significant influence on the relationship between brand experience to brand recall, brand experience to brand trust, and brand trust to brand recall. This study also found that there is no significant influence on the relationship between brand exposure to brand recall and brand exposure to brand trust. In addition, the results of this study also showed that brand trust is significantly mediate the relationship between brand experience to brand recall, and brand trust is not significantly mediate the relationship between brand exposure to brand recall.Keywords: brand exposure, brand experience, brand trust, brand recall

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the role of Islamic Work Ethic and locus of control in improving job satisfaction both directly and indirectly. The study population is 607 Muslim Civil Servants (PNS) and working in regional work units (SKPD) North Buton Regency. The sample that obtained for this study are 124 civil servants (PNS). Sampling was done by using a proportional (proportionate random sampling), in each instances, with 8% of precision rate. The data collection method was a customized questionnaire survey method based on Likert scale 1-5. The analysis tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with hypothesis testing process used software application program Smart PLS 3.0.The results showed that the Islamic Work Ethic and Locus Of Control has a positive and significant influence either directly or indirectly on Job Satisfaction, thus concluded that the Islamic work ethics and locus of control proved to increase employee satisfaction in work units (SKPD) , North Buton Regency. The practical contribution of this research is to provide information to the Civil Servants (PNS) and Local Government in order to always improve understanding and programs related to the increase in work attitudes Civil Servants (PNS), especially in the scope of work units (SKPD). While theoretically this study contribute to the development of different models of measurement variables from previous studies, in which the role of the Islamic Work Ethic variables and Locus of Control as exogenous variables are reflective, while job satisfaction variables as endogenous variables are formative. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of entrepreneurial behavior and information technology on the performance of online entrepreneurs. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is embroidery business actors in Pasuruan Regency, East Java, who sell their products online. The sample in this study was 180 respondents. The data used was primary data which was processed using WarpPLS 6.0. The results showed that perceived usefulness had no effect on company performance, but perceived ease of use and entrepreneurial behavior in online selling significantly affected company performance. Perceived usefulness had no effect on entrepreneurial behavior in online selling, while perceived ease of use significantly affected entrepreneurial behavior in online selling. Entrepreneurial behavior in online selling did not mediate the effect of perceived usefulness on performance. In contrast, entrepreneurial behavior in online selling partially mediated the effect of perceived ease of use on company performance.

Abstract

This systematic literature research explored the characteristics of Digital Organizational Culture (DOC) in the Post Covid-19 period. Data on specific criteria of 63 DOC articles published between 2020 and 2022 were collected from the Google Scholar database using the Publish or Perish software. The data collected were analyzed using the matrix synthesis method and source suitability index technique. The results showed that ten DOC characteristics meet the criteria, including cross-functional collaboration, digital leadership, digital innovation culture, employee digital skills, digital technology change orientation, digital data management, risk-taking, customer digital experience focus, flexibility agility, and digital mindset. Consistency of key elements from at least three sources is required for further model development. The practical implications of this research are expected to serve as a guide for the implementation of DOC in the future, both in terms of its impact on the success of digital transformation and on organizational performance, especially in the post-COVID-19. Keywords: Digital Transformation, Digital Organizational Culture, Digital Corporate Culture, Post COVID-19

Abstract

Karyawan yang memiliki tingkat kejenuhan paling tinggi kemungkinan besar akan mengundurkan diri dari pekerjaannya sehingga pekerjaannya tidak maksimal, seperti persaingan tidak sehat antar sesama karyawan, kurangnya kepuasan dalam bekerja, hal inilah yang menyebabkan gejala burnout pada karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja dan efikasi diri terhadap burnout yang dimediasi oleh stres kerja. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif pada PT Intan Metalindo dengan sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout. Beban kerja dan efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap burnout. stres kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh beban kerja terhadap burnout. Stres kerja tidak memediasi efek efikasi diri terhadap burnout.

Abstract

Employee motivation in an agency is a big challenge for every leader, one example is the salary allowance which is regulated in the remuneration system. The Rectorate of Universitas Brawijaya is the center for high leadership ranks at the university level who are authorized throughout the university environment. Brawijaya University is one of the universities that implements the Remuneration System for State Civil Apparatus under its auspices. This study aims to find out how the remuneration system is implemented in all academicians of Universitas Brawijaya and the obstacles they face. This research was conducted by using interview techniques for employees of the Remuneration System Team, Chief Administrative Officer / Deputy Dean II in the faculty environment and in-depth data collection with the Remuneration System Team of Universitas Brawijaya. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation, then the data was processed using Miles Hubermann's data analysis technique which consisted of three stages, including: Data Reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Drawing. The results of the analysis show that the remuneration system is an inseparable part of Brawijaya University, especially for Brawijaya University employees in managing human resources, the remuneration system is the performance of employees for their contribution to Brawijaya University.
