Abstract

The aim of this research is to assess how well class III science students at MI Munada Sungai Nibung learn when using audio-visual based learning resources. The background to this research is the lack of use of technology in the classroom, which contributes to poor learning outcomes for students. This research methodology is quantitative and uses a pretest-posttest control group design, which is a real experimental design. Two groups formed the sample: a control group, which used traditional techniques, and an experimental group, which received treatment using audio-visual media. According to the findings, the average pretest score of the experimental class was 64.2, while the control group was 63.8. After therapy, the experimental class's average posttest score rose to 81.6, compared to 72.4 for the control group. There is a substantial difference in the learning outcomes of students using audio-visual media and traditional techniques, according to the t-test, which revealed a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. This study shows how the use of audio-visual materials can improve students' understanding of the subject matter, increase their motivation to learn, and encourage more interaction between them during class. The success of implementing learning media is also influenced by the availability of infrastructure and facilities, as well as instructors' readiness to use technology, according to this study. The implications of this research emphasize the importance of developing technology-based learning media in improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes. Therefore, the use of audio-visual media is recommended as an effective strategy for increasing students' conceptual understanding and absorption in science learning.

Abstract

This research uses a type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental approach by using the 100 table media to improve math learning outcomes. This study used 100 learning table media to improve math learning outcomes. The quantitative approach used in this research is a type of quasi experiment. This study uses the table 100 media as the independent variable and student learning outcomes as the dependent variable. In this study, 20 students were used as samples. Observation, interview, test, survey, and documentation are the methods used to collect data. The steps of proposing hypotheses and testing normality are the data analysis procedures. The paired sample t test (t-test) resulted in Sig. (2-tailed) 0.02 in the experimental class, in accordance with the results of hypothesis testing. In contrast, the control class had a Sig. (2-tailed) of 0.01. The findings of the 2-tailed sig value can be compared with hypothesis testing if the sig (2-tailed) value is between 0.01 and 0.02. With the assumption that the 2-tailed sig value is greater than 0.05, the hypothesis is not rejected if it is less than 0.05. This shows that the math learning outcomes of grade II students of MI Ma'arif NU 6 Karyamukti are influenced by the table 100 media. The normality test shows that the Experiment class has a significance value of 0.018 and 0.088 before and after the test, while the Control class has a significance value of 0.200 and 0.135. If the p-value is less than 0.05, it can be concluded that the data follows a normal distribution.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of various carbohydrate sources on the temperature, liquid volume, color, and pH of local microorganisms (MOL). The research employed a descriptive and quantitative approach, using a completely randomized design (CRD) with three treatments and six replicates. The treatments included potato (P1), stale rice (P2), and cassava (P3). Parameters measured were temperature, liquid volume, color, and pH. Results showed that the type of carbohydrate source significantly affected (P < 0.01) temperature, liquid volume, and pH. The highest temperature was observed in the P3 treatment, followed by P2 and P1. The greatest liquid volume occurred in P3, then P2 and P1. Treatment P1 had the highest pH level, followed by P2 and P3. The color of the fermented liquid remained similar to that of the raw materials. The findings indicated that the P3 treatment, involving cassava, produced optimal fermentation results, characterized by low pH levels, suitable temperatures, stable liquid volumes, and color closely resembling the original ingredients.
