Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan Pemertahanan Bahasa Jawa di  Desa Kampung Baru Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir (Kajian Sosiolinguistik). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket, teknik rekam, teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Kampung Baru merupakan masyarakat dwibahasa. yaitu masyarakat yang mampu menggunakan lebih dari satu bahasa saat berkomunikasi, diantaranya ialah bahasa daerah Bali, Komering, Batak dan Sunda akan tetapi masyarakat Desa Kampung Baru masih mendominasi menggunakan bahasa Jawa saat berkomunikasi.Selain itu faktor pendukung yang menyebabkan bahasa Jawa dapat bertahan di desa Kampung Baru Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir Dusun 6 adalah perilaku dan sikap positif untuk bersedia menggunakan bahasa Jawa dalam kegiatan sehari-hari dan mengenalkan budaya Jawa kepada generasi muda agar mereka terus mempertahankan dan menggunakan bahasa Jawa karena merupakan ciri khas dari orang Jawa.JAVA LANGUAGE DEFENSE IN KAMPUNG BARU VILLAGE OGAN KOMERING ILIR DISTRICT (SOSIOLINGUISTIC STUDY). The purpose of this study was to describe Javanese Language Retention in Kampung Baru Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (Sociolinguistic Study). The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection uses questionnaire techniques, record techniques, interview techniques and observation. The results of this study indicate that the Kampung Baru Village community is a bilingual community. that is, people who are able to use more than one language when communicating, including the local languages of Bali, Komering, Batak and Sundanese, but the people of Kampung Baru Village still dominate using the Javanese language when communicating. In addition, the supporting factors that caused Javanese language to survive in Kampung Baru Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Dusun 6 Regency were behaviors and positive attitudes to be willing to use Javanese in daily activities and introduce Javanese culture to the younger generation so that they continued to maintain and use Javanese because it is a characteristic of Javanese people. Kata kunci: Pemertahanan Bahasa, Bahasa Daerah, Sosiolinguistik.

Abstract

Return on asset adalah salah-satu rasio profitabilitas yang digunakan untuk mengukur efektifitas perusahaan dalam menghasilkan keuntungan dari total aktiva yang digunakannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat kinerja bank yang diukur dengan Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Financing (NPF), dan Operational Effeciency Ratio (OER) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA) pada bank umum syariah milik negara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan alat bantu uji berupa Eviews 07. Dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, pemilihan  model yang paling tepat digunakan ialah model Fixed Effect, karena dianggap lebih baik dari pada model Common Effect maupun model Random Effect. Selanjutnya, secara simultan variabel CAR, NPF, dan OER berpengaruh terhadap ROA. Pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel CAR tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negatif terhadap ROA. Variabel NPF secara parsial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan dan positif terhadap ROA. Dan variabel OER secara parsial  berpengaruh secara signifikan dan negatif terhadap ROA.

Abstract

Modernism as the product of Renaissance has succeeded in couping the reality of God. The view of several western intellectuals have caused to the obscurity of human concepts which then affects to the meaning of the progress of human civilization, and further, presents serious problems almost in all social life. In the context of the archipelago (Nusantara), some Islamists groups try to establish a civilization based on materialistic point of view and with textual interpretation of the Qur'an. In fact, Islam in the archipelago genealogically has characteristics which are very spiritual so it is not appropriate to develop an advanced civilization in the archipelago based on materialist achievements as promoted by western modernism. The prophetic mission interpreted by Ṭabaṭaba’i in al-Mīzān fī Tafsīr al-Qur'an verses 1-2 and 5 gives the concept of spiritual civilization based on the Qur'an which is in line with the character of the archipelago. Thus, this study seeks to answer these research questions: first, how is the prophetic mission interpreted by Ṭabaṭaba’i in his Tafsīr al-Mīzān constructing spiritual civilization? Second, how is the construction of spiritual civilization in harmony and able to actualize the treasury of the archipelago? The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis with the approach of Ṭabaṭaba’i’s interpretation (Tafsīr) on the prophetic mission. The study finds that Ṭabaṭaba’i interpretation on the Surah al-Jumu’ah verses 1-2 and 5 gives the spiritual construction of civilization that is in line with the character of the archipelago

Abstract

The article on the influence of airline service quality, flight punctuality and brand image on passenger loyalty at Soekarno Hatta Airport is a scientific literature article within the scope of marketing management science. The purpose of this writing is to build a hypothesis regarding the influence between variables which can later be used for further research within the scope of human resource management. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data was obtained from previous research that is relevant to this research and sourced from academic online media such as Publish or Perish, Google Scholar, digital reference books and the journal Sinta. The results of this article are: 1) Airline service quality influences passenger loyalty at Soekarno Hatta Airport; 2) Punctuality of flight times influences passenger loyalty at Soekarno Hatta Airport; and 3) Brand image influences passenger loyalty at Soekarno Hatta Airport.

Abstract

The Marine Artillery Regiment is the operational command of the Marine Corps responsible for organizing the combat power of landing forces within the Marine Corps Artillery to support Amphibious Operations, Anti-Amphibious Operations, and Coastal Defense Operations on strategic islands. The purpose of Marine Artillery is to enhance the firepower of coastal defence task forces in order to thwart, destroy, or neutralize enemy Amphibious Operations and to prevent enemy troop and logistics transport ships from landing forces and their combat materials, as well as to anticipate the use of beaches and other facilities. For Fire Support Operations, the Marine Corps currently possesses the RM 70 Grad Rocket, RM 70 Vampire, and MLRS 90B Norinco. Therefore, research is needed to select the best rocket to support the Fire Support Operations of the Marine Artillery Regiment's Rocket Battalion. The methods used in this research are the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis. The research results indicate that the MLRS 90B Norinco rocket is the best option for use in Marine Corps Fire Support Operations. Meanwhile, the best strategy to be employed is an aggressive strategy, which focuses on utilizing all strengths to seize and maximize opportunities.

Abstract

AbstractThis research examines the relationship between modern structural organization theory and classical Islamic thought, with a focus on the integration of efficient management principles. Modern organizational theory, including Max Weber's bureaucratic theory, Henri Fayol's administrative management, Frederick Taylor's scientific management, and systems and network theory, has been widely applied to improve organizational efficiency and effectiveness in various sectors. This research aims to combine these principles with Islamic values contained in the thoughts of classical Muslim scholars such as Al-Mawardi, Al-Farabi, Ibn Khaldun, and Al-Ghazali, in order to produce a more holistic and applicable Islamic education management model. The method used is a literature study with a descriptive-analytic qualitative approach, which identifies similarities and synergies between the two perspectives. The research results show that the integration of modern organizational theory and Islamic values can create more inclusive, responsive and just management of Islamic educational institutions, as well as strengthen the sustainability and effectiveness of educational organizations in the future. This research provides practical implications for Islamic educational institutions in efforts to improve the quality of education and create a more meaningful learning environment. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji hubungan antara teori organisasi struktural modern dan pemikiran klasik Islam, dengan fokus pada integrasi prinsip-prinsip manajemen yang efisien. Teori organisasi modern, termasuk teori birokrasi Max Weber, manajemen administratif Henri Fayol, manajemen ilmiah Frederick Taylor, serta teori sistem dan jaringan, telah diterapkan secara luas untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi di berbagai sektor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggabungkan prinsip-prinsip tersebut dengan nilai-nilai Islam yang terkandung dalam pemikiran cendekiawan Muslim klasik seperti Al-Mawardi, Al-Farabi, Ibn Khaldun, dan Al-Ghazali, guna menghasilkan model manajemen pendidikan Islam yang lebih holistik dan aplikatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitik, yang mengidentifikasi kesamaan dan sinergi antara kedua perspektif tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teori organisasi modern dan nilai-nilai Islam dapat menciptakan pengelolaan lembaga pendidikan Islam yang lebih inklusif, responsif, dan berkeadilan, serta memperkuat keberlanjutan dan efektivitas organisasi pendidikan di masa depan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih bermakna.

Abstract

The perspective of materialism initiated by some western scholars has obscured the concept of man. One of them is limiting that humans are merely material, the implication is that the progress of a generation is determined by the abundance of material aspects. In addition, by limiting humans to materiality, it also affirms human limitations, due to limited material. If humans are only limited matter, when the material is destroyed, human existence ends. The above view is increasingly making efforts to foster materialism, thus giving serious problems to almost all social order. Of course the above view is not in accordance with the principles in the Koran. However, in some circles of Islam there is a similarity with materialists regarding the benchmarks of the success of a human progress that is through achievements that are materialistic and put aside the spiritual elements, one of which is the discourse of territorial control in the name of Islam carried by radical Islamism, even willing to do acts of terror that worry the public. Fatally, this was legitimized through their interpretation of the Koran. These two understandings, both materialism and radical Islamism are not able to create an advanced generation, because they deny the spiritual or psychological element of man which is the most principle for humans, which distinguishes humans from other creatures. In addition to the two contexts of the problem, Islam in the archipelago is geneologically has a character that tends to be spiritual, so it is not appropriate to develop the concept of an advanced archipelago based on materialistic achievements as promoted by modernist materialism and radical Islamism. Purification of souls interpreted by Thabathaba'i in Al-Mizan provides an advanced concept of spiritual construction based on the Qur'an which is essential and in line with the spiritual characteristics of the archipelago. From it, an important aspect of humanity, which is spirituality, is to be accommodated, and used as a motor to create an advanced spiritual person, without ignoring materiality. This paper seeks to uncover Thabathabai's interpretation and is contextualized with the views of Islamic and Sufi philosophers regarding the mentality of the soul and its relationship to human behavior with descriptive analysis methods. Thus the spiritual beings of the archipelago are developed going forward that accommodate all aspects of humanity and are based on the Qur'an.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini merupakan kolaborasi antara Tim PKM Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) Universitas Tanjungpura dengan LP3H Halal Center Salimah Kalimantan Barat serta PW Salimah Kalimantan Barat. Tujuan utama kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pemahaman UMKM di Kota Pontianak tentang pentingnya sertifikasi halal serta membantu mereka dalam proses pengajuan sertifikasi halal. Melalui sosialisasi yang diikuti oleh 30 peserta UMKM, kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta tentang manfaat sertifikasi halal yang meliputi peningkatan daya saing usaha, perluasan akses pasar, dan peningkatan kepercayaan konsumen. Pemateri, Dr. Bustami, SE, M.Si dan Dr. Rika Wulandari, S.Si., M.Si, memberikan penjelasan yang rinci tentang konsep halal, proses pengajuan, dan persyaratan sertifikasi halal oleh LPPOM MUI. Kegiatan ini menganut anggapan keliru mengenai sertifikasi halal, sehingga peserta memiliki pandangan yang lebih jelas dan positif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa banyak peserta memerlukan pendampingan lebih lanjut dalam proses pengajuan sertifikasi dan informasi mengenai skema pembiayaan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan untuk menyediakan pendampingan program berkelanjutan, menyebarkan informasi tentang skema pembiayaan, serta menjalin kerjasama yang lebih erat dengan pemerintah dan lembaga terkait.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of facilities, product diversity, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions at Islamic supermarkets (PT. Cepat Versi Arli) Singkawang City. This study consists of independent variables of facilities, product diversity, price and service quality, dependent variables of service decisions. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were customers who had shopped at PT. Cepat Versi Arli Singkawang City. The data collection technique uses the distribution of questionnaires with questions or statements that have been provided and distribution via g-form. The sample taken amounted to 100 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially the facility variable had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product diversity had a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, service quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, the variables of facilities, product diversity, price and service quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Financial distress is a state that indicates the downward trend in an enterprise’s cash flow that occurs to bankruptcies. The purpose of this study is to compare the predictive model Altman, Zmijewski, and Springate in order to determine the parameters of corporate financial traouble. 24 manufacturing firms included in the Indonesia Islamic Stoc Index made up the sample. The study’s finding demonstrated that the prediction model was successful in identifying the financial difficulties of the business. Among the models, the Zmijewski model has the highest accuracy and thus the best model performance.
