Abstract

INTERNALIZATION  OF THE SPIRIT OF NATIONALISM THROUGH HABITUATION  APPROACH.  (PHILOSOPHY  OF EDUCATION  PERSPECTIVE):  Nationalism  in Indonesia  was born when the people of the country was under the Dutch colonial rule. This ideology appears to be a collective consciousness triggered by feelings of kinship in the past and in the time being, and more importantly,  is united by the same goal for the future. In its development, however, the spirit of nationalism  among the younger generation  seem to weaken. This phenomenon indicates that the role of educational  institutions  are very important  - not only to make the students  understand  and grasp the meaning of nationalism  but  also to  impress  them  the  philosophical  values behind  it.  One  way  that  can  be taken  to  instill  the  values  of nationalism  is through  the approach of habituation    in schools, so that the values of nationalism  embedded in the psyche of the student. By using the  approach,  teachers are believed to be able to instill the values of nationalism to their students either through routine activities, spontaneous activities, awarding exemplary activities,  or, even,  programmed activities.

Abstract

This research elaborates on the results of Islamic education policy research with the object of reviewing regulations on the administration of secondary and tertiary education issued in the 2006-2020 period. Based on the main task and function of the Minister of Religion contained in Presidential Regulation Number 83 of 2015 is to administer the government in the field of religion. The scope of authority for administering education is also in the area of religion, as emphasized in Government Regulation No. 55 of 2007. Since Law no. 20 of 2003 concerning the National Education System, there has been a fundamental change in implementing Islamic education. The Minister of Religious Affairs has a wider mandate in the education sector that extends to non-religious fields. This is marked by the widespread establishment of academic madrasas at the secondary level and institutional transformation to UIN at the higher education level. The Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 90 of 2013 concerning the Implementation of Madrasas Education and The Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 15 of 2014 concerning the changes in the Form of Religious Higher Education Institutions confirms the basis for changes in the orientation of the implementation of secondary and higher education. At the Madrasah Aliyah level, the development of non-religious study programs is growing faster than religious study programs. At the Islamic higher education level, students with a religious education background are smaller than those with a general education background.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a mathematical learning media using Geogebra software. The research method is used the 4D (Four D Model) research method adopted by Siva sailam Thiagarajan, Dorothy S. Semmel, and Melvyn I. Semmel. namely, define, design, develop. The data collection techniques are used to obtain the data on questionnaires response and interviews. The instruments in this research used questionnaires. The data analysis method using descriptive method. This research is conducted by describing the results of product development in the form of learning media for small groups and large groups with media that has been validated by some validators. The Experts of validation results on the content quality aspect to obtain results with very good criteria and on aspects of the language to obtain results with very good criteria. Trial students VII class in small classes and large classes obtained results with interesting criteria for small groups.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the feasibility of infographic media developed and getting a positive response from learners to developed infographic media. This research is an R and D research by following Borg and Gall 7 stage development model. Infographic media validation is done by material experts and media experts, developed infografis tested try to 45 students class X in SMA Al Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung, SMA Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung and SMA Peintis 1 Bandar Lampung. Analysis techniques in this study using descriptive statistics for qualitative and quantitative descriptive for qualitative. The results of this study indicate that infographical media is feasible to be used, as evidenced by the assessment by material experts who scored an average of 88.4% with excellent categories, judging by media experts who scored an average of 87.9% with very feasible categories. Small group trials rated an average of 87.8% and 85.6% on field trials. The physics teacher's response scored an average of 97.4% with good category. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media infografis yang dikembangkan dan mengetahu kemenarikan media infografis yang dikembangkan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R and D dengan mengikuti model pengembangan Borg and Gall 7 tahap. Validasi media infografis dilakukan oleh ahli materi dan ahli media, infografis yang dikembangkan diuji cobakan kepada 45 peserta didik kelas X di SMA Al Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung, SMA Gajah Mada Bandar Lampung dan SMA Peintis 1 Bandar Lampung. Tekhnik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan statistic deskritif untuk data kuantitatif dan deskritif kualitatif untuk data kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa media infogrfis layak digunakan, terbukti dengan penilaian oleh ahli materi yang mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 88.4% dengan katagori sangat baik, penilaian oleh ahli media yang mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 87.9% dengan katagori sangat layak. Uji coba kelompok kecil mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 87.8% dan 85.6% pada uji coba lapangan. Respon guru fisika mendapat nilai rata-rata 97.4% dengan kategori baik.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the planning, process, and evaluation of learning using the iqro' method, complemented by the drill method, in improving the ability to read hijaiyyah letters of students with disabilities. The subject of this research is the teacher of Islamic learning. This research uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive research type. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are as follows: Learning plans made by Islamic Religious Education teachers at SLB Muhammadiyah Gamping are not part of the established curriculum and are not specifically written about learning to read hijaiyyah letters using the iqro' method equipped with the drill method. the learning process of reading hijaiyyah letters The method used is the iqro' method equipped with the drill method, the material given refers to the iqro' guidebook according to the ability of the students, and the learning media used are videos and hijaiyyah letter cards. The evaluation used in learning to read hijaiyyah letters using the iqro' method equipped with the drill method is oral and written. The learning outcomes of students with disabilities in the form of the ability to read hijaiyyah letters consist of students who have not maximized their potential to reach half of the target percentage that has been set, and student learning outcomes in one semester are written in the student learning outcomes report or report card

Abstract

Pendidikan inklusif telah diadopsi sebagai strategi nasional di Indonesia untuk menjamin akses pendidikan yang merata bagi semua anak, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK). Namun, data empiris menunjukkan bahwa implementasinya di tingkat satuan pendidikan masih menghadapi tantangan struktural dan kultural yang kompleks. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas pelaksanaan kebijakan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia melalui pendekatan kajian pustaka, dengan menganalisis dokumen kebijakan, studi-studi empiris sebelumnya, dan menggunakan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) serta lensa keadilan sosial. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pendidikan inklusif telah selaras secara normatif dengan tujuan global seperti Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namun implementasinya masih menghadapi hambatan serius pada aspek input dan proses. Di antaranya adalah keterbatasan pelatihan guru, infrastruktur yang belum memadai, lemahnya koordinasi lintas lembaga, serta minimnya mekanisme pemantauan dan evaluasi berbasis data. Selain itu, orientasi kebijakan yang cenderung administratif belum sepenuhnya merefleksikan prinsip keadilan sosial dalam praktik. Temuan ini berkontribusi pada diskursus global mengenai efektivitas kebijakan pendidikan inklusif di negara-negara berkembang, dengan merekomendasikan perlunya pendekatan kebijakan berbasis evaluasi kontekstual, peningkatan kapasitas aktor pendidikan, penguatan sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan, serta perumusan kebijakan yang lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan lokal.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a prediction model for academic achievement of Pamulang University students using the artificial neural network (ANN) method. Student academic achievement is one of the important factors that reflect the quality of education in higher education. Therefore, accurate predictions can help universities take strategic steps, such as providing more appropriate academic support or designing coaching programs to improve student achievement. This study uses ANN because of its ability to identify complex patterns in data and provide accurate predictions based on the input provided. The data used in this study consisted of various variables, such as exam scores, number of absences, involvement in extracurricular activities, and other factors that influence student academic achievement. The artificial neural network model was trained using historical data of Pamulang University students and then tested to measure the accuracy of the predictions produced. The results of the study indicate that ANN can be used to predict student academic achievement with a high level of accuracy. The developed model shows good potential in helping universities monitor and improve the quality of education, as well as providing a clearer picture of the factors that influence student academic success. Thus, this study suggests the use of artificial neural network methods as a tool in academic information systems to support data-based decision making at Pamulang University, with the hope of improving the quality of learning and overall student achievement.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition, organizations are required to manage their human resources strategically to achieve competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the role of recruitment, selection, competency development, and training systems within Human Resource Management (HRM) in enhancing organizational competitiveness. The research method used is a literature review with a descriptive and exploratory approach, analyzing ten relevant scientific articles from both national and international journals. The findings indicate that an effective, objective, and competency-based recruitment and selection system helps organizations acquire suitable candidates aligned with their values and needs. Furthermore, structured and continuous training and competency development significantly improve employee productivity, loyalty, and adaptability. These findings are supported by various national and international studies consistently showing a positive correlation between effective HRM practices and increased organizational competitiveness. An integrated HRM strategy not only enhances individual performance but also creates organizational value that is difficult for competitors to replicate. Therefore, recruitment, selection, training, and competency development systems should not merely be seen as administrative functions, but as strategic investments that play a vital role in achieving long-term competitive advantage. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions for organizations in designing adaptive and result-oriented HRM policies and practices. ABSTRAK Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, organisasi dituntut untuk mengelola sumber daya manusianya secara strategis guna mencapai keunggulan kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran sistem rekrutmen, seleksi, pengembangan kompetensi, dan pelatihan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) terhadap pencapaian keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan eksploratif terhadap sepuluh artikel ilmiah dari jurnal nasional dan internasional yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa sistem rekrutmen dan seleksi yang efektif, objektif, dan berbasis kompetensi mampu menjaring kandidat yang tepat sesuai kebutuhan organisasi. Selanjutnya, pelatihan yang berkelanjutan serta pengembangan kompetensi yang terstruktur terbukti meningkatkan produktivitas, loyalitas, dan adaptabilitas karyawan. Temuan ini diperkuat oleh berbagai penelitian, baik nasional maupun internasional, yang secara konsisten menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara praktik MSDM yang efektif dan peningkatan daya saing perusahaan. Strategi MSDM yang terintegrasi tidak hanya meningkatkan kinerja individu, tetapi juga menciptakan nilai tambah organisasi yang sulit ditiru pesaing. Oleh karena itu, sistem rekrutmen, seleksi, pelatihan, dan pengembangan kompetensi bukan sekadar fungsi administratif, melainkan merupakan investasi strategis yang berperan penting dalam pencapaian keunggulan kompetitif jangka panjang. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis dan praktis bagi organisasi dalam merancang kebijakan dan implementasi MSDM yang adaptif dan berorientasi hasil.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren merupakan lembaga pendidikan Islam tradisional yang memiliki peran penting dalam pembentukan karakter dan spiritualitas umat Islam di Indonesia. Namun, dalam menghadapi tantangan zaman modern, pesantren tidak terlepas dari berbagai problematika, terutama dalam hal pendidikan agama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan pendidikan agama di pesantren, khususnya dalam hal metode pengajaran dan respons santri terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menelaah berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan untuk menggali akar permasalahan dan kemungkinan solusi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa tantangan utama meliputi keterbatasan sumber daya pengajar, metode pembelajaran yang kurang variatif, tradisi Pesantren yang masih memegang erat kiaisentris, serta problem manajemen kelembagaan. Untuk menjawab tantangan tersebut, diperlukan langkah-langkah pembaruan yang mencakup penguatan kapasitas tenaga pengajar melalui pelatihan yang berkelanjutan, penerapan metode pembelajaran yang lebih partisipatif dan kontekstual, serta reformasi manajemen kelembagaan agar lebih profesional dan adaptif terhadap perkembangan zaman. Selain itu, penting pula untuk mendorong keterlibatan aktif santri dalam proses pembelajaran agar mereka tidak hanya menjadi objek, tetapi juga subjek pendidikan. Dengan demikian, pesantren dapat terus berperan sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam yang otentik sekaligus relevan dalam menjawab tantangan era modern.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran ICM berdampak pada keterampilan membaca teks Deskripsi siswa kelas V Gunung Bayu SDN 091688 pada tahun pembelajaran 2023/2024. Sampel penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN 091688 Gunung Bayu yang berjumlah 80 siswa yang akan ditempatkan dalam 2 kelompok yang berbeda yaitu 40 siswa di kelompok eksperimen dan 40 siswa lagi di kelompok kontrol. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen yang berjenis quasi eksperimen desain. Tes keterampilan membaca teks digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data. Teknik analisis data penelitian digunakan rumus t tes. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa thitung yaitu 2,469 dimana nilai t tabel adalah 1,683 maka diperoleh t hitung .> ttabel atau 2,469 >1,683 sehingga dapat di simpulkan bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi model pembelajaran ICM dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan membaca teks deskripsi siswa kelas V SDN 091688 Gunung Bayu Tahun Pembelajaran 2023/2024 dengan baik dan memuaskan.
