Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem rekrutmen online dalam meningkatkan efisiensi proses seleksi karyawan, ditinjau dari aspek waktu, pengelolaan data pelamar, kualitas kandidat, dan pengalaman pelamar. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 50 manajer Human Resource Development (HRD) dan 100 pelamar kerja yang terlibat dalam proses rekrutmen online pada beberapa Perusahaan XYZ di Sumatera Barat. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive dengan kriteria perusahaan yang telah menggunakan sistem rekrutmen online minimal satu tahun dan pelamar yang mengikuti seleksi dalam enam bulan terakhir. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi penyebaran kuesioner tertutup dan terbuka, wawancara singkat untuk klarifikasi, serta dokumentasi berupa laporan proses seleksi dan biaya rekrutmen. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan statistik deskriptif untuk data kuantitatif dan analisis konten untuk data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekrutmen online mampu mempercepat waktu proses seleksi, mempermudah dan mengefektifkan pengelolaan data pelamar, meningkatkan kesesuaian dan kualitas kandidat, serta memberikan pengalaman seleksi yang lebih baik bagi pelamar. Kesimpulannya, sistem rekrutmen online terbukti efektif sebagai sarana seleksi karyawan yang efisien, terstruktur, dan profesional.

Abstract

This research aims to reveal the results of the analysis regarding lecturer competence in practical learning at universities in the health sector. Lecturer competence is the variable studied with indicators including pedagogical competence, personality competence, social and professional competence. The method used in this research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses primary data from a sample of 50 students with a sampling technique using cluster sampling. Data collection uses instruments that have passed the validity and reliability process. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this research indicate that overall, the average lecturer competency of all indicators is categorized as adequate with a score of 2.94 and an achievement level of 73.60. Only one of the four lecturer competency indicators, namely personality competency, received good criteria, while the other three received sufficient categories.

Abstract

This study aims to map the level of teachers’ interpersonal communication in senior high schools as a basis for strengthening educational relationships. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, the study involved all 113 teachers from two senior high schools (49.5%) and SMA Negeri 3 Pariaman (50.5%) through a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire consisting of 25 items representing five indicators: openness and feedback, collaboration and teamwork, use of technology in communication, conflict management, and leadership supporting adaptive communication. Descriptive statistical analysis was applied to determine mean scores and achievement levels. The results indicate that teachers’ interpersonal communication is generally at a high level (mean = 3.81; 76.28%). Collaboration and teamwork emerged as the strongest dimension, followed by openness and feedback and leadership support, while communication technology use and conflict management showed relatively lower scores. This study contributes by providing an empirical mapping of teachers’ interpersonal communication as a foundation for strengthening professional relationships in secondary education. The findings imply the need for targeted professional development programs, particularly in conflict resolution and digital communication practices. However, this study is limited to two public senior high schools and relies on self-reported data, which may restrict the generalizability of the findings. Future research is recommended to involve broader samples and mixed-method approaches to gain deeper insights into interpersonal communication dynamics in schools.

Abstract

Objective: One problem of teachers’ work discipline is tardiness and irregular performance reporting, indicating the need for a technology-based monitoring system. This study aims to analyze teachers’ discipline, examine the implementation of SIKAP, and its effect. A quantitative survey method was used. The results show that SIKAP implementation significantly affects teachers’ work discipline. The novelty lies in using SIKAP as a technology-based monitoring system in elementary schools. Methods: This research used a quantitative approach with a positivist paradigm. The population was 288 civil servant teachers, with 174 respondents selected through cluster random sampling. Data were collected using Likert-scale questionnaires and analyzed with descriptive and inferential statistics, including validity, reliability, normality, t-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination (R²). Results: The results show that teacher work discipline is in the good category, while SIKAP implementation is fairly good to good. Hypothesis testing indicates that SIKAP has a significant effect on teacher discipline (sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with an R² value of 0.718, meaning 71.8% of discipline is influenced by SIKAP implementation. Novelty: This study emphasizes the importance of digital performance management systems in improving teacher discipline by linking technology implementation with behavioral outcomes in education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the role of clinical supervision in enhancing the pedagogical competence of high school teachers. The study employs a qualitative approach with a literature review method, using data collection techniques thru observation, interviews, and documentation involving school principals and high school teachers. The research findings indicate that clinical supervision has been implemented thru humanistic, dialogical, and reflective approaches; however, its execution has not been optimal and consistent due to a tendency to use traditional supervisory approaches that are instructive and evaluative in nature, as well as weak follow-up on supervision. This study concludes that clinical supervision plays an important role in enhancing the pedagogical competence of high school teachers; however, it needs to be implemented systematically, collaboratively, and sustainably to provide a comprehensive improvement in teachers' pedagogical competence.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang pesat di bidang pendidikan menuntut guru untuk merangkul digitalisasi agar proses belajar mengajar menjadi lebih efektif. Beban administratif yang berlebihan seringkali mengganggu keseimbangan kesehatan mental guru. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan psikologis guru dengan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi Trello sebagai alat manajemen kerja digital. Metode implementasinya menggabungkan pengajaran teori, aplikasi praktis, diskusi kolaboratif, dan bimbingan. Hasilnya menunjukkan pemahaman yang lebih baik di antara peserta tentang kesejahteraan psikologis, literasi digital, dan keterampilan manajemen waktu. Terdapat peningkatan yang efektif dalam kemampuan guru untuk mengelola pekerjaan mereka dan penurunan tingkat stres kerja. Inisiatif ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan kesejahteraan psikologis berbasis Trello bagi guru di era digital dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru dengan mengembangkan keterampilan teknologi dan kesehatan mental mereka

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance-based supervision model in educational quality assurance concerning the evaluation of teacher performance in schools. The approach used is qualitative with a literature review method, which involves examining various scientific sources such as journals, books, and relevant educational policy documents. The findings indicate that performancebased supervision can enhance the objectivity, accountability, and effectiveness of teacher performance evaluation when supported by clear indicators, standardized instruments, and continuous follow-up. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, including limited supervisory competencies, a weak evaluation culture, and suboptimal utilization of data. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen an integrated supervision system within the framework of educational quality assurance.
