Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Optimization of Regional Tax Revenues in West Nusa Tenggara Province for 2018-2022. The research method used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The data processed is the West Nusa Tenggara Province Budget Realization Report for 2018 to 2022. The data analysis technique used in the research is to calculate the optimization, effectiveness and efficiency of NTB Province regional tax revenues for 2018-2022. The results of this research show that regional tax revenues from 2018-2022 are not yet optimal because the effectiveness of regional taxes is below 100% and above 100%, the realization of tax revenues from 2018-2022 has not exceeded the tax revenue target. Meanwhile, regional tax efficiency is <10%, namely 5% from 2018-2022. Regional tax revenues in West Nusa Tenggara Province from 2018-2022 are not yet optimal where the level of optimization. The implications of this research provide information that the optimization of regional tax revenues in NTB should be optimal, one of which is by looking at the effectiveness and efficiency of regional tax revenues as seen from the targets and realization of regional tax revenues.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sektor: Unggulan, prospektif, andalan dan sektor tertinggal pada setiap Kabupaten dan kota di Pulau Lombok. Tujuan lainnya adalah Kabupaten yang mana mempunyai interaksi yang kuat dengan Kota Mataram sebagai pusat pertumbuhan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode sintesis analisis SLQ dan DLQ dan meode Gravitasi. Data yang digunakan dalam analisis ini adalah data PDRB, Jumlah Penduduk setiap Kabupaten dan Kota di Pulau Lombok serta jarak setiap Kabuputen dengan Kota Mataram. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa; Kota Mataram unggul hampir di semua sektor sekunder dan tersier, yaitu ada sebanyak 12 sektor unggulan, satu sector andalan dan dua sektor prospektif.Kabupaten Lombok Utara (KLU) sebagai Kabupaten termuda menunjukkan progresifitas yang menonjol, dengan delapan sektor unggulan, satu sektor andalan dan delapan sektor prospektif.Ada beberapa sektor unggulan di setiap Kabupaten/Kota yang sama, seperti sektor 6 (sektor Konstruksi) terklasifikasi sebagai sektor unggulan di empat kabupaten, kecuali Lombok Tengah. Ini dapat dijadikan indikasi adanya keterkaitan antar sektor dan antar wilayah yang saling memperkuat pengembangan sektor tersebut di setiap wilayah. Kota Mataram sebagai pusat pertumbuhan, dalam pengembangan sektor konstruksi disangga oleh Kabupaten lain, dalam hal penyediaan bahan galian, sementara untuk keperluan bahan-bahan konstruksi hasil industri, seperti semen, besi, dll, disediakan oleh Kota Mataram Selanjutnya interaksi yang kuat dengan kota Mataram sebagai pusat pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah selama tahun 2013 – 2014 adalah Kabupaten Lombok Barat dimana Kabupaten mempunyai jarak yang terdekat dengan kota mataram yang ditunjang oleh jumlah penduduk yang dan tingkat pendapatan perkapita yang yang tinggi . Pada tahun 2016-2017 posisi interaksi ekonomi yang terkuat beralih ke Kabupaten Lombok Tengah yang ditunjang oleh lancarnya tramsportasi dari Mataram ke Bandara Internasional Lombok (BIL), di samping itu PDRP/Kapita telah meningkat tajam sampai lebih 3 x lipat dari tahun 2013. Sedangkan interaksi ekonomi yang terendah adalah sejak tahun 2013 – 2017 adalah Kabupaten Lombok Utara (KLU). Hal ini sebabkan karena Kabupaten ini merupakan Kabupaten yang termudah di Pulau Lombok dengan tingkat pendapatan perkapita dan jumlah penduduk yang rendah.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the response of the Muslim community to the new marriage age regulation. The existence of this new provision reaps pros and cons because the community and the government understand the age of marriage, especially Muslim people, who basically consider the age limit for marriage to be when they have reached puberty. This research was conducted in North Sulawesi with a qualitative-descriptive research type and a sociological approach. Data was collected through interviews with informants starting from the community level, religious leaders and community leaders and then analyzed in a descriptive way. The results obtained are that there is a strong religious doctrine and public ignorance of the issuance of Law no. 16 of 2019. With this rule in place, they hinder many couples who are ready to get married. Most people show an attitude of disapproval of the 19-year age limit for marriage. For society, the law does not look good, especially for those who are not yet 19 years old. The community’s understanding is that both partners have reached puberty, as explained in Islamic teachings. Even so, for religious figures to show the opposite attitude, the 19-year marriage penalty rule is very necessary because it involves emotional and economic stability in living a household life. Actually, the implementation of Law No. 16 of 2019 could be more effective if Perma No. 15 of 2019 was also socialized because they related it to the purpose and reasons for the intended marriage age limit. There is a lack of public understanding of the 19-year age limit for marriage because Law No. 16 of 2019, which is socialized, is only a prohibition which prohibits it. Perma No. 15 of 2019 is the answer to the regulatory age limit for marriage at 19 years, which is always questioned in society.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor (PKB) salah satu sektor unggulan kontribusnya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah Sehingga sektor pajak dapat dikatakan sebagai gerbong dalam meningkatan lajunya perekonomian suatu daerah sehingga sektor dapat dikatakan sebagai gerbong dalam meningkatkan lajunya perekonomian suatu daerah. Penunggakan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor di perkirakan disebabkan oleh banyak faktor seperti pendapatan,pendidikan, kualitas pelayanan dan lainnya. Faktor-faktor tersebut selanjutnya dijadikan variabel independen dan variabel dependen dalam penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara pendapatan, pendidikan, kualitas pelayanan terhadap tunggakan pajak kendaraan bermotor di kecamatan pringgabaya .Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dan kuesioner. Responden yang diteliti terdiri dari 100 responden melalui metode non probability sampling berupa accidental sampling . berdasarkan hasil uji parsial tersebut menujukkan bahwa variabel X1 ( Pendapatan ) berpengaruh negatif terhadap tunggakan pajak Hal ini dapat diketahui dengan melihat t-hitung sebesar 0,487 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,968 yang artinya nilai t- tabel lebih besar dengan t -hitung, sedangkan variabel pendidikan X2 (pendidikan ) berpengaruh negatif terhadap tunggakan pajak kendaraan bermotor di kecamatan pringgabaya dengan melihat t-hitung sebesar 0,428 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,968 yang artinya nilai t-tabel lebih besar dengan t-hitung, dan variabel X3 (Kualitas pelayanan) berpengaruh negatif terhadap tunggakan pajak kendaraan bermotor di kecamatan pringgabaya dengan melihat t-hitung sebesar 0,792 dan t-tabel sebesar 1,968 yang artinya nilai t-tabel lebih besar dengan t-hitung. Kata Kunci : Tunggakan pajak,Kendaraan bermotor, Analisis regresi berganda.

Abstract

The spinning industry is an important part of the textile sector that faces efficiency challenges due to the large amount of waste in the production process. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Lean Manufacturing as a strategic approach to improving production efficiency in one of the medium-scale spinning companies in West Java. Using a qualitative descriptive method, data were obtained through direct observation, in-depth interviews with six key informants, and analysis of company documents. The results of the study indicate that the application of Lean principles such as 5S, Just-In-Time (JIT), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and Visual Management can reduce waiting time between processes by 55%, reduce the frequency of machine breakdowns by 62.5%, and increase the orderliness of the work area by 68%. Even so, the implementation of lean is not free from challenges such as the mismatch of production schedules with machine readiness, resistance to work culture from senior employees, and lack of in-depth understanding of lean tools. This study confirms that the success of Lean Manufacturing depends not only on the tools used, but also on the readiness of the organizational culture and supporting information systems. These findings provide practical contributions to the development of efficient and sustainable operational management strategies in the spinning industry, and offer recommendations in the form of integrated training, integration of production information systems, cross-departmental evaluation, periodic lean audits, and performance-based reward schemes.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Personality Profile (Big Five), Emotional Intelligence (EI) and 'Orientation Service' Behavior (Organizational Citizenship Behavior, OCB) were high school teachers in Pasuruan Regency. This study is a descriptive-quantitative study. Data obtained from 175 respondents with cluster method, random random. The results showed that the respondents had a relatively young age (average under 40 years), with the proportion of men and women almost the same, and having a Big Five quite high (with Mean, 107, 76), Emotional Intelligence that was quite High (with Mean, 81.74) and also High OCB (with Mean, 71.39). These results are expected to have an impact on positive personality and Emotional intelligence will have a fairly good effect on organizational life and service-oriented behavior where it is all expected in educational institutions. This profile provides a preliminary description that teachers in Pasuruan Regency have readiness to welcome the changes needed for success in the era of 4.0

Abstract

Experiment was conducted on shallow peat with depth (50 - 75 cm) and C/D flooding type at Purwodadi village, Maliku District, Pulang Pisau Regency, Central Kalimantan in wet season 2003.  Ten samples were taken from areal of 2 ha for studying characteristics of shallow peat.  Nutrient absorption of crops and soil nutrient after harvesting  were also analyzed.  This experiment used split plot design with three replications.  As a main plot was input application (M1) : manure (5.000 kg/ha), lime (2.000 kg/ha), urea (150 kg/ha), SP36 (312.5 kg/ha) and KCl (200 kg/ha) for tomato and SP36 (187.5 kg/ha) and KCl (125 kg/ha) for red pepper and without application (M0). Five varities of red pepper (Tombak 1, Tanjung 1, Tanjung 2, Prabu and Hot Chilli) and, five varities of tomato (Oval, Ratna, Mirah, Berlian and Permata) were as subplots. The results showed that soil chemical characteristics were : peat depth 50 - 75 cm, phyrite depth 75 - 100 cm, soil pH 3.5 - 4.0, C-organic content 12 - 24 %; range of nutrient availability : N (0.4 - 0.6 %), P (30 - 50 ppm P), K (0.1 - 0.3 me/100 g), Ca (1 - 6 me/100 g), Mg (0 - 1 me/100 g), Fe (20 - 120 ppm Fe) and Al (1 - 7 me/100 g).  Availability of nutrients N, P, K, Ca, and Mg was low, and it could be increased by application of some inputs such as manure, lime, urea, SP36 and KCl.  Low nutrient availability and crop absorption especially K, Ca, and Mg was a main factor that retarded crop growth.  Red  pepper and tomato yields ranged 0.59 - 4.02 and 4.77 - 10.99 t/ha for control treatments and 3.44 - 7.72 and 14.85 - 35.98 t/ha with input application.   Key words : amelioration, yield potency, red pepper, tomato, shallow peat

Abstract

The objective of this research was to obtain haploid hot pepper plants by inducing gynogenesis with g-ray irradiated pollen for pollination. Fruits resulted from pollination by irradiated pollen was used as the explants of the in vitro culture in solid MS medium containing BAP, IAA and GA3. The resulted plants then cultivated in MS0 medium. The result of the research showed that hot pepper immature embryo could grow and developed into whole plant when the age of this embryo was 9 days after pollination or more. The haploid hot pepper plants can be obtained by pollinating the pistil with 10 Gy irradiated pollen. The MS medium containing BAP 0.3 + IAA 0.2 + GA3 0.5 mg/l and BAP 0.4 + IAA 0.1 + GA3 0.5 mg/l supported well the development of immature embryo into whole plants. The growth of haploid hot pepper plants was slower than that of diploid ones.   Key words:  Hot pepper, haploid plant, gynogenesis, g-ray.

Abstract

The effect of different dimentions on field ditch to soil chemical changes under soybean planting at acid sulphate soil was being studied at wet season 2001. The experiment used split plot design with 3 replications. Inter field ditch spacing as a main plot consisted of 3, 6 and 9 m. Field ditch depth as a sub plot consisted of 20 and 40 cm. The result showed that space of field ditch 7.5 m and 20 cm of depth could improve soil chemical (pH, Al-dd, Fe-dd, SO, N, P), increased growth and yield of soybean.   Key words.. Abstract

Kelurahan Kekalik Jaya terdapat berbagai pengusaha orang pribadi maupun pengusaha berbentuk badan yang pada umumnya bergerak pada bidang perdagangan. Adapun usaha-usaha tersebut antara lain toko Alat Tulis menulis, klontong, apotek , Usha bidang olah raga , persewaan dan beberapa jenis usaha lainnya seperti toko pakaian, serta usaha-usaha lainnya. Usaha-usaha ini merupakan salah satu potensi penerimaan pajak penghasilan oleh pemerintah. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan apa yang pengetahuan tentang kewajibab apa saja yang harus dipenuhi wajib pajak seperti tata cara menghitung , menyetor dan melaporakan pajak terutang secara online. Metode yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan ini adalah dengan ceramah dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) . Adanya kegiatan ini para pengusaha baik orang pribadi maupun berbentuk badan ( Perseroan) akan dapat memenuhi kewajiban perpajakan karena sudah mempunyai pengetahuan cara menghitung, menyetor dan melaporkan pajak terutang secara online.. Penghitungan perpajakan dilakukan berdasarkan UU Harmonisasi Peraturan Perpajakan (HPP) sehingga wajib pajak ini dapat memenuhi kewajiban perpajakannya dengan mudah.
