Abstract

AbstractSTEAM-based learning can help children develop their creativity in interactive learning in their own way, especially in the 21st century. This study aims to further review the effect of STEAM-charged learning on the independence of children aged 5-6 years according to their gender. The research method is a quantitative descriptive type, by collecting data using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire techniques. The number of research samples (n = 140) was taken in each district / city in Central Java, consisting of 4 teachers and 4 parents from 2 samples of PAUD institutions in each district / city. The results of this study indicate that children's independence gets an F score of 32 and a score of 141-160 (22.9%) when learning STEAM. The results of the study say that the independence of girls is classified as more independent than boys. Of course, based on these results, teachers are expected to further optimize STEAM learning, especially for boys, so that children have more physical skills, are confident, responsible, disciplined, get along well, share, and control their emotions.Keywords: STEAM; independence; gender AbstrakPembelajaran berbasis STEAM dapat membantu anak-anak mengembangkan kreativitasnya dalam pembelajaran interaktif dengan caranya sendiri, terutama di abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan meninjau lebih lanjut pengaruh pembelajaran bermuatan STEAM terhadap kemandirian anak usia 5 – 6 tahun menurut jenis kelaminnya. Metode penelitian berjenis deskriptif kuantitatif, melalui pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan angket. Sampel penelitian berjumlah (n=140) dengan pengambilan sampel pada masing-masing kabupaten / kota di Jawa Tengah sejumlah 4 guru dan 4 orang tua dari 2 sampel Lembaga PAUD tiap kabupaten / kota.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemandirian anak mendapatkan skor F 32 dan skor 141-160 (22,9%) saat belajar STEAM. Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa kemandirian anak perempuan digolongkan lebih mandiri daripada anak laki-laki. Tentunya berdasarkan hasil tersebut, para guru diharapkan untuk lebih mengoptimalkan pembelajaran STEAM, khususnya bagi anak laki-laki, sehingga anak lebih memiliki keterampilan fisik, percaya diri, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, bergaul dengan baik, berbagi, dan mengendalikan emosi.Kata kunci: STEAM; kemandirian; jenis kelamin

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' reading skills by using media images in class I SD Negeri Karawaci 6. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were grade I students. This classroom action research was conducted in two cycles with four components in each cycle, namely planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews, documentation and field notes. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis. Criteria for success seen from the process and product. The success of the process is measured based on improving the learning process in a better direction. The success of the product is measured based on the assessment of the final written test questions. The results of this study indicate that the use of flash card media can improve the reading skills of grade I students at SD Negeri Karawaci 6. Improvements can be seen in processes and products. Improving the quality of the process seen in student activities in learning. Improved quality of the process can be seen from the condition of students who are more confident in reading, more enthusiastic, and more independent. Process quality improvement has a positive impact on product quality improvement.

Abstract

This learning design preparation article contains reports on the implementation of community service activities in the form of learning design training for elementary school teachers in Tangerang City, Kp Bayur Pintu 1000. The training activities involved 4 teachers spread from various areas of Tangerang City, starting from grade I teachers to second grade elementary school. Develop learning designs to guide elementary school students in obtaining knowledge of learning preparation in elementary schools. The implementation used is a qualitative method. In this study, researchers collected descriptive data through observation, interviews and documentation. This assessment examines the effectiveness of formative assessment with instructional design media on student learning outcomes after controlling for initial knowledge. The research uses qualitative methods. The results showed that students learn with TEMA and LKS books and the Koran, and if learning uses conventional media it will be more effective if the formative assessment is done through quizzes.

Abstract

Pendidikan seks dapat diperkenalkan pada anak usia dini dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran menggunakan buku pop-up. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran berupa buku pop-up yang memuat tentang pendidikan seks untuk anak usia dini. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan lembar angket validasi untuk memperoleh penilaian ahli dari ahli media dan ahli materi. Hasil validasi buku pop-up pada ahli media memperoleh skor akhir sebesar 98% dengan kategori sangat layak, dan validasi ahli materi memperoleh skor akhir sebesar 95% dengan kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli media dan ahli materi dapat disimpulkan bahwa media buku pop-up yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk dijadikan sebagai media pembelajaran dalam mengenalkan pendidikan seks pada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Implementasi Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Desa Guna Menunjang Pembangunan Di Desa Dadapan Kecamatan Solokuro Kabupaten Lamongan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Dadapan Kecamatan Solokuro Kabupaten Lamongan.  Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menganalisis implementasi kebijakan dengan mengacu pada teori Van Meter dan Van Horn dalam (Suharno, 2013), model ini menjelaskan bahwa kinerja kebijakan dipengaruhi oleh beberapa variabel yang saling berkaitan, yaitu diantaranya : Standar dan Sasaran Kebijakan, Sumber Daya, Hubungan antar organisasi, Karakteristik agen pelaksana, Kondisi lingungan sosial, politik dan ekonomi, Disposisi implementor.

Abstract

The representation of women by the entertainment media as well as in the real world is always described as very typical, one of them is that they can only carry out limited professions and activities. So that the existence of women is not represented proportionally. Based on this, the study aims to describe the signs of women's gender discrimination and equality. This study used the semiotic theory of Roland Barthes which describes the forms of denotative meaning, connotative meaning, and myths contained in the Baseball Girl movie. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with listening and note-taking techniques. The results found in the Baseball girl movie are as follows: (1) the meaning of denotation in this study described the gender discrimination of women who are considered weak by the coach or the professional baseball recruiting team in participating in the trials towards the professional baseball team. (2) The connotative meaning found in this film shows four forms of gender discrimination, namely marginalization, stereotype, subordination, and violence. (3) The myth that can be concluded in this study is that there is a culture that is believed by the coach, the professional baseball team recruiter, and the mother of the main female character in this film who considers women physically weaker than men.

Abstract

Critical thinking as a component in the high-level thinking process uses the basis of analyzing arguments and generating insight into each meaning and interpretation to develop cohesive and logical reasoning patterns. This research used quantitative research methods and aimed to determine the metacognitive abilities, critical thinking abilities, and learning outcomes of students before and after being treated through posttest pretest with control class and experimental class, so the research method used by researchers is quasi experimental. The research design used is Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The results of the pre-test statistical hypothesis test show that the significance value obtained in the independent sample t-test shows a significance value of 0.767 or in other words the significance value is greater than the alpha degree of 5% ( 0.767 > 0.05) so it can be said that there is no real difference in the average value of learning outcomes of XI SMK Telkom Jakarta between the experimental group and the control group.

Abstract

Students who have a growth mindset tend to be able to face academic challenges and demands. This study aims to determine the effect of a growth mindset on students' academic stress levels. This research method uses a quantitative paradigm with a correlational approach to determine the relationship between a growth mindset and students' academic stress levels. The data collection technique uses two types of scales, namely the growth mindset scale and perceived academic stress (PAS). The subjects in this study were active students of the class of 2020 and 2021 at the Faculty of Education and Psychology, Yogyakarta State University. The results of this study indicate a relationship between a growth mindset and academic stress where the higher the level of a growth mindset of students, the lower the predicted stress level. The regression test results show a coefficient of 0.066, which means that 6.6% of the factors that influence a growth mindset are academic stress, and the rest is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis proyek terhadap peningkatan kreativitas siswa yang kurang kreatif dan hasil belajar mereka di MI Lantaburo Cipondoh Kota Tangerang. Berdasarkan analisis data, ditemukan bahwa siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek menunjukkan peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan. Hasil analisis data yang dilakukan pada data SPSS versi 26 membuktikan perbedaan antara siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan siswa yang tidak menggunakannya. yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel (10.064 > 1.682), dan dengan angka signifikansi sig yang rendah (0.02 < 0.05), hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran berbasis proyek memengaruhi kreativitas siswa. di MI Lantaburo Cipondoh Kota Tangerang.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan kesenjangan pembangunan yang cukup besar antara perkotaan dengan pedesaan. Pemerintah Indonesia selalu mengupayakan berbagai solusi untuk mengatasi masalah kesenjangan, seperti salah satunya yaitu konsep Desa Cerdas (Smart Village). Desa Cerdas (Smart Village) merupakan sebuah konsep pengembangan yang mendorong desa untuk melakukan transformasi dalam memanfaatkan teknologi. Konsep Desa Cerdas (Smart Village) yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah semata-mata bertujuan untuk mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Desa. SDGs Desa merupakan sebuah prinsip yang universal, terintegrasi, yang menjadi perspektif dalam pengembangan model Desa Cerdas (Smart Village), sehingga pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan memastikan tidak ada satupun desa yang tertinggal. Melalui pengabdiankepada masyarakat, Tim KKN UNS Kelompok 84 melakukan kerja sama dengan Perangkat Desa Saradan untuk menggugurkan salah satu Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, yaitu pengabdian masyarakat. Tim KKN UNS di Desa Saradan akan melakukan sebuah sosialisasi yang mengenalkan 3 (tiga) dari 6 (enam) pilar Desa Cerdas (Smart Village). Ketiga pilar Desa Cerdas (Smart Village) yang akan disosialisasikan oleh TIM KKN UNS Kelompok 84, yaitu Pilar Mobilitas Cerdas dengan hasil “Inventarisasi Pemetaan Desa”, Pilar Tata Kelola Cerdas dengan hasil “Layanan Administrasi Desa Berbasis Digital”, dan Pilar Masyarakat Cerdas dengan hasil “Publikasi Infografis di Website Pemerintah Desa”.
