Political party and power are two interdependent elements. In political party there exist a number of groups of interest. They can influence economical policy of the ruler. Political party and power are also influenced by cultural values. Abstract

Teknologi Internet of Things (IoT) dapat mempermudah aktifitas manusia dalam melakukan proses pengendalian dan pemantauan suatu perangkat. Seperti pada proses pemantauan konsumsi daya listrik pada sebuah gedung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan menerapkan teknologi IoT pada sistem monitoring konsumsi daya listrik. Sistem ini dilengkapi dengan sensor ZMPT101B, SCT 013-000, dan Ethernet Shield. Sensor ZMPT101B digunakan untuk mengukur  amplitudo tegangan AC, sedangkan sensor SCT 013-000 merupakan sensor yang digunakan untuk mengukur arus AC. Ethernet Shield  digunakan untuk mengirim data dari mikrokontroler Arduino Uno R3 ke internet. Sistem monitoring ini kemudian dapat diakses menggunakan antarmuka Ubidots. Hasil pengujian sensor tegangan menunjukan tingkat akurasi sebesar 98,93%, pengujian sensor arus memiliki tingkat akurasi sebesar 95,66%, dan pengujian konsumsi daya listrik memperlihatkan tingkat akurasi sebesar 97,56%. Parameter daya listrik ini juga dapat dipantau melalui perangkat antarmuka Ubidiots dengan menggunakan akses internet.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Implementation, inhibiting and supporting factors, the concept of distribution of social assistance programs for economic empowerment for citronella farmers in Gayo Lues Regency. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, documentation, triangulation. The results showed that the implementation of the distribution model of social assistance programs for economic empowerment was carried out by a model by name by address and the implementation was carried out effectively marked by the achievement of the minimum target of land planted by lemongrass farmers according to the name and address of the farmer. The inhibiting factor, when viewed from the contents of the policy, is still lack of support from human resources, funding sources, infrastructure, and technology. Inhibiting factors, when viewed from the policy context include: Various interests of individual implementors involved in program implementation, law enforcement, farmer business locations, and marketing. Supporting factors for policy content are the influence of fewer interests, changes in responsible behavior, transparency, clear tasks and functions, high work motivation, good coordination and communication, decision making by regional leaders, and strong support from the farming community. Supporting the policy context is the existence of a legal umbrella, fewer interests, empowerment oriented, based on regulations. The concept of channeling the Social Assistance Program for Economic Empowerment of Serai Wangi Farmers by using the PASTI Concept (Supervision, Accountability, Resources, Legal Actions, Implementation).

Abstract

The process of human development is inseparable from the influence of the environment, so the development of adolescents who sit in junior high school will be different from adolescents in high school, or in college, even though human life is definitely not going to be separated from the past and the future. Adolescence is one of the development periods experienced by humans in their lives. During the transition, adolescents are in an unstable condition. There is a feeling of insecurity, because they have to change or change the behavior patterns of adolescents from children to adults. From this transition period the potential for social conflict arises, because of the desire to meet human needs. Sociodrama is one of the techniques in group guidance that aims to solve social problems that arise in human relationships that can be implemented if most group members face similar social problems, or if they want to practice or change certain attitudes. Conflicts can have positive or negative effects, and they always exist in life. The problem is how the conflict can be managed in such a way that it does not cause social disintegration. Therefore, it needs a conflict management, so that the conflict can be controlled and directed

Abstract

The Government of Gayo Lues Regency needs to create a healthy housing environment for the people of Kutapanjang District so that the predicate as a slum area does not grow. One of the efforts is to create a healthy housing environment through the livable housing program. This study aims to describe the role of the Perkim Office of Gayo Lues Regency in implementing a healthy housing environment for the people of Kutapanjang District through the habitable housing program. Problems in implementing the livable housing program are complex. This is due to various obstacles, such as: 1) lack of coordination between existing SKPKs; 2) The minimum amount of available budget; and 3) the existence of nepotism/proximity factor in program implementation and participating activities become obstacles in its implementation. This research uses the theory of Biddle and Thomas. The method used is qualitative research, where data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this research indicate that the role of housing and settlement areas department of gayo lues regency in the implementation of a healthy housing environment for the community of Kutapanjang District has not run optimally

Abstract

Jahe (Zingiber officinale) merupakan tanaman obat dan rempah-rempah yang banyak dimanfaatkan masyarakat terutama bagian rimpangnya. Jahe dapat meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh seseorang, sebab kandungan polifenol yang ada dalam tanaman herbal itu memiliki banyak khasiat. Salah satunya meningkatkan imunitas tubuh. Di Desa Pasiran Kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis terdapat satu UMKM yang melakukan kegiatan pengolahan minuman jahe untuk dijadikan minuman ekstrak secara tradisional. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM tersebut adalah proses pengolahan atau proses ekstaksi jahe membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dikarenakan proses ekstraksi dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga kurang produktif dan tidak efisien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat suatu alat yang dapat mengolah jahe dijadikan minuman ekstrak. Alat yang dirancang terdiri dari motor AC 3 fasa sebagai penggerak utama yang dapat diatur atau dikendalikan kecepatannya. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, dengan digunakan metode  kontrol V/F mampu  menahan lonjakan arus starting motor, selisih antara nilai perhitungan kecepatan motor dengan nilai hasil pengukuran kecepatan motor yang dilakukan sebesar 0,009% hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem kontrol yang diimplementasikan pada mesin eksraksi dapat berfungsi dengan baik.

Abstract

The delays and constraints that distribution centers have in supplying logistics that are often faced are related to transportation and transportation facilities that are not optimal, as well as the location of distribution centers to the remote Koarmada III area. In this study, an analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of logistics distribution by a logistics distribution agency was carried out and the influence of the implementation of logistics distribution on supply performance to support the Koarmada III Marine Combat Operations. From the measurement model obtained using SEM AMOS software on the three variables of Location, Transportation and Inventory that builds Logistic Distribution, Location variable has a high value of 0.566. This means that the effectiveness of the implementation of logistics distribution in distributing logistics supplies from the distribution center to Koarmada III is not effective. So that in order to answer the existing problems, the Indonesian Navy needs to plan the formation of a logistics supply distribution organization through organizational validation, building reserve locations that are in strategic positions, building infrastructure and managing logistics supplies in a comprehensive and integrated manner.Keywords : Distribution Logistic; Effectivity; Location; Transportation

Abstract

This research described the rules of morphology in the text of President Barack Obama's speech on the title Education in 2009. The purpose of this study were (1) to identify the types of derivational affixes in President Barack Obama's speech. (2) to find out the function of using the derivational suffix contained in President Barack Obama's speech. This study used qualitative research methods. The object of this study was the text of President Barack Obama's speech. The speech was analyzed using Fussel's theory, it's Affective Derivational. The Fusell's derivational augmentation theory is divided into 2 types, namely: Prefix and Suffix. Whereas the affixes derivational affix functions used Brinton's theory. The findings of this study were: there are two types of derivational affixes, namely: prefix and suffix . The prefixes found in speech were (a-), (dis-), (de-), (re-), (over-) while suffixes are -able, -ing, -ly, -er, -ant, -ion , -ity, -ive, -or, -ment, -al, -ness, -ed, -ate, -hood, -en, -y, -shi, -full. In this study, the derivational affix function found two functions, namely: class change (60) and meaning change (11).

Abstract

This paper aims to describe children’s social relationship out of marriage based on Islamic law perspective in poso district. The reseach was qualitative approach with the case study. Equality and the difference about the children right protection out of wedlock is the similarity in Islamic law and constitutional law that children out of wedlock have rights from their parents, namely the rights of parental authority, the right to care for and education of children, the right to inherit, and the right to a family name, while the difference lies in the relationship Islamic law argues that children out of wedlock have a civil relationship with their mother and their mother's family, and Constitutional Law argues that children out of wedlock have a civil relationship with their mother and mother's family, and their biological father which can be proven by evidence according to applicable law.
