Abstract

This research examines the Marketing Strategy for Cricket Livestock Business in Maccini Baji Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This type of qualitative research with descriptive research type. The data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Data collection procedures used in this study are observation techniques, interview techniques, documentation techniques. Data validity tests in qualitative research include tests of credibility (internal validity), transferability (external validity), dependability (reliability) and confirmability (objectivity). The results of the study show that the availability of large tracts of land provides great potential for developing cricket farming businesses as pet feed . The support of high market demand for crickets is an important factor in adding new, wider cages. In addition, the local government's desire to develop cricket farms is realized through the provision of counseling and micro credit loan capital assistance to MSMEs. Good road access in cricket farming areas also facilitates distribution to markets and reduces operational costs. Capital assistance to small-scale farmers, increasing human resources through counseling, maintaining egg quality, and increasing business management capabilities are important factors in the development of cricket farms. Collaboration with government programs that focus on biosecurity is also needed to increase the success of the cricket farming business as pet feed.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the interaction patterns of teachers in the Office Management and Business Services department at SMK YAPMI Makassar and their influence on student learning motivation. This study is quantitative with a focus on two main variables, namely teacher interaction patterns and student learning motivation. A questionnaire consisting of two main parts, namely teacher interaction patterns in education and student learning motivation, was used to collect data. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive relationship between teacher interaction patterns and student learning motivation at SMK YAPMI Makassar. However, this relationship is relatively weak with a correlation coefficient value close to zero, namely r squared of 0.088. This means that only 8.8% of the variation in the dependent variable (student learning motivation) can be explained by teacher interaction patterns, while 91.2% of the dependence is influenced by other factors not included in this study. The level of student learning motivation at SMK YAPMI Makassar is classified as excellent, with a percentage reaching 82.93%. Student learning motivation is measured through three main indicators: (1) persistence in completing tasks, (2) persistence in facing challenges during the learning process, and (3) the ability to express and defend opinions actively during the learning process. These findings indicate that teacher interaction is not the only determining factor, but it still plays an important role in shaping student learning motivation. Therefore, improving the quality of interaction between teachers and students needs to receive more attention in an effort to improve learning outcomes and active student participation in class. This study also opens up opportunities for further research that can explore other factors that influence student learning motivation more comprehensively, such as classroom environment, teaching methods, and peer interactions.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and describe the level of effectiveness of health services provided by the Jongaya Health Center in Makassar City along with supporting and inhibiting factors. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that in terms of time, the service at the Jongaya Health Center is quite good. This can be indicated by the patient waiting time which is still within reasonable limits, although it can be longer when the number of patients increases. In addition, employees generally arrive on time, although some are late, but this delay does not interfere with the smoothness of the service. The duration of service per patient is also quite effective, depending on the type of service provided. In terms of accuracy, the service has been running well. This can be indicated by the thoroughness of medical personnel in the initial examination and administration of medication. Errors in administering medication rarely occur, and if there is an error, it is immediately corrected. The public also considers that the service is quite accurate, although there are complaints about the waiting time. In terms of service style, employees have provided friendly and professional service. This can be demonstrated by clear communication, the suitability of services to patient needs, and good interaction between employees and patients. Although the conditions of crowded interactions can feel faster, patients still feel flattered. Supporting factors related to the effectiveness of health services at the Jongaya Health Center in Makassar City are good. This is demonstrated by the existence of routine training for employees to improve skills and cooperation with various health institutions that expand access to services. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors are still not optimal. This is manifested by the existence of obstacles that interfere with employees, such as the attitude of impatient patients, technical problems, and the process of procuring medical devices that require permits and budget limitations.
