Abstract

Sunju is one of villagesin Marawola district thathas a great cayenne production.  However, the production has not yet created sufficient income for its farmers.  This condition led to this researchaiming to determine the income and  the feasibility of the cayenne farming system in Sunju village. The research was conducted in May to June 2015.  The research location was purposively selected considering that Sunju is an area that has high cayenne productivity (8 t/ha). A number of30 respondentswere selected from 43 household head farmers using a Simple Random technique.  Data was analyzed using income and feasibility analysis.  The average income of the farmers for one planting season was found to be IDR 8,021,500.00 and the Revenue of Cost Ratio was 2.69 indicating that the cayenne farming system is feasible. Keywords: Cayenne, Expedience, Farming, and Income.

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the income of clove farming in Talaga Village; Dampelas Sub District of Donggala Regency. The research was carried out from October to November 2016. Sixty respondents were selected from a total population of 150 clove farmers. The analysis method used was the analysis of income. The results of the analysis showed that the clove production was 228 kg/ha/year at a price of IDR 90,000/kg, the average total cost was IDR 6,100,118/ha/year or IDR 5,258,772/ha/year, the average revenue generated was IDR 35,145,000/ha/year or IDR 30,297,413/ha/year with the average income of the clove farmers was IDR 29,047,881/ha or IDR 25,041,276/ha/year. These values indicate that the total revenue is greater than the cost incurred by the clove farmers in The Village of Talaga. Key Words: Cost, clove farming, income and revenue.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify factors influencing rubber production of people plantation in of Pontangoa village LemboRaya sub-districton North Morowali Regency. This research was carried out in November – December 2015. Respondents were determined using a Random Sampling Technique. The number of the respondents was 31 families selected from a population of 407 farmers. Data was analyzed using the Cobb-Douglas analysis. The results showed that all the variables are simultaneously highly significant affecting the production of the rubber, where F-counted is 545.377 > F-table (3.85) at α of 5%, thus H0 is rejected and H1is accepted.Such factors as land area, plant number, and labor have partially significant effect on the rubber production as shown by t-counted of land area (4.759) is >t-table (2.478), t-counted of plant number (6.236)>t-table (2.478), and t-counted of labor (-2.567)>t-table (2.478) suggesting that the H1 for these factors is accepted.  By contrast, fertilizer (SP36) and farmer experience have no significant effect as indicated by t-counted of the SP-36 (0.238)<t-table (2.499) and t-counted the farming experience (1.8538)<t-table (2.478) leading to that the H0 of these factors is accepted Key Words: People plantation and Production of rubber.

Abstract

Sigi Regency, so far is to be the centre of development of horticulture in cetral Sulawesi to creat the indefendence of sociaty. This condition is needed to be the attention as the sub-sector of horticulture has the contribution in developing the agriculture in Sigi Regency. The objective of this research is in order that the people of Sigi are able to decide about which kinds of fruit can be the considered superior commodities which have the high competitive capacity in this region. So that thay can increase the welfare of the farmers. This research had been  conducted in Sigi Regency on January and February 2017. The data resourse of this research used the secondary data that was gotten from the Office of Statistic Board Centre of Central Sulawesi and Sigi Regency. The tool of Data Analysis which was used in this research was Analysis LQ (Location Quotiont). The result of this research showed that the superior commodities which there are in Sigi Regency namely; Apocado, Jackfruit, Pineaple, Papaya, Rambutan, and Rose Apple. The LQ analysis showed that there are six kinds of fruit as the considered superior commodities with the average LQ ˃ 1. Avocado with the average LQ value is 5.48,  Jackfruit with the average LQ value is 1.04, Pineaple with the average LQ value is 1.10, Papaya with the average LQ value is 1.29, Rambutan with the average LQ value is 1.56, and Rose apple with with the average LQ value is 1.63..Key Words : Competitive Commodities, Location Quotient, Sigi Regency.

Abstract

The research aimed to determine the income of corn farming system in Labuan Toposo village, Labuan Sub-District of Donggala District. This research located in Labuan Toposo Village, Labuan Sub-District of Donggala District and conducted from March to May 2015. Respondents were chosen using a Simple Random Sampling technique.  The number of the respondents was 34 people selected from 150 corn farmers.  Data was analyzed using the Income analysis. The research results showed that the production of the corn farming system is IDR 3,932/kg per  one planting season and the average revenue is IDR 15,729,412/ha.  With the average total cost of IDR 9,788,062, the average income of the corn farmer is IDR 5,941,350/ha. Key Word : Corn, farming, and income.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the income and the profitability business value in tofu industry “Afifah” Palu City. This research already implemented started February until March 2016. The determination of respondent was done intentionally (purposive). The number of respondent taken as many as 10 people from 42 labor. Analysis result of income indicates that the average income acquired from tofu industry “Afifah” during two-month Rp 52.606.058,5. Analysis result of profitability showed that the investment and capital issued for excellent gain produced that showed by ROI and ROE value increase from February to March 5,76% for each 7,35% and 10,87%, 16,18%. Key Words: Income, profitability, industry.

Abstract

This report aims to review the marketing tomatoes and large margin marketing obtained marketing each institution in every - for the marketing, knows part of prices received by farmers ( producers ) in every for marketing channel tomatoes, knows efficiency marketing tomatoes in the village labuan toposo in labuan.This research carried out in villages labuan toposo in labuan sub district donggala.Get as 30 respondents 50 farmers in a random sample of simple ( simple random sampling ).In addition, determine respondents traders used method of poll respondents ( tracing sampling ) with, take trader as many as 2 people and traders as many as the retailer 2.The total cost as much as 34  respondents.The results of the analysis showed that the total the margin marketing tomato obtained to channel first Rp 1,000 and total the margin marketing tomato obtained to channel both the Rp 2,000.Part the prices received by farmers of the i of 60 % and parts of the prices received by farmers of the ii of 66,67 %.Thus, part the price the greatest received by farmers is on channels two.Marketing outlets tomatoes origin village labuan toposo there are two channel viz: (1) farmers                                                                                                     intermediary         traders a retailer         consumers.(2) farmers         traders a retailer                                                                                  consumers.The first the efficiency of the to intermediary traders of 7,23%, and traders a retailer of 11,12% and channel score efisinsinya of 9,20%. Abstract

The aims of this study is to determine magnitude of farm income and the feasibility of rice plant in at Sidondo IV vilage district of sigi Biromaru. The surveys conducted by the deliberate way (purpossively), the number of farmer respondents in this study was 35 respondents out of 165 farmers who cultivate paddy rice. The analysis used in this study is an analysis of income and feasibility. The analysis showed the average rice production amounted to 1,146.11 kg and the average revenue that farmers have  Rp. 9,369,828.57/Ha, while the total cost of farmer respondents spend Rp. 3,539,798.57 /0.64 Ha and rice farming income in at Sidondo IV vilage district of Sigi Biromaru Rp. 5,830,030 /0.64 Ha. The analysis indicate Revenue Cost Ratio of paddy rice farming was obtained for 2.64. Accordingly, paddy rice farming in the Sidondo IV village is feasible with  R/C value > 1.Keywords : Feasibility, income, paddy rice farm.

Abstract

Sidera Village is a sweet corn producing area in District Sigi Biromaru Sigi Regency. Sweet Corn Farming in Sidera Village is a source of farmers income, which can be seen from the commoditys exploitation. The sustainability of the farm should be maintained to increase the production and income of farmers by maintaining or even increasing the produced production. The purpose of this study was to find out, knowing the amount of sweet corn farm income in Sidera Village Sigi Biromaru District. The study was conducted from October to January. Data analysis used in this research is Production Revenue analysis obtained that Sweet Corn Production in one planting season equal to 1,899.33 / Kg and average of income earned by farmer equal to Rp. 3,273,333./ha, while the total cost incurred by farmers on average amounted to Rp. 1.738.462./ha and Average income of Sweet Corn farming in Sidera Village Sigi Biromaru sub district Sigi Rp. 1.534.870 / ha. Keywords : Farming, Sweet Corn, Revenue, Sidera.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is the primary sector encouraging and driving the national economy. The agricultural sector also has functions of providing food for the society and also contributing foreign exchange as well as providers of employment and raw materials for the industrial sectors. Indonesian people who live in rural areas make agriculture as the main livelihood and food crops are the superior commodity in Indonesia. This research was conducted in Soulove village, SigiBiromarusub district, Sigiregency. This research used 30 respondents selected from 90 farmers using a simple random sampling method.Data analysis used a Cobb-Douglas production function and price efficiency which was NPM = Pxi. The purposes of this research were to determine the production input influence on sweet corn production and to determine the level of efficiency of input production used on sweet corn farming system in Soulove Village, Sigi Biromaru District, Sigi Regency. The analysis results of the research shows that land area size, seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and labors simultaneouslyaffected the production of sweet corn significantly, at α level of 1%. The results of efficiency analysis showed that the use of land area (x1) by the sweet corn farmers had not been efficient while the use of seed (x2), fertilizer (x3), pesticide (x4) and labor (x5) by sweet corn farmers was inefficient. Keywords: Analysis Efficiency, Cobb-Douglas, Sigi Regency, Sweet Corn.
