Abstract

Alternative energy can address the issue of PLN electricity supply, which is not available in all regions of Indonesia. The hybrid system of solar cells and wind turbines is a clean and environmentally friendly energy source because it does not produce carbon dioxide (CO₂) or other gases that play a role in global warming. The purpose of this final project is to analyze the length of time needed by a hybrid generator to charge and discharge the battery using load variations. This test was conducted in the Energy Conversion Laboratory using a unit of hybrid system equipment produced by KTENG (Korea Technology). The method employed involves charging the battery with energy generated from the hybrid system and discharging it using variations in lamp load. The results of this study indicate that the time needed to charge the battery is 21.28 hours in slightly cloudy weather with a total current of 4.7 amperes, and the battery discharge reaches 200 hours using a 10-watt load. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak kenaikan harga kedelai terhadap penerimaan bersih usaha pengrajin tempe di Kelurahan Abian Tubuh Baru, Kecamatan Sandubaya, Kota Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data primer yang didapatkan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 10 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis pendapatan usaha dan analisis r/c ratio. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan harga kedelai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap penerimaan bersih usaha pengrajin tempe. Sebelum kedelai mengalami kenaikaan harga, rata-rata penerimaan bersih usaha pengrajin tempe sebesar Rp5.087.650, sedangkan Ketika kedelai mengalami kenaikan harga dari Rp10.000 menjadi Rp12.000, rata-rata penerimaan bersih usaha pengrajin tempe di Kelurahan Abian Tubuh Baru, Kecamatan Sandubaya, Kota Mataram menurun menjadi Rp2.488.200. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan harga kedelai mempengaruhi R/C ratio pengrajin usaha tempe di Kelurahan Abian Tubuh Baru, Kecamatan Sandubaya, Kota Mataram. Sebelum kedelai mengalami kenaikaan harga, rata-rata r/c ratio pengrajin tempe sebesar 1.39, sedangkan setelah kedelai mengalami kenaikan harga, rata-rata r/c ratio pengrajin usaha tempe menurun sebesar 1.20. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kenaikan harga kedelai sangat berpengaruh terhadan penerimaan bersih dan r/c ratio usaha pengrajin tempe di Kelurahan Abian Tubuh Baru, Kecamatan Sandubaya, Kota Mataram.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menaganalisis kabupaten dan Kota yang menjadi pusat pertumbuhan, sektor ekonomi unggulan pada pusat pertumbuhan, dan tingkat keterkaitan antara kabupaten yang menjadi pusat pertumbuhan dengan kabupaten dan kota lainnya di Pulau Sumbawa. Alat analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk menganalis Kabupaten dan kota sebagai pusat pertumbuhan digunakan Analisis Tipologi Klassen dan untuk menganalisis sektor unggulan digunakan analisis Overlay, sedang untuk analisis tingkat kertaikaitan antara pusat pertumbuhan dengan kabupaten/kota lainnya digunakan alat analisis Model Gravitasi..Hasil penlitian mennunjukan pusat pertumbuhan di Pulau Sumbawa ; Kabupaten Sumbawa, Kabupaten Sumbwa Barat, Kabupaten Dompu dan Kota Bima. Sektor unggulan khas di Kabupaten Sumbawa adalah semua setor ekonomi kecuali sektor pertambangan dan penggalian, Kabupaten Sumbwa Barat meempunyai keunggulan khas dalam mengembangkan Pengadaan Listrik dan Gas, kontruksi, Perdagangan Besar dan Eceran; Reparasi Mobil dan Sepeda Motor, . Penyediaan Akomodasi dan Makan Minum, informasi dan komunikasi, dan jasa-jasa , Kota Bima pada mempunyai ungguan khas sektor ekonmi unggulan sektor perdagangan besar dan eceran, revarasi mobil dan motor, Kabupaten Dompu mempunya keunggulan khas dalam mengembangkan perdagangan besar dan eceran reparasi mobil dan sepeda motor,jasa ,Kabupaten sumbawa sebagai pusat pertubuhan berkaitan yang sangat kuat dengan Kabupaten Bima dengan indeks 3.632.338,40 satuan , Kabupaten Sumbwa Barat sebagai pusat prtumbuhan berkaitan sangat kuat dengan Kabupaten Sumbawa dengan indeks 1.908.379,15, Kabupaten Dompu sebagai pusat pertumbuhan berkaitan sangat kuat dengan Kabupaten Bima ke dengan indeks 10.666.063,96. Kabupaten Dompu sebagai pusat pertumbuhan berkaitan sangat kuat Kabupaten Bima indeks 10.666.063,96. Agar dapat tumbuh dan maju pesat serta pendapatan perkapita meningkat terus hendaknya Setiap Kabupten /Kota memberi priorita pada sektor sektor unggulan pada pembangunan daera masing masing.

Abstract

Cultural tourism is a type of tourism that focuses on preserving a place's or region's heritage. This type of tourism is used to recognize a country's or place's history, inheritance items, culture, art, or architecture, to gain an appreciation of the past. One of the natural attractions and has historical value in Enrekang is the Fort Alla site. The fort is often used as an Edu tourism for students from other places to commemorate the traces of the struggle of the heroes in the Dutch colonial era. However, the community and local government in the Fort Alla areas are still underdeveloped as cultural tourism destinations. Villagers’ awareness of cultural tourism is still very low. Through the education program, we aimed to empower Benteng Alla Utara villagers to know about cultural tourism. The activity was carried out in 12-13 March 2022 at the village head office. The methods used in this program are lectures, Q & A, and discussions. The total participants of the program are 30 villagers. All the participants are given pre-test and post-test to measure their knowledge about cultural tourism. Results show that after the education program, all the participants' knowledge about the potential of cultural tourism in Benteng Alla Utara village increased for the "Good” category, from 33.3% to 70%, and decreased in the category of “Less” from 43.3% to 0%. In addition, they made a work plan for the cultural tourism program. This program is considered the starting point for the preparation of the Fort Alla Site development to become a new cultural tourism destination in South Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to design an appropriate e-commerce platform to promote food and craft products from MSMEs in Padang Pariaman, with the hope of increasing sales and product competitiveness. Currently, the majority of sales of food products are still done traditionally or manually, although some food products have started to use social media as a promotional medium. Meanwhile, sales of handicraft products are generally still carried out traditionally and are not yet widely known. In fact, the rapid advances in information and communication technology currently provide great opportunities for the spread of food and craft products to be known globally. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) method with the Define, Design, Develop, and Decemination development model, which aims to produce effective and efficient solutions. The research results show that the use of the OpenCart application as a web-based promotional media is proven to be valid, practical, effective and efficient, and is able to have a positive impact on increasing product visibility and competitiveness. The results of this research show that OpenCart can be used as a strategic platform to promote MSME food and craft products, with the aim of increasing competitiveness and wider market access for local products in Padang Pariaman. Thus, it is hoped that e-commerce can support the development of MSMEs and improve the regional economy.

Abstract

The Sanjai Chips UMKM is a typical Minangkabau business engaged in food sales. Based on the results of an interview with the store owner, it was found that the owner still uses traditional methods of selling, which has led to the stagnation of the Sanjai Chips business. The promotion process for Sanjai Chips faces several challenges, particularly the lack of an online promotional platform. Additionally, the store's location is difficult for the general public to find. This is because the Sanjai Chips store does not have a website that can provide information about the products sold. To increase the sales of Sanjai Chips, a website is needed that can address these issues. In this digital era, we can take advantage of digital platforms that allow for broader sales reach, both locally and internationally. The goal of this article is to design a promotional system for the home industry of Sanjai Chips using the practical and effective OpenCart CMS. This study uses the PPE (planning, production, and evaluation) method. The research successfully designed an OpenCart-based promotional system to support the online marketing of Sanjai Chips, making it attractive, valid, practical, and effective. The designed system includes several main features such as a product catalog complete with images, descriptions, prices, and order management to facilitate customers in ordering the products they want. It is hoped that this research will result in a website that attracts customers from any region, enabling them to place orders without having to visit the store directly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the Village Budget (APBDes) on development in Bajur Village, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency in 2020-2023. This research is qualitative research. The subjects of this research were the government and the community in Bajur Village. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. To ensure data validity, the author used triangulation including method triangulation, inter-researcher triangulation, data source triangulation, and theory triangulation. Data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) for development in Bajur Village, Labuapi District, West Lombok Regency in 2020-2023 showed compliance with applicable regulations and provisions. Bajur Village has implemented the APBDes properly and accountably. This can be seen from several aspects, namely: (1) APBDes planning is carried out in a participatory manner by involving the community through deliberations at the dusun and village levels, (2) APBDes implementation is carried out based on the RKPDes and APBDes that have been approved. The village empowers the community in the implementation of village programs and activities, and uses local labor, (3) APBDes administration is carried out carefully, thoroughly, and consistently. The village uses the Siskeudes application to assist in recording, classifying, and reporting village financial transactions, (4) APBDes reporting is submitted in stages and accountable to interested parties, both the government above and the village community, (5) APBDes accountability is submitted to various related parties through the submission of APBDes realization reports and information media.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the impact of the role of human resource management on improving employee performance at PT. Agro Hikmah Sejahtera Nguling Pasuruan. The focus of the study is focused on the company and the evaluation of human resource management in the company from the point of view of management economics. This research uses a qualitative approach by applying literature research methods, interviews, and documentation analysis conducted at the research site. Data were analyzed to assess the extent to which the role of human resource management contributed to improved employee performance. The results showed that the role of human resource management has a significant impact in improving employee performance. In addition, the study identifies methods and strategies that can be used to improve employee performance through human resource management roles. From the perspective of management economics, this study provides an overview of the evaluation of human resource management.

Abstract

The main issue of this research is to explore students' perceptions of the key strengths of Universitas Terbuka in implementing distance education, specifically related to flexibility, affordability, interaction, accessibility, and distance learning skills in the Selayar Islands Regency. The present study aims to delve into student perception of the key strengths of Universitas Terbuka that become the standards by which its endeavors of distance education are carried out. Adopting a descriptive quantitative method, the study gathered data using a questionnaire in which five variables were measured, i.e., flexibility, affordability, interaction, accessibility, and distance-learning skills. The 5-point scale questionnaire was created in Google Forms and was distributed to the whole student population of Universitas Terbuka in Selayar Islands Regency through Study Groups. The data from the student questionnaire was assessed using a descriptive statistical method in SPSS 20. Based on the descriptive statistic findings from a total of 48 questionnaires, the mean that stands for the student perception of the five variables is 4.37 for flexibility, 4.34 for affordability, 4.35 for interaction, 4.45 for accessibility, and 4.31 for distance-learning skills. These findings lead to a noticeable conclusion; Universitas Terbuka has mobilized education and reached out to remote learners in small islands in an effective manner. In turn, this potentially informs policy discussions as to improve the roles of Universitas Terbuka in extending educational opportunities and services for underprivileged rural communities that particularly suffer from low educational attainment.

Abstract

Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kelelahan belajar dan motivasi berprestasi memengaruhi hasil belajar mahasiswa dalam tutorial online di Universitas Terbuka Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kelelahan belajar dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar tutorial online mahasiswa universitas Terbuka Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan 200 mahasiswa sebagai sampel. Pengumpulan data penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket yang berisi pertanyaan dalam skala Likert 1-4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kelelahan belajar memiliki hubungan negatif signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, dengan nilai T statistik sebesar 2,983 (lebih besar dari nilai kritis 1,96) dan nilai P sebesar 0,003 (lebih kecil dari 0,005). Artinya, semakin tinggi tingkat kelelahan belajar mahasiswa, semakin rendah hasil belajar yang dicapai, meskipun pengaruhnya kecil. Sebaliknya, motivasi berprestasi memiliki hubungan positif yang kuat terhadap hasil belajar, dengan nilai original sample sebesar 0,636, nilai T statistik sebesar 13,983 (jauh di atas nilai kritis 1,96), dan nilai P sebesar 0,000 (lebih kecil dari 0,005). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi berprestasi adalah faktor penting yang berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar.
